First of all the hotel was well served by the bus from Airport which only had a short walk from the bus stop. You can walk to the castle and the centre easily. But if you prefer there are frequent trams to the centre. The hotel itself is faultless in terms of standards expected. We were able to leave our luggage there for storage after checking out allowing more time in Krakow for ourselves
Lovely stay. Clean and well maintained. We were upgraded to a castle view and that was lovely. The room was spacious and comfortable. Very good value for money. Breakfast was top tier, best I’ve had at a hotel and so cheap too. Krakow was amazing and old town was so close. A short walk.
Location was great and they had parking underneath the hotel. The tram stop was right across the street and convenient to get to old town. The hotel only had one elevator working for our entire stay, which isn't enough for a hotel of this size, especially when a tour bus full of people returns on all once. It was raining one of the nights so we ordered from Uber Eats. There were many close restaurants and delivery was quick. We got a room with the Castle View, but they put us on the second floor and all we could see was the lawn, with barely any view of the castle, so be a little wary when getting a room with the Castle View. The air conditioning in our room was anemic, which didn't help when the temperature went above 30 degrees celcius.
The breakfast could be substantially better, offering better quality ingredients, and having more variety (besides a couple of sausages and scrambled eggs).
Staff was above and beyond. So helpful. Big hotel for Europe. Great location for convention center and not far from city center and Jewish quarter
Nice place - basic, but very clean and friendly!
It was great - loved the walk-in shower.
Really close to the Town centre - great breakfast - clean spacious room, no hassle from staff - looked after our cases until we had to leave. Nice and easy no hassle highly recommended
Room with 2 twin beds was requested for 2 person, but they gave us 1 king size bed only...
Pleasant place to stay at. Would recommend again.
Queen bed is two twin mattresses put together, but still comfy.
Reserved our suite and confirmed the suite 4 times only to find out “the person who confirmed your suite for your entire day was “new””! This is ridiculous, the staff was no help since I booked the stay through Expedia they said they could do nothing. In addition Expedia is also horrible I spent hours explaining the situation and wanted credit for the suite we never occupied and to only be charged for a standard room. Still no conclusion! Expedia is very helpful booking but horrible if there is a problem.
Krakow Stay
Good. Helpful and courteous staff.
Our room was comfortable and very quiet. The black out curtains work extremely well. The staff was courteous. Thanks for a nice stay in Krakow. Oh, we walked over 35 miles in 3 days! Lots to see.
very nice staff
Enjoyable stay, nice warm rooms to fight the cold!
Very nice stay, staff were friendly and helpful and the rooms very comfortable. We went in February during really cold temperatures, the rooms were lovely and warm which was much needed after our walks in the cold!
good
business trip
Very comfortable.
Everyone was very friendly.
Our sleep was ruined because about every 10 minutes the television in our room kept turning on by itself with the volume up. We couldn't unplug it because the plug was contained behind a "false wall". We contacted the hotel staff who told us that the only person who could help us with that would be in at 10:00 the next morning!!
Good location, clean, good value and great staff
This is an excellent property quote centrally located near the wavel castle. The staff is really polite and extremely helpful. My flight was delayed to 7pm and the hotel readily extended my checkout until 4:30 Pm without any additional charges.
They let me do an early check in and very helpful and pleasant staff. Room clean. I just stay for one night and I’m very satisfied overall
Amazing property with Great staff
This hotel is very convenient to the old town and places of interest are walking distance. Very close to the river. Bus stop for Salt mine is just at the corner-2 rides or walk 10min for bus 304 one ride. Check in was great, receptionist was very helpful and friendly. Room was good size and very clean. Breakfast was great plenty of selection. We got a free parking as well. Would recommend this hotel.
the
Good Hotel as expected
No complaints, would return. Very nice hotel and suited us as a couple on a short weekend trip perfectly.
Nice central location, easy for transport, lovely building
One of the best in Krakow.
Our stay was fantastic. The rooms were spacious, the beds comfortable and we didn't hear any noise from any of the other rooms or the traffic outside. We were on the 5th floor and had an excellent castle view. The hotel is around a 20 min walk from the main square, 10 mins to the castle and 10 minutes from the Jewish Quarter. The forum, a modern hive of activity with bars and street food was just 5 minutes away, here we spent a lot of our evenings. The hotel is very modern and the rooms had everything we needed. We stayed a week in total and it was a home away from home.
Rooms were exactly as shown in the images, perfectly sized and were clean and tidy. Hotel was located close to the airport and a 15 minute walk from the main square so made getting around easy.
Excellent hotel
The stay at Park inn by Radisson was fine. It could have been much better if we have had adjacent rooms with connecting doors as we were a family with three children. However, unfortunately even though we requested connecting doors four our two rooms specifically in our reservation via Hotels.com, we had in the end two rooms far away from one another. Except of that, everything was perfect; the rooms were clean and cosy, the hotel’s location is quite central, the staff at the reception were friendly and helpful and the buffet breakfast was good.
Fantastic!
A very satisfying stay. The customer service was excellent with Vitoria really doing her best to give us a great experience at the hotel. She gets 5 stars for her brilliant input👍 Claudia also deserves a big pat on the back at the restaurant. Breakfast was rich, varied, and tasty. Coronavirus safety measures in place are commendable
Very quiet and calm feel about the hotel , nice modern rooms with a great breakfast selection. 10min walk to Jewish quarter and 15-20 mins to the old square.
Lovely hotel and friendly staff
Really good. Can’t complain about anything. Best thing is the staff all very friendly
Friendly staff and clean room. Good facilities available to.
Very clean and the front staff is friendly and helpful! They booked a couple of excursions taxi etc. great location just out of downtown and close to the tram line. Walk across the bridge and you’re in the downtown area!
Ate oranges at front desk. The soap dispenser was broken.
Great property in a good location, only 15 minute walk to the main square. Service was really good from front desk staff. Room was of a good size and very clean. Amenities excellent. Didn't quite get a full five score as the safe in our room didn't work and the bed arrangement wasn't our requested queen size although the twin beds could easily be pushed together so not a big issue really. One very sad downside to the stay was the view from our room, I think all even numbered rooms face a derelict building at the back of the property and it housed a number of homeless people in tents - it really brings it home to you that there are serious issues here, just like any other major city - especially when we are talking a city with extreme cold temperatures. Clearly this isn't any fault of the hotel but it's just something that will become apparent during your stay. Very humbling.
City break in Krakow
During our stay to Park Inn by Radisson Hotel in Krakow we've got very good service level, overall clean and pleasant environment. The staff is well prepared, oriented to offer customer satisfaction, the restaurant has good quality tasty food.Hotel is positioned closed to historical city center and common transportation.
New hotel. Spacious and clean rooms. Good breakfast. Very good location
Comfortable and quiet room. Clean and fully equipped
I have nothing but positive feedback on the hotel. Excellent location, great staff and a clean room, well heated room. The staff could not have been more helpful and friendly.
Loud Music disturbed sleep
As a hotel We thought it would be a good place to stay, particularly as part of the Radisson group. What ruined it was a Friday night party on the second floor where the hotel failed to ask the organisers to turn down the music playing into the early hours of the Saturday morning. This could actually be heard very loudly on two floors above Their customer services ultimately whilst initially acknowledging the issue in the early hours by email failed to actually the respond. This is not a hotel I will use again because of their lack of care to customers when they should be able to sleep in peace.
Great location! Parking deck was well-lit and felt secure.
Restaurant menu could have some more options
The staff were very helpful and friendly. There was a great receptionist called Cilla who was extremely helpful, marking on the map where we needed to walk and also got our rooms ready earlier than the allotted checking in time so we could book in early. Excellent service and will definitely recommend the hotel.
Great hotel, Only downside is the view of the squatters from the bedroom window. Would definitely recommend.PS Homemade beans are not the best!
Its a nice quite place, really clean and comfortable
It was close to all of Krakow's main attractions, the building and rooms are beautiful, the gym and sauna are more than enough to keep you active
FRIENDLINESS OF ALL STAFF AND MODERN INTERIOR. AT TIMES LENGTHY WAITING PERIODS FOR HOT WATER IN SHOWER AND SLIGHT UNPLEASANT SMELL IN TOILET AREA FOR ENTIRE WEEK OF STAY.
Perfect short business stay
Stayed at the Park Inn as this was the location for a work conference. The hotel is modern and well kept. The staff were very friendly and helpful as we did have to call on their support for a few things surrounding conference activities. Great breakfast. The location is not in the centre of Krakow but it was only a short walk to the centre of the old town so very convenient.
Front counter staff were outstanding. Incredibly friendly and helpful, they made my day.
Weekend getaway
It's ok. Great location, friendly staff.
Very helpful Reception Staff. Were happy to make restaurant reservations and call taxis.
Staff friendly and helpful. Excellent breakfast bar. Dinner at reataurant was also very good. Very clean. Just be sure to bring your own shampoo and conditioner as toiletries only ok. But hughly recommend this property. Fantastic location as well.
The staff were so friendly and helpful. They even leant us umbrellas when it was raining and we wanted to walk to the main square. The rooms were immaculate and the food in the hotel was lovely and reasonably priced.
Short stay Warsaw
Located within walking distance of the Centre so a good location to stay in Warsaw. Hotel is comfortable, clean and relaxing.
I am sorry to say that on check-in late evening of Sunday 19th May we were not provided with a room with the undernoted description. Due to it being dark when we arrived we unpacked after our long journey from Salsburg, we did not notice until Monday morning that we had been given an unrepresentative room despite paying for the undernoted. Superior Room - Wawel Castle View--- This is the Radisson description
Good location, friendly staff, tram stop just outside hotel, castle a few minutes walk away, central square about 25 mins walk away
Excellent
The reception is very good. Aneta is the best reception host I ever meet.Very kind and high level person.congratulation to your reception staf
The room was clean and modern. Hotel well placed to walk to most tourist attractions and public transport was a few steps away. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Nice selection for breakfast.
A clean, modern and friendly hotel.
Great room. Modern and clean. 15 minutes to centre. On main road with parking. Only issue was no control over room temperature.
On arrival the hotel quite dark and depressing. Check in efficient. The room. Whoever designed it obviously likes square basic and boxy. Rather like a travel lodge. Tv no English channels just bbc news. Cleanliness good. The buffet breakfast. Large choice but not to English taste. Sausage cremated. Fried eggs left sitting out making them like rubber. Bread too thin to toast. Chairs again square and extremely heavy to lift. The food choice in the restaurant which boasted a new menu was neither extensive or appetizing. The bar area only contained dining chairs and tables with no lounge area at all.
very good location with helpul staff at reception
Every thing is very good apart from Wi-Fi which you need to connect every time you return to the hotel
Great hotel
Great rooms and service The breakfast was medium-low
Close to the city, 20-25 minute walk to the main square. If you take the 252 bus from the airport, this will drop you off near the hotel with a few minutes walk to the entrance. The room was clean and spacious, did not have breakfast so I can not comment on this.
Good enough
Overall good experience. Nothing exceptional, but definitely nothing short of expectations.
We will be back
We have been staying at the Park Inn By Radisson few times already. Every time we come to Krakow this is our hotel of choice. The hotel has affordable prices, staff is always friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious, clean and he amenities are amazing.
Don't Stay Anywhere Else in Krakow!
The staff make you feel like royalty! No request is too much - from the reception staff to the bar/restaurant staff to the housekeepers ... they will do everything in their power to make sure you are happy and well taken care of. Special thank yous to Gabi and Daniel for their "above and beyond" service and friendship. In my 40 + years of travelling I have NEVER experienced more professional and courteous staff. I will never forget my experience there - and I will be back!!
Staff allowed me to check in early after a night of having to sleep in the airport.
Excellent hotel
Very nice hotel. Its close to Wawel Castle, but not in the city if that is your destination.
Excellent
Very nice hotel and staff.
Excellent hotel with excellent staff, especially Ewa (mini Ewa) who was very sweet and was able to propose different touristic activities. Highly recommended.
Best Hotel in Krakow
Park Inn Radisson, is one of my favorite hotels to stay at when I travel for work or vacation.
Comfortable hotel. Pleasant staff.
Pleasant stay. Very comfortable hotel. Only problem is that it is a way from the center of town.
Good value and location
Excellent location and service
Nice hotel but not worth the extra money
The hotel was fairly modern, but I was disappointed by our room, I paid for a king size bed room and got stuck with two twin beds and a smaller room with a room of a abandoned appartment project that looked like a getto. I should have been upgraded to a better room with out a extra charge.
Conference at ICE
Had to be at ICE convention center which is just across the street. So, the hotel was optimal for me
Quick easy check in. Friendly helpful staff, Good comfy room. Very clean. Great breakfast, Good location.
Close to the town centre - tram ride away
Hotel was excellent: staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent
Stayed here for 2 days.Staff were very helpful, organized all tour bookings with short notice.Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was pretty good.Within walking distance of the castle.Enjoyed my stay a lot
On the edge...
We have been going to Krakow since 1992, it was time to stay in this hotel. Its on the edge of town, on a fine day a very good walk into the centre, not so good when its raining! Its a 20 minute walk from centre, taxi cost between 11-29 Zl. Always ask before you get in the cab. The hotel is fine and the break fast is very good, The cocktail selection at the bar is limited and it has no happy hour for those on holiday in the late afternoon to enjoy. Not sure if its aiming at coach travellers overnight or business users or indeed people like us to stayed 5 days. The rooms are fine and its very clean. We would stay again.
Good location, convenient transportation.
Good value for the money, very nice staff ,quiet area
Excellent hotel, great staff
The Park Inn is absolutely excellent, a 20 minute walk from Old Square it's in a great location. The staff are extremely friendly, props to lady at reception who recommended Frantic! The rooms are clean and the show polisher is a great novelty. All in all excellent stay and would recommend to everyone.
Lovely Hotel and Ideal Location
Great hotel - welcoming, clean and comfortable room and so close to both the centre of town and local area. So helpful when my other half was ill, staff brought me clean bedding and towels. Room always cleaned beautifully and everything was in walking distance. Restaurant food also lovely.
Good hotel, good location
20/25 min walk to main market square, 10/15 min walk to the Jewish Quarter. Nice hotel and the sauna comes in handy if visiting in the winter!
Convenient, clean and comfortable.
Pleasent, comfortable, clean hotel with very friendly staff.
Great service and clean hotel.
Service was great had a very good location overall great experience
A Wonderful Week in a Beautiful City
The hotel is just outside the Old Town, with Wawel Castle just over the bridge from it, which makes for a more scenic walk to and from the town. It is also well situated for walking to Kazimierz, which hosts a number of really interesting Jewish Museums, nice cafés and quirky shops. There is a tram stop just to the front of the hotel, if you want to take a more relaxed approach to sight-seeing. We only used the tram when leaving, as it was a quick and cost effective way of getting to the train station with our cases. The hotel staff were friendly although they did try to 'sell' us an upgrade on first arriving, which I nearly agreed to (from being travel-weary) however, I would recommend you forgo the upgrade, which includes breakfast at the hotel, as there are so many cafés throughout the Old Town that offer a variety of cooked and cold breakfast options, which are a treat. The Spa at the hotel is a nice way of taking some time out to unwind and I really appreciated the foot massage I had after visiting Zakopane (which is well worth the trip and the price of the tour.) As others have mentioned, the pressure in the shower wasn't great, but, not something that would put me off going back to this hotel.
Ideal for tram or walk to centre
We loved our stay here. Nice modern hotel, staff very friendly and helpful. Maps and guide book of Krakow provided. We opted to eat out, and enjoyed finding traditional places to eat. Only small down side was only 1 tea and coffee, which wasn't replenished on our two days here. Would recommend this hotel and hope to return.
Great location for business & pleasure
The hotel is about 5 years old, but still looks in the same, clean, high standard as when it first opened, Very friendly staff. Always use this hotel when working in Kraków.
Why would you go here........?
Why would you go here........? This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel and looks equally as new and clean as it did when I was first here 3 years ago. The beds and linen are very comfortable. The free Wi-Fi works great. Just a 5 minute taxi ride from the old town square and Jewish quarter. Typical hotel that attracts many business travellers, has drinks and food slightly more expensive than the tourist bars but thats nothing different anywhere you go in the world. All staff are great and always very friendly. So much, I've already re-booked to stay here next week when I'm back in Krakow. Why would you go here................? Why would you not!
Good overnight stay
I didn't find it the most friendly of the three hotels I stayed in on my trip, but I felt it was probably the best value for money with the most comfortable bed and best night's sleep. It was also very easy to find either on foot or public transport. The only down point was the water pressure from the shower was a bit weak so I spent a bit long in there. When I come back to Krakow I'll probably stay there again. They upsold me a room upgrade including breakfast for around £11-12.
Nice hotel
Hotel was nice and spacious. However, the staff could have been a little more helpful. I'd booked a superior room with a queen bed and upon arrival arrival was given a twin room and told there was nothing else and would have to just put up with it .... Decent breakfast
New, nice and convenient hotel
Very conveniently located next to tram station with direct trams to the main train station as well the center area. Right in the main road and easily visible and well Known for taxi pickup and drop off. Rooms very clean and new. Decent restaurant serving breakfast, lunch and dinner if you want to dine in. 24 hour front desk staff who speak English. Will stay again.
Great hotel
Excellent hotel but no breakfast - the old town was 15-20 min walk ; took a shuttle to auschwitz concentration camp from hotel which was convientant
Good hotel but not close to centre
Good hotel, clean rooms and staff all very helpful and friendly. Location was further from the town centre than expected so much reliance on trams & buses (or a long walk!). Didn't help that the tram line was closed over the weekend, but that wasn't the hotel's fault. Once you've mastered the tram system (don't forget to validate your ticket on board) location wasn't so much of a problem. Recommend the hotel.
Lovely hotel easy walk to the main square
Lovely hotel easy walk to the main square, great staff. I would highly recommend this hotel.
acceptable
The service is good, people of the reception and bar is kindly the price of the hotel is not good, very reasonable for Radisson. but..... The room inside looks like 3 stars hotel. The water pressure in shower room is very very poor!!!!! but the water pressure in wash basin is good!
Park Inn by Radisson Krakow | Hotel in Kraków | Travala.com
Hotel is located 10 minutes from City Center. Facility was nice and clean.
