Staff was very helpful and friendly. The place was pretty clean, but the curtains were torn and need replacing. Not enough of an issue to make it any less comfortable though. Breakfast was decent.

The check in was quick and she was a very friendly service agent. We truly appreciated the check in with our pet. Bentley our little Shih Tzu was welcomed with a bag of treats. We were conveniently placed in a room with easy access to the outside for our pet. I will stay here again and I will highly recommend this hotel

Good, great reception person last night. Not so good this morning. First time towel, bathmat and pillowcases We’re frayed and worn. Clean though?

The fact that this hotel uses real cutlery, mugs, glasses, and doesn’t waste plastic with single-use yogurt containers is VERY surprising (and welcomed). It is a departure from what every other hotel chain seems to have done, seemingly in the name of becoming “environmentally responsible”. Well done!

Everything was great

The Park Inn is conveniently located near Calgary International Airport. Staff are welcoming and quick yo check you in. The rooms are adequately roomy with comfy beds, a desk, kitchenette. The bathroom was well stocked with plenty of towels. The free continental breakfast offered pastries, toast, yogurt, fruit, coffee, tea and juice. Overall good value for money.

The staff was polite and helpful after a day of travel and a storm it was nice to see.

This is a fairly new property so everything is in good repair. The kitchenette has better than average -glass top cooking surface, big microwave, big fridge with freezer. This is especially good for travellers with a car since there are no stores and only one restaurant in the area(at the hotel next door). It is pretty close to the airport and they provide free taxi shuttle services there and back. The breakfast is also a nice touch and better than some. Eggs, Vector cereal and yogurt for protein choices, fresh fruit and the regular bread offerings. The highlight was the presence of a recliner chair which was lovely to read and knit in.

The staff was very helpful during check-in and check-out. However, the room was surprisingly run down for a relatively new hotel. The bed frames and reclining chair creaked when we shifted in them, interrupting our sleep, and the sink faucet was starting to break down too. The room was adequately clean, and the mattresses were comfortable, but the pillows were lumpy. A decidedly mixed experience.

The hotel looks quite new. The room is large and would be great for longer stays. It has a full size fridge, coffee maker and I can’t remember if there’s a microwave or a stove. I also has a recliner to sit in to watch tv. The hotel offers a free breakfast also. I will definitely stay here again.

Just an overnighter on my way to Sylvan Lake with quick access back on HWY. 2. Hotel is conveniently located. It was clean and even had a kitchenette which would have made sense for a longer stay. Was travelling with our dog. Staff wasn’t very friendly and accommodating. Insisted I write down my license plate before giving me the room keys instead of letting me deal with my luggage and pet first. I had booked a king size bed but was only given a queen. No comment on the change or any explanation was made. The shower in the morning was the worst. Only half the water came out of the head. The other half atill came off the spout. Water was lukewarm at most.

Close to airport so was nice for a quick overnight layover. Free transportation from and to the airport was quick and convenient. Gentleman working the front desk when we arrived was friendly and got us checked in very efficiently. Room a bit dated and pillows lumpy. Ok continental breakfast with eggs, toast, cereal, pastries, fruit, yogurt etc. Would stay again. Good value for the price we paid.

Room is very spacious with kitchenette and a good set up. Sheets were kind of scratchy, but bed was comfortable. Everything was clean, and the staff were very friendly.

Close to the highway, cross iron mall, and the casino. The toilet wasnt clean and some one left a smelly present, which was disgusting but after a long journey in terrible conditions it wasnt enough to scare us away. The rude awakening from hearing every little detail from the surrounding rooms was enough to never book here again.

This hotel does not accept debit cards. I always put the initial preauthorized payment on my visa but then pay with my business debit card, it makes bookkeeping much easier. This is the first time I was not able to do this so I will not be staying here again. Also no hot water for my shower in the morning. I had no time to call down to get this fixed. Also turned on the TV to see the news on the morning and it didn’t work. Overall not happy with my stay

The hotel is OK for a short term stay, especially for the people who would catch a flight and will be in Calgary for a very short stay as the hotel provides a OK-OK free breakfast and complimentary airport pick up and drop off. Management seems to be very stingy to spend money for the guest services. I would not recommend for any family of more than 2 people (I would say even not good for a couple) or or long term stay - Very far from any restaurants or other necessities. Poor or almost no transit access - Minimal options are available for breakfast - Housekeeping is minimal, they don't even clean garbages or make beds unless you ask for - Utensils are cheap and minimal amount of crockeries - Very limited food options to buy at facility and super expensive. About $9 for a ready to eat microwavable meal (Which you would get for 3.5- 5 dollars) and $3 for a small bottle of water!! Fine for one night stay, but not more than that

This property is fine. Not fancy, but has everything you would need. The staff are fantastic! Friendly, kind and lovely people. Rooms are clean and spacious, free breakfast is what you would expect (bagels, oatmeal, boiled eggs etc) Six minute drive from airport. It was exactly what we needed for the night!

Rooms are nice and clean. The front staff are very helpful and courteous. Room service is great Free Breakfast is great.. lots of choices even for kids The only downside are the pillows and mattress. spent four nights and each night had a hard time sleeping..overall 8/10

The shower was malfunctional although the hotel made an effort to fix it, but would have preferred getting another room.

Price and location. Breakfast not the best, area too small to accomodate many guests, and quality not great. Only 1 elevator, room was noisy from above as no carpet on floor to reduce sound, parking lot was pretty full with what looked like long term parking, should be designated away from fro t doors.

found strands of hair on both beds and scabs .asked for houkeeper to change the beddings but they're gone for the night. then we just requested new beddings so we can change but at first the front desk lady said they don't have and no available room.she then ask if it's ok, i said no. she went to the back and found just 2 bed sheets. horrible, will not recommend this place
