It was amazing stay and the staff was very helpful and nice

Good Location. !st room was not ready, only 2 pillows no ice bucket. could hear next room through adjoining door and smell strong odor of pot. Got second room on another floor. 1st night great second night we put a towel under the door to block the smell of pot. Breakfast, no milk or cream for cereal or coffee. Plain bagels and white bread. tea or instant coffee with hot water only. Best service by young lady at the front desk - she was exceptional .

The room was big but without a working TV and the curtains( black out ) were either out of the hooks and on the floor . Although breakfast is included , it’s just utterly basic . Needs a whole lot of improvement.

The suites are not properly heated and require a thorough deep cleaning Sofa chairs are filthy and stained. While the showers have mold developing and are very visible on the shower grout and sealer strips Staff is courteous but the diminishing condition of the hotel is a turn off. Under new management it seems

I booked the Parkinn for the location. The lobby is filled with a chemical migraine inducing smell. The room was clean but smelled musty, bathroom light broken, pillows were hard. Garbage sitting about in the plants, in the hall and the fitness room. Needs a good clean and updated in every way. Breakfast needs help. Very affordable and you get what you pay for.

I booked king size but they give me very dirty queen size bed i asked to fromt desk i pay for king size but they said we dont have king available

A Nightmare Stay at Park Inn by Radisson Brampton - AVOID THIS HOTEL Rating: 0/5 I'm writing this review as a warning to others: stay far, far away from the Park Inn by Radisson in Brampton, Ontario. Our recent stay was an unmitigated disaster, and I'm still trying to process the sheer incompetence and negligence of this hotel. Within 24 hours my car was stolen from the handicap spot RIGHT IN FRONT OF THE PROPERTY. Yes, you read that right. Three cameras were in view, but because of the cheap, low-quality cameras, the footage was too dark to make out any faces. The police officer investigating the theft couldn’t see much by the lack of usable footage. And this happens multiple times a day in the area so he wasn’t much help. But that was just the beginning. The next day, we requested a room change to be closer to our rental car, and the new room had NO TV. Meanwhile, two other women were complaining to the sole desk worker about two men constantly knocking on their door, harassing them. It was clear that security was virtually non-existent at this hotel. And if all that wasn't enough, on the morning of our checkout, someone OPENED OUR DOOR WITHOUT KNOCKING. Thankfully, we had the top bolt closed and yelled when it opened so he ran. Cops were not called I had brought my parents to Canada for a vacation, a chance to reconnect with fam after the passing of our uncle and grandma. Instead, our stay at the Park Inn by Radisson Brampton turned into a nightmare.

I would not recommend this hotel for a couple

Went to stay for a few nights with my partner they told me they are not responsible for my car, washroom fan was not working. Sharing wall with another room and you could hear all the noise from the other room. Me and my partner went for a couples night away from home so we can have some privacy, but instead ended up being disturbed all night long first night with a couple that was arguing next door I spoke to the front desk reception or supervisor I don't know who who it was and they said no one was in the room for the next night, the next night based on the assumption that no one was in the room next door when asked to change rooms the front desk said no one is next door room, someone checked in around 10:30 and from 10:30 p.m. until 4:00 in the morning all we heard was people having sex. Felt very uncomfortable hearing someone scream and moan for about 5 hours long I do not know if that was a couple or if someone was in the hotel doing business. My partner was kind of scared uncomfortable uneasy. Instead of saying the third night which we had originally booked for three nights we left one day early because we're done with the hotel. I made a video of the hotel room there was a table was fully stained, showed it to reception saved it on my phone so that they know it wasn't us right when I walked into the room so they had the time noted also made them nowhere There were only two towels in the washroom we requested for one to two more. Bugs walking around wife got creeped out

Room was in quite a stare of disrepair with the shower rod barely hanging on leaving the curtain bowed in the middle. Walls were filthy in the bathroom and the mattress was old and lumpy. We checked in around 3pm ane spent a quick minute in the room, returning very tired at midnite or we would have requested another room. We had stayed at the Park Inn previously and had a much better room

Room was not clean properly and I had to wait on reception for good 12-20 minutes to check in because no one was on desk. After calling 3 times finally someone came.

Room booked was not provided (King bed - nonsmoking). Provided a wheelchair accessible room with a Queen bed. Went back to front desk - they indicated no King-bed nonsmoking were available. Provided a room with 2 Queen- beds.

Disgusting and smells like someone died. The first room I got was disgusting with stains and bugs on the bed. Second room had a horrible smell. Please refrain from visiting this hotel. Pay the extra $100/$200 and stay somewhere cleaner

Average weekend stay

Overall the stay was okay. Hotel room was missing hand towels and the bathroom door handle was broken. As well the toilet paper holder was completely missing. When we arrived the TV didn’t work and a new cable box had to be installed. Beds were really comfy and the hotel was quiet though. The overall cleanliness of the room was average, but the bathroom probably needed another clean.

No water available in room, I have booked 2 queen bed room but only 2 towels are in washroom, very dim light and even table lamps not working. For breakfast it’s very limited options. I will not recommend to anybody. This hotel is not as per the standard of Radisson group

Liked the surroundings as Restaurent, grocery store etc in a walkable distance . Air conditioning unit was making noise couldn’t sleep at night. Bath towels, hand towels were not there and shampoo/conditioner were not enough for 4 people stay. During my Last stay at this place there were similar issues and were mentioned to front desk but didn’t seem to take enough care to fix

The reviver on the TV wasn’t working We reported the first day and never was replaced (Leaving us without access to local news & weather reports).

There is a wedding venue 50 meters across the parking lot that was very loud both nights until about midnight. Not the hotels fault but a factor in booking. Room was nice for the price.

The staff, the beds and everything is close by

There was nothing in the room such as hair dryer, coffee, iron. It was literally empty. Pictures shown on Orbitz and the actual place nowhere same or similar. Ac kept blowing all night even if i had turned the ac off. Night shift staff was very polite and helpful but the morning shift manager was terrible. Coffee machine in the lobby was not working and she claimed that the light yellow colored hot water coming out of the coffee machine was actual coffee. So far it was my worst hotel experience through Orbitz for so many years.

There was nothing to eat at the Continental breakfast, no coffee/tea, not working, we had to ask for towels, soap, toilet paper.

Had a good experience at the parking inn hotel , everything was good but the AC temperature was little bit high and also not able to set temperature because it was central AC.

USED to be a great hotel!

This USED TO BE a great hotel. Its not even that old yet the owners have let it slip. See my pictures for reference... -Black mould in the shower -no tissues to be found -no lotion to be found -AC doesn't come out of "hold" status meaning it stays at the temperature the hotel wants it at (picture is from about 14 hours after me setting it to 60, still at 69... -only 2 tiny pillows for a king size bed -a post-it note with your room number and wifi password (on the back) instead of a normal card folder -stains, broken windows, unfriendly staff, the list goes on. So sad, this used to be a great hotel. But not anymore. Especially in these times of HUGE competition from other hotels, you'd think that the owners would be trying extra hard to earn business, but they don't care anymore.

Poor maintenance of rooms. Missing hair dryer and ironing board. No tissue boxes, note pads or other supplies provided.

The TV does not work. No coffee mugs, damaged ceiling, Staff sitting around not refilling breakfast stuff. Very pathetic!!!

Front office attendant tried his best but based on what he was working with, it’s impossible to rate this hotel favourably. Tv did not work as cable connecting to Bell box was missing, then the box had to be changed. No coffee pods provided despite advertising that coffee machine was in the room. Bathroom mat was filthy. 3 lumpy pillows and bedding was cheap and thin. No hairdryer in bathroom and i didn’t bother to ask for one as the whole experience was off putting. Breakfast - looked like bread and bagels and cereal. We had coffee and left.

This is a great hotel but the service has gone down significantly. We had microwave, TV and Fridge not working. No Soap in washrooms. Breakfast was almost nothing, block of butter few bread and one cereal. If i had better option i would not stay at this hotel

The agent who checked us in was superb. But we couldnt get the ac temp in the room to change. Stayed at 68* and was plenty cold. Breakfast the next morning was possibly the worst continental I've ever had; coffee, juice, milk, corn flakes, bagels. There was just 4 little.packets of peanut butter (which we don't care for) and the remains of a block of butter still in the paper. It had been scraped over and dug in by who knows who. I asked for more and no sorry thats all they had but she gave me the last 2 packets of cream cheese she found. Wow you're right in the city and cant restock your breakfast bar?! Don't stay here for breakfast.

Tv didn't work but they resolved that, bulb missing in bedside lamp, she also resolved that. Went to get breakfast and their was corn flakes, no milk and tea. Hopefully i get my 100 deposit back as some reviews say they didn't

Stayed there for 3 days and was not impressed with this hotel. The free breakfast was pathetically stocked, 3/4 of the hot beverage machine did not work, the vending machines did not work, the TV did not work for the entire stay. Rooms were not cleaned and had to go ask for things like toiletries and towels. Not to mention the large stain on the corner chair. Would not stay there again.

Nothing unique. Service was poor. Only good thing was shopping and parking.

Lots of Reno’s needed. Mold by the tub in my room. Paper thin towels… wall paper coming off at multiple spots. AC very loud. If I hadn’t have pre paid my room I would have gone elsewhere. Large banquet hall in the same parking lot, noise and questionable characters outside. Lots of better options in sure. Chalk this one up to live and learn.

Our first time at the hotel, it was nice and clean. Unfortunately, having left early the next morning (7am) couldn't take advantage of the complimentary breakfast since it was being served later (9am).

Staff was kind and polite but a lot of fixtures inside the room were broke - especially the TV. The coffee pot was improperly placed within a cupboard, there was no desk, bathroom features were poor at best especially the shower bar .

The room walls are very thin and you can hear conversations in adjacent rooms. I was kept awake until 1 am by someone chatting on the phone. The sheets have stains on them. The TV wasn’t connected and the fridge wasn’t plugged. The breakfast was sparse and uninviting. It wasn’t a nice experience and I wouldn’t recommend staying there.

Hmm, where to start. My first night was a disaster. The level of street noise that permeated through the windows was incredible., it was like trying to sleep at a dragstrip. Next, other hotel guests were incredibly loud, complaints to management resulted in a room move the following day. The following day I charged rooms to the other side of the hotel, the noise level from the street was about the same, the mini fridge was useless as it was a solid block of ice, again, reported to management, again no action. Breakfast.....Laughable. The people come across as nice, but their do nothing attitude customer service leave a person really not wanting to stay a such a place
