Get something nicer than this

First of the front desk took 20-30min to get our room (with a chaotic waiting as there was no organized wait list and people cutting the que). The room was not prepared for 4 people as booked, there were only one king bed. They later added one small moveable bed, but expected the 4th kid to sleep on the sofa (that was not a pull out sofa and no sheets were provided) but the room was advertised as sleeps 4 (good luck to fit any teen on that sofa..). This meant several more trips to the front desk standing in the same que mentioned before.. The breakfast was just as chaotic, with high noise and people crammed in. The breakfast Variety was good, but most things were bland. At checkout they held us at the chaotic reception again as they wanted to check the room before us leaving the premises. Never experienced something like this and this delayed our departure and the days plans.

We used this hotel during the f1 gp weekend… the breakfast can be way better its very minimum! The staff of restaurant can be beter tought.. price are insane during the weekend

The lift is not working properly.

Hotel was lovely. Clean and comfortable and staff very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately breakfast wasn’t so great. As someone who cannot eat dairy, the choice was extremely limited. None of the food had labels so it was difficult to know the ingredients. All the pastries had butter, no dairy free alternatives to spread on toast, eggs on offer were scrambled, pancakes had milk… my wife was left with dry toast and fruit or vegetables. We did find someone to get poached eggs but I had finished eating before they arrived for her.

My family have been to Abu Dhabi a few times now and whilst I would say the quality of accommodation at Park Inn is wonderful other things around the hotel itself let it down for us. The staff around the pool were quite abrupt when we asked if the bar was open but did go to get a waiter who then told us of the limited stock they held and directed us to the bar a few hotels up, not what you want really in 43 degrees of heat everytime you want a drink. Also had the strangest checkout experience bare in mind I am 53 so not likely to damage a room or cause problems, we had to stand at reception for 10 mins why we were checking out early morning and wait for house keeping to be sent to our room 5 floors up to check we had left it in a satisfactory condition before we could leave … never had that before in any hotel we stayed in. Probably would not be my first choice to return to :-(

Hotel was super nice staff was super professional breakfast was at the correct temperature I liked everything about the hotel they gave me the VIP double upgrade so I had an a balcony with a water view. They were very nice to me. The room was in great condition I could use the pools at all three hotels the Crowne plaza the Radisson and the park in n. Hotel even told me about transfers to the mall. Hotel was perfect and close to the airport. I was very pleased with my selection.

There were a few things not working properly in our room. We weren’t in the room long enough to worry about changing or complaining. People/staff were nice.

The only good thing about this hotel is: Location Receptionist Benedict The valet parking attendants *The rooms need renovation *The breakfast buffet is the same everyday with not much variety not to mention the expired milk and cockroaches in the cabinets *The rooms smelled humid *The carpets in the room was cleaned every since the opening of the hotel *If you see the furniture in the room, it’s the worst with the stains everywhere * And the the toilet was smelling and hot water problem I’m really surprised how people give positive reviews to this hotel

Outstanding hotel only downside was the Mexican restaurant - so loud !! Not sure why the music hadn’t to be that loud - only ate there once and it was very expensive and average quality. Belgium bar next door was outstanding though so we just went there instead

We were exhausted and the front desk person got us checked us quickly. It was just a night but it was nice.

Not a good a experience

When we arrived late after our plane was delayed. Then when we got to the hotel the only option was King bed and two singles. We had 7 people. 3 adults and four kids. We had really tired kids. The hotel did not accommodate our request for extra bedding. Terrible service.

No complaints. Excellent breakfast each morning, clean and comfortable room. On-site Mexican restaurant excellent for dinner. Staff efficient.

Stayed for 1 night for a short layover overall was a great stay. Very close to the airport if you needed a quick layover spot or staying for a short period. Taxi from airport and hotel was pretty affordable only thing is they don’t take other currency of money that wasn’t dirhams but did take debit cards and maybe credit cards.The staff were very friendly and approachable. Was able to check in early. They offered a shuttle pick up to go to mall, YAS beach, and a few amusement parks.Got recommended food option for dinner that was walking distance cross the street which was a great very good buffet and affordable! When checking out they told us to sit and relax while they called a taxi for us. The only thing I wish was better was contacting them via phone. Kept getting switch to different lines/being on hold and after a while phone call would hang up. So that was kinda frustrating when to confirm booking but when arriving to hotel no issues pretty smooth process. Overall would definitely stay here again.

Concierge entire Team was Awesome. Patrick, Dhil & Ravi was very Helpful and provided me great Customer Service. Housekeeping did an Excellent Cleaning and I really liked it. Eventhough I would love to give 10/10 for everything but unfortunately I am unable to give this rating because the Entire Front Desk Team was Not Welcoming and Helpful. All the Front Desk staff was busy playing in the Internet and avoiding Guests who come or pass the Front Desk as much as possible. Sajid from Front Desk and Nikilraj(not sure his correct spelling for his name) from restaurant made me feel very uncomfortable, not welcoming and wanted to rush me when I went for some enquires. Special Breakfast pricing offer that they sent me over email was not honoured during my Check-In and I felt it was False Promotion and Advertising. Shower Water Pressure in the room was very low and slow. I would love to stay here again only because of Excellent Concierge and Housekeeping Team.

Bar / waiting staff / lifeguard's around the pool were excellent, helpful and very very friendly. They made the holiday an exceptional experience

The staff is very nice and polite. They are very helpful. Food is very good. I just saw one cockroach near the coffee machine in the breakfast area on the ground floor. Other than that i did not find any issues. The food is fresh and hot all the time.

The breakfast buffet could be better. They need an omelet station. More fresh fruit options. The service staff in the restaurant we fantastic.

Cheap option for Yas Island

Two friends staying, was spacious enough but bathroom was ok. Mini fridge not stocked and no toiletries. Room over looked the yas island, was not noisy. Food in restaurant was great but service lacked & pool bar doesn’t open until after 3.30pm.

It wasn't so good ,the food quality wasn't good, The restaurant wasn't clean ,doors everywhere had black hand

One day experience

The room was upgraded based on the proposal from reception since i was told only single will be provided although 2 twin beds were booked & paid already and were to be charged extra to accommodate the family. We upgraded since it was single bed and paid difference amount for suite room. The room was fine with good view but the tub could NOT be used since hot water control was NOT working and it was boiling water. It was unfortunate that after paying extra for the suite room, the comforts could NOT be utilized.

Good location on Yas Island; near the theme parks, Yas Bay ad Yas Mall and taxis to each of them are cheap. Yas Island itself is not really pedestrianised so prepare to use taxis or the bus - things aren't too far apart but good luck finding somewhere to walk. If you're looking for a decent shower, don't bother staying here - very poor pressure and the water from both the shower and taps is foamy and weak. Temperature of the water is also inconsistent. Room lighting was shocking, lots of lamps but nothing central for the room. If you want a relaxing, peaceful holiday, this is NOT the hotel for you. It's very resort-like; hideous pumping music over the pool area from 7am until 10pm > not pleasant when you can hear the thudding in your room. Yas Plaza is quite an isolating place, so don't expect to be able to walk out and go to a supermarket for snacks/drinks; there's nothing there apart from the hotel restaurants. Room service was tasty and cheap - don't forget to tip! Staff service was variable, depending on who you got. That said, they were very helpful when I had an issue and although I didn't get the outcome I wanted (non-hotel related), the one staff member who helped was spectacular.

We have stayed in the Park Inn Hotel Abu Dhabi many times over the last 11 years. I feel this time the bathrooms are in need of updating and ours was very shabby! The room itself was fine! The surrounding views and quietness of the hotel is excellent! I would recommend this hotel for leisure and business!

for the price it was ok. The garage is a mess to park in. The front driveway is very narrow. The breakfast buffet was good.

There was a piece of broken glass on the bathroom floor and contaminants on the counter top, so the cleaning wasn't thorough. The toilet sprayer was leaking water when turned on, covering the floor. After the first room cleaning, all the towels were taking out, I had to call to get towels, as if someone forgot to bring fresh ones back. Just not the experience expected from a Radisson affiliate. Disappointing.

We stayed 1 night, they were kind enough to upgrade my room as we are Gold members. It was a good stay before our flight.

The staff is kind and welcoming, but the car park and beds were not great, especially the additional single bed.

This hotel is in a cluster called Yas Plaza, which is walking distance to the Yas Marina Formula 1 race track. The room was large and comfortable. The staff was helpful for transportation options to Yas Mall for my PCR test, the race track and the Corniche beach walk. They gave me a voucher to their shared private beach club and shuttle bus. It's fairly isolated in this part of the city, but you do have Yas Mall, Ferrari World, Warner Brothers World, the race track and two nearby beach clubs. Taxis will take you anywhere you want to go, but they're expensive.

Horrendous

Arrived at 00:30. Waited 30 mins to be checked in. Then I got told I only booked 1 room even though I clearly booked 2 and had the email to confirm it. I was bullied into buying another room which I refused to do. I had arguments with the manager who was very uncooperative. After a while he agreed to take the issue up with hotels.com and let me go to my room. At 3am I got phonecall after phonecall demanding I forwarded them on my confirmation email. I said can it not wait until the morning only to be told it HAD to be done at that moment!! Absolute joke. I travel to hotels all over the world and this is the WORST experience I’ve had to deal with. It’s dreadful. AVOID

The hotel is clean but the pool is too small although you can use Radisson blu pool. The breakfast was too crowded especially that we are using Radisson blu restaurant as well. The room was clean and tidy and had everything except that there was no rod to hang our wet swim clothes.

It was very disappointing and much below expectations. Size of single bed was so narrow that it nearly fits a normal size. There were no toiletries in the bathroom and no stuff in the mini bar. The buffet (dinner) was pathetic. Overall a very disappointing experience

Wonderful experience with Radisson BLU

The rooms were smelling and i mentioned it to the reception and all they did was put some air freshener which lasted only for 10 minutes, i found out that 4 other people also complained about the same. Unfortunately they didn’t even offer me to change my room because of the weird smell

The person in charge at the reception was unprofessional. The manager was very professional in dealing with the problems I faced. The staff - in general- needs more training.

Need better facility maintenance.

The hotel was ok but the room smelled like a wet carpet! The fridge was not working so we had to manage a cool box with ice to store our daughters meds.

First off for a property on Yas Island I am very unhappy!! The pool is located at the Radisson Blu next door, yes you need to leave the hotel and walk next door. The breakfast is located next door also, the breakfast has absolutely no flavor, the scrambled eggs are very soupy and it overall was not satisfying. I did make a complaint about the food and someone called me at to apologise and ask how they can fix it, I thought that was nice. However they sent someone to my room at 9:30 at night, we was already sleeping and the guy just knocked and knocked this really upset me as we had already been in bed asleep. There are 2 very thin pillows on the bed we drove home to get our pillows after the first night. They give you one set of towels and at checkin they remind you to carry your towels to the pool, I did this mind you when your done and wanna shower your towels are soaked and need to call for dry ones. The drinks at the pool bar are so over priced for what we spent over the weekend we could have stayed at an all inclusive resort!! We really made a bad decision here! Also people get up in the morning before the pool is open and pool there towels at the cabanas to save them!! Lifeguards allow this!! So they put there towels and and go to breakfast or whatever they do!! A positive as you can tell there isn’t many, they have a relaxation pool for people 18 and older!! One you man named Rajesh worked at the pool bar, he is very kind and attentive to guest needs. AVOID

Thank you for an awesome staycation on Yas Island. My room was upgraded to a balcony with a gorgeous view. The room was clean and comfortable. Service was absolutely fantastic, especially housekeeping and the front desk. My only suggestion for an area of growth is the breakfast. It was the same offerings everyday, which got tiresome and I didn’t even bother going down my last day. Other than that, I have no complaints.

The Park Inn was closed so they upgraded my booking to their sister hotel next door. It was great. The room was clean and comfortable. The service was excellent. Thank you for a good stay.

Very few guests but service especially at breakfast was non-exsistent. Requests for items like pillows needed to be made several times, toilet paper not replaced so had to requested ? Pretty poor.

Not a Great Start to our visit

The location of the Park Inn is fantastic for all there is to do on Yas Island. You can get buses everywhere, including into Abu Dhabi which is fantastic. We were initially disappointed on arrival at Park Inn as we had booked for 2 adults and 2 children and Park Inn only provided us with a standard room with only 2 single beds! They then tried to tell us it was what we booked and wanted to charge us for extra beds to be put in the room. They then tried to blame Hotels.com for the disorganisation. This is the third time I have booked through Hotels.com which I informed them of and that this has not happened before. They were fairly quick to rectify this providing us with 2 extra beds for our children at no additional charge. Just be very wary of this when booking. Having said that we did go on to have a comfortable stay and a great weekend on Yas Island.

Wonderful and Memorable!

Food was wonderful, Staff were kind and helpful and Room was excellent, but we had trouble with insects and smell in the room which was taken care of. Overall a memorable stay.

A good hotel with nice views, located close to the international airport. Service was fast and efficient with friendly staff. The room was spacious and bed was comfortable. When showering, intermittent hot and cold water came.
