Confortable clean. Magnificent

This hotel is so perfectly located for the main town shopping and only a short walk to other main attractions. The staff, the rooms were excellent. We will be back next year. Loved Vienna, safe, clean and charming.

A Memorable Stay at the Park Hyatt Vienna

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Park Hyatt Vienna, and I cannot say enough wonderful things about this beautiful and elegant hotel. Perfectly situated just one block away from the chaos of the city center, it offers a serene escape without sacrificing convenience. The highlight of our stay was the exceptional service we received from Nick at the front desk. He went above and beyond to make my mother’s birthday truly special. His thoughtful gestures and warm hospitality made us feel incredibly welcome and valued. My mother was thrilled with the birthday surprise, and it added a memorable touch to our visit. The hotel itself is stunning, with luxurious decor and meticulous attention to detail. Every aspect of our experience, from the comfortable rooms to the excellent amenities, was top-notch. The location is ideal, allowing us to explore Vienna with ease while enjoying a peaceful retreat at the end of the day. However, I did notice some inconsistency in the politeness and capability of the staff at The Bank restaurant. While some members were exemplary in their service, others fell short. Despite this, the overall quality of the hotel and the efforts of staff members like Nick made our stay truly memorable. I highly recommend the Park Hyatt Vienna to anyone looking for an unforgettable stay in this beautiful city. Thank you, Nick, and the entire staff, for making our visit so remarkable. We can’t wait to return!

Fantastic hotel

Park Hyatt Vienna is an amazing hotel in the perfect location. The staff are extremely helpful they even walk you to show you something not just tell you. The breakfast is awesome. The rooms are big and very clean. You will not regret staying here for your trip to Vienna.

The hotel reflects a former grandeur and still retains a lot of its original touches with of course an up to date modern twists and touches. Very well situated to almost all of the site seeing monuments. Highly trained , professional as well as friendly and helpful staff. Strongly recommended for those on business or leisure

I dont usually take the time to write reviews but our stay at the Park Hyatt Vienna was so outstanding that I felt compelled to say something. We loved every moment and cannot wait to get back. The entire staff was wonderful, from the front desk to the concierges to the housekeeping and the spa. The facility is amazing and the location is perfect.

It was drop-dead gorgeous. The rooms were spacious, beautifully and thoughtfully designed for the luxury traveler. The swimming pool was an Instagram win, and the spa was perfect.

If you like to swim, you’ll love the pool. It’s 15m long and was always quiet. It’s inside so I was able to swim even during my December stay. The breakfast buffet is amazing. A very large selection of European and American options with eggs and griddle orders taken and delivered right to your table. Also available were cappuccinos made to order. Nice touch. Room was impeccably clean. Beds perfect and had a selection of pillows. Staff all spoke some English, even housekeeping, restaurant and spa staff. Very helpful with map and directions to Christmas markets. Location is in the heart of the city and walking distance to many attractions. The hop on hop off bus stop is less than block away. Would stay here again and highly recommend to anyone.

The best part is the location. The hotel is in the heart of downtown and right next to the luxury brand stores. Hyatt Vienna is also a beautiful hotel and very luxurious.

Vienna Oasis

Always a treat to come back to the Park Hyatt Vienna....perfection!

Our stay in Park Hyatt was great. The last time we stayed in The Sacher and this time I wanted to try something else. The decor is more understated than in The Sacher, where it’s very traditional. The suite we have booked was very spacious and overlooking the square. The location of the hotel was very good. The service was wonderful. Except that the AC was a little inconsistent we enjoyed our short stay very much.

Christmas break

Christmas market trip with friends wonderful

The concierge Kareem was this five stars property’s cherry on the cake. First of all the hotel is located in the middle of everything, and easily walkable to anything you would want to do. The concierge made all our excursions and planned even train travel for us. Exceptional!

Dangerous bathroom

I would not stay here again. My wife had the bathroom door that weighs about 100 kilos on her and she very luckily escaped with only a scratch. Its could have been allot worse and potentially life threataning. I told the reception about it and they said that this has happened a few times before. Even the maintenance knew about this. The only plus point in our stay is the very helpfull concierge(karim) that really went out of his way everyday for all our bookings and arrangements.

The rooms are really spacious and the service is really great.

Enjoyed most things about this hotel. Mostly once in the door it is an enjoyable experience. The restaurant team bar none is superb. The room service and the front desk perform seamlessly. A great hotel in a great location. Modern with high end amenities. Great restuarant and bar. Only complaint....A sub standard matress which was thin and hard like stone. Five star in every other way but missing the high end bed with a pillow top

Best hotel in Vienna! Period! Best rooms, best service, best spa / fitness center, great bars and lounge, great food and breakfast and best location. It’s tastefully modern in beautiful old building. It’s close to perfect!

Had an incredible time, the staff were extremely knowledgeable about the area and made excellent recommendations for things to do and places to eat. I had booked two rooms which they put side by side and upgraded one into a suite - unexpected but definitely welcome - was as lavish as you would expect and well worth the stay.

I booked two rooms for 7 nights. One was great, the other was very inferior, though same price level. I complained about it’s oddity, was told it was a disabled room, and I was offered another, which we took. It was a hassle, not the best way to start our week in Vienna. Apart from the fact that a disabled room shouldn’t feel inferior, we shouldn’t have been allocated it. There was room and our stay was quite long.

Friendly opulence in the Center of Vienna

Stayed at Park Hyatt Vienna Feb 26th to March 3rd. The hotel is in a grand historic building. The rooms are modern, clean and luxurious. The restaurant and bar are simply beautiful. The location of the hotel is in Stephenplats which is the golden square of Vienna. As soon as you get out, you are surrounded by beauty and opulence. St Stephen's cathedral, the palace and the museums are within a short easy walk. The metro stations are close by as are great restaurants, café and bars. The best part of the hotel is the friendly staff ready to help you and serve you at any moment, always with a smile. Special thanks to the girl at the bar who did not hesitate to walk to the bakery to get me a chocolate cake to go with my cognac or the front desk person who ran to lost and found at 4.30 in the morning to look for my gloves. Love you all guys, will be back.

Room services

Asked for water on the first day if my stay but I have to remind them. On 3 days, asked for more tea bags and waters but never provided. In any event, it is a reasonably good hotel overall but services would need to be improved.

Top Class in Vienna

This must be the best hotel in Vienna , the service and standard of the hotel is impeccable. they cannot do enough for you from the time you arrive to the time you leave. It was the occasion of my wife's 60th birthday and we were given a 2 tier upgrade on arrival and she received chocolates and a cake on her birthday , they do not miss a trick here. If you want to pamper yourself or just experience 1st class service then this is the place

Rooms are stylish, clean and comfortable. Front desk staff, housekeeping and laundry services top notch. Dinner in The Bank restaurant was well prepared and graciously served. Nice location for many attractions and shopping. Price point reflective of superlative hotel, which this Hyatt has achieved.

Incredible hotel with 5 star staff to match

What an incredible product of space and design. What made the stay so memorable was the kind staff, from reception, to the concierge ( brilliant) to laundry smiling on dropping of fresh clothes to the doorman who was always there to hold the umbrella over our head getting in and out of the car... only complaint, and not a complaint is that the service in the 'living room bar' needs to be better staff.. all 3 days was impossible to find them.. it's like a forgotten space and under staffed...but over all I would highly recommend this as one of the best hotels to stay at while in Vienna

Could not fault it!

Wow. This hotel is incredible. I don't think I can say anything bad about it? We were one foot into the door when the doorman greeted us and took our bags; Anna at reception was polite, friendly and happy to help out with everything, giving us shopping tips, guiding us to our room, and informing us that the hotel had given us an upgrade for our four year anniversary. We arrived at the room and it was insanely beautiful, marble flooring and walls, decorated to perfection, champagne and chocolates, control panels for blinds, lighting, curtains, and do not disturb, a television that could be hidden behind a mirror, separate bathroom sinks, waterfall shower head, wonderful amenities, I could go on forever. This hotel is worth every cent and I recommend it to everyone.

Beautiful hotel

The hotel was spectacular and incredibly beautiful and luxurious. The bathroom was stunning. I would happily stay here again. The location is prime. All food and beverages were great. My only negative was the heat. The hotel was crazy warm, including the rooms and all common areas. The heat needs to be adjusted. We had to sleep with the windows wide open in late November it was so warm. You do not have the ability to turn on the AC during the cold weather months.

After spending six weeks in Europe I decided to complete my stay at the Park Hyatt. From the minute I arrived until the moment I check out....perfection! The location, the staff, the rooms, the spa....and the restaurant is superior!

Best hotel in Vienna

Vienna luxury at its best

Opulent and stunning yet understated and tasteful, this stay was a birthday gift to myself before moving to company-selected hotel for work. Its central location cannot be beat, and sound-proofing keeps it peaceful and serene once inside. With careful attention to design, aesthetics, lighting and environment in mind, this former bank is a one-of-a-kind piece of history. Staff were genuinely hospitable and service oriented; nothing fake or uppity. A few things went wrong, and they were apologetic and proactive in offering compensation. For example, I was granted access to the golden lounge and provided sparking water to work when my room wasn't ready. I was upgraded to a bigger and better room without extra charge when my original room became unavailable. The beautiful and humble Philipp dispensed advice when requested, arranged for luggage and fresh fruit to be moved, and also free breakfast the next morning for the inconvenience. Food via room service was absolutely amazing -- thoughtful, minimal and artful. No small portions and delicious. Topping off my evening was a soak in the bathtub, leaving me relaxed and sleeping incredibly well. I wouldn't hesitate to book again.

FINALLY! - a 5 star hotel that is really a 5 star

So many Hotels I stay at are "over rated" - NOT the Park Hyatt! Amazing hotel. Amazing service. Amazing location. I want to go back to Vienna just to stay here!

We traveled to Vienna to visit our daughter who was studying abroad there. The city is incredibly beautiful and we felt very comfortable and safe walking everywhere. The hotel was in the perfect location just a few minutes from her school and also close to many sites. Be sure to venture out of the city a bit. We visited Salzburg and Budapest and found both rich in history and beauty. Our next trip to the beautiful country if Austria will be in the summer as it was quite cold still in March.

Fantastic

Cannot fault this place. Hotel is very grand, in line with its first quarter location. The room we stayed in was immaculate, comfortable, great finishings, nice tea and coffee and fresh fruit. Only minor point would be the lack of live TV channels (not much else in English apart from news). Service was great and friendly, special thanks to Nadia. Also very impressed with the swimming and spa facilities, definitely made the stay even more enjoyable. All in all, would definitely recommend and we will look no further when returning to Vienna.

World Class Hotel

We took our 12-week old daughter to Vienna for the weekend and chose the Park Hyatt Vienna for its location, reputation, and amenities. We were not disappointed in any way. We emailed ahead to ensure the room had a cot for our daughter, as well as to book a car with a car seat from the airport. The concierge was immediately responsive. We found upon check-in that we had been upgraded to suite, complete with the baby's cot and toiletries and a robe for her. Although the hotel is on the newer side, it's clear the quality of the materials and furnishings used to transform a former bank into a top tier hotel destination will allow it to age well; from floors to furniture, the place is solid, sturdy and polished. During our stay, we dined on room service, as well as in both the Bank restaurant and Lobby Bar. The food and drink was top quality. Finally, every member of staff we had the pleasure of interacting with was pleasant and helpful. Overall, I would rate the Park Hyatt Vienna as one of the top hotels at which I've had the pleasure of staying and I would highly recommend it.

One of the most beautiful hotels in Europe

The Park Hyatt Vienna is beautifully designed, the rooms, the lobby, the bar, the restaurant, the spa area, everything! And couldn't be more centrally located. Certainly the best hotel I've stayed at in Vienna by far. You won't be disappointed.

Sophisticated, elegant quality.

My wife and I stayed at the Hyatt Vienna for 4 nights in November 2015. We chose a Park Studio King on the top (6th) floor. From the moment we walked in, we knew we'd chosen the right Hotel. Based central to a lot of the action in the city (and as my wife quickly noticed, virtually adjacent to the upmarket shopping district!), the hotel exuded quality, sophistication and elegance. The room was exceptionally well styled and decorated, with plenty of mirrors and a bathroom awash with marble. Smart electronic panels provide control to the heating, lighting and window blinds, and there was a great Bose Soundlink mini bluetooth speaker through which you could play music from your phone (and it's already top of my Christmas list). The Hotel's Spa, bar and wonderfully grand restaurant are equally impressive, and the staff were all extremely courteous, professional, accommodating and, gratefully, unpretentious. At this time of the year, the Christmas Markets are popping up everywhere, providing a wonderful cheery mood - helped of course by the countless Gluvine (mulled wine) stalls, which we sampled frequently! All in all, a really lovely hotel in a lovely city and well worth every penny. And you never know, you may get lucky and share a lift with Sir Roger Moore and his very elegant wife, as we did! At this time of the year

We stayed for 3 nights to celebrate our 30th Pearl Wedding Anniversay ... they call this Hotel the Pearl of Vienna .. my wife and I said this Hotel was perfect on every level , in fact outstanding !!.. we have been very lucky to have stayed in some of the finest hotels all over the world and the Park Hyatt Vienna is without doubt at the very top for excellence .. We will be going back one day if it is only for one night .. a dream of perfection

Best in Vienna

First impressions on arriving at the entrance of The Park Hyatt was amazing. The building is a former bank so from the facade to the interior it did not disappoint. The staff are courteous, friendly and very helpful. The rooms are spacious (we had a studio) and extremely comfortable with electronic pads on the walls for lighting, closing blinds and temperature control. We ate in their Bank restaurant and the food and service was second to none, even catering for my special dietary requirements. We would not hesitate on recommending The Park Hyatt to anyone and will be returning.

A relaxing and enjoyable 5 day stay at the Park Hyatt in Vienna. Wonderful location - central yet away from the crowds and noise. One could choose to tour the city or relax within the comforts of the hotel room. Pool is a little too warm for laps, particularly in the hotter months. The bellboys are worth a mention as they are helpful, friendly and attentive.

My wife and I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally helpful - information, direction, dinner recommendations, reservations, planning tourist activities, etc. The hotel itself was truly excellent. The room was modern, comfortable, and spacious. There were several TV channels available in English, which we really appreciated.

Beauty in Vienna

Try as hard as you can but you not find a flaw or shortcut at this hotel. Simply stunning decor and premier service await you at this beautiful new hotel in perhaps the best neighborhood in Vienna.We were there for four (4) days and regretted leaving. Stay here and you will know what it is to be spoiled.

The best in Vienna for sure.

ウイーンで1番好きなホテル。部屋のサイズは大きく、生活できるレベルの快適さ。スタッフは皆素晴らしい。ジム、プール、スパ、サウナもあるので観光した後ゆったりとホテルで過ごすのも良い。朝食もレベルが高い。旧市街のほぼ中心にあるので何かと便利。近隣にCHANEL、LVなどのハイブランドストアもあるが商品数はパリやNYや東京と比較するとあまりない。この街ではお買い物よりも歴史を散歩しながら探索するのが正しいかも。
