Perfect!

Perfect! Updated, food was incredible, service was impeccable. Will definitely stay again.

Hotel team is positive and stay was excellent. Fitness facility was clean and spacious. Room is well appointed and modern. The team could check on some of the equipment as apparently a bike and elliptical were not functioning.

It was just a one night stay but they accommodated my late arrival and were very supportive. The room was clean and comfortable.

Perfect place for what we wanted in all ways. Lovely staff, beautiful facilities, attentive service.

From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly warm, friendly, and attentive. They went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. It’s rare to find such a high level of hospitality, and it made a lasting impression. The room itself was nothing short of luxurious—spacious, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. The attention to detail in the furnishings and amenities made it a true sanctuary. I especially appreciated the plush bedding and quiet ambiance, which made for a perfect night’s sleep. The bathroom was another highlight. It was spotlessly clean, spacious, and featured a fantastic rain shower with excellent water pressure—an absolute delight after a long day of exploring the city. Overall, this hotel is easily the best in Toronto. If you’re looking for a luxurious, comfortable, and perfectly located stay with world-class service, look no further. I can’t wait to return!

Awesome property and staff. Concierge services was top notch. They helped from getting a ride, to restaurant reservations, to getting us tickets for Niagara Falls tour. Will definitely stay here again for future visits to Toronto.

Our stay was amazing, comfortable and easeful. Oretha was accommodating and our room was well maintained. Jessie at front desk was so welcoming and full of info and advice. Upon check out Jessie again was helpful and his joyfulness delightful. We appreciated that our stay was supported thru Owemanco s annual celebrations.

It was great experience

Great Hotel. Terrible elevators.

Park Hyatt is as good a hotel as you’ll get in Toronto and that includes the big name 5-stars. Only problem is the elevator setup. It is SO frustrating to have one or two of the three elevators out as you spend way too long waiting to get up and down to your room. We just did 3 days and one elevator was out the entire time and a second elevator went out just today leaving us all but stranded near the top floor. Absolutely ridiculous to have a situation like that last for days on end.

One of my favourite Toronto hotels. Staff is so friendly and helpful, rooms are spacious and luxurious. Would love to stay again!

Our stay at the Park Hyatt was very enjoyable and relaxing. It was a nice quiet suite and the staff were excellent. Definity coming back!

Both Matt and Jessie at the front desk were great! Very helpful and hospitable. For a 5-star hotel, I did expect the rooms to be a bit cleaner than what they were.

Amazing! My only grip is that the doors of the rooms shut very loudly and you hear it thru out the evening while trying to sleep.

Luv the beds so comfy and bathrooms are divine!

Wonderful spot! We were celebrating our 35th wedding anniversary and the hotel surprised us with a bottle of bubbly in the room and some chocolate covered strawberries! Would highly recommend:)

All Hyatt properties are awesome!! This place was ideal for relaxation and serenity. The spa was next level and we enjoyed our getaway!!

Beautiful property and excellent location on the heart of Yorkville.

We got to the hotel at 8pm and our room wasn’t ready. The staff offered us a discount for a better room but in the end we would pay more. Then we got a room with zero view. When you opened the curtains there was a big wall with tiny windows at the top. No compensation for the wait or for the really bad room.

Loved our stay will definitely stay again.

This was the best hotel. I've stayed at several other Hyatt properties and this staff was the most accommodating, the most helpful, and the most eager. Truly, the greatest experience during my time at Hyatt Park.

Excellent, pleasant and professional staff. Great, clean rooms. Joni restaurant was excellent for breakfast with, again, excellent staff. Great location of the hotel near Univ. of Toronto and TONS of shops and great restaurants within walking distance in Yorkville. Would probably go back to Toronto just to stay at this hotel.

The newly renovated property was beautiful the rooftop bar is a good option for evening cocktails and walkable to Yorkville shops and Bloor street!

Great luxury hotel in an upscale neighbourhood. 2 fantastic restaurants on site. You must try the Writers Room - it has a magnificent view of the skyline. Lots of shopping and restaurants in the area.

Beautiful hotel with a great location. Coffee at breakfast was horrible.

Stay was generally nice, and property in good shape. Booked a Junior Suite and was very comfortable with ample space while in town for a wedding. Disappointed spa access was not included despite the 5 star rating (access to sauna steam requires booking a treatment. Also, I was quoted a price of around $330 by the concierge for ground transportation, and billed close to $480 at check out... manager at the front desk said they would be in touch to work something out but never reached out. Not great. Would not recommend vs. other options in the area based on customer service and lack of amenities for the class of hotel.

I have to agree that the hotel facilities were mediocre, and the noise level was quite disturbing. The elevator noise during the night was particularly disruptive, often waking me up from sleep. Additionally, there were unidentified noise sources inside the room that continued for over ten minutes after turning off the lights.

As good as any 5-star in Toronto. Best location in (mid)town. Only one complaint - worst coffee I’ve ever tasted. Unbelievably bad. Other than that, I love this place and the staff and service is the best Toronto has to offer! Have stayed many times. Will stay many more.

Staff and cleanliness of hotel is excellent. We especially enjoyed the instant hot water in the shower as well as the private hotel vehicle. What a great service!

Stayed here for a few nights, the staff was incredibly attentive and polite. Rishi, one of the concierges gave us several great options of things to see around the city and the text service made everything seamless. He also took note of a bad flight we had and took steps to try and make up for it. Above and beyond our expectations. I would happily return here.

The hotel is beautiful! The rooftop bar, the location, the amenities, perfect! The best was Rishi, the concierge, he helped us with all the restaurant and activity reservations, great recommendations and the best service! He was amazing! We will definitely come back!

very disappointing stay, we require one double bed room and one suite near by but it ends of one king room and one suite with 5 floors apart. I dont see the point we choose the room type if the hotel is running a full house and change the room type we required? The hotel called to confirmed the booking several times which i really dont understand why they do it while we already pre paid the rooms. Surprisely, there is no turn down service at this so call five star hotel. After just staying with four seasons hotel and received the wonderful service, this park hyatt is nowhere near the 5 star standard.

We stayed at this hotel 29 July to 1 August. Everything was great and the staff are friendly. Clean and in one of best areas in Downtown Toronto.

The staff at the Park Hyatt were all terrific: very friendly, polite, and helpful. They even went to the trouble of learning our last names. Some days we only wanted the room cleaned in mid afternoon and the cleaning staff were always happy to oblige. The location of this hotel is wonderful: many of the major sites are within walking distance and there are endless numbers of different ethnic restaurants, also within walking distance. Even though Yorkville is a very ritzy part of town some of the restaurants we found were very good but not ridiculously overpriced.

The room was clean, spacious, super comfortable and modern with dining options. It had close proximity to several amenities.

Everything was readily accessible from hotel. Enjoyed the stay in Toronto

Beautiful renovation at this property. The breakfast is excellent and the rooftop patio is the best kept late night dining secret in TO.

Proximity to ROM and Gardiner Ceramic Museum is great! If you want to grab a drink at the cocktail bar you might want to make a reservation All the spots were taken (even at the bar) by people who I am guessing weren’t staying at the hotel They all had coats boots etc A few spots should be saved for people actually staying at the hotel

Very nice room, excellent service all around. Very good staff and very good dining options. Only comment is there was some ceiling repair work being done in the middle of the day right in front of the elevator.

We had an excellent stay at the Park Hyatt. Rooms were spotless and the beds were so comfortable. We enjoyed our experience at Stillwater Spa and overall the hotel is in a great location. Close to shopping, restaurants etc. Highly recommend.
