The positive thing is that the bed is very comfortable and the pool is large and clean. The questionable is the breakfast, very poor and they charge everything extra.

Pagué por la aplicación y al check in me querían volver a cobrar. Casi una hora de espera y discusión, parados en el hall, hasta que se dieron cuenta del error, mientras nos dejaba para atender a cada huésped que pasaba. No hay ningún instructivo escrito, todo depende de lo que se acuerde de trasmitir el recepcionista. Sistema codificado de ingreso a la habitación con el que varios huéspedes tenían problema. Piscina chica, antihigiénica, sin duchas. Instalaciones bien calefaccionadas. Habitación limpia, amplia, cómoda. Mobiliario práctico y en buen estado, no se puede decir lo mismo del colchón. Ningún cartel promoviendo ecología en todo el hotel.

Bad parking experience, poor maintenance.

The place is ok for the type of hotel but there are some things that are not right. It says there is parking space where there is not enough or it is almost impossible to park because of the few spaces and if you want to use the underground parking you need to pay $40 per night which is ridiculous. Also the TV screen was broken and there were many details that showed poor maintenance. The overall service was very cold and impersonal and breakfast very limited. I would look for other options next time. Bed and bathroom were fine.

No soap no telephone on the room no free parking

Park Hotel has reopened following a.period of.idleness and renovation. Some of the bugs were still being worked out durong our stay, but did not present problems.. The staff does a great job communicating and responding to guest requests. Transportation to/from the beaches and downtown is a bit of an issue because of location.

Great location, comfortable bed, very clean and nice staff. Very close to the Punta Shopping and within walking distance to downtown. I’ve enjoyed staying at this hotel for many years and will be returning. Only downside is the breakfast that could be better. Fresh sliced fruit tastes like it has been in the fridge for a couple days ( not so fresh )

It was clean and cheap in the off season. The coffee they served at breakfast was not good but I won’t ding them for that.

Poor Location

We never felt very welcomed at the property. It’s a 2-star hotel in a beach town, that’s a hike to the beach. The front desk does not acknowledge you as a guest, it’s difficult to get any assistance. It’s overwhelmingly expensive to eat or drink there, so be prepared to move off-property. There isn’t much around, so the location and staff make this a no-go on revisiting.

The beds felt like cushioned concrete. Literally could not sleep it was terrible. Pillows were just as bad. No tissue or lotion in bathroom or on property. Our room had a desk but no chair. We tried to call downstairs for toilet paper (in Spanish) and the front desk man just yelled ‘no English! No English!’ When we checked out we got a receipt and they called while we were on the way to the airport saying we had not paid and we needed to return. It was bizarre, especially considering they had our card on file from check in. Front desk was not helpful at all and room was not ready when we arrived at 4. Food was edible but overpriced. The man sitting next to us ordered a tuna sandwich and they brought out a sandwich with everything except the tuna. Otherwise the Restaurant staff was extremely accommodating and the pool area always had open chairs. The hotel was in a central location, clean and newer but in no way on the level of other 4-star properties. I would never stay here again.

I had a lovely stay at Sisai. The staff are friendly and helpful, the hotel is beautiful, and the included breakfast was an impressive buffet. It is well-located in Punta del Este. My only complaint is the mattress on the bed, because it was the hardest I had ever slept on. But other than that it was a great experience!

It was very clean and pleasant, the staff was attentive to the guests. We enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful place! AC in room did not work and street noise was loud with the windows open. Breakfast was good although minimal. Overall the experience was very nice. We would stay again. Next time we would bring our bathing suits and request a massage.

Nice boutique hotel

Nice hotel. Great swimming pool with a green park. The bed is large and very comfortable.

Disappointing

It was the second time I stayed at this hotel. I was expecting a better stay, but again I found the staff not very friendly, had to ask twice for the same thing, breakfast could be better and very unflexible with late check out, even for recurring customers. I travel to Punta del Este at least 8 times/ year. Hotel management doesn’t even try to please recurring customers. disappointing is the word.

Small but nice hotel in a convenient location

My wife and I stayed here for two nights. Our room wasn’t ready when we arrived so they let us change in the gym bathrooms. The hotel is near both beaches: Mansa and Brava. It is also very close to a shopping mall. It has a pleasant garden with a pool and a gym/spa with indoor pool. The included breakfast was fine, pretty basic; coffee was bad so I had to order and pay separately. The rooms are nice enough, very clean. The bed was comfortable. Even though we were facing the street it was still quiet. I would go back.

Overrated hotel

For the price service was not good. On the full day we were there, we came back at 4, having left around 9 am and room was not cleaned yet. We found the maid told her room was not clean yet; we went to pool for an hour and in way back, room was not started yet! The night we arrived they had a fashion show planned for pool area. Because it rained it was moved inside including restaurant area. Since the restaurant was full we tried getting room service and we were told they were not taking orders that night. Lastly cable TV was not working. It took two days and two follow up calls to get it fixed. Nice property but service was not as expected.

Good value hotel

Hotel is good value for the price (through hotels.com, otherwise it was too expensive). Breakfast was good, but eggs are charged extra. Nice pool and bar service.

They charge for parking

The hotel was very adequate, clean, modern installations, friendly staff. We were only a bit surprised when they told us that to park in the underground garage there was a 8 dolar daily fee. This is surprising because this hotel is not located in the downtown area of a crowded city. This is in the outskirts of Puna DEL Este, a small summer resort, and it was not even summer! There is plenty of parking all around in the streets, but being that we had a rental car, and that rental cars in Uruguay have onerous charges should anything happen to the car, we figured we'd pay the 8 dolar fee and park in the garage anyway. When we drove down the ramp, we realized the car would not be able to turn into the garage space due to the steep ramp and tight turning radius. So even though we would have paid, we were not able to use the garage. The architect that designed that garage entrance should be called to fix this.

medium sized boutique hotel in Punta Shopping area

The Sisai is the first Hotel on the Boulevard Gourmet, which is the local name for this street, because there are 9 very good restos here, some of them in hotels, like the Sisai. It is a boutique hotel whose greatest feature is the very large back garden with long pool, plenty of comfy lounge chairs with cushions, and wonderfully sculpted garden which provides both sunny and shady sections, and the kind of seclusion which makes spending the day there a relief. The inhouse restaurant serves a very good prix-fix lunch, 3 courses, about $18, and will serve you at the pool. The rooms are very spacious, compared to other boutiques. The spa is minimal, just a large jacuzzi pool, and warm&misty sitting area, and a massage room. I rate the Sisai, overall, as a very good, not great, boutique hotel in Punta del Este. Good value for the price. You can walk to the Punta Shopping Center in 10 minutes, which is another good feature (original language cinema is the top feature). To walk to the beach, i recommend the Playa Brava, a 15 minute walk.

Beautiful property, good service

Our room was very comfortable, and we enjoyed great service at the bar and restaurant. The outdoor and indoor pools are very clean and well-maintained. You need a car to get to just about anything, however, so this may not be the best hotel for someone who plans to hit the bars. But I imagine this wouldn't matter much for a family or for older travelers, and frankly, I think you could have a perfectly nice time in Punta del Este without leaving!

Very new hotel (nov/13).

Very well located, I would rent a bike to get into town. Very clean, it's also a spa. New building. Simple breakfast buffet , don't expect a full one, but decent. You could ask for omelette or eggs.

excellent, we'll stay again soon, very helpful staff and a great place to be away from home, reasonable breakfast and valet parking; the restaurant was just OK, the BAR had no cocktail maker (so drinks have to be straight or simply mixed). one kilometre approx. from PLAYA BRAVA and also PLAYA MANSA as well as GORLERO STREET, with dozens of restaurants and cafes to choose from; shopping PLAZA with everything to buy in a holiday resort including a Big Supermarket and Casinos all nearby. Great Place.

Comfortable and cosy place

It is a small hotel with everything you need to feel comfortable and relaxed. The staff is adorable, welcoming and helpfull. The location is convenient, there is a Shopping Centre just one block away. Breakfast and food at the restaurant are amazingly good. Highly recommended!

Nice hotel

The hotel is close to the peninsula and the Punte shopping center. The design is ultra modern and a bit cold with everything marble and hard surfaces. Excellent breakfast selection.

Great hotel, either for business or pleasure

Very good property, conveniently located just a block from the Punta Shopping and a few meters from "El Palenque", certainly one of the best parrilladas in Punta Del Este. Apartments are clean and spacious, very comfortable, good bed, sheets, edredon and pillows. The only note is maybe they could replace the bench by a chair with back-rest. It is not very comfortable to type on the computer for a long time. Other than that, everything exceeded our expectations. Great breakfast, pools & spa, with a staff which is extremely courteous and professional. Great benefit for the money (avg US$ 147 / room / night). Definitely will go back and recommend it to friends and/or colleagues.

el cafe muy mal manejado, me di cuenta que los empleados no tenian experiencia, pobres los mandaron a la guerra con un tenedor, y ademas de ser malo el servicio, era super poco lo que te ofrecian de desayuno, para eso no brinden desayuno, muy malo, nunca vi un hotel tan inexperiente en ese sentido, inclusive pense que tenia cosas buenas pero la pisicina climatizada estaba sucia, no te incluyen garage como para aunque sea estar contento con algo, no te ofrecen habitacion con balcon o sin, no me gusto para nada, no volveria ni lo recomiendo. Realmente um hotel diferenciado, aconchegante e lindo. Um ótimo café da manhã.

El hotel en general es muy bonito, instalaciones super buenas, lo que realmente no es nada bueno es la atención, llegamos y las personas de la recepción cero amables, estaban en conversación entre ellas y nos dio pena interrumpir, el desayuno es demasiado básico, tuvimos que pagar USD 5 por unos huevos y USD 10 por el estacionamiento. La puerta de nuestra habitación no abría y tuvimos que ir 3 veces para que nos dieran solución.

Hotel mediano

Um hotel apenas bom. A localização é boa, mas deixou a desejar em questões simples como um frigobar com itens de consumo, telefone e bloco de notas no quarto que não tinha. Mas o destaque negativo está no formato do café da manhã. Funcionava como num bandejão universitário, onde vc tinha o direito de escolha de alguns itens como pães, queijos, suco, manteiga, geleia e frutas. Era necessário escolher no balcão e era montado por uma funcionária na sua frente. Achei péssimo isso pois as escolhas eram realmente bem básicas. Se quisesse ovos ou omelete deveria paga a parte! Outra coisa ruim, não havia um filtro com água para ser usado pelos hóspedes. Se quisesse era necessário comprar uma garrafa de água envasada no próprio hotel por US$5. Achei ruim.

Hotel nao tem ar condicionado no inverno! Porém, estava mt quente. Quando eu abria a janela ou tinha im cachorro latindo ou mt barulho dos carros passando na avenida. Sem falar da cama que é muito dura.

O Hotel é moderno, bem localizado, contudo peca no atendimento, não há telefone para se comunicar com a portaria, o estacionamento é limitado e caro, numa noite que ficamos o salão de café virou salão de festa, com som muito alto durante a madrugada. Barulho e sono não combinam! Falta cortesia de algumas atendentes.

O hotel tem uma estrutura muito boa. Quarto muito confortável e o café da manhã é um dos melhores que já vi no Uruguai. A localização também é ótima. O hotel tem poucas vagas de estacionamento, de modo que uma noite tivemos que deixar o carro na rua. Há detalhes que poderiam ter mais atenção, relacionados principalmente à manutenção. A piscina térmica é muito pequena e a externa não é aquecida. De qualquer forma, recomendo o hotel. Se houver uma melhora na gestão, tem tudo para ser uma excelente hospedagem em Punta del Este.

As acomodações e o hotel são ok, mas o atendimento é bem ruim. O hotel ficou algumas horas sem água e não por uma questão de infra da cidade, mas sim erro operacional. Tivemos que ir na portaria buscar água para escovar os dentes, insistindo muito com a recepção. O frigobar não tem nada, tudo precisa-se comprar na recepção. 5 dólares um refrigerante e 4 dólares uma água.

Bom custo/beneficio

Hotel muito bom sendo o custo /benefício perfeito. Não é perto da praia mas é próximo a restaurantes, mercado, sorveteria, etc. Tem piscina e um restaurante. A piscina estava com a água meio turva mas deu para curtir. Café da manhã muito bom.

Perfeito! Muito bem localizado, próximo a vários restaurantes, bons restaurantes! Bom, vai ser difícil você encontrar um ruim. Lugar pra se comer bem sem fazer força. A rua do hotel é uma rua de gastronomia. Único ponto negativo do hotel é o estacionamento, que é de difícil acesso e caro. Acabam todos deixando os carros na rua ou numa pequena área na frente do hotel.

El hotel esta muy nuevo y confortante , la atencion excelente , el desayuno bueno , y muy buena ubicacion, pero la television no tiene canales , solo funciona con youtube y netflix , eso hace que no vuelva ....

O Sisai decaiu desde minha última estadia, há cera de 3 anos atrás. Observei algumas falhas, tais como; 1) grama do jardim da piscina cheia de inço e crescida, 2) paredes do quarto com riscos, 3) cortina do quarto com machas, 4) lençóis curtos para o tamanho da cama, 5) café da manhã com croissants adormecidos. Apesar de tudo, o custo benefício ainda é bom.

Das Bad war leider nicht richtig gesaeubert. Zimmer leider nicht wie gebucht wurden mehrfach vertroestet, dass wir ein anderes Zimmer bekommen. Nach dem 5x haben wir dann aufgegeben...

Buena piscina y jacuzzi, buen tamaño de piezas y buena atención de público. Las camas (colchones) son de muy mala calidad. Deben ser reemplazadas por camas compatibles con un buen descanso.

Hotel Enganação.

Foi horrível!!! 1) Compramos a estada em um hotel Boutique que não aceita crianças, chegamos lá o hotel cheio de crianças pequenas correndo nos corredores e pulando na piscina. 2) A sujeira merece grande destaque, os corredores limpos com panos sujos, os pisos todo marcado, minha sacada do apartamento não foi limpa em nenhum dos dias que estivemos estava imunda, o quarto com os pisos todos marcados de panos sujo, o banheiro os cantos também ficavam a desejar e na reposição das toalhas, um dia faltava toalha de rosto, no outro toalha de banho, as vezes faltava o tapete do piso do banheiro. 3) Café da Manhã: Longe dos vistos na foto, a reposição muito lenta, então faltava tudo, a torradeira imunda, os recipientes de café e leite não limpavam de um dia para o outro. 4) Nos quartos o Blecaute eram velhos de pouca vedação e muito sujos. Enfim, lamentamos em escolher um hotel boutique para fazermos um passeio romântico e nos depararmos com esta lástima. Creio que a Hotéis.com, pode fazer sua parte para que mais clientes não sejam enganados como fomos, e assim frustrar a sonhada férias em Punta Del Este como nós

Lindo hotel pero bastante descuidado

Para empezar no respetaron el tipo de habitación reservada, nos dijeron que al siguiente dia nos cambiarían pero nunca lo hicieron. La habitación era grande, más grande que en la mayoría de los hoteles de Punta del Este, lo que la hacia confortable, y estaba limpia, pero tenia feos detalles de mantenimiento, como ser que el. aire acondicionado no enfriaba, por suerte no nos tocaron dias muy calurosos si no hubiera sido insoportable, en el ropero las perchas eran todas distintas, las ordinarias que te dan en las tintorerias, por supuesto que este detalle no era grave, pero dice mucho sobre el estado del hotel, el blackout no alcanzaba a cubrir bien la ventana, por lo cual a las 6:30 ya nos despertabamos, las toallas eran muy finitas de tan gastadas que estaban, el desayuno no era bueno, habia dos chicas atendiendo que no daban abasto, y los productos no eran de muy buena calidad, cuando se terminaba la pasteleria ni siquiera la reponian. Lo que era muy lindo era la parte de la piscina abierta.

Muy lindo hotel aunque tuvimos un inconveniente la segunda noche: la habitación estaba sin limpiar a las 20.30 hs La explicación de La gerente fue sin argumento!! Y de mala forma! Las toallas y el desayuno podrían mejorar. Por lo demás es muy recomendable : habitación muy cómoda, linda ambientación, excelente ubicación, buena piscina, etc Lo recomiendo a pesar del incidente

6 Tage im Hotel Sisai

Das Hotel hat einen tollen Pool mit bequemen Liegen. Die Zimmer sind in in Ordnung und ruhig und haben teilweise einen Balkon. Das Frühstück beginnt leider erst um 8:00 Uhr. Der Kaffee schmeckt nicht. Bestellt man einen Kaffee individuell am Tresen, kostet er 5 Dollar. Der Geschmack ist auch nicht viel besser. Überhaupt wird im Hotel alles auf Dollarpreis abgerechnet. Die Entfernung zum Atlantik beträgt zu Fuß etwa 15 Minuten und lohnt sich auf jeden Fall. In der Nähe gibt es nur wenige gute Restaurants. Ein großes Einkaufszentrum ist nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.

Gostei das instalações e da localização. O quarto é amplo e bem arejado. O que não gostei foi o fato do restaurante fechar as 20h e por isto não conseguir abridor de garrafas, taças ou outros serviços que dependessem do restaurante.

Atendimento precário

Poucos funcionários para atendimento, um dia o quarto não foi limpo, outro dia chegamos e a porta do quarto estava aberta sem ninguém dentro, a reposição no café era falha, deram uma festa no hotel com som muito alto, que não se podia dormir.
