Good location for me Staff very helpful and polite.

The staff was very friendly, and the place and room kept very clean

The only downfall for the resort is there is no on-site restaurant for lunch or dinner. Thankfully the location provides you with a multitude of options either direction you walk.

We stayed here 5 years ago and loved the place. We found it very old and tired now days room smelt shower was very ordinary and lighting in the room very poor.

Staff were fabulous! Very helpful!

We would like the rooftop swimming pool open longer than 7pm…no sun umbrellas and no food allowed and available

Great overnight stay!

We needed a room just for the night. It was clean and spacious. The staff were accommodating and friendly. Service was wonderful and the buffet was tasty. Location was great, near places to eat and shop. Hard Rock Cafe is nearby.

Breakfast was a little lacklustre and not a ton of options for it. But was an easy walk to the beach, Bangla road, and the night markets. Nightlife wasn’t too loud considering how close everything was.

Good Hotel in Patong

We had a walk in shared pool from the patio which was excellent. The room was good. Breakfast was fine, although the choice was not huge. An adequate hotel, but not outstanding. Choose a pool access room if you can

Overall, good stay, however, over priced and could be charged for anything insignificant like other stays. For example asking for a second key card.

Hotel was lovely especially the roof top pool. AC in the rooms was amazing and much needed. All staff were fantastic, especially the staff in the dining room one called mima. Would recommend a visit

Pros: 1) The breakfast options were limited but delicious 2) The staff was polite, friendly, and helpful 3) Strategically located, within walking distance (10 min) to the beach and good restaurants 4) A short walk (15 min) to the happening Bangla street 5) A great rooftop swimming pool with great views (mountain and partial sea views) 6) The room was in decent condition, with comfortable bedding and all the basic amenities Cons: 1) The wifi does not work in the majority of the portion of the hotel (including the main lobby!). Unacceptable for a "4-star" hotel 2) I had booked a mountain view room specifically but the hotel assigned me an "another hotel's wall" view without my permission or consultation. They were not ready to change it, citing the hotel was full. Upon multiple back and forth (almost heated), I was assigned another room for the remaining 2 days of my stay 3) I paid for the mountain view but was given a viewless room for a night without compensation. Let's see if Expedia or the Paripas Hotel can do something about this I have stayed at multiple 4 and 5-star hotels, including in Thailand. This one is definitely not a 4-star in my opinion. Maybe a 3-star hotel if you stretch it. Only book if you find a good deal; there are cheaper and better options available closer to Bangla Street. A solid 6/10 for the price I paid and what I was offered.

Very nice people

Good for the price, nice staff and very responsive.

The staff and cleanliness were wonderful and always ready to help, however the water pressure and temp control was terrible (either very hot or cold). The plug in the sink couldn’t shut. I had to buy my own tissues for the room and they had the shampoo/conditioner combination. It wasn’t in the busiest area of Patong but still had the advertising trucks blasting their music and announcements at 4am. They had free ice cream on offer but after watching some children scooping their own ice creams, it didn’t seem very hygienic. Overall, this hotel should have been rated as a 3 or 3.5 star rather than 4.

Nice place, we stayed for 3 nights. About 10 minutes walk to a beautiful beach and a mall.

Paripas Review

The hotel is good, and easy to get to the beach and the many restaurants. The hotel was clean and tidy, and the room was spacious and had everything I needed. The wifi connection was very poor! The pool is big and clean, however not very inviting as there is very limited space around it.

The hotel is very nice and clean. Staff were amazing. Hotel has 2 pools. One on the roof and one on the ground floor. Awesome!!!! The access walking road to the beach was not very easy but doable. The wall between shower/ bathroom and bedroom was glass, why?!!!!

The staff was very helpful and friendly. Special shot out to Nat he was amazing with helping us book our excursions.i would recommend paripas patong resort to my family & friends and i will most definitely return.

A good hotel with a convenient location. The only downside is the slightly worn-out plumbing. Otherwise, we were completely satisfied.

Its a nice place to stay. Its a 5 - 10min walk to most the main attractions. It is also very quiet and peacful at night.

The staff was excellent and the property is very nice.

The airport shuttle is near the hotel if you trying to save some cash. The hotel spontaneously gave me an upgrade by placing me at the top floor which had a great view.

Great location, looked like plenty of covered parking under the hotel too. My dad and I are 6’2 and we split a twin bed room and would bet they were XL twins because our feet didn’t hang off. 7/11 and another supermarket across the street. 13 minute walk to Patong Beach and Bangla road. There is some road noise and Tuk Tuks blasting music as they drive by at 4am but it’s not too obnoxious. Awesome AC and water pressure/hot water. Very nice staff. This hotel definitely attracts a younger/solo traveler crowd. Breakfast had all the basics. Only thing that I didn’t see were if they provided pool towels. Hotel is cash only too FYI! Airport shuttle booked through the hotel picked us up on time and we were able to check in 25 minutes early.

Good hotel in Patong

It's a good hotel around 1km to the beach so it's a walkable distance. Near the hotel you have convenience store and close by is Hard Rock Cafe and Hooters. Room was clean WiFi was working properly.

Nice

the staff were excellent and very friendly, small supermarket across the road which was handy rooftop pool and bar were nice and relaxing. about a 10 - 15 minute walk to bangla but plenty of taxis and a motorbike taxi stand about 50m away so very convenient

Lovely hotel, great service

Concierge was so helpful and friendly he brought a smile to my face every time I left and came back to the hotel. Very clean place and smells great all the time

We really enjoyed our stay at Paripas. We visit Phuket each year and this was the first time we’ve stayed here. Great location, rooms were clean, and staff friendly. Good value for money & would recommend.

This was our 4th stay at the Paripas Hotel, Patong, excellent as usual, staff are all so friendly and can't do enough for you.

The internet was rubbish

It’s not much good eateries around the area.

Not overly impressed with the hotel. The photos look a lot better than the actual hotel. The staff are friendly but the hotel isn’t the cleanest. I wouldn’t return here

Really good for local ameneties

The property was conveniently located to all the attractions. Staff was very professional and efficient. The persons helping arrange tours, taxi service and laundry did an excellent job.

Nice stay again in a friendly hotel !

3 nights turned to 5 Stayed before in this hotel and love the rooftop pool and small bar. Great to chill out with a drink with cushions on the loungers listening to the music. Location is walking distance to the beach and most things. Great price for a central stay. My only criticism is hard pillows and noisy aircon Stay on reception very friendly and helpful!

The property is strategically located close to everything you'll need, i.e. beach, restaurants, tour administrations, etc. The staffs are welcoming and cordial.

Location

This hotgel was a purpose booked hotel for a dental visit to Patong... it was very well located for all our needs and will stay there again if we need to go back to the dentist. Beds were extremely hard but the room was everything we needed and breakfast was quite good.

The Family room was spacious and clean. I wasn't disappointed with our room. Very disappointed with breakfast no much variety, 300 baht for adult and 150 baht daily, but found a lovely cafe about 1 minute walk from Hotel heading up the road. Lovely breakfast worth the value.

Third time at the Paripas,everything at this hotel is excellent and all the staff very friendly, see you next time,love Alan and Donna Gill.

Good hotel in a good location for me near Otop where there are bars but quieter then Bangla not far from beach and everything else you need

Smell for room was very bad, outdoor air conditioning unit was in balcony so you can’t open the balcony slide door because heat waves will hit you, shower gives you slow water … I would never recommend

Uncomfortable Stay and Parking Incident

I had a bad experience at Paripas Patong Resort. The mattress in my room was stiff and uncomfortable making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. To make matters worse, my car got dented while parked in the hotel parking lot overnight. Overall, I did not enjoy my stay at this resort.

Fix the wifi - it’s 2023 - it should be reliable and fast. A few more umbrellas on the roof too - but good property for what you pay

Could be better

We had sewage smell in the room. This will be stronger after flushing the toilet. We also wanted to request for additional utensils into our room but was informed that we are not allowed to request for this. Wifi was very poor and wished it could be better

Away from the crowds in a nearby location

Not a bad location if you don't mind a short walk to places. 5 minutes to the beach, 10 - 15 minutes to Bangla Road and less than 5 mins to Malin Plaza for great street food. The rooms were comfortable and spacious. You do get some slight noise from the bars at night but it doesn't disrupt your sleep. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful too.

Nice staff

Their staff always so friendly, like our second hime. The facility and room should be improve, no facial tisse provide at all, we have to buy by myself. And no family mart around, not too convenient.

The hotel was clean, beds were not that comfortable. Staff very professional and helpful. Wifi was poor at the room, due to being on the end of the building.

first when i checked in i went to use the shower,it was always hot water,i had to wait for the next day at 10 for someone to come and fix it. then i went to the breackfast buffet,that they charge me extra 322 bhat which is like $10.but the buffet were horrible,there is only coffee,juice,and you have to order eggs only.basiclly there was no buffet.it was a waist of money.then the wifi it was weak and you have to sign in to it every 15 minutes.i end up using my data,then one of the shower towel got dirty they wanted to charge me 900 bhat for that old towel.i coudnt take it anymore,i was supposed to stay there 7 nights i end up leaving in 5th night,i asked for the 2 night that i paid in advance they sais its non refundable,i left anyway.i have been traveling all over i never seen a horrible hotel like this in my entire life

Swimming pool on the ground and rooftop!

Convenient to many restaurants, shopping, about a 5-10 minute walk to beach. Not loud at night in this spot.

We stayed for a week in January. I didn’t mind not getting an ocean view as our room facing the first floor pool was more than I needed. The staff was really nice and were quick to offer a smile or a hello. We especially enjoyed booking our excursions with Nat who conveniently has a desk right in the lobby. Both the first floor and rooftop pools have someone tending bar making it really easy to enjoy a cocktail as you sunbathe or go for quick swim. The rooms are plenty spacious and I love how they provide you daily with two bottles of water and a mini fridge. They are centrally located close enough to have plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance but even with all the chaos outside you can still manage a good night sleep. The air conditioner never got too cold but comfortable enough that it never got stuffy in our room. Since we closed our curtains at night the kicking off of the air conditioner unit right outside our balcony never bothered us. Our only hiccup was coming back to our room one night after a long day of touring to a note on our bed stating that someone had complained about loud noises made early in the morning. Only thing was that those same noises woke us up and we didn’t appreciate the accusations. We brought it up with the manager and cleared up the issue. Clearly it was a miscommunication and they even offered a room change which was not necessary. We highly recommend this hotel. Laundry service was fantastic and inexpensive.

They sell your private data and credit card info

They sold our private information including passport data and phone number to the timeshare scammers. These scammers kept calling us on our room phone as well as private phone trying to extort us.

Paripas fun

Room was large and comfortable, service was excellent. In a good location but far enough away from the noise. Pool on the roof was peaceful with friendly bar staff, downstairs pool was more for family.

The rooms do not reflect the pictures shown. The furnishings need updating as they look tired and worn. After a long day of travelling to get there, the room and particularly the shower was disappointing. Pros: Staff welcoming and helpful. Pool was nice. Good location. Clean hotel. Cons: Poor shower, could not adjust temperature and not powerful at all. Bath plug not working. Safe box was portable (could be removed) Room key had rom number on it. So if lost, someone could easily get in. Generator outside on balcony, very noisy. No bedside table. Not good value for the money paid but the staff do try their hardest to make your stay pleasant.

Our room was so quiet. We loved sitting out on our patio in the mornings. So private.

Beautiful hotel, lovely friendly staff, clean rooms and pool. The rooftop top has amazing views and a bar which serves cocktails and other drinks. Only one thing I did not like is the unnecessary extra plastic straws given with ordered drinks, paper alternative would be best however it seems all of Phuket add lots of plastic straws to drinks :(.

Poor Service and Cleanliness

The hotel is in a great location. It's quiet, close to shops, restaurants and the beach. The staff are not at all friendly apart from the staff at the taxi counter. The front desk staff never helped us with our bags, never greeted you when you walked through the lobby and just basically ignored you. The buffet breakfast was very average and overpriced. The room was cleaned daily but not once did they clean the shower glass. The free WIFI was of poor quality as was the television programs. There was not any English speaking channels. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel

Good staff & location, but hotel needs renovation

Staff was always helpful & smiling. Bed was hard & property more rundown than I expected for the nightly rate.

The size of the rooms and value for money is fantastic. All staff are very friendly and efficient. Cookie at the front desk is always lovely and arranged a great room for us as we have stayed here several times before.

I've stayed here a number of times, the excellent room and service are always the same. New 5G wifi is very fast.

This hotel is walking distance from the busy street in Phuket. the staff is very nice and the price is very affordable.

Very clean hotel. Location is great for shopping lovers. Great customer service. However please choose pool view room as this hotel is in the middle of the busy area of Patong, little far from the beach and no other view is better than pool view. I feel room has little discomfort due to the way things are set up. Internet is poor. Breakfast is not great. No iron and shaving kit in the room. Shower is bad, no water force, you feel like someone sprinkles water on you. Overall OK hotel. You will probably find better hotel at same price.

Hello everyone Had very bad experience stay at Paripas Patong Resort....today date:5 th june 2019...early morning about 4:30 am we was checking out for our hotel for Delhi flight one of the staff member come n check our rooms.....he found that we stolen there 2 small towels n 1 big towel ....told us to pay fine if 900 bahts....we said u can check our luggage we dont had ur towels than very rudely he said u cnt go without paying this fine....we said its better u call police and let them check our luggage....in the mean while the pick up driver came and they both started harassing us....as they both knows we are with family n after telling them again n again the driver also goes out n not to pick up for airport unless n until we pay fine....bcauz of this scene we really feels bad in the morning as our trip wz amazing bt after this our mood spoils....we paid 900 bahts and leave for the airport as we were getting late for the flight.

Conveniently located (a short walk away) to main tourist attractions east of Phuket. e.g. Patong Beach, Malin Plaza, Lemongrass Massage, OTOP market, bus station to Phuket Town. There is a very good money exchange stall right outside of the hotel, best we could find in Phuket. We had direct access pool room which was a nice bonus. The place is clean and well maintained. The hotel room had daily towel changes, great for our twice a day showers. There is no air conditioning in the hotel other than the hotel bedroom. The roof pool has a great view of Phuket. We visited Phuket in June (off peak season) so it was less busy and more enjoyable. We decided to add for breakfast just so we didnt have to worry about looking for a nearby food place early in the morning before day tours. There wasnt a big selection of breakfast options and they were not of great quality, there were a few cereal options, fried noodles/rice and fried veg/meat dishes (which I think is too heavy for breakfast), waffles, pancakes. Chicken sausages and chicken ham was dry and hard.

Loved my stay there. The elevator can be annoying though in the early morning hours as my room was close by it.

Hotel staff is friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is at the heart of Patong city.
