I stayed here for a week and loved it! The staff are so friendly and welcoming. They even helped me arrange a car to rent for part of my trip and also helped me book a boat tour of Antiparos! It’s and easy 10 min walk to the nearest town and that town is gorgeous and full of food and things to do! I highly recommend you stay here!

This is a really spectacular property!! Everything is 5 star!! The personalised service is brilliant!!! The roof top terrace with a beautiful view is amazing and enhanced with a gorgeous pool. Beautiful view of the ocean and sunset from the rooftop pool/patio. Two beaches in walking distance as well as city centre. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Right beside the main road so there is traffic, but we did not mind.

True Greek hospitality

Parian Lithos was awesome. It was the definition of Greek hospitality. Katerina and her family were awesome and so friendly, helpful and kind. The hotel was chic and lovely - a true family run hotel where they will check and make sure you are good all the time. It's 10 min walk outside of the main town which is a blessing because you get the quiet where the hotel is but can access all the city amenities easily. The pool deck is awesome and the sunset is marvelous up there. Be sure to try the hotels delicious rose wine - we bought 3 bottles upon our departure. The rooms are nice and clean, big too, slightly dated but clean and has all you need.

Staff are incredibly helpful and very available for any queries, such as booking transport for us. Very short walk to centre of Naousa with plenty of bars and restaurants. Would highly recommend.

We had the best time here. The staff was amazing! The view from the pool deck was beautiful. They served wine made by the owner which was delicious! Every morning we had a wonderful breakfast. Would definitely recommend this place!

Beautiful property coupled with fantastic hosts. Katerina & team were fantastic and provided us great information on all the excursion & dining options. They were helpful in making the necessary booking as well.

This review is long overdue. We spent six nights here in June 2022. We had originally booked for 3 nights but decided to stay put and we reached out to inquire ab out booking another 3 nights. They were happy to book us at a rate better than the one we got through Expedia for the extra nights. Katerina, Frank and their team were amazing. Our room had great views. Breakfasts were delicious. The service was always on point. It is a short walk into Naousa for dining and shopping. There is a small beach right across the street. We got to know our hosts a bit and were able to try some of Frank’s wine and raki. We’ll always stay at the Parian Lithos if and when we return to Paros. Larry and Emily

Lovely stay

Had a lovely stay here in Sept 2022. Katerina is a wonderful host who is around most of the day to answer all guests questions and always greeted with a smile. Breakfast provided is a small but nice choice and always fresh. Rooms are wonderfully clean and modern. Would definitely stay again

This is Greek hospitality at its best. Beautifully located 10 minutes walk from Naousa's busy nightlife, with easy access to a number of beaches. The beautiful setting of the hotel is highlighted by the wonderful friendly service and continuous support of Katerina, the owner of the hotel. Our trip would not have been this much fun without her guidance and advice. We can't wait to stay again in this cosy hotel.

Very nice and clean hotel. We had an issue with the water in our room and we were kindly upgraded and moved to a room without this issue! Good stay overall!

Things we liked: our own private deck, the upper sunset viewing deck, easy access to a small beach out front for quick swim, and a short walk to the down town area. Our host Katarina was very helpful, engaging and served a nice breakfast. The place is very easy to find and if you have a car or scooter you can park conveniently out front. Things we didn't like: nothing

It was in a great location to walk into town! Even walking to the winery only took 20 minutes, plus there are a lot of stops to make along the way. The views were amazing as well. There was a bakery right around the corner that was amazing! Breakfast was included with the room which was also a huge bonus! They were very accomodating with organizing a transfer to the ferry port as well as picking us up from the airport. 51 euros each transfer, we were a group of 5 so we gad to have a van instead of a taxi. She said taxi would be 35 euros.

Our hostess was amazing. Personally welcoming us to the hotel, gave us great must do and must see suggestions and made everything so easy for us.

Nice place for a short stay Very clean and good service. Small nice Beach very close, below the hotel. The only negative point was we had a suite room for 3 persons direct in the corner of a big road and a small one on the ground floor. Not very pleasant because to much exposed to the sight of passers by. The third adult was in a very small place in the day bed. Also The breakfast should be upgraded because a little skimpy and not filled enough, even if the quality of the products were good. The owner is a very gentle woman very close to her guests giving them a lot of attention. A place to be for 2 people only with a room up to the hill with a sea view.

What an amazing place! It is honestly an oasis. Modern and authentic. Gorgeous views, stunning sunsets. Steps from the beach, close to the center of town. We cannot begin to describe how wonderful our stay here was. The staff are absolutely amazing. Even though they’re running on a skeleton crew this summer, they went above and beyond. We also HIGHLY recommend getting a massage while you’re there. You won’t regret it!! :-)

The stay at this hotel was a true dream. The property is just gorgeous and so clean and fresh. What makes the experience truly magical is the sweet and kind family who truly go above and beyond to please the guests. Katarina took the time to give us excellent recommendations for the 5 days we spent on the island. Make sure you try the wines from their own vineyards, the rose’ was my absolute favorite. A HUGE thanks to Katarina and family for the warmest welcome and the kind care. We WILL BE BACK!

Cosy place with beautiful sea view

Nicely located in walking distance (10 min) to Naousa's harbor and town center. Very helpful, friendly and attentive hotel owner always trying to accommodate your needs. Almost new, stylish and modern place. Rooms are not big, but functional having (in our case) a beautiful sea view. Small but nice breakfast menu always trying to prepare everything to you personal liking.

Perfect Seaview place

We have been staying in this hotel during our quick trip around Paros and we had an amazing time. Theses little suites with see view are very clean and comfy therefore perfect to enjoy peaceful time. The owner of the establishment is really kind and helpful. If you want to rent a scooter they also manage the delivery of a rental scooter in front of your room which is a nice plus knowing that if you want to get the most of this beautiful island you should get one! In brief I do recommand a lot this place :)

Es ist wirklich eine sehr schönes kleines Hotel. Die Freundlichkeit des Personals ist super! Wirklich eine tolle Hotelempfehlung ! Was ein bisschen stört ist das es nur eine kleine Bucht zum schwimmen gibt, allerdings relativ ungepflegt. Wenn diese Bucht bzw. der kleine Strand jeden Tag sauber gemacht wird, wäre es noch besser und schöner. Störend ist ein bisschen der teilweise Autolärm der nahen Inselhauptstrasse . Fazit: Wir kommen bestimmt nochmals wieder!

Das Hotel und die Besitzer waren einfach nur super und ist zu empfehlen. Einziger kleine Negativ Punkt war die naheliegende Strasse. Ansonsten gibt es die Höchstzahl.

Das Hotel ist sehr sehr sauber und stilvoll eingerichtet. Die Lage ist hervorragend, etwas abseits vom großen Trubel in Naoussa und dennoch ist man zu Fuß in ca 15 Minuten im Zentrum und am Hafen. Katarina ist eine sehr tolle und superfreundliche Gastgeberin mit einem Auge zum Detail. Wir haben uns ab der ersten Minute sehr wohl und willkommen gefühlt. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und ausreichend auf der Hotel Terrasse mit herrlichen Meerblick. Das Hotel hat verschiedene Terrassen von denen aus man einen tollen Blick auf eine Bucht hat und man kann tolle Sonnenuntergänge genießen. Ein kleiner Strandabschnitt ist direkt vor dem Hotel. Supermarkt und Bäcker sind nur paar Gehminuten vom Hotel entfernt. Parken mit Roller und Auto war direkt am Hotel kein Problem. Wir können das Hotel mit Ihrer tollen Hotelleitung nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen.

Presentazione totalmente ingannevole della suite

Prenotate 9 camere, per 8 tutto bene, per la nona diversi problemi. Era una suite standard vista mare, purtroppo la finestra della camera da letto dava sulla main road da Naoussa a Parikia e i rumori del traffico non ci hanno fatto dormire: insonorizzazione quasi inesistente, anche se ci avevano assicurato il contrario. Inoltre la superficie della "suite" non era di 32 mq come indicato sul vostro sito o 35 come indicato sul sito dell'hotel, ma di 21,40 mq e precisamente 7,70 la camera da letto claustrofobica, 3,0 il bagno e 9,70 mq il soggiorno: come si fa a presentarla come una suite? Per questi motivi , dopo la prima notte insonne, abbiamo dovuto cambiare albergo: l'avremo fatto anche per la prima notte se non avessimo fatto il check-in a mezzanotte (traghetto da Syros). Alla richiesta di cambiare camera ci è stato risposto che non c'erano altre camere disponibili. Aggiungiamo che la vista mare era in buona parte ostacolata dalle auto parcheggiate nella strada secondaria immediatamente prospiciente il piccolo patio.

Hôtel moderne, confortable, design et coquet, très bien situé car surplombant une petite plage charmante, à dix minutes de marche du port de Naoussa.

Petit hôtel très propre en face de la mer et du coucher de soleil. Des marches à gravir pour accéder aux chambres. Petit balcon ou terrasse pour étendre les serviettes de plage. Petit déjeuner en terrasse avec buffet en intérieur (port du masque pour aller chercher les aliments). Très calme. Très belle vue sur la mer. Globalement très agréable.

Séjour parfait !

Nous avons passé une semaine parfaite au Parian Lithos. L'accueil de Katerina est très chaleureux et elle sait faire preuve d'un très grand professionnalisme. L'hôtel est très beau, décoré avec goût et il possède une terrasse. Il offre une vue splendide sur la baie de Naoussa. Il est parfaitement situé, près de délicieux restaurants et offre un accès à un très grand nombre d'activités. Katerina connait parfaitement l'île de Paros et saura vous conseiller sur toutes vos activités (restaurants, balades, sites incontournables, réservations de voiture, transferts etc...). La chambre et le lit sont très confortables et parfaitement propres. Le petit déjeuner est délicieux. Vous avez la possibilité de bénéficier d'un service de laverie ce qui est très pratique. Le rapport qualité / prix est vraiment très intéressant. Pour finir, je dirais simplement que si je devais conseiller un hôtel à Paros à un ami ou un membre de ma famille, ce serait celui-là sans aucune hésitation. Pour ma part, je compte y retourner dès que possible.

Wir sind als Paar gereist und seit 8 Jahren immer wieder in Naousa. Im Parian Lithos (ehemals Margaritas House) waren wir jetzt zum zweiten mal. Das familiengeführte Haus liegt sehr schön, direkt an der Bucht und bietet durch die offen gehaltene Architektur viele Möglichkeiten, den fantastischen Ausblick zu genießen. Der Hafen und die Altstadt von Naousa ist in Gehweite. Das Studio, das wir bewohnten war perfekt für unsere Bedürfnisse, stylisch und gepflegt (tägliches Housekeeping). Die Besitzer sind extrem hilfsbereit und freundlich, so wie das gesamte Personal. Beim Mieten von Fahrzeugen bekommt man durch die Kontakte der Besitzer einen wirklich unschlagbaren Deal. Nach dieser Saison wird auch wieder ein eigener Pool in die Anlage gebaut, falls jemand das vermisst hat. Als Fazit kann ich nur eine uneingeschränkte Empfehlung aussprechen.

Comfy, very clean, friendly staff.

Very pleasant stay. Excellent location if you want to be at Naoussa but not in the chaotic heart of the city. Comfy beds, very clean and Katerina, the owner, was very very friendly and assisting. We felt very safe regarding COVID-19. I would stay again. A bit noisy and expensive.
