Loved it
Not a pleasant stay, needs modernising especially bathrooms, WC pan leaking, they need to stop people cooking in rooms, smell lingers and cleanliness needs to be addressed, overall not somewhere I would recommend.
It is more like a dorm for students. Remote and no nearby facilities. Room furniture, curtains, beddings, bath and Kitchenette are run down. Elevators not working and very narrow.
Lovely buildings. Quiet area
great
Nice
We arrived to Rome from a cruise and flight is not until the next day. Property is dated but clean, love the free slippers, shower caps and toothbrush plus breakfast is very decent.
Love this place!! Staying again
The place needs to have better beddings with nice colours and appealing. Many accessories are very old and need improvements
Feel not safe, property has private residents. Rooms far from reception
Enjoyed our stay
Very nice hotel, reception and breakfast staff very friendly and polite. Room was nice. Only two (minor) comments of note: lighting needs updating (yellow lighting makes room dim), and shower is odd position but still works perfectly fine. Usual Italian morning breakfast.
Perfect spot for a couple nights stay in between Rome and the FCO. transit is very accessible
Good location, the hotel is dated . Breakfast was ok.
Excellent
We only stayed one night, but the property was nice, comfortable clean affordable and The staff was nice.
This property was a picturesque dream of Tuscany! The customer service is amazing, the restaurant is an excellent fine dining experience, and I had the best steak of my life. The large hot pool was amazing! We stayed in a suite with our kids and we absolutely loved it! There was a pair of very friendly cats, which had two kittens, and my daughters loved going outside to explore and find them. Only a 10 min drive to the thermal hot springs and quaint country towns nearby, as well as amazing views of the Tuscan countryside, made this hotel not only convenient but totally worthwhile. I highly recommend 10/10!
Room clean and spacious, a lot of amenities. We left at 4:00 am to the airport and they give us amenities bags for breakfast.
Nice city view friendly staff parking on site
None
Is a nice option, but very far away for everything, restaurants, shopping center, transportation, connections, etc
Room was spacious and clean. Staff were nice and welcoming. It’s minutes walk from train station. Only air conditioner was very noisy and not working properly (couldn’t cool down the room). I opened the balcony door which was very helpful.
Great for short stay and close to the airport
Overall ok for a short stay. The reception staff was responsive and friendly. Very close amd convenient location to airport, also walking distance to train station to travel to Rome. Breakfast very basic with limited options. Would recommend looking for a different option if traveling with family.
Midway through Rome and airport. Just next to Holiday Inn. Compare rates and book. We got 1 bd room set with 4 bds
The room was not clean. The replacement room had a leaking toilet. The facility was not good and the service was terrible.
Lovely place to stay
It was lovely, atmosphere, staff were very helpful thanks. 3 stops from the hotel to city center.
The hotel is outdated but I booked it for a night stay and convenient location close to airport Breakfast is basic Easy parking Has elevators Air conditioning
Good size rooms with two rooms, a kitchen and bathroom. It seems a condo unit was turned into a hotel room. However, the appliances and furniture are outdated.
The air conditioner did not go in the first night of stay so it was very hot! They fixed the issue by the next day.
This hotel was beautiful with a wonderful balcony view of surroundings. We really enjoyed our stay here. Rooms were clean and neat with plenty of room to lounge if you wanted to. We were out for most of the day but nice to rest. One thing I did not understand was the laundry availability. We needed to wash some clothes on our trip, they do have them there to use, but they never seemed to have any tokens available for us to use them. We asked on 2 separate days and both days were told they did not have any tokens yet to give us. So we were never able to wash our garments
People in reception are helpful and decent. They have a storage to leave you luggage till time of check in. Everything is nice and the rooms are comfortable.
Great location if you need to stay close to the airport
Service at the front desk no to good
Excellent pool
Very interesting setting with a great gardener
Room was very warm and decor was dated but clean.
Comfy Place !
Staff was great! Very accommodating. We didn’t wait for check in time when rooms were available, they checked us in. Rooms were so spacious, ceilings are high and big bathroom. Place is accessible to train station just a hundred or more steps. Very nice garden .
Convenient to the airport
The hotel was decent, but we only stayed here for 1 night and didn’t get our complimentary breakfast because we needed to leave about 1/2 hour before the cafe opened to go to the airport. It was close enough that we had no issues getting to the airport, but I didn’t expect to pay extra fees when I checked out. For my 4 person room they charged me 20 Euros for a hospitality fee (or something similar to that). If you’re looking for a close hotel to the airport this location is good and very quiet. But nowhere near the center of Rome if you’re looking to get out and about. By train or bus it would take about an hour to reach downtown Rome.
Good location, big room. Facility is a little old but working fine. A little far from train station by walking
The property is very nice however it's located on the 3rd floor & has no elevator. We had a problem with ants in our room. Host was very responsive & did offer us another room. It was very close to the ruins & to downtown. It served its purpose.
Stayed here one night before flying back to the states. The buildings have unique architecture and there is a big balcony outside the room, which gives a nice view of the surrounding areas. There are 5 buildings with same design and each have two tiny elevators. Each elevator can hold two guests with carry on luggages. The buildings show its age but are kept in good conditions. There is also a big outdoor swimming pool shaped like a boat we did not get to enjoy. The property is close to the FCO airport, which is convenient.
Average hotel.
The staff was really helpful with any questions I had. But I thought the room was average. My bedsheet had stains, there were damaged furniture, the switch of the airconditioning unit was broken, etc. Was not impressed to be honest...
They did everything right.
5 stars, they did everything right. Clean, safe, service oriented and respectful, free breakfast, walking distance to train station. The location is not near downtown so be prepared. I would definitely visit again.
The front desk staff are friendly. They didn’t service our room & refresh towels once during our stay even though they were supposed to. We requested fresh towels multiple times without success. Finally my husband had to go to the front desk & insist they give them to him. Close to transportation! Good breakfast that included gluten free items!!
The hotel is to far from city, any need to take diferentes and long train route
This was a very nice place to stay, and the staff was very helpful. However, the air conditioning is not up to par. It was running, but the rooms never got cold. That’s a problem in the summertime in Rome. Other than that it was good.
Good location for early morning flights out of Rome. This is not a 3 star property. The space is very large but the smell of cigarette smoke was incredibly intense in the room (despite being non-smoking...they had an ashtray in the room). The air conditioning did not work which made the smoke smell even stronger. Our bathroom was fine but our second room has black mold in the shower. The rooms need an update.
Customer service terrible at front desk, guy was very grumpy. NO A/C and Italy was in 100F so it was hot. I asked but they said technician is fixing, but never fix. Shower is TERRIBLE, like those in old movies, breakfast bad, only good thing was the cheese and bread. Fruits were from can, I was in other hotels in Europe and their fruits were fresh, here is from the can.
OK but not much more. Not the best location but I guess the price is OK. Watch out for the city tax. They charge an extra 6 euros per person per day.
Even though it is not in the city center it’s easy to get there Taxis are available 24/7 1 minute away from this hotel
A little far from the city but had to pay 6 euro per person per night for the city tax. Ok property but nothing great. Ok for the price I paid
Really great experience, good hotel and also good breakfast. Excellent staff!!
Breakfast lady was rude as hell.
Decent
Hotel was close to the airport but nothing else. No restaurants in walking distance of the hotel. The one onsite was not open.
Broken Chair in room, Old furniture. Room way too hot. Elevator works poorly. Not worth the money.
Close to autostradas for access to Rome an staff were friendly. Room unfor⁶tunately showing its age and could do with a refurb. Our bathroom had a leaking toilet base which was attended to promptly by staff. Bathroom basin had no grate to stop items dropped, do lost my denture retainer when cleaned which blocked the sink as a result.
Property is close to the airport so its convient going back. However going to the city can be a bit tricky aa the train station there does not have a kiosk. The staff is pretty friendly and the rooms are fairly clean and spacious especially for just 2 people. I would recommend it if you are staying near rome for a few short days if you don't mind the extra travel.
They need to improve customer service
Nice
Property was not very clean and even though they advertised parking available, spaces were very limited, otherwise has to park on the street outside the hotel property.
Good service for the price. Easy and available free parking. Easy and quick access from the Fiumicino Airport. 10min walk to the train station. Reasonable breakfast (ham, chees, eggs, tomatoes, sweet pastry... Room cleaned everyday. Helpful staff. - Some room utilities need an upgrade - fridge, bath sealing.
Good place, comfortable and good pace to be Rome, commute can be and issue, food near is not so good but there is a walking distance mall
Stayed just few nights.Stuff was really helpful. Breakfast was good and tasty. I liked hotels design, inside and outside. And it was clean. Car parking was important. Looks like it's needs some updates, but we liked, price was good 😉.Train is about 10-15 minutes to walk, which is not bad.
Just Awful
The worst experience I have ever I think had at a hotel in my life. I first of all called before getting on my flight to check it was ok as I was landing late to be told that there was no booking under my name. I arrived in a panic and I was booked in! I spent 3 nights with every night being woken up between 4.30-5am with singing and shouting from above and rooms either side. Then when trying to get back to sleep for a couple of hours then woken by housekeepers continually shouting to each other outside my room. The hotel is dated and I have left angry, tired and disappointed
Great location, only 15 min from the airport, easy to find even at night. Large room, good breakfast.
Friendly staff, clean room, good value. Hard to find places to eat but there was a group of restaurants and a game area that we visited about 10 min away. About half way from Rome city center and the airport.
Way to far from downtown Rome. The front desk wasn’t that helpful in recommending places to eat. Or the train service. We found out on our own the last day!
Good overnight stay 10 min to the Airport, a liitle old furniture and facilities, decent breakfast!
Our room was clean and we didn’t have any issues during our stay. It is close to the airport, we were able to take the nearby train to get to the city center.
The fridge didn’t work in our rooms! The “breakfast” was very cheap and their restaurant were closed most of the day. We had to go to the holiday inn next store to eat, or for a snack. Staff was very “cold.” Not as near to the city as it said.
only outside seen is good to much dirty toilet and room cover chaange but with out wash toilet no luck out side terras no sheftt breakfast thereis only tost bread ham and cannet of fruit no fresh fruit juice also only made by sirup really terrible But finally thanks
Didn't stay long enough. The room had top heating elements but no plates, cutlery or cooking utensils. No milk for teas or coffee and none in the machine downstairs. Good breakfast. Clean room. The bath-shower was a challenge to get into. Easy to get to from the airport but a fair way from central Rome. Train station not far.
Staff were very helpful. Breakfast staff were very pleasant and friendly.
I love this hotel. It’s beautiful, clean and the front desk assistant was very helpful and he spoke English, which was a plus for me. It feels like home away from home. It has the amenities as if you were at your own home. Totally love it.
The room was clean and convenient for train station
Close to the station and convenient
Property is average at best. It's dated and in need of renovation. Front desk workers weren't welcoming nor friendly 8 The shower is horrible with only a movable shower hose that wouldn't stay on the holder. It kept falling down during the shower.
The property was an excellent surprise. The rooms were large and comfortable, with terrific views. The included breakfast was excellent.
Was initially skeptical on the mixed reviews for this hotel residence. Our stay was actually very nice and the rooms were clean and spacious. The beds were a little to firm for our comfort, but bedding options were many. The bathrooms were clean. Breakfast was basic resembling a continental breakfast in America. Overall, it suited our needs for a working weekend in Rome.
Quick trip
This was a quick stay, it was perfect for what we needed
The property was as advertised. It is in need of a refresh, but it was fine for one night. One man at the front desk was incredibly rude, I’ve never experienced that when checking in before. He also wanted us to leave our passports with him, which was not happening.
Rooms need to be refreshed, ok for 1-2 nigjts close to airport
Huge rooms, quiet, but a little bit dated.
This is not a fancy place. The furniture feels like it came straight from a student dorm in the 70's. However, the rooms are VERY large and very quiet. The location is perfect if you're working in Parco dei Medici, and even if you're not, the trains into town are frequent (and cabs are only about 15/20 euros, depending on where you're going.) I would stay here again if going to Parco dei Medici for work. The price is excellent for what you get.
Adequate, but the facilities are old and in desperate need of upkeep.
Clean hotel. We had a happy stay here !!!
Friendly
Ok but nothing fancy
Hotel was ok for the money. Nothing fancy but nonetheless ok and safe if that is what you require. We only stayed 2 nights which was more than enough but would not recommend any length longer than that.
Property was convenient to airport, but there's no walking distance for groceries, restaurants, snd 10mins walking to the train station. Property had a broken door refrigerator, a stove with no power, no kitchenware. A lot of bugs and mosquitoes due to higher temperature. Front desk staff were lack of information
Good stay Well located Good service Good accomodations
The staff was very accommodating and helpful. The area is fine if you have a car and if you wish to visit the suburbs of Rome, and it's very close to the airport. If you are visiting the center of Rome, the tourist attractions, well then you really need to have a car as there are no metro stations close by. Good value for your money.
The hotel and room were clean and smelled good. Twin beds was uncomfortable but i did sleep ok. Not much to do in the area so you'll be taking a taxi a lot. Holiday Inn next door has a lovely restaurant.
There was no 24 hour check in
little things like showerhead and garbage can were broken. Also the air conditioner was pretty slow to cool the room down.
This hotel was very nice, with friendly staff, quiet, near train station, easy parking, restaurants were in the near.
RUN!!
NASTY! The bed sheets were moldy and the shower was disgusting!!! It looks like it used to be a nice hotel in the 80’s, then it went downhill. The AC is a joke, the washer/dryer facilities they have is ONE mini washer for four towers of guests. Each load of washing and each of drying is $4… that was a lot of time to get our clothes washed.
Wouldn’t do it again, not ever. Stayed here for the convenience of being near the airport, however was not worth it. In the middle of a heat wave the room had a useless air conditioner, the room was at least 32 degrees which was intolerable. There’s absolutely nothing to eat in walking distance from the room. Staff also seem just as miserable to work there as it was to stay there. Highly recommend if you want easy access to the airport just stay near Roma termini as train from there is just as fast.
It was in a quiet location. We only stayed one night. Too far from the centre.
You get what you pay for, convenient location to the airport however, taxis are quite pricy for the 10 minute drive. It’s outdated, our room had a dishwasher converted to a fridge and was clearly a diy project. Had to pay to use the pool or any of the facilities and it’s quite far from most entertainment- a shuttle would make a huge difference. It had what we needed (ac) but it seemed to warm up after we were there for a day. Not a bad spot and would stay again but it’s just an average review.
They could give the AC units an update..felt a little warm other than that it was great
It was a great option if you need to be close to the airport before departure.

Will stay there again when I am in Rome
