Traveller“Misleading Photos and Uncomfortable Stay”
We recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, my experience was far from what was advertised. The rooms shown in the pictures are completely different from what is actually provided. In reality, the accommodations are very basic, located on a standard floor with no air conditioning. Upon request, we were given a fan, but it was broken and non-functional, making the stay extremely uncomfortable. The overall experience was disappointing, and I would not recommend this hotel to others.
TravellerComfortable stay with nice facilities. The apartment is walking distance to Queen Victoria market, trams, Central Melbourne Train Station. It is accessible to eateries and supermarkets. A recommendable place to stay
TravellerOnly problem I had staying here was the elevator? If you are travelling with other people your key won’t allow you to use the elevator to go to a different level? Needs a better system for this reason.
TravellerApartment was very dirty, plastic bags over smoke detectors, all walls scuffed and filthy. Have to ask for towels and toilet paper. TV extremely poor quality and unwatchable.
TravellerWe stayed for 2 nights in the 2BR and 2 bathrooms apartment It’s in good condition though the sink drainage in the bathroom were slow n a little block but otherwise ok Location is great. Utensils sufficient for 4 people with basic pots and pans if needs to cook. There’s a microwave provided The highlights - heated pool, jacuzzi and Sauna
TravellerI booked 2 rooms last minute for a business trip. After showing up after a full day of travel and business, we were told there is only 1 room available as the other rooms are still dirty and haven’t been cleaned. This was at 9pm at night! Still I haven’t received my refund for the first night after chasing the property manager down numerous times! Would NOT recommend!!!!
TravellerGreat apartment, poor communication and service
I gave communication a 2 star because when we arrived off the plane, the two people we were told to call to get a key off said they were not working. So i had to make a 3rd call to the main line and they gave me another number to call. When i called the next mobile number they provided the guy asked me how long we would be because he is not really on a shift! Sorry to inconvenience you for booking a room! This phone call run around made us nervous we had booked something dodgy! As we had flown interstate it made us question what we were walking into....however when all was checked in the apartment overall was great for what we needed. I will say if you are booking a 2 bedroom apartment in the summer like us, beware there is no air con unit in the second bedroom so you have to sweat it out. Also when we went swimming in the pool there was a gorgeous used bandaid just lying by the poolside just to add to our experience.
TravellerWe had amazing views from our apartment, on the 44th floor. The apartment was small but clean and well appointed. There is no service to the rooms except once a week or upon check out (we stayed 5 nights). We had to wash our own towels, and replenish our own tea, sugar and coffee. It is very quiet and secure. There is an awesome pool, gym, sauna and two spas which we used a lot! And there is a pleasant shared balcony garden to sit in as well. All in all we had a very pleasant stay.
