Fabulous Golf Course and a excellent Restaurant. Helpful Staff

Top notch Parador

Modern Parador with a golf course and right next to the beach. Bright, modern rooms and the staff were very helpful. Excellent walking route through the woods and golf course.

Good nature walk around hotel

Good place to stay. Nice room with balcony. Lovely to have a nature walk around the golf course. Very informative. Nice pool to sit by. Ate in cafe/bar in the evening. OK but bit expensive for the food.

Hotel is great. Things in the room, like wall paper falling off in the bathroom, and drains backed up. Overall a nice stay.

WASP NEST ON BALCONY!!!

We paid extra for an exclusive room to discover a large wasp nest on the balcony which I have attached a photo of, the bed was very hard and uncomfortable and the staff were not helpful regarding the nest, i would strongly recommend booking a different hotel!!!

Escape under wear and tear...

Sadly this wonderfully positioned hotel looks sad and unloved. It needs money spending on it...to bring it back to its former glory. Breakfasts are superb...Staff are helpful and keen to assist...

Parador - brutalist architecture by beach and golf

Half board is included in room rate - nice surprise. We took a small dog and they have strict house rules and stiff penalties so our experience was limited. A great location. Wonderful beach where turtles nest. Golf course looks good. Restaurant was excellent.

A super place with many facilities, a good pool, good parking, good restaurant and a lovely beach. We enjoyed the visit.

Great for a golf retreat

Classy, modern, relaxed and in a great location

This is a great place to chillax. Its in a great location, at the edge of a national park (a huge salt lake which is surrounded by rice paddy fields), set in pine woodlands. The place has its own thriving golf club in the basement and their buggies and greens add to the surreal atmosphere. Also in the basement is a large spa. Valencia's city of arts and sciences is less than 20 mins away by car, and its a pleasant drive. The hotel itself is high quality, with big rooms all with private terraces. The vibe is cool, calm and relaxed. No one dresses formally. The staff were universally nice and friendly. There is a big pool. A short walk away, through some sand dues is the Mediterranean sea and a nice beach where turtles come to lay their eggs. There are two restaurants: one flash and upscale (and expensive), the other more informal and cafe-like with large terraces. These terraces are a joyous place to be in the evening, partly shaded from the sun and cooled by sea breezes that cause the green's flags to snap and strain. Its a parador, so nothing is cheap, but this is a nice place to treat oneself. In June they do get a lot of midge-like flies, but these don't bite and seem to mind their own business, but one does have to be careful not to leave the external door to one's room open. We don't play golf, nor frequent spas, but we loved the place. Recommended.

Beautiful setting on the seaside

I booked three rooms for a three day stay with my family. Checkin was very slow and to upgrade to have a sea view w took forever. Iunfortunately my room was very smelly and I had to move out. That was done very efficiently by one of the managers. The facilitesfor golf are very good. The staff is nice but not efficient at all. It seems incredible that you have to pay touse the indoor pool. The gym is free but very small and stuffy.

Nice but some renovations needed

Overall I've had a nice stay in this hotel. first impression of the hotel and room was very elegant and in general a style I like. The reception staff was friendly and check-in quick and I got all information needed. The room was in good conditions, but some refurbishment is needed (lots of small holes in the curtains,...). The only unpleasant surprise was in the bin in the bathroom, because I found the "left overs" from the guest before, even the rest of the bathroom was clean.

Good rooms!

First of all it is very far from Valencia. 14 miles. Second, parking lot is to far from the lobby. If you get there an a raining day, you will remeber me.

El personal es muy poco profesional, no es digno de un 5 estrellas, desayuno muy caro, baja calidad, local pequeño, personal insuficiente, mesas sin recoger, tratamiento déspota de la encargada del desayuno con una compañera suya.

Como la mayoría de paradores, más estrellas que realidad. la comida regular, la atención al cliente mejorable, el servicio de excursiones, guias, etc. malo.

Inte femstjärnigt

Inte femstjärnigt och inte vad jag förväntar mig av ”Parador” Stora rum men stenhårda sängar. Restaurangens personal (finrestaurangen) höll inte klassen för femstjärnigt även om några var väldigt trevliga. Tog väldigt lång tid att få mat men köttet var fantastiskt.

Si può fare molto meglio.

Portroppo per essere un 5 stelle la stanza non era assolutamente all'altezza e molti dei problemi che ho avuto in camera potevano essere prevenuti con un controllo preventivo. La spa con si è potuta utilizzare per la bassa temperatura non solo dell'acqua ma anche del locale, peccato perché la struttura meritava. La colazione però é molto buona e ricca in alcuni casi si può trovare anche lo champagne. La piscina esterna un poco deludente.

Incómodo

El lugar donde está es magnífico. La vista de la habitación mirando al mar es muy agradable. La habitación es amplia y luminosa, así como el baño. Pero la cama es escesivamente incómoda. La restauración no está a la altura de un Parador. La paella parecía de Paellador. Una pena, porque me hubiera gustado estar más días hospedada.

Hotel descuidado,personal muy poco profesional

El personal del hotel no es nada profesional llegando a ser maleducado. Las instalaciones están descuidadas, una pena pues el enclave donde se encuentra el hotel es maravilloso.

Fantastisches Hotel

Wir waren für 2 Nächte auf unserer Durchreise im Hotel und geben als insgesamte Bewertung die Bestnote. Tolles Hotel inmitten von Golfplätzen. Direktor kümmert sich persönlich um seine Gäste. Frühstück und Abendessen hervorragend. Sehr freundliches Personal. Die Zimmer sind gross und hell. Badezimmer mit separater Toilette. Alles sehr sauber! Genug Parkplätze beim Hotel und auch gute Busverbindung (zur Haltestelle nur 10 Fussminuten) in die Innenstadt Valencia. Dauer 45 Min. Ticket nur 1.50 Euro pro Person. Wir würden das Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen!

Хороший отель, современный. Чистый. Персонал предупредительный, но в 12 ночи все закрыто. Завтрак нормальный, включая шампанское. Много разнообразных фруктов, сыров и колбас. Халатов и тапочек нет, но зато настоящая двуспальная кровать с цельным матрасом

The golf may be good but stay away from the hotel!

Chose this hotel as they advertised that you could charge your electric car. We could but only at an alarmingly slow rate (worse than a normal plug in the wall!) which meant that despite charging all evening, all night and -all morning the car was only at 70-80% of it’s battery when we had to leave, meaning we had to add an extra stop for charging... We also ordered room service. After 30mins where we had not received our food yet, we called and were told “5 minutes!”. After 1h I had to go from the room to the restaurant to ask what was up and only after 1.5h we got what can only be described as disgusting food (see picture). We paid €30+ for this......... soggy ham/cheese sandwiches which looked like they had been bought at a petrol station a few days ago and fries which were the worst fries we had ever had. Cold, soft and soggy. Simply disgusting. The hotel is alegedly 4.5 stars, but between the non-functioning charger, the appaling room service and the hardly-English-speaking reception staff, we did not feel welcome and will not be coming back to a hotel I would not give more than 2 stars myself...

Un bel endroit près d’une magnifique plage, le bémol se situe au niveau de la restauration qui n’est pas du tout à la hauteur.

NO LO RESERVEN

Hotel no esta en buenas condiciones y su servicio es pésimo. Llegamos a media noche y no había nada para comer. A esto se sumo que quisimos cancelar una noche porque nos perdieron las valijas y el hotel esta en medio de la nada y se rehusaron por lo que tuve que hacer arduas gestiones y pelearme con el personal de recepcion.

Bon séjour

Personnel peu chaleureux à notre arrivée, mauvaise indication pour trouver notre chambre... mais hôtel très agréable. Cependant, attention, loin de tout, sauf de la plage ! Petit déjeuner buffet de bonne qualité.

Parador muy agradable en un entorno único, en pleno parque natural lo que le da mucho encanto. Estuve en abril y ya estaba abierta la piscina, algo poco común en los hoteles en España . No estaba disponible el bufé de al medio día (solo julio y agosto nos contaron) pero comimos en el Restaurante muy bien (los precios son los que ya se sabe de todos los Paradores) El desayuno muy bueno, no faltaba de nada

Bel endroit!

Hôtel moderne au design extérieur moyen mais beau design intérieur. Chambres spacieuses et bien agencées. Zone spa très belle et confortable: il y a même un bassin étroit mais long qui permet de nager quelques longueurs! Environnement calme, entouré par un très beau parcours de golf et la mer. Belle plage plutôt sauvage!

Bon hôtel pour les golfeurs entre-autre. Le jardin au niveau de l'entrée n'est pas entretenu du tout, ce qui est dommage. Par contre, côté plage et golf, c'est très beau. Le SPA est très agréable. Le personnel est charmant. Nous avons dîné au restaurant de l'hôtel et avons bien mangé. La terrasse du bar est agréable mais très bruyante (résonne)
