Superb staff, great Mexican culture in a beautiful location
Pedro was our waiter at the pool. He is the best! Food is great as is the pool and beach.
They were doing construction this year it was noisy
The property is great, and the grounds are meticulously maintained. However, the customer service is terrible, there was a family of 4 in my group and they were put in a room for two and had to make it work. They were offered a different room two days before the end of their trip but by then it was too late.
Have gone here for several years. Only problem is it is getting more difficult each to get a Superior one bedroom suite. We had a standard one bedroom which is good but the Superior one bedroom has two bathrooms. The Superior is more expensive but well worth it if one is available.
This is a resort property. It is away from the downtown. The area is quiet and is entirely tourist driven.
Our first room was a dungeon for what we paid. Frosted door and window. Very claustrophobic 👎😒
Check out was too long a wait, room was average, pool and beach and restaurants were excellent.
Great location. Awesome beach. Well done
Everything was excellent. The dining options in the hotel – breakfast buffet excellent. The other dining options in the hotel were OK but not good enough for the price. However, they were excellent restaurants nearby, walkable, or excellent transportation given by the hotel. Beach was beautiful and the lap pool perfect. Staff and general cleanliness was excellent.
The only problem was the bed. The mattress was old and had holes worn into it. It needs to be replaced.
Everyone is so nice and friendly. They help with all your needs plus extras you didnt ask for. Absolutely loved our stay here, everything was perfect in every way.
Beach and pool waiters were excellent.
So many poolside activists for families, the whole crew was outstanding. Pool side snacks and drinks were fantastic as well
The wait staff eas incredible but the building they put us in and the room was nothing like the room in the pictures. It was a renovated office building/room. It was clean and had everything we needed, but it did not have the resort feel. Other parties that traveled with us were transferred to other rooms because they were unsatisfied. Also, there was a lot of construction going on around the resort so views can be limited. Also, it could be loud during the day and the animals were removed from the resort as a result of the noise. Otherwise, the pool, the beach and the food were anywhere between average and a little bit above average. I did enjoy my stay, but I would try a different place next time.
We travel a lot and was apprehensive about this place because of some reviews but we were travelling with a larger group and decided to come and we were pleasantly surprised! We were a family of 4 with a 5 and 6 year old. Staff was very friendly, Regelio our waiter at the pool was amazing and very attentive! The pool area was awesome, pool was so warm, kids and the adults loved the slides, and the entertainment staff was great and always had fun activities going on. The beach area was incredible, so much space, amazing for long beach walks, ocean was great for younger kids as it was quite shallow for a ways out, and even got some good waves that were great for riding with boogie boards (included in all inclusive.) We did the all inclusive option, and the food was quite good and typical of good resorts, maybe not as massive of a selection as the entire resort is not all inclusive but lots of good options. The a la carte restaurants were actually very good, the sushi place was amazing and better than most resorts in terms of quality difference from general buffet. The entertainment was very good, from the theme nights to the shows were actually much better than anticipated, and the Michael Jackson was actually the best I have seen! My recommendations to make it better, comfier beds and pillows, and make the sky bar the place to hang out at night, a few times not enough space in lobby bar for the people wanting to hang out. All in all, great resort and great time!
Why is there a tiger in a cage on the property?! Ridiculous. There’s one building of the resort that hasn’t been renovated - they were going to put us there. We did not want that location because it was not what we expected. They forced us to upgrade and spend another $1600 for a more desirable room. They told us there’s a Standard room and a Superior room - you should make the difference more clear in the description.
We had a great stay at this hotel. Breakfast buffet and food at the Sky Bar restaurant were great. We will definitely stay here again!
Amazing resort for families with young kids! It far exceeded our expectations. Beautiful beach, excellent and friendly service - especially Thomas at the beach, and good food and drink options. We’ll be returning in the future!
Very friendly staff.
Beautiful property, but they booked us on the wrong excursion and wouldn't reimburse us for it. Then we booked massages at the spa and didn't get the 80 mins we booked and paid for. Again no reimbursement. The staff is very friendly, and the food was good. Other than that, it's a beautiful place to visit.
It was ok
Food was awful.
Safe clean activities
At check in they gave us the wrong room. Heard this from 1 other person
great place!
Clean and friendly
We stayed in a studio suite. The room was lovely and very clean. It had everything we needed. It was close to the main building for all of the shows and restaurants.
The beach was beautiful and the girls had fun in the pool. It was clean, great service, the food was good, not exceptional.
Excellent service, amazing location, beautiful resort - good times! 😃
People who walk away from their trash and leave it for someone else or better yet drop cigarette butts on the beach should be banned from ever using public beaches - pigs!!
The room was in a place where was too much noise : Costruction , restaurant was cleaning till late, people in the morning were going for excursions . If you have rooms close to all this noises they should be sound proof. My kids could never get a knap because The cleaning was coming every day after 4pm , they were leaving 2 towels but we were 4 people . The cleaning was not too good
Great for families and couples. Great pools.
Amazing staff, always helpful. Clean facility all day and everywhere. We had a great time... we will come back and highly recommend for friends and family
Staff were friendly helpful and area was very well maintained. Great beach with ample facilities
Great beach and mall with Restaurants & Grocery store.
100 💯
Beautiful property
We was celebrating my parents 49th anniversary , we had awesome time. Everyone its really nice, the place is really clean! Love it
Awful!
We were at Paradise Village for the week on a time share exchange, and decided to rent an additional night through Hotels.com. The studio was small and old with no balcony, and the front door faced the parking lot. I think this room was connected to a building that was primarily an office building. The bed and pillows were hard and lumpy. Neither I nor my husband were able to sleep. The bathroom was the size of a closet. We could clearly hear our neighbors at 6 am. Horrible! The original week was better, but it had its own issues.
Kid friendly resort so lots of that. Only thing that wasn’t fantastic is as we went all inclusive etc having to sigh for every “tab” to our room even with the wrist bands etc was a little confusing
Wonderful staff, many things to do, beautiful sunsets, & great beach.
We are owners there and just added a few days to our stay thru Expedia. Great plave
Excellent stay!
Resort is nice, clean and pretty laid back. But I don’t think we’ll be back. Music at the pool is far too loud and the “entertainment” is even louder. Entertainers yelling into microphones and music so loud you can’t have a conversation with the person next to you. Heard many others also complaining about the level of the music, so it wasn’t just our party.
Well, I really don’t have any complaints. The staff were very kind and professional. The food was ok. The only complaint would be that the first room we were put in was supposed to be Marina view and it was not that at all. That being said, we simply asked for a better room and we were moved to a much better one.
Glad to know after many visits, the quality of the property is still wonderful.
Great clean beach area, so many palapas available, great food and drinks service at the beach. The staff is very friendly and helpful. My room was amazing, filled with light and had two balconies, one of them was enormous. What I did not like: the food quality and options need to improve, did not like the buffet this time, the taste was not great and very limited vegetarian options. Also the entertainment needs improvement.
The beach is very nice and clean. The resort very well maintained and the staff are very friendly and can ask for better. The only problem was they were working o. My room next to me and hammering away for few hours and woke my entire family up. To add to the inconvenience they knoocked at my door wakimg me up again. I had to sleep at the pool area for the first 6 hours of my vacation.
Very safe and quier.
Lovely staff. Great location.
Good and moderate priced hotel. Beds were old and very hard. Breakfast Food was good, other hotel restaurants not as good, weak drinks at happy hour. Hotel needs some updating and the big pool was under construction which was a bummer.
Great beach, perfect location and very nice facilities. Unfortunately the main pool was under maintenance but other than that our experience was wonderful
The only thing didnt like is WIFI was weak
just a perfect family stay
If you book through Expedia you will be given a standard room at the back of the hotel by the parking lot. No windows. I had to pay and additional fee to move over to the main buildings Ps. The food at this hotel was a 1 out of 10
Excellent and convenient place to stay. Clean rooms.Nice beach. Friendly staff. Very secure. Kids friendly. Highly recommend.
Rooms were clean. Restaurant staff very attentive. Pool and Beach within distance. The first night we arrived pretty late due to car problems. I reserved 2 rooms which were for my in-laws and myself/husband. Checkin took a little long since they have to check in all guests. When I entered my room there were 2 men already asleep when I walked in which was quite the shock. Bellman took us back to the front desk and was given an upgrade due to incovenience. We get to elevator at the tower where we stayed in and it stopped working. Already annoyed and tired of having to walk back and forth and now the elevator not working. Mind you this elevator was out of service for our entire stay which was 4 days. Huge inconvenience for my in laws as they are elderly. I complained the 2nd night and were just apologetic. At check out front desk said I should have complained to a manager so that either they could have moved to ground floor or different tower. I explained that I let front desk know and not once did they give me that option or suggestion to do that. Not good. Not sure I would stay there again.
Property was clean but dated and antiquaited check-in/checkout systems. The food was good but everything shut down around 10pm.
Very confusing for all inclusive. Limited where you were allowed to eat as part of the package as well as for drinks. Gym is not included as you had to pay for each visit. Confusing directions from staff on how to get a chair for the beach. Was also charged $8000 mxp for incidentals which has yet to be refunded.
Keep up the good work
The property is under construction, outside eating areas you need bug spray ( mosquitos and wasps) the staff are amazing, would not stay again though
Its a good option
Great customer service. A little pushie on trying to get the guests to become a member. Other than that place is amazing and beautiful. Would definitely recommend this place. Great for kids. Main lobby and the big pool was under construction when we were there but even then it was beautiful.
Staff helpful friendly. Resort and restaurants clean +++
Exelente servicio muy accesi le para cualquier area y muy barato a pesar de que no agarre all inclusive muy rica comida en Tulum Restaurant buffet todo lo que quieras comer y beber alcohol o sin alvohol y muy economico.
Nice beach
Family Paradise
Amazing service poolside and clean grounds. Best beach in Neuvo. Families this is a must stay
lovely and enjoyable time with family. All the staff was amazing!
Great location and property
We like the pools and beach the food
Terrible customer service from everyone there
They have 3 pool areas and a kiddie pool for small ones. Problem with that is they close too soon (9pm). But it is nice because they do activities and games and karaoke. They have food and drinks served to you. There are restaurants at the resort, except we went with our kids to MAYAPAN AND WERE DECLINED SERVICE, when they clearly had about 15 open tables. Their response was we have no available seats. Other than that the area is very well maintained and cleaned. They spray for bugs.
Great resort
Not many restaurants and limited choices. I was all inclusive but still bought my own drinks to the hotel.
The place is a great place for relaxation and family fun,the employees are very friendly and helpful, the staff are always available for any questions or needs. Only downside is the furniture was outdated (old)the food was very good and plentiful.
Nice property with easy beach access. The beach was rock free.

Beautiful resort, Paradise Village
We’ve been going to Paradise Village for about 15 years now the staff was so friendly always wanted to help always in a good mood. Their food is great. The servers are friendly always happy we were at the beach. Our server was Gabriel one of the nicest servers were seen always coming by to see if we needed anything then we spend some days at the pool. Our server was Ernesto always coming around and asking if we needed anything these guys they work hard, especially being under that sun all that time, we were there celebrating our 42 year anniversary room was in the fourth floor looking up at the pools and the ocean. It was one great view. We can’t wait to go there again next year and celebrate our 43 year anniversary and hoping to get a beautiful view again Thank you Paradise Village and staff great work.
The property was very nice. The grounds were beautifully maintained. My biggest negative is that for a 7 night stay we were only allowed to use the specialty restaurants twice. That came as a surprise for an all-inclusive. We are not buffet people, and breakfast was only served in the buffet. The pool/beach side sushi restaurant was very good, the specialty restaurants were very good, the buffet, although it had a large variety, was not all that good.
Great service
In general, the service is good, but sometimes we need to wait for services. We had two types of reservation and our key room was deactivated two days before, then the next day again and they asked us to leave the room because we needed to move to another and finally we were in the same room. It was a bit strange that we asked three times and they didn´t know, but when we left the room with all our bags they told us that we were in the same room. Maybe just they need more organization to don´t ask the client do several rounds asking what next.
Do not recommend. Staff is unfriendly, inconsiderate and unprofessional. Also, even with booking all inclusive you are limited on what you can do and eat. Will not stay here again. They want to charge you for everything saying “it’s not apart of all inclusive”.
We just got back from 5 nights at this resort. The property is beautiful. It was perfect for our family of 11 (four kids, and two grandparents). Because it was rainy/off season, the resort was not overly crowded. We were easily able to get chairs on the beach or by the pool. The rooms are a little dated, but sparkling clean with all amenities. We would definitely go back. We found the service to be great… staff was very friendly and the maids even did our dishes for us! We have no complaints and highly recommend.
The property was nice and conveniently located. There was a lot of construction and on going renovations. The staff and service was not good. It took a long time to get checked in and staff were not very friendly. They treat people different depending on the color of your bracelet or package booked.
Loud guests, very clean and comfortable room, was overcharged for room service and it was a pain to fix the issue, did not end up using the pool facilities as there were so many people there, not enough shade, too noisy, checking in took forever.
Nice last minute resort
Good
It felt very safe.
The property is huge with 3 pools, 3 hot tubs, beachfront access. It feels very safe. There is wait staff ready to take your order. The buffet for the all-inclusive was surprisingly good. I've been on cruiseships where the buffets are often unhealthy options. The kids enjoyed it immensely. The rooms were spacious and well set-up. Only critical feedback would be that they were doing construction on the property while we were there so there was some noise during the day, but it did not affect beach time or sleep time.
Great dining options, loved the palapas at the beach, my kids loved the pool, great system for towels, clean rooms and hotel in great condition. The hotel rooms could use a little decoration , kind of plain, but were clean and comfortable and suited our family’s needs. So enjoyed our two nights there after we checked out of our time share and wanted to extend our stay in PV. Wonderful experience, will go back for sure.
Pleasant and pricey
I really like the grounds and the fact that they had a tiger that you could get up close to was pretty amazing. The resort was private and very nice although very pricey. Food was marked up tremendously. Also downside was the check in time was approximately 30 minutes per person. A very antiquated system that needs updating yesterday. Overall, we did enjoy our stay. It was just some minor, like the check-in, the overpriced food and the quality of the mattress and sheets. Everything else was Pretty great.
The resort is nice, staff is friendly, excursions are a bit tough to get to because of the location. The boat rides were long!
We love paradise village
No tks
Staff was very helpful and responsive. We enjoyed the daily variety that was introduced into the buffet food selections, and overall the food was very enjoyable. The cocktail options were great. I would like to see more options for beer choices though - it was just Grupo Modelo beers. It would be great to be able to sample some local / regional beers (Minerva, Indio, Los Cuentos, Cerveza Buclas, etc.) Overall my family had a great experience!
I absolutely recommend this place. Very clean very safe love it
Great place to relax
This is a wonderful resort right on the ocean and the Price was lower than one of the previous ones I had stayed at and it was more convenient to get to a shopping area outside of the resort. I wish you didn’t have to pay extra for the gym and the sauna but you get what you pay for. Really really enjoyable
The pool
Paradise Village Beach Resort and Spa | Home in Nuevo Vallarta | Travala.com
The resort itself is very good but the Expedia units are old and dingy. Toilet wouldn't flush properly and the shower is a big disgrace, chipped tiling, rough floor etc. major building construction traffic and noise except Sundays. There was zero view but we knew that when we booked it. The all inclusive package is pretty good value and the restaurants and bars and beach/ pool service are all very good.
