We had a very peaceful, relaxing and Private stay at Paradise Village. The hotels, Rooms and premises are Neat and clean and well maintained. Even the swimming pool is lovely. There is definitely enough space, both in and around the Room also a lot of open area to walk around. The surrounding nature is a real gem! The breakfast buffet had a great variety and the food was really good! Dinner at Tanya's restaurant was very impressive with the quality of Food and the service. The Private access to beach which saves a lot of time , Convenient parking, Gaming for kids is great as well. Also its just 3 mins walk to the supermarket. Amazing value for money! I highly recommend this amazing property for family and office groups for a short trip.
Calm oasis
Great position, close to so much but very quiet location. A little old and tired looking, but very clean and neat. The staff are amazing and always going out of their way to help in anyway needed.
Just amazing... can't express in a single word, but it was our 3rd wedding anniversary, i wanted to give best gift to my wife and I can't explain, nothing could have been better than this vacation.... the view, food and location was all amazing. The rooms are very spacious and newly renovated. Its villa style accommodation offering a lot of privacy and spacious balconies. The location is prime right on calangute beach with private access to the beach and the pool is very big. The hotel surprised us with a special anniversary decoration and cake. We both are so happy with the hospitality..we have come back feeling so refreshed and relaxed.. really recommend to everyone.. value for money... just amazing..
Amazing Holiday! We visited Paradise Village Beach Resort in Monsoon time, everything was lush green and beautiful. The resort is spread out offering ample of parking space. The rooms were excellent and very spacious and newly renovated. The swimming pool is very big. My kid loved played in the kids play area. We had a relaxing and chilled out stay. The staff were friendly and the hotel is centrally located right on Calangute Beach. Overall it was a great experience staying in a villa and would love to come back.
Staff was very rude and non supportive...Food was very bad and tasteless...you can get better food at road side.
It’s a very big resort property with spacious rooms and villa style accommodation. Alot of open space and garden area. Nice conference hall. We had a 2 day conference. F&b staff were very supportive. Food was good and fresh. Lovely pool side area for cocktail! everything was perfect a hidden gem! i have been visiting goa for soo many years. But first time stayed at paradise village beach resort, calangute beach. The property is as big as the taj village and is excellent value for money ! good rooms, food and facilities. Highlights - large pool and direct beach access, kids play area & tennis courts. Kids had a lovely time in kids pool. You can get bikes for hire right outside resort. Tito's, st anthony baga, sinq, shopping all just 5mins walk from hotel!
I visited Paradise hotel in Goa along with my family in Dec 2020. We drove down from Mumbai. In Covid times this is a preferred hotel as the rooms are very spread out having individual villa style accommodation with large outdoor gardens plus ample of parking space was available for our car. The reservation and the contactless check in process was very smooth. We got a great deal..it was a value for money stay compared to the other hotels around. The hotel location is great being right on the heart of calangute, we walked to the beach, shops, coffee shops and restaurants daily. My kids loved it because of the open space and easy access to the beach. Must try some of the water sports at the beach. The rooms being recently refurbished were fresh & clean. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The food was delicious. It is one of the best hotel with the largest swimming pools overall we had a peaceful break in nature and a very comfortable stay
Worst place to stay
The food is average, no options for vegan people Rooms are very old and found bugs in the closet They literally throw you out at 11 am or ask you to pay 500 for an extra hour of delayed checkout. Pathetic and rude staff will never go there again, it's far from paradise.
please is full off cockroach. No TV channel subscription.
Paradise no more
Paradise village has become aged ,run down and neglected the rooms are old and in desperate need of a refurb as always the waiters and pool staff were excellent the rates to stay here are twice what they should be very disappointed
Since check in to check out no TV . (They says the problem is going on with the cable operator) I will advice the management to fix magnetic door catcher to gallery as there is no locking system from gallery side & to bedroom as somebody sitting in the hall has to lock it to avoid AC cooking
Location is very good close to sea beach. However they arrange private parties at swimming pool with very loud DJ music which creates a nuisance for guests staying close to pool. One is forced to leave the room and move away till 10.30 to 11 PM at night.
It’s in a great location and the staff are brilliant
worst experience in paradise village resort, goa
One of the worst maintained resort. Frequent power cuts, Poor maintenance of Room. I booked 2 beach cottages for 3nights. They provided one cottage at 1 pm and the other one at 4 pm. Ac was not functioning and they were repairing till 11 pm. After repeated shouting at the reception, they gave a key of low cost room. Next day i asked for replacement of beach cottage, after great quarrel with the Front office they gave me an uncleaned cottage where toilet flushing was not working and the bathroom door was not able to shut. Finally when i asked discount for staying low cost room, they refused. They dont have courtesy to say sorry for providing such rooms. Cook was using his bare hand to remove the yellow portion for preparing egg white omlette. All four days only water melon fruit.
Awesome Location! Loved it!
The Hotel is located 5 mins walk to Calangute Market and has a lot Restaurant, Bars etc. The location is superb and my Kid's loved. It had a huge Swimming Pool and a lot of open spaces and garden area. They have a Children's Play Area. The Tandoor was amazing and we had the King Prawns and Tandoori Pomfret. My 2 favourites and recommended dishes! I only faced a slight hassle in check in and had to wait for an hour to check in .. since I believe the Hotel was full. However, the Staff were friendly and accomaccommodating. I would recommend this place for families as the Rooms are also very spacious . The Suite has a large Living Room and much larger than an average Hotel Room Size. Overall it was great!
Worst rooms in best location
Rooms are in worst condition. Bed Bugs, ACs are faulty means you can't control anything except switching it on & off. Toilet flushes don't work even if they are not broken. Beds are smaller than the mattresses so it is quiet hard to sleep straight. it's a great adventure to live in those rooms. Cottages are better though. Location is at its best.
Shocking
Cockroaches and lizards are everywhere, alongside ants and mosquitoes No WIFI connection in the rooms Staff not only do not understand English very well, but also very thick, especially the ones around the pool area Constant long electricity cut offs Dirty pool, with no functioning bar (although there is a bar area by the swimming pool, only its very dirty, empty and disgusting The advertised Karaoke Bar is closed and not all reception staff are aware of this! Food is very limited in choice and quite awful. Breakfast so limited and not very exciting This resort has a huge potential and is not utilized properly, it needs renovation, new management and new well trained staff.
Terrible Stay at Paradise Beach Resort
I have never experienced such stay in my life. Hotel room not cleaned properly, Hotel stuff behavior too rough. I will not Recommend any body to stay this hotel. Hotel food also not good.
BAD EXPRIENCE
AT THE TIME OF CHECKIN THEY WERE NOT KNOWING THAT WE HAD BOOKED HALF BOARD MEAL. 2) WE CAME TO HOTEL AT 11AM BUT TILL 2.30PM THERE ROOMS WERE NOT CLEANED,AND THE WHOLE TIME WE HAD TO WAIT AT RECEPTION AREA.AFTER WAITING SO MUCH THEY GAVE US ONLY 1 ROOM INSTED OF 2 (SAME PROBLEM..ROOMS WERE NOT CLEANED) 3 )THERE WAS A PLATE ,CUP AND SPOON (USED)KEPT THROUGHTOUT OUR WHOLE TRIP....THEY DID NOT EVEN PICKED THEM UP..... 4) THE HOUSE KEEPING MEMBER CAME TO OUR ROOM (WHEN WE WERE NOT THERE)ALTHOUGH WE INSTRUCTED THEM NOT SEND THEM.
Perfect location but low standart.
Generally the staff is very friendly and the outside, like garden and buildings are kept well. But when something is broken or missing in the room, it will not be repaired or replaced. The worst experience was, when we had to convince the staff, that a blocked toilet is not acceptable. And when we flushed the toilet, there was a leakage, so we had to stand in a puddle of water at the sink. The breakfast was ok, except the coffee, which was undrinkable. The Wifi was not working for a week and only after many complaints, it was finally repaired. In fact only when you complain a lot, action will be taken, which kind of spoils your holidays.
Worst resort in the world.
Besides the Wifi working 0% of the time, the place is falling apart and the customer service is the worst I've ever experienced. It's over priced and seems like the owner doesn't believe in spending the profits back into maintainance. Breakfast food was not fresh and not tasty. Any problem you have doesn't get fixed on time. It was a constant struggle for the 6 days we stayed. Please don't book this hotel if you want a nice holiday.
Over all satisfactory
Stay waswas good, but got aa chip fingernail in omelette and disappointed with the service, spoke to manager sahil and the chef abain
Stay was cool and pleasant but restaurant lacks adequate staff.
Very pleasant stay
This is my second stay in the resort. I recommend this resort to all my friends. The staffs are very courteous. The food was good.
Room was not clean at the time of check-in. Hotel Staff (mainly the Evening manager) was very rude and was not willing to co-operate. Service was very slow despite calling and reminding number of times. Most hilarious is that we had to stay with amphibians in our room. Yes !! I am talking about frogs, coming out of toilet gutter and entering the bedroom. Phew !! Did not expect this after spending so much money. The Hotel could have been better if they had focused on all these issues and customer satisfaction.
3.5 Starts
A nice place to have a stay. Hotel is very next to the Beach. However, we felt that the restaurant requires an improvement.
Great Location; Disappointing service
The only good thing about the hotel was the price and location. Facilities were really bad. Hotel staff is horrible. The hotel had power cuts for hours with no generator backup.
5
All facilities are no 1
Nice Hotel close to the beach
Very nice Hotel.Good Beach hotel with all amenities and like swimming pool , play area, gym , cottages , spa and all common facilities.Rent of the room is a bit on the higher side.
hotel stay review
Service and food needs to be improved
Decent hotel for short stay
Pros: -location-5 min walk from calangute -decent clean rooms -nice facilities Cons: -average breakfast -rent of the room is a bit on the higher side considering the condition of the rooms
Stay at paradise village resort
Nightmare stay at paradise village. No swimming pool opertional during the period. Neither expedia people nor hotel staff updated us in advance. So that we can plan accordingly.staff behavior is also rude. Poor service 45 min minutes after order given.resort location is good rest all are ridiculous. Our first experience with expedia is not good they should aware us in advance that pool is not working. Expedia made our dream holiday into nightmare. Sorry expedia not again compensate us if you have some mercy for you customers.
poor service
mattress was not provided despite repeated reminders on first night. Intercom was not working and reception could not be contacted.
For a Family it is best hotel
Good Beach hotel with all amenities and like swimming pool , play area, gym , cottages , spa and all common facilities
Wonderful !!!!
It was really a memorable staying ,,the Hotel is so nice ,,,Staff's are well behavior ,,response is very fast ...i am sure i will choose this hotel only for my next visit...Thank you..
Close to the beach
Over all horrible experience. Bathroom fittings broken. Bathroom window glass broken. Bed creeks. Sofa cloth torn. Linen torn.... pool is good. Close to the beach. Cook needs to be changed.
Nice resort close to the Beach.
Nice resort close to the Beach. The Suite room was really very nice. The property is very good will lot of green around it. It is not just a standalone hotel building. Excellent experience!
Decent place closeby to the beach
It was a pleasant stay resort is pretty ok for the money they charge. very closeby to the beach. food was up to the mark.room service was bad. over all it was a good.
Nice hotel close to the beach
Friendly staff, nice location, close to the beach. Was a nice stay and food is good too..
Very good location on sea shore
We stayed for two nights, Rooms and location is great. Room service is not great. Quality of food in restaurant especially for dinner buffet was not good. I suggest new guest not to have dinner in this restaurant, it's not worth. Breakfast is good.
great location, good ambiences ,good service ,
It was a good stay but the swimming pool was very dirty and the people which book banquet where watching us swimming as if we are some kind of extra terrestrial species. Great hotel to be in but poorly kept property.
Okay hotel to stay. Close to the beach
We had to change our rooms twice but at last we got a good clean room
Good for family stay within the resort.
I was informed by Expedia agent and it was also mentioned on website that studio AC room was having seperate living room, but that was not the case. The Bathroom was not as per expectation. The window in the bathroom was giving a feeling of insecurity.
Not the right hotel, not worth what you pay
I had stayed 3 nights in this hotel. Checked in around 8pm, room # VG4 room was allotted, AC was not working, there was no electricity plug point to charge my mobile or tab. Person who had helped to keep the luggage said, remove either TteV plug or Lampshade & use that point to charge my mobile or tab ! (interesting !)...AC was probably not cleaned right from day 1, one of the maintenance guy came and when he touched the AC, the front panel fell on its own and the filter was full of dust (may be 10 years of dust accumulation), they said, they will clean the filter and check whether the AC works, after my argument with receptionist, they had allotted room # FM5, to my surprise the flush in the toilet was not working (it used to flush nonstop and one has to manually stop!). If you order anything under room service option, they test your patience & deliver after 45min. If you go to the restaurant & order, it takes minimum 50 minutes, food quality was good. The paid lunch (rs.350)/dinner(rs450) is too costly. When I had asked to replace bedspreads after 1st day, they said, they will do this once in 2days ! The room (FM5) where I had stayed had electrical fire/smoke markings which is not cleaned for ages, luckily AC (which looked brandnew) was in a working condition !
Good place to stay, nice view of Resort
Hotel backdoor open's to Calangute beach, we enjoyed early morning walk on beach. Food was ok, reception staff is good. Room service is poor.
Spacious, good location, near calangute beach
Good property to stay Hardly 2 min from calangute beach Very open Near to market Delicious food Must stay here specialy in Hut
Will never go there again
We had 7 days there, one of the worst places we have ever been to.We were firstly given our studio room, it was so small you couldn't have swung a cat. We then upgraded to a deluxe studio for 500rup extra per night, you could just swing a cat in this room. After 3nqights in this room the solar hot water started to leak all over the roof then all over the ground for 2 days and nothing was done about this. Then the hot water ran out, fortunately we only had 1 night to go, and they gave us the key to another room to shower but after 1 hour they wanted the key back even after we were told we could keep it until we checked out next morning.
My honeymoon was awesome!
Well to start with, as usual, the hotel receptionist told me that i had no reservation, but thankfully the receptionist was kind enough or smart enough to let me have a room, as i have traveled from far to reach my destination, n would have hated, got very mad or even furious, if they didn't offer me a room. I am very thankful to the receptionist for that, yet the next day, they asked me to come to the reception, n told me that i had no booking n needed to email them my booking, so i did, n then receptionist called their boss, i have no clue why, as hotels.com took my money, so i don't know if it was hotels.com or the resorts fault. In any case, the staffs were very nice, the resort was clean, peaceful n securities were a great help, they even helped me with my bike rental, taxi n directions to my various destinations. So besides the problem of booking, it was a great trip n the shacks next to the beaches, have the best food in the whole Goa...so don't think the shacks are there to rip you off, as they are great food n decent price, the ones on the main road or city are the killers (pricier) n food aren't that great either. I would definitely visit again…
Worst....
This was terrible stay for us and complete waste. Rooms were so small u cant even move inside. All furniture, ac were v v old. Room service nt avl 24 hour. Warm water nt avl and some time even normal water was nt there. Food was v v ok according to cost.
Good Hotel near Calangute beach
It is good hotel in cool place near Calangute beach. Cleanness is very well maintained by management and overall feature is good including restaurant, bar, connected beach, swimming pool etc. Only room service on call is not so responsive i.e. they delay so much in any kind of on call room service and need repeated call.
booked for 3 adults and an infant. they charged 3500 for studio room. but in reality the room is just a toilet size room. definitely not enough for 3 adults. and on arrival, we were forced to shift room and pay 1500 a night extra. dont book studio room. they are cheating.
It was nice stay for 4 night
It was nice stay for 4 night. Hotel Location is exelent and area is also very nice. swimming pool is also very neat and clean. The main problem we faced for one day is our room was not got cleaned and Hotel House keeping staff is worst....Otherwise everything is pleasant
Good location but poor service
the ambiance nd evrything was good.only the room service was not up to the mark and there was no veriation in breakfast in our 3 days stayed.
Close to the beach
Electricity was a major issue.. We had to keep switching on the ac each time the lights came back. The staff took forever to get us an extra bed. But by the end of it if you are looking for a decent place near the beach. . and location is priority then this place is fine based on the cost
Family Holiday
When we checked into a studio, it was insufficient for a family with 2 children. We looked at other rooms and requested for a switch, staff was very helpful in arranging for an alternative. Although the property is huge, it needs a little more maintenance.
OK Hotel close to the beach
Hotel is ok, I had been there 7 years back and nothing much has improved over the years... Hotel is very close to the beach, very poor options with breakfast (buffet spread is very pathetic)... however the ala carte options are good. I got a feeling that the staff does not care so much about the guest!! I don't think I will be back to the same place again..
Nice hotel for for family for friend stay.
There are 3 cottages near to beach gate of resort, which i would suggest would be good for couples. Food is not good.
Good hotel with beach touching premises
Good hotel..excellent staff..nice well made rooms..jus need to update rooms with new tv and a.c. we had a good time..
The hotel was close to the beach
The room was nothing like the room that was portrayed on the website. The paint was missing, the AC barely worked, the TV kept breaking down and it was terribly overpriced. Stay away from the Ayurveda massage. The oils used in the process are mixed with regular oil and its not done in the traditional way. They offer a free breakfast which was nothing I would go back to. I suggest going outside the resort and exploring some of the great dining Goa has to offer. Lots of great hotels nearby. I would suggest maybe renting this place for a night and checking out some of the other hotels around the same area.
All together a good experience only
A good one for its location which is located near to calungate and to main road just few minutes and Center for shopping and at the beach only...so if u count overall then it's good..
bad service
we were eight friends on jolly ride hotel location is good service is bad and quality of food is very very bad and costly break fast and very bad mineral water is 35 rupees and toilets are also bad but bagga beach and colangate beach is walkable
A pleasant stay.....
Our stay was very pleasant. Food was very good at the restaurant. The only unfortunate experience we've had was the phone numbers have not been updated in the website. So we had a tough time locating the place. I would request the hotel authorities to immediately update the numbers otherwise tourists will be put to trouble. Also there are no signboards of the hotel on the main road. We feel that they should have at least one to guide people to the resort.
Strictly Budget Hotel
Fantastic location but service can definitely improve. Up keeping of rooms was pathetic and the toilet flush was broken. Yet, the hotel was worth its buck.
Great location but poor room and stinking bathroom
Room provided was below average. Mgmt should improve the room interiors specially the bathroom.
not good for newly married couple.
Rooms and ambiance are not perfect for newly married couple.
GO GO GOA IN PARADISE HOTEL
Hotel is near to beach with pool faciltiy excelent break fast good service and time adjustment in check in and check out. Hotel staff are good and economical rate
Awful service
We could not stay one night in the place. After waiting for at least 20 min in the reception, we were taken to the room, which was not what was expected at all. We literally booked in another place and left this hotel.
Good resort
When i entered the studio room, it was like yak!, but gradually i started loving that place. nice balcony in the room to relax/sunbath, excellent food, extremely helpful staff, well maintained swimming pool, a okey mini gym, indoor games, children play area, proximity to beach, mini golf (which i never used), massage treatment, to name a few. live band/singers in evenings with candlelight dinners, lovelly flowers all around were added surprises. all in all nice place to be there. only drawback, small rooms (studio)
good value for price-could do with a lick of paint
Everything was so,so. Rooms were tidy, bed was clean, air con worked fine. Hot water was hard to find, toilet a little difficult to flush, and looked like it'd not been redecorated for 10-15 years. It took 5 members of staff 45 minutes to check me in (despite being the only person being checked in at that time), but once the paperwork was all correct and signed in triplicate everything ran smoothly for the rest of the stay. Would stay there again if I returned on the same budget - but would equally be tempted to see what I could find elsewhere for just a little bit more.
Great location
The best part about the hotel is its location to the beach. Good property.
Complete Sham...Extremely disappointing management
We booked this hotel after considering the Expedia rating, but unfortunately the Paradise Village Resort has been one of our worst experiences in Indian Hotels. Firstly the rooms were not ready at the checking time of 12 am plus the staff was very rude and ambiguous while giving responses for the delays. Besides us, there were couple of more families fighting at the reception desk for their rooms as well. Also, once we got the rooms, they were very dirty and the housekeeping staff was not available for any services. Overall it was a very harrowing experience and the Paradise Resort management clearly are a highly irresponsible group of hospitality providers who misuse their customer's money and trust and do not provid ethe promised quality of stay. Our entire group of 12 members were extremely disappointed with the stay.
Great Experience.........
Hotel Paradise Village was a superb hotel in Goa..... Staff members are very poliet......... Kitchen also very clean & all Veg & Non Veg very superv quality......... Over all Hotel 5* rating for Guest.......... We enjoy Goa with this Hotel.........
Paradise Village - has seen better days!
This hotel is in a good location only a few minutes walk to shops, bars etc. Situated on beach with good size pool. The only thing that lets this place down is that it is all rather shabby in need of a good scrub and lick of paint. The staff were helpful, breakfast reasonable. There is no internet at the hotel but there is an internet cafe opposite.
good, but not great
One great things abt the hotel, is that its a big property, with ample greenery, opening to the beach. not typical hotel building. the exterior is well maintained, but i found the rooms a bit tacky. food taste is average.

Fantastic stay
A couple of hiccups but staff soon sorted any issues. Ravi I give exceptional 5* too.
