This hotel was right in the middle of the port town in Naxos with a beautiful view of the ocean and Temple of Apollo. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Because of its location, there are a lot of steps to get to the hotel as cars cannot get that close. The parking is a free parking lot a short distance away, but it is easier to walk to the hotel from the port side than the back side. The room was tight but the view was breathtaking, and the shared spaces are very nice.

Nestled in the myriad of cute pathways and ancient houses this is a lovely small hotel on the hill with great views of the surrounding town and harbour. Need to be strategic on how to walk there if you have luggage since there are a few stairs. Our hostess was very helpful and gracious. A lovely stay.

Wonderfully friendly Naxos accommodation. Ideal location, 5 minute walk from the port and the old market, but quiet and out of the fray. Tina, the host, was superb. Lots of restaurant choices close by. Highly recommended!

Our host met my daughters and me and a couple at the ferry to lead us to the property. That was good as I don't think we would have found it on our own. It's in the Old Market area. As we walked, he pointed out various things. We ended up twice eating at a restaurant he pointed out. He had area maps available at checkin. We sent laundry out through him and it was back in less time than he thought it would be. We watched the sunset from the rooftop one night. From there, we had a great view of the harbor and Naxos town. Check out was several hours prior to our ferry and he accommodated our leaving our luggage at his property. We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

Lovely hotel. Great location a few minutes from the port and bus station (we used buses to the beaches and mountain villages). Very good room looking out over the blue sea. Good breakfast. Constantina very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

Everything was good. The only problem was with the sink , it was stuck and the water took long to drain

Amazing place

We loved our stay at Panorama Hotel. It was the first stop in our island hopping- we loved it. Amazing location. Fab Place, highly recommend. If we ever come back to Naxos, we will be staying here again.

Great central location in Naxos' Old Town, with its labyrinthine passageways, storybook beauty, and harbor views. Very close to restaurants and cafes, shops, the castle, and the archeological museum. Friendly service from Giannis, who staffs the front desk every day.

Everything was absolutely perfect. The central location in the chora, the hospitality, the view from the rooftop, but most of all the comfort and look of the room: spotlessly clean, modern, stylish. The shower was great and I loved the toiletries provided, they smelt amazing! It felt like being in a 4 or 5 star hotel but at a fraction of the price. Thank you, Marcos!

Perfect location, great views, v helpful staff!

Hotel Panorama is a great place to stay in Naxos - located in the beautiful old town, along pretty winding streets, the hotel is just a few minutes from the port and shops, and close to a long sandy beach. In addition to this, the hotel manager, Marcos, is extremely helpful and welcoming. We only had a couple of days on Naxos, but he helped us get the most out of our visit. Excellent customer service! Thank you so much!!

A budget ho(s)tel that isn't worth the savings.

The bed was rock hard. The pillows were either thin and useless or rock hard and useless. The door didn't fit properly so light from the hall flooded in. The bathroom had a funky shower that flooded the room with water and there wasn't a soap holder in the shower so you had to leave it all on the floor or on the stand near the sink. The hotel was noisy as chairs, chatter and banging of doors could be heard throughout the night. It was like staying in an old hostel. Carlos was really friendly and helpful but there needs to be a lot of changes before I would go there again. The price and location was good and if I was a teenage traveller then perhaps it was ok but not for a 'seasoned' traveller.

One of the best hotels in Naxos

Great panorama view of Naxos: Its rooftop is the best place to view sunset! Our room is on the first floor. It is clean and has sea view. The hotel is located in Kastro area. It required a little bit of effort to take the luggage up the steps. However, there is sufficient signage on the way so it is not a big problem to find the hotel. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Room rate is very reasonable. We should have stayed a couple of days longer and will definitely choose this hotel if we are going to visit Naxos again!

Lovely hotel in fabulous location

The hotel was really lovely. The staff were so kind and helpful. The location was perfect and there was a fabulous view from the roof terrace. I would recommend the hotel to anybody. The the only minor issue was the water pressure on occasions.

Panorama Hotel, Naxos

Great location. Marcos, who works in reception, gives you a very warm welcome, picks you up from the port and takes you up to the port and helps you with your luggage, makes the breakfasts, arranges your laundry and theater tickets, and really does his best to provide you with everything you need for a comfortable and hassle free stay in the heart of Naxos. Indeed, he is very helpful and friendly. I will certainly go back.

Delightful Hotel in Naxos town

The Panorama lived up to all the good reviews we read before staying there. It is a very pleasant small hotel at the top of Naxos town, just below the Kastro. Everything was very clean and nicely decorated; the bathroom was well equipped and very modern, beds were comfortable. Our room was at the the very top of the hotel and had wonderful views over the town and quite literally right across the Western Cyclades, both from our private balcony and the big terrace open to all guests. Sunset was quite spectacular. Marcos met us at the ferry as previously arranged and helped us up with our luggage through the labyrinthine but pretty and very photogenic little lanes that form the old town. He was very pleasant and helpful in many different ways, and a nice touch was the glass of the local liqueur, kitron, he served us one evening. We only had breakfast one day, but that was extensive, excellent and again very pleasantly served. Altogether a great hotel and highly recommended. The location, with access only by foot up a fairly steep hill, and no elevator in the hotel, would be a problem for those who have difficulty walking, but for those who don't, it is charming.

Excellent room for a family of 4. Marco was extremely informative and very helpful in planning our short stay in Naxos. Finding the hotel in the labyrinth that is the old town was always entertaining, I think we took a different route each time and somehow magically ended up at the Panorama. The view from the roof top is spectacular! Highly recommend!

Lovely host Marco!

We arrived at the port and someone waited for us and helped us with our bags. He was incredibly helpful with everything and even helped us book a cheap car for the time we stayed there. Really great host, thanks Marco! Room is big and bright, bed mattress is a bit hard but not too bad. Very clean room.

An excellent family run hotel who really make you feel at home. We had a really enjoyable stay and will be staying again when we're next in Naxos.

Island hopping

Hotel Panorama was overall a good experience. It situated in the old town of Naxos. The room was good, although the cupboards and kitchenette needs an overhaul. The hotel is clean and the beds and room comfertable, with the neccesary airconditioning and fans. Our host Marcos was very helpfull and friendly The breakfast in the breakfast room was good as well

Great hotel with amazing view!

The manager put us in the room on the top floor (the roof) and we sat every night on the rooftop balcony to watch the sun set. It was an amazing view! Probably the best on the island and the hotel is close to everything else - the beaches, the restaurants, bars, shops, etc.

Perfect hotel on a great island

This hotel was excellent. No complaints. Located in the old town which is magical. The owner was friendly and helpful - came to meet us near the port. The room was simple but ver clean and newly refurbished. the highlight is the terrace so sit and watch the amazing sunset with drinks. we did this each evening

Great hotel

Perfect hotel for us. In historic center..an easy walk to restaurants and waterfront. Price extremely reasonable and our room had a view of the sea. To get to the beaches was a further distance .However, wewere more interested in taking local buses to other parts of the island and also the ferries to other islands. This hotel was close to the ferry dock and the bus depot. Young man at reception desk was very helpful giving us good tips about eating, sights, etc. Would definitely stay there again.

Wonderfull stay in Naxos

Very nice hotel in naxos chora ideally situated 5 mn from the boiling heart of the city. Roof top with an amazing 360° view. Ideal for sunset. Amazing team, taking care of you, always available for a good advice. We strongly recommend this hotel.

La struttura è in pieno centro a Naxos,quindi la posizione è molto comoda. Ha un terrazzo dal quale si gode di una vista bellissima. Ci siamo trovati bene, consiglierei di rinnovare il bagno.

Naxos og Panorama hotel - Juni 2019

Location very good - in the middle of the old town and with a few minutes from good restaurants, shops and the harbour. Marco was waiting for us when we arrived with the ferry. Every morning he served us breakfast with high quality! We have been on many hotels - with different kind of breakfast - but this was something special. The room was very good as well. Every thing you needed for a good night sleep and we waked up to a fantastic view. The terrasse on the roof is also worth to mention - 360 degrees overview. We would for sure book this hotel again when we come back to the lovely island of Naxos.

Hotel in the heart of Naxos

Marcos the good soul of the hotel picks you up at the Harbour and helps you with your luggage and the rather complicated Street system of naxos. The hotel has an amazing view over the city and the sea. The roof tarrace is free for everybody to use an there are some other places in the hotel you can explore. The rooms are varying in size and are fitting to the old Town flair of the city. If you like modern hotels, this 100 year old building in the old Town is maybe not your first choice. I liked the charme of the host and the Greek hospitality in this hotel and on Naxos in general a lot. This is something you can't t find easily on the neighbor island mykonos for example.

Perfekt läge och härlig takterrass. Trevligt bemötande och fick bra hjälp på engelska. God standard, lite bättre än vissa andra öluffningsställen. Perfekt för ett snabbt stopp på Naxos, men lite dyrare än ställen lite mer i utkanten.

Excellent hôtel, au coeur de la vieille ville

Un accueil extrêmement chaleureux de notre hôte Marcos ; une chambre très convenable où nous avions plaisir à rentrer le soir. Des renseignements précieux donnés dès notre arrivée par notre hôte. La salle du petit déjeuner est vraiment agréable et le petit déjeuner en question excellent.

This is a great place to stay. Marco is a Fantastic manager, very friendly and helpful. The location can be beat and the hotel has in its terrace the best view of Naxos. The room was very nice and clean.
