Been to whistler many times… this hotel was the best place we have stayed.. super helpful and friendly staff and super comfortable bed and room.. breakfast included and awesome

It was pretty good. Though you are probably looking for Pan Pacific Mountainside if you're going there for skiing.

Great hotel, in a great location

We stayed at the Pacific Hotel in Whistler for a week on a ski trip with my family, including my two sons (14 and 20), and had an amazing time. The hotel’s location is unbeatable—just a few steps from the gondola, making it incredibly convenient for skiing. The ski lockers were a great addition, allowing us to store our equipment safely and hassle-free. The staff was very accommodating, always ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The service was excellent, and the accommodations were comfortable, making it the perfect place to relax after a long day on the slopes. The only downside was the jacuzzi situation—there are two outdoor hot tubs with a beautiful view of the mountain, but every afternoon they were completely packed, making it impossible to use. Aside from that, we had a fantastic stay and would definitely return!

This is truly a first class hotel with first class amenities. Rooms are spacious and well equipped with everything you might need. Staff was amazing making sure our every need was accommodated for. Housing staff was one of the best I’ve encountered in my 45 years of travel. Spa staff and facilities were also top notch, one of the best massages I’ve had in several years.

the valet parked my EV car and plugged it in for charging without me asking for it. this was really appreciated.

Friendly and courteous staff. Central location. Very clean. Complimentary afternoon snack adds a nice touch.

Whistler Pan Pacific

I’m hoping the games room and the hot tub and pool were great. One of the hot tubs were out of commission due to servicing. It’s an exceptional location if you want to stay in Whistler and be close to the shops in the hills.

Great central place, mountain side skiing equipment storage

Had a wonderful time at this property. The room was luxurious and clean. We had a one bedroom suite. It was very spacious. Staff was very nice. The only negative is that it is too kid friendly. It was just me and my wife. The kids were rather plentiful and were a little too noisy and active in the breakfast area and especially in the pool, hot tub area.

Great location , nice staff and very kind to us

The room was great, large, clean, modern. The spa was really amazing after a long day of skiing. Location is great and food within walking distance also wonderful.

convenient location, easy access to Excalibur Gondola-Lower. This is the gondola to take you to the mountains. Ski lockers are located right in front of the gondola. Nice snacks after skiing!

Whistler Village Pan Pacific never disappoints!!! Exceptional service, perfect location, exquisite spa with lovely view on the mountains as well as extra delicious breakfast included! Simply stunning place to come over and over again for a slice of Winter Wonderland paradise!

Shiela in the reception is amazing ! She made our stay a home away from home. From check in to check out / did incredibly well . She provided us all the information, amenities, activities, what the hotel offers and a lot more. She is well knowledgeable of her job . She’s an asset to Pan Pacific Hotel! Irish pub onsite and steps to gondola

Right from check in this hotel was excellent. Room was clean and very well looked after. All hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good and the restaurant decor was holiday themed and done so well. Would definitely return and recommend to anyone visiting Whistler Village.

Great place to stay! Concierge driving service was amazing - took us wherever we wanted to go in Whistler.

Good first stay.

Whistler regulars and our first time staying here. Location is excellent. Service was excellent and prompt. Only issue was a smoke alarm going off in the room next door which kept me awake early morning and maintenance team didn’t get to it well after late morning. Breakfast buffet was good. Hash browns were dry but food selection and service staff were super helpful. Too bad they didn’t state the apres ski reception started later in the season although it was posted. Got an upgrade as well to a suite which was nice. Even if it faced the firehall.

Great choice for the family. Conveniently located and loved the hot tub! Will come back!

Family friendly hotel.my family love the Christmas vibes from this place. Home away from Home.

It was fine. The staff at the front desk seemed generally inconvenienced to help us- from check in to random questions throughout our stay. Had to ask for basic hotel things like valet parking. The room was nice, large and had a great patio on the back, though it was on the ground floor. The toilet had a malfunctioning flushing mechanism, and on our last morning the hot water wouldn’t work. The spa was incredible- best massage ever.

Great location!

This is the best value for a hotel stay in Whistler. The free hot breakfast in the morning was a game-changer. Clean rooms, quiet, safe, and the outdoor hot tub overlooks the ski hill. Will stay here again.

Staff is very friendly, including cleaning crew. I had an amazing family time (incluidng our dog) this weekend, we all came back home with a huge smile.Location is walking distance to anything and everything. Breakfast buffet is included, kids loved it, Christmas decor and ambiance on point !! Definitely will book again.

The staff are super friendly. They would anything in their power to help you. The breakfast is excellent . Kids friendly. The outside pool is on the cooler temperature, we were in the hot tube the whole time.

Wonderful! Located in Whistler Village. Spacious and luxurious accommodation.

Excellent value especially with familiar travelling with children. The complementary breakfast is great. The spa was a nice experience after a day on the slopes. The fully stocled kitchen was great for preparing food for the kids.

Great hotel for family

If you have an EV the valet/parking is free. They even took my car and charged it for me. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Spa is great and the included breakfast is worth it! They even had gluten free options when requested. This will be my go to place for every stay in Whistler!

Check in was quick and easy. Staff was very friendly and did a great job explaining the parking, where the pool was, how and when things stared and closed like the breakfast buffet etc.

I liked everything about the hotel, except one staff at the check in desk (I forgot his name). We arrived at 12 noon, he was not friendly at all, he did not welcome us, he told me that if the room is ready earlier he will phone me and he did not, although the room was ready from 2 pm.

Excellent location for skiing, dining and shopping. Pool and hot tub have beautiful views of the mountain. Staff were friendly, courteous and efficient. One of the finest properties in Whistler.

Pan Pacific Village Side

We had a wonderful stay. We were upgraded to a one bedroom suite at no charge which was a nice surprise! The only downside was the size of the fitness facility and it was located on the Mountainside part. We will definitely go back!

Perfect getaway

Generally prefer a Westin Marriott, and stay was only for one night so booked the most basic room. Well nothing was average. From the checkin attention which was unrushed and kind, to the spacious room, to the fulsome complimentary breakfast, this PanPacific has wowed me. Lovely onsite spa, plus a free shuttle anywhere in and around Whistler village— they’ve thought of it all. Staff have been nothing but kind and I wish I needed to stay an extra night.

It was very nice and clean but it was loud outside at 1-2am.

It was a lovely retreat. The village was quiet and it wasnt raining so we had some nice walks. The breakfast buffet was a bonus!

The one room suite with King bed had Amazing views, was super clean, quiet and comfortable. We enjoyed the gas fire and early morning coffee in our own small fully equipped kitchen. (We could have cooked all our meals, but didn’t. Everything worked well, also.) Really enjoyed the breakfast’s downstairs in the lounge room! There were diced potatoes, scrambled eggs, bacon and two kinds of sausages (turkey and pork). There was fresh cut up fruits, whole bananas and yogurt, along with various cereals and danish, bread and bagels for toasting and waffles, too. Coffee, orange juice and water went together nicely! Highly recommend! Can hardly wait to return!

Great stay. Breakfast buffet quality has gone downhill since our last stay. Bring back the old food Pan Pacific! Otherwise perfect place to stay.

We met in Whistler and it was very special to come back to the place it all started. The upgrades were very appreciated! We were employees of another reputable hotel chain in the area and never once received an upgrade - thank you!!

The property was extremely clean and a great value for money for a family of four – we booked a 2 room suite and it was the most comfortable stay for all of us, including our little pet. The breakfast options were elaborate as well.

The Halloween decorations in the pub were gruesome and in really poor taste. Severed feet on hooks? Really? Flayed torsos? Exercise better judgement…kids eat in that room at breakfast.

The hotel was nice and the suites were spacious. Staff was friendly. There was a very short period where card keys were giving issues but it was resolved

our suite was very nice, big and roomy.. price is too much when you are only staying less than 24 hours. getting out of the elevator smells of weed in the hallway was too much.. 4th floor hallway.. so bad

Great hotel and staff. The only issue we had was with the pull out bed. It was very uncomfortable and noisy.

Wonderful experience! will be my first choice of Whistler hotels going forward. I hope they fix the EV charger though.

Great property

I was surprised at the great variety and quality of food for the breakfast included in the stay. All staff were very friendly and welcoming, especially the kitchen/breakfast workers and the front desk staff.

We received a warm welcome from the Aussie girl in reception, and the room was very nice. We enjoyed the hot spa. The breakfast was a little disappointing, however. Also, Initially, our Google maps took us to the other Pan Pacific and we unloaded and had to reload all our luggage in the rain.

We've stayed at several places in Whistler and this is our new favourite. Lots of space, quiet, yet in the middle of the action, and just a very comfortable place to stay.

We had a 2 bedroom unit, it is spacious and comfortable. It is dog friendly hotel and we got a dog basket which was unexpected and appreciated. The breakfast was very good.

Nice but people smoked too close to building and smoke kept entering the room we had above entrance way so had to keep windows closed

Great for families.

The room was spacious and very comfortable. The bed was very comfortable. It was very quiet despite being right in the village, and you can walk to many restaurants and the grocery store. The staff is wonderful. They are friendly and helpful without being obsequious.

Really nice hotel center of Whistler

It was an excellent central location, and we loved the complimentary hot breakfast options and friendly staff!

A great stay with the family!

The hotel room was wonderful. The staff was helpful. But the bistro in the lounge was closed on the check out day. Access to the hotel is very confusing. The transportation of luggage to the bus stand is inconvenient.

Great location for the family in the middle of the village

Terrific stay! We will definitely be coming back to Whistler and staying at Pan Pacific. Fantastic location with easy walking distance to so many shops and restaurants in the village. Our view from our balcony was a perfect place to unwind every evening.

Nice and close

Great overall stay close to whistler activities . Kitchen was awesome as was sauna , hot tubs and pool. Good breakfast as well. There was a language barrier with a couple of staff members but they were friendly overall …
