The place was very nice and I really liked how spacious the room was alongside its affordability.
Very helpful and friendly staff. Will definitely stay again on my future visit to Athens.
It was wonderful to stay in this unique property. The staff were lovely and the room was beautiful
-
Easy transport options Staff really nice Lots of coffee shops restaurants near by Area around the hotel very Greek lots of different cultures live there . Would definitely stay there again
Friendly staff and a nice large room. Would recommend to others.
Stayed for a night but it was a great stay. Room was spacious and clean. The staff was exceptional, especially Chris (?) who assisted with my check-in. If I hadn’t already booked my stay at another hotel months before, I would have stayed here for the whole of my trip in Athens. Location is doable if you are an avid walker. The stay is 10 minutes from the closest station, Omonia, and approximately 30 minutes to Lycabettus Hill.
I stayed in Athens relatively recently for a short 4 day break. The staff were very friendly and eager to make suggestions on restaurants and give directions to various sites. They offer 13 euro breakfast vouchers to a nearby cafe ( as the restaurant does not offer breakfast itself). Whilst the menu was a little limited, the food was very nice! The room was relatively comfortable, made all the better by having access to Netlfix, with a complementary tea, coffee and dry white wine! There are only two minor negativethings that are worth mentioning. There were two drains in the bathroom ( as its a wet room) that did smell occasionally. However closing the door solved that. When I came back into the hotel after walking round Athens, you could smell the cleaning products and air freshener in tue btrhroom, so they are trying to combat tue smell, it seems. The other thing is that you could hear noise from outside i.e. people talking, even when the balcony sliding door and windows were shut. This wasn’t a big issue for me as I had the TV on which drowned most of it out, but people may want to bring earplugs just in case. Aside from those two minor things, the hotel was very nice and relatively central to Athens. I’d recommend anyone to stay here
Great apartment. Staff were so helpful and kind.
Great location. Nice small hotel. Quiet and safe. Great security at all times. Bed, linens, and coffee were all very good. Highly recommend.
The staff is amazing. Friendly helpful. Went out of the way to help me. Loved the patio off the room. could’ve sat there for hours. Not much dining right there but within a 10 minute walk have options. Definitely got noisy one night. We were there till 2 AM. Noise from down the alleyway.
This is a great hotel for someone just looking for somewhere to sleep and bath. Very comfortable beds and a very courteous staff. Very walkable and near all the main attractions. The only issue is on the weekend the bars were so loud and sleeping was a little issue. But I would stay here again without hesitation.
The staff at PAME was very helpful. Georgia and Chris helped me and I appreciate them so much. I had an excellent day and would definitely return it.
Spacious and comfortable rooms. Great location with good nightlife and restaurants nearby. Ideally it would be nice to have some desk space for working in the room.
Very clean and comfy room, staff really helpful, Good restaurants and close to the metro station.
Good location close to many restaurants and tourist attractions. Staff was super friendly and helpful.
Overall it is a good place to stay at decent price. The staff are very friendly.
Great stay and good location to base ourselves for exploring Athens
The hotel is what we needed. A clean, safe place at night. The area was absolutely sketch. There was also a bar down the street that thumped music until the morning. It didn’t keep me up. But if I woke up to use the bathroom it was noticeable. The area at night is not well lit around the hotel. But the hotel itself it lit well.
Incredible. Cool area and there was a bathtub in my balcony! I had a soak with a rooftop view of Athens
Staff here are amazing helpful and very attentive. Room is clean and large with comfy bed and lovely balcony, on a quiet walking only alley with no vehicles or traffic. Cute bars and cafes on the street, 20 min walk to Plaka and the acropolis. Felt very safe at night and the lock up system was secure for the hotel! Can’t go wrong with booking at Pame!!
Friendly staff. Exceptional housekeeping services. And I am also very glad they provided tour services. It was a lot of fun. 😁
The hotel is exactly as described. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Parts of the bathroom could do with updating as wear and tear is starting to show which at first looks like it hasn't been cleaned properly, but it has.
The staff were friendly and clearly cared about us having a nice stay. Everything worked properly. There are a few nice bars nearby.
Staff were very helpful and friendly. The location is near the heart of the city, north of the Acropolis. It is city living. I didn't feel nervous at all. (I am a guy, but women were walking around a lot as well). The location has super places to eat - the sorts of places locals go. There is great, local night life in all sorts of little 'bars' with music or DJs., lights in trees, conversations, eating and drinking. Some of them are tucked into the smallest of spaces but, overall, the vibe and patrons are wonderfully varied both in terms of style and age; visitors and locals.
The staff were fantastic -very friendly and helpful!
The location was central and handy for Omonia metro. My room was clean , modern with a nice balcony and effective unobtrusive air con. The bed was comfortable, towels and bedding were changed daily. All staff were helpful and pleasant However, this hotel was more air b and b than luxury boutique hotel i.e impersonal check-in after 9pm, reception unmanned between 9pm and 7am, no bar, no residents' lounge,no restaurant,no breakfast on offer'
The staff were very accommodating and helpful. The room was lovely and well kept.
Great place to stay, really nice building, and the staff are very nice/attentive. Fast responses and assistance.
The hotel is not as I expected and the described in the comments is something and in the reality something different
Excellent property, very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I will definitely stay again if I return to Athens
Perfectly placed for everything in Athens, for me anyway. The staff are super helpful and kindly let me into my room early when I arrived from an overnight ferry. Would recommend and would come back if in Athens again.
We loved the well-kept boutique feel of PAME Paradiso! The staff were so friendly and helpful and the property was beautiful.
Truly outstanding bathroom and deluxe bonus with the bathtub on the balcony!
Hotel is basically good! But amazing staff, friendly, understanding and really open to help. Because of them I got to have an amazing time in Athens
This is the third time we have stayed here and it’s a great hotel in a very cool area. The only really negative is the work desks have no power Tele hotel was kind enough to organise an extension cord for us but it is something they should consider to add.
The staff were super friendly and helpful, recommending restaurants that were both affordable and delicious. The hotel is close to the metro station and a street with many good restaurants which makes it convenient for food and travel. One downside about the hotel is that it's an area with a lot of graffiti and bars. Our room was right above the street and on Friday and Saturday, the music was so loud, that it was hard to get a good night's sleep.
Great service!
The staff were absolutely wonderful, very welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. Our room was immaculate and spacious, it could have done with a chest of drawers or a wardrobe but we managed. The air con was amazing as it was extremely hot when we visited It is situated very close to the metro - which enables you to visit all of the landmarks quickly and easily but also if you don’t mind walking, they are not too far by foot. Restaurants and bars are close by which was convenient. The only downside to the area is that it is quite grubby looking (not the hotel) and so much graffiti everywhere- but that seems to be Athens in general which is such a shame. All in all we enjoyed our stay and would go back to stay there- just a massive thank you to the wonderful helpful staff !!
The staff were super friendly and willing to provide recommendations on food, sights and shopping. The rooftop sitting area was neat and just two flights of stairs above the 5th floor elevator limit.
Great, staff and lovely hotel. The bars at the front of the hotel played quite loud music all night.
.
i really enjoyed my stay here. the customer service was amazing and it was really easy to get around.
It’s nice
Everything was good. I wish I had a net for the balcony..so many mosquito bites lol. I still had fun. Thank you
Lovely, clean hotel with friendly, helpful staff. A convenient location for all the sights around Athens. Although there is a lot of graffiti in the area, the nearby restaurants were excellent. One small suggestion for the hotel: on the day we left to fly out of Athens (17th April 2024), there was a transport strike with no Metro, limited buses, and no taxis. Fortunately, we managed to make it to the airport; however, a heads-up from the hotel and advice for making alternative arrangements would be helpful for future visitors.
Great place to stay for a short 3 day trip. The area is party city over the weekend and music is on until 4am. But didn’t bother me that much because I am a deep sleeper. The staff is very helpful and kind.
Our stay here was truly amazing and accommodating! So conveniently located to everything you need to see in Athens. Our hosts always made sure we had everyrhing we needed, and the consistent housekeeping was nice as well. The room was everyrhing you needed and more, with the cool tub outside and the complimentary wine we received. Truly a great stay and would highly recommend 👌
Nice and comfortable room, but missing a desk, if you’re traveling on business (my case), there was not a place where I could work, other than the bed. Also, bring some earplugs, the noise in the bars outside might get a bit loud.
Staff was great! Knowledgeable, accommodating and friendly.
Pame Paradiso was clean and tidy. Not too bad an area for a base. Most excursions we went on was 20 to 30 minute walk to pick up points. Overall a good place to stay without breaking the bank.
Really nice hotel, enjoyed my stay
Great place and great staff
My sister and I stayed here for 7 days. This is a pretty nice hotel with decent amenities for leisurely travel. The staff are very kind and resourceful. Amenities such as coffee are refilled every day and towels are often changed. I could see why guests would complain about the noise level. I was able to sleep through because I was just so tired from sightseeing. Safety around the Omonia Square is not an issue. There are chockful of restaurants and shops that are open pretty late.
Higley recommended, modern and comfortable.
The room was very nice and clean. The balcony was awesome. I felt safe in and around the hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
This is the best hotel out of 3 hotels in Greece. The hotel is very clean and new. Location is about 5 mins walk from subway station. Hotel is closed to lots of restaurants and bar option. Staff gave us warm welcome and help us when my husband hurt his ankle. Couple small suggestion. If the room have some hangers for clothes and some hook in the bathroom for towels that will be great
The property was lovely , the only minor problem was that we were on top of or extremely near to a night club / bar which had an all night party which was very loud . Luckily we quite liked the music and we didn’t have to get up early . If we had been getting up at dawn for an early flight - it would have been an issue .
Sketchy area, loud at night
The front desk staff was nice enough, but this is in a sketchy area for sure. Our cab driver told us to be careful when he dropped us off there. The hotel itself is decorated well, but not as clean as expected. The walls had fingerprints, dust on the furniture. At the price point, I would have expected better. Also worth noting- not accessible for anyone handicapped. You must climb stairs to access a small elevator.
The hotel is very clean and very spacious. The morning staff is very accomodating and helpful. He is the best. The evening staff on the other hand needs some work with his guest relations skills. A bit rude and unhelpful. Maybe a case of language barrier.
Pame Paradiso was super accommodating. They helped book and manage tranfers to and from the Ferry port and airport. Communication was great via whatsapp and felt very comfortable with our stay.
A good option for economy and reasonable location The immediate area is not impressive but the place is good The only improvement could have been a vacuum of the floor
They never cleaned the toilet. When I checked in, they had only poured some blue cleaning liquid over the previous guests’ mess. Extremely disgusting. I cleaned it myself cos I wanted to use the bathroom and was not going wait for the cleaner. Same liquid pouring but no cleaning during the entire stay.
Great Hotel
Our Mother/ Daughter stay was great. Very Clean, staff was very helpful. Tha room was great. Enjoyed sitting on our little terrace at night listen to music from the Bar downstairs. Although for one night our stay was great. We will definitely stay there again when we go back to Athens.
Bad experience
Law quality hotel. The room was very dirty and unpleasant. We preferred to leave the hotel earlier and moved to other hotel.
Great location, not a luxury choice though
Location is great. TV should have more channels in English for international guests.
This a great budget hotel nothing fancy! It’s noisy at night every night
The room was not very clean. The place was noisy
Pame was a great stay and we have already made plans to come back. Room was spacious with a beautiful balcony. Staff was extremely helpful. Price was very fair. Everything was clean. Shower in our room was fantastic
Great stay!
Absolutely great
Great location, staff was exceptional! Room was clean and ideal! Loved the place so much that stayed again on my return to Athens from a cruise
Excellent positi. oned, friendly and professional staff, very clean
Good hotel and location, for its price. Attentive staff.
Location, room size, service
Very quaint hotel just off the main street. Staff was very approachable and offered to help with recommendations around town! The size of the room bigger than expected with a large balcony (but then again, I think I was upgraded from the room I booked). A stone's throw from the metro, cafes / bars and supermarkets. Parking despite not being onsite is also nearer than expected if you know the shortcut through the arcade beside the hotel.
Water that comes in the room was dirty and the room did not come with wine as stated in the email but maybe it was false advertisement. Outside of that I loved this property and staff was absolutely great. I would definitely stay again.
The hotel was nice but the surroundings were a bit scary. I was pickpocket on our way here so i was already a bit uncomfortable. On our 3rd night, we heard chanting and a group of protesters gathered in our area. I don't blame it on the hotel. It's just the surrounding area, a bit too noisy for us.
You can do better !!
It was ok but the air conditioner is not strong enough which made the room vwry hot ! There was no air circulating ☹️ And there was a bar next door and they were singing out loud . Also I had to go downstairs to ask that the sheets get chNged as it was filthy! There was hair and a lot of dirt by the feet section of the bed !
Excellent
Close to metro. Rooms spacious very clean. Cleaning staff friendly and helpful reception staff very polite and very helpful. Only downside was noise of night club which seems to be an issue all over athens not just this hotel Very happy with the hotel and syaff
Vicky and Sofia was very helpful
Good location
The hotel is in the perfect location surrounding by bars, restaurants, coffee shops. The room is spacious with a nice balcony to sit and talk, people watching. The only thing that surprised me was how small the bathroom is. It has a sink, and a toilet, a shower with no door. Yes you have a shower head and by the time you’re done showering, the whole bathroom floor is full of water. I learned that if you sit down and use the shower head water will stay in that little square. The staffs were nice too.
My stay at Pame was great! From the reception to my room was excellent and was more than I expected!
This is a nice modern hotel and the room was clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The communication was great, they use WhatsApp and you get quick replies. The location is good too, you can easily walk to all the key tourist attractions. I was very happy with our stay.
The location is very good, you can walk to many points and the metro is close, the staff is super friendly, room spacious and clean, the only thing is at night it can get noisy because there is a bar next to the hotel and the music is loud, but if you don't have any trouble with noise everything is perfect.
Well designed room, great guest services, wonderful location within walking distance of cafes, restaurants and museums.
As a solo traveller I felt very safe and taken care of with the staff recommendations that were provided. The area is nice and is within walking distance of a lot of shops, restaurants and places to see. It was easy to speak with the front desk staff, and they were always available to help with any requests and answer any questions I had.
Great property in central Athens. Check in is made available after hours via an email with instructions on how to access the hotel and your room. Although the hotel responds quickly, I recommend notifying them of you arrival at least one hour before planned check in to avoid waiting on this information. Overall we loved this hotel. We had an upgraded room with a large balcony and the staff is amazing. The answered all of our questions and went out of their way to provide us information we may need. Upload Uber and WhatsApp as it will be very helpful for your stay. We will definitely stay here again.
This was a real gem, the staff are lovely and super responsive, bed super comfy and great location but not noisy. Highly recommend.
Best customer service EVER!! Super clean hotel!
Excellent stay!! From the moment we booked the Pame the front desk reception sent us a message welcoming us to Athens and since we have never been to Athens this was very comforting! They arranged a taxi for us from the airport and to the ferry at 5:30am and printed out our confirmations. The customer service was the best we have received to date at a hotel. Excellent communication thought WhatsApp as well as the hotels.com site. The location was a bit away from the “major” attractions such as the Acropolis but once you get the hang of the streets you can easily walk everywhere in minutes. There was a few lively bar, restaurants and cafes that were very good just below and around the a great little market to get water or lemons was done the street. Lots of graffiti but that was the charm of the area. Felt very safe walking around even at night. We took a taxi back one night from dinner near the Acropolis and he had a hard time finding the hotel but it was just because it’s down a mainly pedestrian only street so we helped him with directions by noticing the little market down the street and all was well! €5-10 for a taxi from the Acropolis area For the price this hotel was a just perfect, very clean, had a tub on the patio which was so different. Bed was super comfortable and would definitely stay here again! We loved Nancy at reception, she was so friendly and helpful and everyone was fluent in English which helped! Would absolutely stay here again!
Very nice stay. A bit noisy.
Well run spotless very comfortable
Arrived very late due to flight issues, the staff was extremely responsive and helped me check in flawlessly. Thank you Rafael!
Wonderful Athens Short Stay
We arrived a bit late and reception was closed but we had all the critical information to check-in on our own including access codes and keys. Top marks for excellent communication, attention to detail and taking great care to ensure our late checkin and very early checkout was seamless. We even found a bottle of wine waiting for us when we got to the room, which we very much appreciated! The first thing we noticed when we entered the room was the glorious aroma that opened our lungs. Around us was as spotless room, bed with super crisp linen, a large bed with 4 pillows just like at home. The room was a great size and we could spread out if we needed to. There was a room-width balcony outside complete with chairs, but we were so hot from our journey we did not have a chance to use them. It looked like a great space to have a glass of wine. The bed was one of the most comfortable we have ever slept in while staying at a hotel, and a huge improvement on other hotels in Greece. The room decor was stylish with quality finishes. The only 'slight' issue was that the rain shower head sprayed water everywhere when we tried to use it, but this was a really minor, again compared with the other hotels we stayed in elsewhere in Greece. Apart from that, our stay was essentially perfect!
The staff went out of their way to be very helpful. Nice place we used the outdoor tub several times
Very clean, nice staff. Driver the best!! With a lot of knowledge about the city. Always on time. Very nice person. Thanks
I had a terrible experience in this establishment. First of all, room was mediocre at best, and the first thing I noticed was dirt and hairs on the bed. I immediately asked for the sheets to be changed. I left to the city and when I returned in the evening I see that the sheets have been changed, but they again have dirt and hairs on them. The only way to contact the hotel was through a whatsapp number I had (there is no phone in the room) and the manager of the hotel answered me. I told him about the sheets which led to a fifteen minute argument in which he stated that he came to see the sheets in the morning and they were fine before and after they changed them and that nothing was wrong. He began to yell at me and all I wanted was new sheets. He stated that the maid is not there anymore and after more yelling and him stating that there is no way they are dirty, I sent him a video of the filth. He spoke to me in a derogatory tone and basically called me a liar. After endless arguing and no interest to help, he offered me a different room which I was not interested in. He then said you just want a discount or money back very harshly, and after a few minutes he said I’ll give you a full refund just leave. Finally after feeling helpless I accepted and told him I would be out in 20 minutes. He then answered and said, so you do just want money. I have never had a worse experience at a hotel, do yourself a favor and do not visit this hotel!!!!
Our stay at Athebs
The perfect stay and best choice you can make to enjoy Athens. We stayed two nights at the hotel, the front desk staff were very useful and super nice, they kindly assisted us in everything we needed. The room was extremely clean and cosy, the area is walk distance from many bars restaurants and site seeing. Acropolis and city centers are walk distance. We really enjoyed the stay and surely will be back again! Highly recommended.
Great place to stay. Quiet and only few minutes walking from the busy side of the city.

A nice hotel in a quiet street . Staff very helpful in ordering a taxi late at night from airport
