Property is a 8 min walk to beach. The pool is excellent at the Property, partially shaded, which is great on hot day. Restaurants and shopping is less than a 5 or 10 minute walk. Perfect location, and breakfast is awesome.

The resort was conveniently located and with in walking distance to everything we needed, beach, pubs, bars, restaurants, massage parlours, and shopping centre. Reception staff were very helpful when needing to book a taxi if we needed to go further

Great location, walking distance to a lot. The hotel is set back off the busy street so it seemed quiet and safe. Everything seemed a bit dated. Shower in room was moldy and hot water was sparce. Nice pool and bar . Staff were friendly!

This is in the heart of Patong beach area yet setback from the main busy main street. It was quiet and peaceful at night even at the peak of the huzzle and buzzle on the main street. Staffs were very polite and helpful

10 mins walk to bangla road, many food spots and massages and shopping. Room need to renovate a little, also WiFi was not connecting in the room

Small quiet hotel, very conveniently next to the hustle of Patong. Friendly staff. The buffet breakfast had s bit of everything. Good value.

All the staff is amazing I definitely recommend this place is for everyone and if you has children they gonna loved the pool.

There was only one fault with staying at the Palmyra and that is there smoking policy. People were allowed to smoke at the dining tables and around the pool. I recommend that the hotel seriously considers, a smoking area for those that smoke, thus leaving a clean environment for those that don't. Apart from this from the start to end of our stay couldn't fault the service we received. Thank you, the Palmyra Phuket Resort, for an enjoyable stay.

I didn’t like that a few guests from Arab origin making a lot of noise and talking loudly on their early morning return. Apart from that Palmyra is excellent

Such a good location with everything near.

Well I had a magnificent view from the balcony on level 6 and no problem using the elevator. The surrounding trees and greenery was superb…a short walk to the main road and 7 eleven across the road. All in all a great stay.

Central to Patong beach without being overcome by noise. Would start again

Negatives and Positives

The hotel itself was nice however the room needed a deep cleaning and the bathroom needed to be completely redone there was mold in the bathroom clearly across the whole wall above the toilet where the toilet tissue sat. I didn't notice this the first day but after that I never used the tissue again as it sits up there by the mold. I no longer wanted to even use the bathroom however it was a must. The shower did not drain properly so you would be standing in water as you were showering. The bathroom needed to bevtorn down and completely redone but at the very least a DEEP CLEANING! The MOLD was DISGUSTING! On the other hand the staff was exceptionally friendly, helpful and attentive, except for the cleaning. If you want to be near Patong Beach and near Bangla Road without being so close that ypu are disturbed by the noise this is the location. It sits on a street by itself and in a safe neighborhood. I felt safe walking from Muay Thai boxing at midnight alone. Reviews are very important! The one thing that I read over was that the bathrooms were disgusting and needed to be redone I've read this over and over again and I should have taken heed. If the bathroom was redone this would be an exceptional facility the pool was very nice, breakfast was very nice, the grounds itself were very nice as well as the gym. If it was not for the bathrooms I would give this 4.5 out of 5 stars.

Really nice hotel - rooms were comfy and spacious and staff very helpful. Two weeks before our arrival, we decided to extend our trip by two days, and get a pick up from the airport. We emailed the hotel and they responded with it all sorted for us. Pool was lovely and breakfast was a good spread! Would recommend

The property is very centric and walking distance from everything. They face us action upgrade with view to the pool and very spacious. The personnel is super friendly, respectful and always willing to help. Love it. Well be back for sure!

As a Expedia platinum customer, I believe they gave my husband and I the worst room. I soon as I walked in the room I could feel that it wasn’t clean. The bathroom smells like sewer with mildew all over the shower. The cover that covers the glass room view from the shower was so soiled and I wasn’t sure with what. I was not happy with the room. This is my fourth room on my Asia trip and it really was disappointing.

The staff are very friendly and accomodating. Management can improve on a few things such as giving the staff new shirts, presentation is important, the hotel can do with an update but for location and money it isn’t bad value if you aren’t overly fussy

Palmyra was great to stay at. The staff are super friendly and helpful . Close to heaps of restaurants and the Beach . Great value for money , would highly recommend .

Very noisy especially between 10pm-6am with yelling and door banging. Room with pool entry not worth it as other people use it when swimming. Staff are wonderful

Perfect place

We spent 2 weeks at the Palmyra Hotel and found the experience to our liking. The breakfast option met all our needs, all the staff were helpful and polite, the location was great for restaurants, pubs and lots of shopping if that you want to do

Situated off the main road from noise pollution and within walking distance from the beach. The resort has everything you will need for your stay. Its very good value for money.

Pool was clean. Staff were friendly. Room condition was basic not 4 star as advertised.

We arrived earlier than check in but we had received an upgraded room by the hotel and were able to check in immediately. Big room, clean, housekeeping done well, great staff all round. Would stay at Palmyra again, it was really nice.

Very nice close to everything

Check in was a bit of a hassle as the room wasn’t ready by the scheduled time but they did upgrade our room. Staff were lovely and very helpful. Pool area is nice. Breakfast was pretty good and once again staff always helpful and smiling. Pretty good value for the money.

Had a wonderful stay for a week. Staff were all very friendly and accomodating, and housekeeping staff were fantastic. Breakfast options are limited but sufficient. I would stay again if returning to Patong

Room and service was excellent. Large pool was occasionally stinging my eyes. Suggest take swim goggles. Food very good.

Enjoyed my stay here with my sister, although we only stayed for about a day and a half. Loved that breakfast was included. Its also about a 45 minute drive from Phuket airport. Would recommend.

Stayed 5 days. Staff extremely friendly and professional. The food was good and the atmosphere was excellent. Loved the fact the beach was 5mins away by walk. A lot of great restaurants around as well. If you have a gluten allergy. I suggest you try Napoli Italian red. They have amazing gluten free pasta👍

The hotel is well located and runs very efficiently although the rooms are a little tired (but perfectly fine). The staff are absolutely amazing from Reception , Service and the cleaning team. Lovely team to be around and that really made the stay perfect. The pool is great as well. That area and the common parts are in very good order. We will be back for sure !

The hotel and staff where great very friendly and most of the hotel down stairs was really good and clean. The aircon was a saviour due to humidity, the rooms where little out dated yet still very good and clean.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here at Palmyra and the property is beautiful with lovely staff ready to meet your needs. If we had to downgrade somewhere it would be that the air conditioning kept getting turned off by room service during the day in our room which meant we came back to a stifling hot room. When we turned it back on it would take quite a long time to cool the room again.

Everything was easily accessible and walking distance from hotel. Receptionists spoke very good english which made the check-in/out very easy. A good 2 minute walkway out front before hitting the main road and some parking spaces out front made booking grabs or rides to activities super easy. Laundry place right out front made for a convenient cheaper alternative to in-house service that was actually recommended by the receptionist. I really appreciated the honesty. Clean, friendly, and respectful. Would stay here again.

We liked this hotel, except that the bed was hard as a rock. Would have stayed longer if not for the mattress. Location was great, pool was cute, breakfast reasonable.

Lovely hotel, set some 80 meters from the main road, pleasant, helpful staff, nice pool. 10 minutes walk to the sea, 15 to night market.

During my 12-night stay in the poolside room, I encountered significant issues with the overall condition of the hotel room. The state of the room was subpar, with a vanity tap that fell apart and an ant infestation. Despite these issues, when I requested a refund to secure alternate accommodations, it was regrettably declined. While the location is favorable, I cannot recommend this hotel due to the unsatisfactory condition of the room and facilities.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was excellent, over all a very pleasant experience.

The staff at the were very friendly, hotel has a nice swimming pool, bar and breakfast area. Away from busy streets but close enough to walk around the neighborhood. The room and the bathroom were big, very clean with balcony having said that, I don’t believe that it can be a 4 Stars . My opinion , 3 Stars at best.

The hotel was very clean and the focus by the staff to assist was very professional. The staff organised trips to Fantasia, Phi Phi island, elephants, tigers and the Big Buddha. all the trips were with experienced tour providers and the stay was fantastic with my 2 children.

Great Stay at Palmyra

I stayed here at beginning and end of my first trip to Thailand. Everything about my stay was glorious. Friendly staff. Extremely clean rooms and common areas. Great pool.

This is not a resort even if the name suggests so. Full of mosquitos and leaking water Ask over the floor. Avoid at all cost. Not worth it

Wonderful staffs, excellent services. Very clean. We love the breakfast, it’s delicious. Highly recommend. We’ll be back.
