Amazing place just like having your own private desert island but with great food and service truly relaxing. If you want to get away from it all with clear sea and great beaches this is the place. You have to get a small plane over to Union Island then take the short boat trip but it is very worth it and feels really exclusive
We have been to Palm Island and we love it there. We are thinking of going there again.
Excellent!
We had a wonderful stay. The staff was friendly and very welcoming. The service was consistently outstanding, with attention to small details. The island is secluded and very quiet. Overall a special and unique experience.
Absolutely stunning location. Staff were totally amazing. Would most definitely recommended to anyone looking for a wonderful island resort.
Honeymoon experience of a lifetime
From the moment you dock on the jetty and receive a cocktail and a very special welcome, untill you sadly wave goodbye, you are treated like aboslute royalty. This is a very special place, with amazing staff like Cecil, Johnny, Kenroy, Trevor, Olive, Shaquille and many others who go out of their way to be give you 110% warm, personal and friendly service to ensure you have the most truly perfect experience. The Island itself is stunning, Palm trees, white coral sandy beaches and warm glass clear blue seas. We stayed in the newly refurbished beachfront villa which were so cool and comfortable and very modern (aircon of course). For those like myself who cant sit still on the beach they have tonnes of waterports equipment free to use, I did mainly snorkelling and kayaking. Would definitely reccomend the Yannis excursion to the Tobago Cays, we saw seas turtles and all sorts. This is a truly special place and hope one day I may return.
OUR BEST CARIBBEAN HOLIDAY EVER
Not as pretentious are many 'Resort' hotels, just an exclusive, almost private retreat with amazing beaches, fabulous food, an excellent bar and superb staff (who are allowed to interact with the guests and who have a great sense of humour). This fantastic island is not like some of the Mexico/Florida resorts, or cruises, where 'fun' has to be fully organised - activities and interesting excursions are available but the more discerning guest is left to do as much or as little are they want. Bike rides or walks round the island are a must to explore some of the deserted beaches which come complete with isolated hammocks. The pool area is always quiet and peaceful. The iguanas and land turtles seem to like it here, and if you are very lucky (we were) you might experience the hatching of turtles. It would be unfair to single out any one member of staff, they are all great.
Brilliant island with a lots of history and spirit
Very relaxing stay totally switched off from the daily hustle & bustle of life, beautiful beaches would please people who love solitary escape and rest
Fabulous and quiet
Fabulous setting, with nice beach and pool. dinner and lunch were very good, could have better selection at breakfast.
Beyond all expectations.
We have traveled all around the Caribbean and this place definitely stands out. From the first moment that we stepped onto the island till we left we felt pampered. The hotel is on a beautiful island surrounded by many small secluded beaches. Even though it was all inclusive the food was amazing and the drinks were tasty. We have already made plans for our return.
Great Location
Great Location. Beautiful setting. The staff was excellent. Food was not as good as you would expect at this type of resort. We were especially disappointed with the limited quantity of fresh fruit/juices and vegetables in this tropical location. We enjoyed the Loft accomodation, but the linens were worn.
Amazing location with fantastic beach and very friendly staff. Food is much better than I expected (considering it is an all inclusive resort) and there are several activities provided for free to keep you busy all day.
Would go again ASAP!
Dream place, nice yet easy going. Great welcome and regular follow up by mgr. all staff extremely friendly and smiling. Stunning vacation

We went there for the snorkeling and stayed for the people. It was so amazing! The rooms were great, the people were so kind and accommodating, and property is incredible! The food was great! There was a menu of similar food every meal, but then there was the daily menu change. It was perfect for my significant other who stuck with the same meal, while I like to change things up. The staff is so amazing. I cannot say enough good things about them whether is was checking in our our room, during dining, dancing and joking, or excursions. They are kind and take the time for you. To share one of many examples, security (Austin) came up to us after snorkeling just to ask what we saw. They were all engaging. There is so much history, scenic views, and wildlife on the island to around the island. you can find tortoises, iguanas, hermit crabs, and so much more before you even walk into the water. The island is quiet and secluded and that is why you go. It can be difficult getting there and returning (recommend and overnight in Barbados on either end of your trip), but the quietness, nature, and exemplary staff is unparalleled. As for the other guests, we always came together for dinner to talk about our days and share our stories of the octopus or squid we saw that day. It was almost a community of guests which was very refreshing since there were so few of us. Can actually have conversations and build relationships of people around you. Highly recommended.
