The place was absolutely amazing. Food was good, view was good, and staff were friendly. One thing I must say though, if you’re picking a room with a sea view, be prepared for a very lousy night. The hotel has a DJ and people like to get drunk… Also the A.C was not very cold. It took hours for the room to get to a comfortable temperature to have a good sleep. Other than that, no further comments.

Great location, beautiful views. However I wish there was better access to the beach. Rooms weren’t the best either; dirty bathrooms and sheets. We also paid for extended check out but the water stopped working in our rooms- no refunds issued.

Not 4 star

My stay was ok. The hotel is 100% not a 4 star, and the all inclusive can be compared to the Vibra hotels. I liked my room with the jacuzzi but they have a policy where people not staying at the hotel cannot come to your room so I was there by myself as my friends couldn't visit. The rooms are dated, and the crowd is also older British people. I'm not saying I wouldn't stay there again but it's not what I expected.

great clean hotel with excellent food

This property is very dated and basic. The furniture, fixtures, fittings and decoration throughout the hotel and in the rooms is tired and old fashioned. Location amazing, views lovely. Restaurant has a rather budget ambience but the food choice was varied and quality good. Overall, the property is overpriced for its state of repair, compared to other properties in the location/nearby, but I wouldn’t rule it out if you’re not worried about aesthetics and modern conveniences.

I most likely will never stay at this location again…

The view from our room was absolutely beautiful! The bummer was that the hot tub didn’t get hot for the first two nights and by the time it was fixed we didn’t use it. The shower needs some attention too as it’s a little older. The staff was very nice and helpful.

We went there for my 40th and booked two suites for us 4. But while checking in I was told they have upgraded one of our suites for free so instead will give a room with sea view and a jacuzzi on the terrace . The room was so tiny, hardly any space to move around for the two of us and the toilet could not be used until the door shuts, which was a let down as we originally booked a suite. Anyways we overlooked all that thinking we still have the jacuzzi and a good view. That night the room started stinking of drainage from the toilet and when we went out to use the jacuzzi it wasn’t working. Complained the hotel many times and they didn’t do anything and told us that the technician can’t fix it. We were only there for two nights and 3 days and didn’t get any help at all. After such a bad experience and being downgraded to a smaller room, which stank and didn’t have a working jacuzzi we asked for the compensation while checking out and the hotel manager was so rude to talk to, didn’t give us any discount at all. Not even a complementary lunch at the hotel. Would never recommend anyone to stay there. Worst hotel ever! We paid for a suite and got a really bad room. Big happy to pay for it.

Hotel needs a makeover room had no ac working. Only one elevator working the bed was hard as a rock. Shower glass door was broken.

Property was nice but the hotel need some upgrades. My bathroom had a hole on the roof i guess from a leak. The elevators are very small

Great value for money

Great location, beautiful bay, the hotel is right on the water, you must have a car to be here, parking on premises. Great service, the food is excellent, we recommend half board.

Perfect, great value

Perfect location, has parking, food is tasty plentiful and very diverse, we loved sitting on the balcony. You need a car to stay here, 20 min drive from the city.

The hotel's strength is that it is in a lovely location in a quaint resort, and staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is charging very high prices for what is an old fashioned 3* hotel. The jacuzzi didn't work all holiday; food was 3* quality with mish-mash combinations, watery not real thing cocktails; toilet not working on arrival; shower blocked; bellboy delivering wrong cases (mistakes happen) but blamed guests for causing confusion which is completly unacceptable. Complaints to reception about Jacuzzi were met with confusion/almost disbelief. Overall an underwhelming experience which I've never experienced before in Spain.

Amazing hotel!

This is the best hotel of the hole trip we made! Really amazing views, the food was excellent, very well located near a very nice and calm beach, perfect to relax. Cool bar at night/sunset. We really enjoyed! We would go again to this hotel if we come back to Ibiza!

Not the best, not the worst

We had a long weekend stay here half board, at first glance we thought the hotel is in a beautiful location so lets go for it, the hotel itself.... felt a little dated, but the location on the sea front is lovely, some great sunbeds on the triple teared rock faces by the sea! our room, was ok, pretty basic, but the downside was its cleanliness, it might sound pedantic but we kept finding hairs from the cleaner around the room (on the bed, on the bathroom sides etc) and it just felt like it needed a good scrub. The food, was disappointing, so much so that we were half board, but eat out for 3 of the 4 nights (A tad bland, and meh would be my description) but the staff were all very friendly and helpful so credit where credit is due they can't be faulted, and yeah its in a great location, but think twice if you are after a spot of luxury, i wouldn't say its a 4 star, 3 would be fair.

My stay was enjoyable!! 5/5. The hotel is just a bit out of date, but overall everything else was terrific!!!!

You won't be disappointed...food is fab!

We arrived to a friendly and helpful reception team who were there throughout our stay, answering questions each time we needed them. The food and restaurant...well this was definitely a surprise! It exceeded our expectations. Choices changed daily and admittedly a couple of choices needed some seasoning but there were so many choices it didn't matter! The pool area had a decent amount of sun loungers although depending on the time of day depended on which ones were in the sun but there are two lower decks close to the sea where you can't hear anything but the waves!!! It's about a 20/25 minute cab from Hi/Ushuaia and around €25. All in all I will 100% be staying here again!

This is the right hotel for a certain type of Traveller. Unfortunately we are not that type of Traveller. The hotel as a whole is extremely dated, and there are no relaxation areas other than the sunbeds by the pool. The activities are intrusive to anyone just trying to relax and read a book. The restaurant is not very well lit. The entertainment Area is full of columns which makes it difficult to see performances. Buffet is just okay but gets very samey.

First time all inclusive

It was our first ever all inclusive holiday and we stayed for 3 nights in October 2019. We loved the hotel, being on the water was just gorgeous and the views are incredible. The bars and lovely, as is the restaurant. My 5 star review is based on this being a 4 star hotel but its doing everything right and we had a great time.

Quiet secret

Had three days in Cala Llonga. This is a quiet time in the cove perfect for a rest. Which is what we wanted

The pool areas were fantastic. Enough sun loungers for everyone with parasols and tables for each pair. The areas were always clean and the toilets were clean, fresh and smelt great every time I visited. The staff could not be any more helpful and friendly. The entertainers were BRILLIANT. The choice of food was excellent and always fresh.

Overall a nice hotel in a beautiful location with generally very friendly staff. I however paid A LOT to stay here, admittedly last minute and in August so would expect small things to be right such as enough sunbeds / umbrellas to be available, not to be able to hear people talking / doors slamming in the corridors and for the room not to smell like the person that was in it before.

Plenty of sunbeds, clean and excellent food. Some areas need a refresh - the corridor decor is old and tired. Entertainment could be better.

Very friendly and helpful staff, pool and beach access is a plus

Very picturesque location, quiet, retiree oriented (at least in June). Quite clean, staff is friendly, the buffet options are plentiful and delicious, but the free alcohol choices are quite limited (unlike Mexican resorts, for example). The nearby beach is family and kids oriented. Unfortunately, smoking is allowed on the public beach. Takes about 20-30 minutes to get to the town of Ibiza (20-25 euro by taxi, but a public bus is available once or twice an hour for 3 euro, the last one departs around 8:30 PM from Cala Llonga). NEGATIVE: the beds are absolutely horrible, never seen anything like that in 20 years in any hotel we stayed all over the world. And we don’t have any musculoskeletal conditions and our standards for comfort are definitely average or below average.

Fantastic food, beautiful views, close to the beach. We had a great 3 night break. We will definitely return.

Great hotel, great location and better staff!

Me and my girlfriend spent 5 nights here and could not believe how lucky we were to this place. The hotel and location were perfect for us and the staff were fantastic, Nacho and Alessia were both on form every day and always putting a smile on our faces, both full of enthusiasm and always had smiles on there's and our faces!! All the other staff were very helpful and made us feel welcome from the moment we walked through the door! Would recommend this place to anyone and if we get a break without the kids again I'm sure this will be top of the list of places to go

Lovely hotel in a beautiful location. Great room with fantastic views.unfortunately there were a couple of let downs, very limited food for vegetarians I ate mostly salad and chips. We also found the evening entertainment very poor. Overall we had a very relaxing stay and would visit again.

2nd visits

This is our 2nd time here and it's not very often that I return but I had been impressed with our first visit and needed a wee last minute week in the sun. Great location and great staff. Food not as good as last time and my husband who is vegetarian struggled as the hotel insisted on adding ham pieces to pasta and potato dishes and composite salads. Food was repetitive for my husband. Lots of cheese salads I enjoyed the food. The rooms are ok and would benefit from a refresh. Bed a bit hard. Staff lovely. I already have told the hotel about our veggie struggle but they should listen it's 2017 and vegetarians and flexitarians are amongst us .

Fantastic stay

Excellent stay, room with a sea view. Clean throughout, hotel staff friendly and efficient. Great choice of food, daily mix of meats, fish and vegetables – heathy options and indulgent desserts. Inclusive of many alcoholic spirits and soft drinks all day through. Swam in the pool daily, and the sea. Beach a stones throw away. Visited the hippy market via boat (£16€). Weather fantastic, would definitely return again. Recommended.

Excellent Hotel

Upon arrival my wife and I were greeted with a glass of juice whilst checking in. The hotel had only just opened on that day after the winter season. The room was quite small but clean and suitable for us. We had a balcony overlooking the pool and beach. The restaurants and bar, pool area and pool bar were all lovely and there was plenty of choice from the all inclusive menu however the hotel do offer other types for an extra cost. I cannot praise the service of the staff enough from the 4 days that we were there. We were looked after from the moment we arrived until we left. It's a great place to go for a few days if you just want to chill as there isn't that much nearby. We would definitely go back there.

Lovely hotel.

Lovely hotel with spectacular views across the bay. Food very good with plenty of variety. We were unaware that this was the last week of the season before the hotel closed for the winter. There was no change in the service provided with very attentive smiley staff to the end. The ONLY thing we would have liked to have known is that it was north backing so our balcony as with most rooms, the balconies never had sunshine on them.

Good hotel, excellent location and staff.

Overall we had a very good holiday, the staff work hard and are helpful. Our seaview room was on 6th floor (621) and had a lovely view. The rooms are not large, but typical for Spanish hotels of this standard. There are "massage" showers in the bathrooms, however there is insufficient water pressure to experience these at their best. We had ours checked as we didn't think it was working properly, but were told that's how it is. Beds were very comfortable. The breakfast offer in the restaurant was good but we didn't like the hot food options on the buffet in the evenings, which often looked dry and some we did have were quite tasteless. People therefore used the grill where meat is cooked to order, and whist this was good, you had to queue for it. There was a lack of fresh vegetables, with frozen, mixed veg often used. The desserts were very poor, with most items being cakes, tarts etc with whipped cream. There is a cheese board, but I did comment that after 8 nights, it had the same cheeses on it every night, and only a blue cheese and manchego. The next night there were 4 cheeses! We usually ate at about 8.30-9. We did not like the setting for the Japanese restaurant with it's plastic tables & chairs. This is not a good hotel for people with mobility issues, difficult to avoid steps. The main lifts finish 2 levels above the pool level, no lifts to levels below the pool. Evening entertainment average and lacking variety, just lots of singers.

Excellent. Even after check out still able to use hotel amenities if when waiting for pick up to the airport. Had a later flight.

PERFECT RELAXING BREAK

Very friendly service on arrival - despite arriving some 5 hrs earlier than check in time, we were given our wrist bands (All Inc), suitcases looked after, check in with passports done & were told to help ourselves to breakfast, take your time and relax- which is what we did. we were given our room 2 hrs early. Room was clean, adequate size, enough storage, fridge, nice bathroom- with great shower & balcony & sea view. Location excellent, staff couldn't do enough for you, Food excellent, 2 separate a la carte restaurants to choose (book this asap- we didn't & couldn't get booked in- other guests said these were good too). People will always try & find fault in something-but can honestly say we couldn't. Hotel entertainment good standard. even afternoon entertainment some days (chilled acoustic guitars/singers whilst sun bathing). If its a lively noisy holiday you're after- this isn't it- jump in a cab easily else- where. If you want relaxation. good service, good food. lovely view over the bay, selection of bars & restaurants around, nice beach location then this is for you, Taxi and ferry across the bay (which reception can book) for days out to other parts of island and bus stop nearby. We're a couple in our 40's- good age range of guests at hotel- first time in adult only hotel and loved it!

A gem hidden "out of the way"

We really liked this hotel. It was on a beautiful, peaceful cove. Not much parking but we always found a space. Great view from the balcony (we had Med view - worth it). The breakfast variety in the inclusive plan was very good. I'd say dinner was good, not great. Food was more British than Spanish, as were the overwhelming majority of the guests. The only real negative was the wifi, which we found to be very poor. Even at odd times (eg very early morning) my IPad would hang. Other than that we were very happy. The hotel staff was fantastic. Would definitely stay there again.

Nice Weekend Getaway

Had a great stay at Palladium. Just a weekend stop over during a business trip, and this hotel was perfect. I definitely recommend for couples looking for some peace and quiet, as this hotel is off the main beach and away from rowdy Ibiza clubs, with fantastic views of Cala Llonga from almost every room. Perfect location on the island as well if you want to get out and explore, as it is right in the middle on the East side of the island. Easy access to Evissa, Eularia, Sant Joan, Sant Vincente.

Perfectly adequate

This is definitely a 4* hotel ie not edging towards a 5*, but perfectly OK. We had a room very closely looking over a hill, but spent so little time in the room that I couldn't be bothered to complain. Others in the party had stunning views over the bay- that's what you want!! Pool very nice, and the beach and town/ village very pleasant, although a little too English pubs and full English breakfast for me .......

This hotel was really awesome, the food was perfect, the bar was ok, see view very good and i like whole staff of the hotel , i will choose this hotel once again if I go to ibiza. The only disadvantage of the hotel was the internet that was really bad

Great Hotel!

We stayed here in the 1st week of June in one of the jacuzzi rooms. The staff were very friendly and polite and were always helpful. Entertainment was ok for hotel entertainment but could be better and bar staff were always on the go. The food in the main restaurant was excellent and those who complain are very picky, we never went to the other two restaurants as we loved the food here.Great views from the room and jacuzzi, would recommend this hotel.

Perfect Relaxing Break

Had a great time, the food was very good, the hotel exceptionally clean and the rooms were comfortable. Only thing that lets the hotel down is the entertainment.

Relaxing and gorgeous views in Cala LLonga

This hotel was much better than I expected, and looking at the pictures, I had expected quite a bit! Upon arriving, my friend an I realized that we had one of the best rooms in the hotel with a private sundeck and our own hot tub. Very lucky. Our view was incredible. We had not booked all-inclusive ahead of time, but found out that we could add it by paying 20 Euros a day for unlimited food and alcohol. This includes the restaurants at the hotel, you just have to reserve a table a day in advance. The Mediterranean restaurant was delicious, but the sushi restaurant was a little less awesome. My feeling is that the Spanish don't really do sushi particularly well in general, but I could be wrong. The staff was extremely friendly and always helpful. Make sure to look into excursions with the hotel events planner well ahead of time since many of the trips only go once a week or so. A cab from the airport will be around 20-30 min and will cost around 30 Euros, but Ibiza town is much closer and will usually only run you about 20 Euros if you want to explore or hit the clubs, which we did very easily. The hotel staff can call a cab for you.

I had a wonderful stay, filled with memorable moments and exceptional service. The food was fantastic, offering a variety of fresh fruits and vegetables that made every meal enjoyable. The daily towel service was a thoughtful touch, and the cleaning staff did a remarkable job keeping the room spotless. The hotel’s location, with direct access to the beach, is truly unbeatable. Adding to the vibrant atmosphere, the live DJ by the pool and the musical performances after dinner were a highlight, providing an unforgettable experience each evening. And to top it off, the drinks were exceptional, contributing to a fantastic overall experience. However, there were a few areas that could use improvement. The internet connection was often unstable, which made it challenging to stay connected. The bathroom showed signs of red rust in certain areas, with some fixtures needing repair. The bed had a tendency to slide whenever we sat on it, and the acoustic isolation could be better, as we could hear noise from other rooms and the hallway. Additionally, a hotel transfer from the airport would have been appreciated, especially considering the 20-minute drive. Overall, while there are minor improvements that could enhance the stay even further, it was a delightful experience, and I would gladly recommend it to others.

Die Zimmer entsprechen nicht den Abbildungen in Katalogen bzw. Buchungsseiten. Das Mobiliar ist stark abgenutzt, die Ausstattung im Bad verschimmelt und stark verkalkt. Die Abflüsse im Bad stinken enorm. Die Sauberkeit ist auch nach der Zimmerreinigung mangelhaft. Teilweise entsteht durch Livemusik am Abend starke Lärmbelästigung. Das angebotene Ersatzzimmer war nur unbedeutend besser. Das Essen ist annehmbar, der Kaffee allerdings eine Katastrophe aus Pulver. Die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter kann die Bewertung nur wenig positiv beeinflussen.

Ist eher ruhiger. Essensauswahl gut und lecker. Landschaft sehr schön. Liegt in einer schönen Bucht mit direktem Meerzugang.

Ok hotel om man vill ha lite känsla av all inclusive och pensionärshäng. Vi bommade lite. Bra poolområde men musik mm ger inte direkt ibiza feeling. Grymt rum och utsikt👍👍

Mi estancia empezó con una habitación sucia, sin los utensilios de higiene y las fotos no correspondían. Me dieron la habitación correcta tras qiejarme y la limpieza era igual de mesiocre, quise poner el jacuzzi el chorto era mínimo que se lleno en 40 minutos y tuve que vaciar porque salia tierra y se llenó de bichos que estaban en el conducto. Decidí ducharme, lo cual fue mala idea porque se salía el agua de la ducha por el bajo de la puerta y estaba embozado el desagüe, gasté todas las toallas para limpiar el agua que me llegó hasta la habitación. Un desastre, no se deberían abrir los hoteles anticipadamente sin un buen nantenimiento

Decepcionante

Decepcionante. O quarto que fui hospedado o banheiro quando tomava banho virava uma piscina e transbordava água para todo quarto. Café da manhã ok. Acomodações ok, mas não modernas. O ar do quarto não é bom o suficiente para o calor que faz. Atendimento no turno da noite horrível! Funcionário que atende a noite não tem capacidade para ficar sozinho e, uma simples troca de quarto que foi feita no turno da manhã e era só para pegar o cartão com o turno da noite gerou um transtorno e espera de quase 1h na recepção. Para quem deseja local mais badalado a localização também não é boa, fica 40min das praias mais famosas.

Die Unterkunft hat eine atemraubende Standpunkt. Der Service und das Personal sind sehr höflich. Die Auswahl der Speisen lässt keine Wünsche offen. Es ist ein sehr ruhiges Hotel obwohl es Riesen groß ist. Zum relaxen und dem Alltag zu entkommen perfekt. Die einzigen Kritikpunkt, die Hygiene in der Duschkabine… es war nicht richtig sauber, dort lag noch ein Rasierschutzkappe vom vorherigen Gast in der Duschkabine und allgemein sah es für einen 4 Sterne Hotel zu schmuddelig. Die Zimmer waren für meinen Geschmack zu dunkel… nur ein Nachttischlampe auf dem Tisch war zu wenig. Die Nachttischlampe an den Betten haben nicht funktioniert.

Hotêl impeccable ! Très bien situé et très bien entretenu. Pour les départs avant 8h, il faut savoir que le petit-déjeuner n'est servi qu'à partir de 8h, et que nous n'avons pas été informé qu'il était possible de le commander plus tôt.

Nos tocó una habitación con muchos ruidos. El balcón estaba sobre la entrada principal al hotel. Todas las mañanas muy temprano llegaron camiones de proveedores provocando demasiado ruido. También mucho ruido del otro lado de nuestra puerta ya que la habitación estaba frente al ascensor. En el comedor también extremado ruido cuando apilaban los platos y cubiertos usados. En mas de una oportunidad nos querían retirar los platos cuando aún no habíamos terminado de comer. En recepción han sido muy amables. La habitación estaba limpia. Lamento no haber podido disfrutar a pleno, pero esos detalles me parecen importantes

Sejour une semaine en MAI

Chambre bien située. Terrasse vue sur piscine et plage. Grand Lit composé de deux matelas maintien mou. Salle de bain systeme jet massant douche usagée. Climatisation allumée 5 min car bruyante. (pas eu besoin en MAI). Nourriture correcte.
