Beautiful property in the historical area. Easy walking and parking. Interior was perfect. The breakfast was lovely and i cannot complain about our room. It had everything.

Fantastic! we had wonderful memories, the place is really good and the staff were very friendly and professional and the service was topnotch!

Loved the room we booked, but there was no heat or hot water when we returned from dinner so we had to change rooms. They upgraded us and even though the room was way bigger the other was just more comfortable. Breakfast was very good. Overall a great hotel for the price, the location is convenient and makes walking around easy.

This is a beautiful hotel in a fantastic area of the old town in Lecce. The front desk staff were so friendly and helpful. So gracious at check. Made me feel at home. They couldn’t do enough to make my stay noteworthy. Loved the 3 days I spent at this hotel.

The top floor paradiso suite had access to 2 private rooftop decks with beautiful views . We had already been upgraded but chose to upgrade even more to optimize air , views and sunlight. The 2 breakfast rooms are architectural gems . The staff was patient , polite and charming to visit with. The location is perfect for walking

Hands down the best experience ever!

I cannot say enough about this amazing hotel! The staff is the absolute BEST - especially Francesca! From the moment you are preparing to arrive, their priority is providing you the best experience ever. Incredibly friendly and helpful! Very different than the usual European hotel experience. The property is beautiful and amazing. The food, whether at the complementary aperitif or the incredible breakfast spread, was delicious. We will absolutely be returning to stay here again!

We really enjoyed our trip to Lecce. This hotel is very unique and is beautifully decorated. It felt like staying at an Italian mini villa. Our family suite was spacious, two rooms, two bathrooms and a sitting area. Breakfast setting was gorgeous and offered a variety of food selection, all very good. We willoved the very friendly and attentive staff, the front desk, the kitchen manager and her team, the meticulous room service and our special rooftop Champaign hosts. Don't miss out staying at this hotel We hope to be back soon.

Our stay was so delightful. From the moment we walked in and received a welcome drink from the friendliest staff, to the beautiful, well appointed room, everything was perfect. The location made it easy to take in every aspect of the old town.

Beautiful property underwent a renovation to really help the charm of it stand out. Clever interiors, cozy bedding. Tempurpedic bed, slept amazingly well after our flight. The breakfast buffet was the best we had traveling around Puglia. Still dreaming of some of the items we enjoyed. Staff is really friendly!

Alfonso was so kind! He helped us to park our rental car and even saved us from the rain. The complete staff made our stay heavenly! Welcome juice and wet towels upon arrival. Breakfast was amazing! At night we would come home to a sweet treat with a nice message. The property is right on the edge of Old Town but very quiet with comfy beds. Would definitely stay here again. Miss it already!

Everything about this property was just amazing. These boutique hotels are just so unique. The staff could not do enough to help you in every way from the initial welcome to restaurant suggestions and booking them for us to day trip ideas. The rooms were just so lovely and well appointed.

The hotel is directly in the old city, which is very convenient. The staff is very nice and very helpful. They made great suggestions for activities and dinner reservations . They were also great communicators over WhatsApp and in person. Breakfast was fresh and very good. Beds and rooms are very comfortable overall. They always had some sweats and drinks out. It was somewhat expensive compared to similar hotels and knowing the city now I would have stayed on the opposite side of Lecce old town. My wife did find some roaches but we were on the ground floor.

Room was very comfortable, bathroom was a bit small but fine for a short stay. The breakfast and appetitivi were incredible. The facilities are beautiful, decor is stunning and staff are incredibly nice. They even helped us pay a parking ticket using their own bank app on their phone. Would strongly recommend!

Gorgeous Hotel in the heart of Lecce, but also away from the Main Street noise. The staff is so friendly and helpful. Matteo and Alfonso helped us with everything, from dinner reservations, to recommendations for places to visit on our day trips… We really enjoyed our stay.

Special place in Lecce

Fantastic place in a great location run by superb staff. Breakfast was outstanding and there are so many restaurants within easy walking distance. Room was lovely and bed comfy with huge shower. All very good. Only issue for us was that Hotels.com advertised fully functional spa and hot tub, neither of which were available. Misleading. Staff did, however book massage in our room, which was ok. Thoroughly recommend this place to stay.in if visiting Lecce.

Palazzo St Anna was an amazing hotel. Even before my stay, they reached out to coordinate their location and dealing with my rental car. Since it's in a historic area they had to guide me to the hotel and they parked and retrieved the car from a garage. Hotel room was amazing as we got a a free pgrade, and the entire experience was first rate. My only suggestion, they invited us to a customer wine and cheese on the first night, some lovely food was provided but on checkout I had to pay for the three glasses of wine which was not communicated to me when invited to the welcome reception. Anyways, it's a great hotel in a great location. I highly recommend this hotel.

We loved everything about this exceptional property except there was no door to the bathroom or toilet!!! We like our privacy. Also, directions for jetted tub were incomplete.

Hotel staff were most helpful with nothing too difficult for them. Provided useful local advice for shopping, sightseeing and restaurants. The hotel was charismatic and beautifully renovated, but retaining is original character.

Hard to park but hotel stuff did their best to get the car.

Our stay at this property was absolutely wonderful. Perfect location with many restaurants and shops that are walkable. Lovely staff, beautiful property and rooms and outstanding breakfast. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend.

A special place to stay in Lecce

If you are looking for a special place to stay in Lecce, palazzo sant Anna is definitely for you. It’s a small hotel, very well located in the center of the city. A very friendly staff welcomed us and was at our service during our entire stay. The hotel provided all necessities in our room. Was kept clean and tidy. The architecture is beautiful- an ancient ex convent that was transformed to a hotel. There are small gems around all made with an excellent taste. It was a unique experience and will be remembered as such

Wonderful historical building with lots of charm and comfort would recommend it and would stay again. Loved the included breakfast with lots of nice options in a pretty room. Easy walk to the Main Street in the old city and the hotel is also in the old city

Incredible From The Second We Arrived

We have travelled all over Europe and this is just as wonderful as any place we have stayed. The staff couldn’t have been kinder or more caring. They were actually vacuuming the courtyard. The suite was massive and spotless with memory foam beds along with spectacular furnishings. I could go on and on but please stay here and you won’t be disappointed.

This is a beautiful building, lovingly restored. We had a delightful room. It's two minutes away from the corso in the centro storico, very convenient for all the sights, restaurants, bars etc. Francesca, Matteo, Alfonso and all the staff were very welcoming and helpful at all times.

One of the best hotel I ever stayed in my long years of traveling. It is very clean, well refurbished and functional. It felt like we were VIP guest in a palace because of the hospitality of the owner Madam Beatrice and all the staff. They were very courteous and helpful. I would like to mention among them Alfonso, Mateo and Francesca for making our stay enjoyable. We will definitely stay in this marvelous palace on our future trip to Puglia. ❤️ The Olivan

Great place to stay. Super helpful staff and beautiful room. A few things -shower pressure was very bad almost unusable. The breakfast was OK could do with more info on what you can have etc

Our stay was magical, the accommodation was perfect and the hotel is stunning. Alfonso, Matteo and all the staff were so welcoming and we felt so at home. Great room with stunning views

Two balconies with stunning views of the interesting city of Lecce. Great place to stay and we loved walking the city from there then returning to a beautiful relaxin setting and spacious room.

We had an amazing experience! The accomadations, staff and breakfast were all five star plus!!! Can’t say enough about what a lovely time we had.

A prefect place to stay in Lecce

Sant ‘Anna is a delightful old monastery upgraded and decorated with utmost taste by the owner. Simple, elegant, comfortable and atmospheric. We were upgraded to the presidential suite which was a lovely and unexpected surprise. The suite itself has a light airy feel with plenty of space. It has its own private roof terrace with views over old Lecce. All the staff were wonderfully helpful and attentive during our 5 day stay in September. Special mention for Francesca for whom nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was a feast for both eyes and taste buds and laid out as if in a monk’s refectory. Sant Anna is located within the city walls, close to Porta Rudiae and a short walk to Piazza Duomo but wonderfully peaceful. Good choice of restaurants and on-street parking nearby. The gracious owner Beatrice hosted drinks and nibbles for guests on one of the roof terraces and there were freshly baked little tasty pastries laid out in reception for guests. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Did not like the spiral staircase, not safe for older customers, should be advised prior to booking!,
