The hotel was set back from the street. You enter through huge wooden doors and then walk through a courtyard and up a set of stairs to reach the hotel. A notice on the building inside the courtyard with the hotel's name would have been nice. It is confusing. There was a receptionist at the front desk who spoke little english. The owner sent emails with information and instructions. There was no owner or manager on the premises overnight. Our room was off the "kitchen." A simple breakfast was available for purchase and we thought people would be outside our room door having breakfast. No one was there in the mornings. The hotel was actually convenient, near the Greek ruins, the Cathedral and was on the main street.
This is an excellent little hotel in a great location. My room was very clean and quiet, with a lovely little view of the courtyard and some beautiful historical details. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. I was greeted with a choice of beverages and the breakfast in the morning is generous. But most of all, the staff is wonderful. I parked really far away from the hotel and Pepe walked with me 20 minutes across town to help me re-park my car one block away. That’s hospitality! Cannot recommend this place highly enough. I’ll definitely be back.
Eccellente soggiorno
Perfetto, Giuseppe un grande anfitrione!!! Grazie per tutti i consigli e attenzioni avute

1.Very weird place - There are only cameras on site no real workers stay there. The cleaning lady didn't speak any english. You are given codes to enter all the buildings to get access and find the place on your own and lug all your bags doing it. 2. You can't access or drive to the front of the hotel so you have to haul all your bags down the alleys and through the buildings and then up 3-4 flights of stairs- and do it again when you leave - NO elevators. 3. No breakfast etc.on site- they may of had it in the past? you get a coupon to a bakery place you have to walk to find and a chip to use for a coffee. 4. The A/C works terribly and was way too hot. You only get 1 key card & when you leave the room the lights & A/C shut off. a credit card etc will not work in the slot. The manager argued with me for so long and said thats all he will do and he has been in business since 2019 with no problems? sure thing pal. The room was a sauna- stayed at 89F / 31.6c from the 93f it was- no fans in room either. 5. Choose a better area. the buildings surrounding this one were spray painted/tagged. 6. There is also no paper allowed in their toilets, something to look forward to.
