The property was beautiful but really lacked the attention to detail of a true 5 star hotel. The shower was very outdated and the drain in the tub and sink basin were partially clogged. The furniture in the living room seemed old and somewhat dirty. The bedroom was not really decorated at all with mostly blank walls. The reception women were all very friendly and helpful. The manager however handled the situation at their 2 Michelin star restaurant very poorly. ( Silvio Nikola) The presentation of the food was lovely but the food was over complicated and lack luster in taste. The food tended to be salty and heavy on the miso. I felt like the chef was trying too hard. Dessert was inedible. How you you mess up dessert? The worse thing though was that this restaurant does not have an age restriction on children. In a small romantic restaurant with about 10 tables , I chose to spend my 10 year anniversary dinner here. To my surprise and to the other tables as well, the restaurant chose to sit two adults with 2 and 3 year old children in the center on the restaurant. These children screamed and talked loudly for 2 hours and 40 minutes. This romantic restaurant became a playground and the ambiance was ruined. Every person in that restaurant was talking about the ill behaved children rather that enjoying their meal and reflection on their lives with their significant other. The meals should have all been complementary. They were not. Disappointed!

Amazing hotel, big spacious rooms that look like you are living in a mansion. The staff are very professional friendly and. understanding. Best hotel.

We left after our first night and checked in another hotel in Vienna as we disliked this hotel so much. We asked to be reimbursed but they told us they could not as it was paid in advanced. I will go ahead and write a terrible review online. I used to own one of the largest airline reservations system and one of the largest online car rental company and will make sure this is reflected in the review when I get back in the new year

First rate hotel

It is a beautiful hotel with a first class staff. It is in a great location and well maintained. They had some elevator trouble while we were there but they fixed it in a reasonable time frame. Their front desk staff are great and very helpful. Their restaurant Clementine was a bit of a disappointment- the waiters were slow and somewhat unpleasant and the food choices were just ok- but it is a beautiful setting.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The suites were huge and very comfortable. Sound insulation was superb and the location was also very convenient and within walking distance of all the sites. We had dinner at their Michelin star restaurant and enjoyed every minute. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Comfy Beds, superior service, shame about the WC

It is a strange property, very quiet for a hotel but the staff are very warm. Perfect if you want to be alone with your partner. The rooms are grand and comfortable although the bathrooms are not ideal and if you want a shower it's not for you. The room service menu was very basic but you have a kitchen I guess. The highest security I have seen, so you feel very safe.

Schön renoviertes und umgebautes Palais mit einzigartigen, zweistöckigen Suiten, allen Annehmlichkeiten, einem 2-Sterne Lokal, einer Weinbar mit einem der erlesensten Weinkeller Wiens und dem Restaurant Clementine. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. In zweiter Bautiefe hinter der Ringstrasse und dem Stadtpark gelegen, fussläufig zum Stephansplatz und / oder dem Bahnhof Wien Mitte mit direkter Verbindung zum Flughafen.

Schitterend verblijf, mooi ontbijt en minibar (in de prijs inbegrepen). Vriendelijk personeel. Heel rustig en dicht bij het centrum. Via roomservice zeer lekker gegeten in de suite.

Ein sehr gepflegte Haus. Das Frühstück, sowie der sehr schöne Grillend auf der Terrasse, möchte ich hervorheben. Die gigantische Weinauswahl ist kaum zu überbieten.

すべてスイートで建物も素晴らしいが、セキュリティに配慮し過ぎていて館内の一部しか みれなかった。朝食はビュッフェではないが、好みのものを頼める。レストランは木々に囲われていて気持ち良い。

No guarda relación entre precio y prestaciones. El gym es precario, sin máquinas; el baño carece de plato para ducha, ya que tiene bañera a la cual hay que ingresar levantando la pierna; los colchones tampoco son buenos.

Etwas ganz Besonderes!

Unsere Suite war sehr schön. Sehr geräumig, 2-stöckig. Das Ambiente des Hotels ist modern schlossähnlich. Im Zimmer steht zur Ankunft bereits Champagner, Obst und Kuchen bereit :) Die Minibar ist inclusive. Die angebotete Hotelführung (ein Angestellter nimmt sich die Zeit) sollte man annehmen! Alles ist unglaublich groß, weitläufig und mit einer großen Liebe zum Detail restauriert. Der Weinkeller (eine Schatzkammer in sich) und die Kellerräume sind unglaublich, die Prachträume sowie das alte Treppenhaus mit roten Läufern, viel Gold und Kronleuchtern stehen den offiziellen Schlössern in Wien in nichts nach. Der Glasaufzug ist toll! Das Sternerestauarant (nur besichtigt) ist auch ein Komplettkunstwerk in sich. Der Pool ist recht groß und sehr schön gestaltet, das Dampfbad & Sauna werden bei Bedarf eingeschaltet. Das Frühstück ist qualitativ sehr hochwertig. Alles sehr liebevoll und frisch zubereitet und serviert. Wir trafen im Hotel vorallem junge Angestellte, die auffallend freundlich, professionell und zugewandt reagieren. Z.B. stellte sich Mitarbeiter des Sternerestaurants, dem wir bei der Führung begegneten, sofort und ungezwungen per Handschlag vor. Reinigungskräfte, denen man auf den Fluren begegnet, grüßen ganz freundlich und offen. Keinerlei Arroganz, wie man sie oft in besseren Hotels trifft. Das Hotel scheint personell gut besetzt zu sein, alles funktioniert reibungslos und schnell. Man hat den Eindruck, die Menschen arbeiten dort gerne, ...da ist man gerne Gast :)

hôtel grand confort, personnel et services au top

trois nuits dans cet immense hôtel en plein centre de Vienne mais pourtant absolument calme et tout confort avec une petite suite meublée au style purement autrichien, le personnel est discret et attentionné toujours prêt à vous simplifier la vie et à répondre à vos questions, la propreté est parfaite, le service très complet (on vous accueille même au champagne) et les équipements nombreux et en parfait état de fonctionnement. Adresse à retenir et recommander avec insistance.

暮らすように贅沢に滞在を愉しみました

ホテルの都合でということで、思わぬアップグレードをして頂きました。レジデンツという名の通り、美しいキッチンもあって暮らすように滞在でき、贅沢な時間でした。ヨーロッパ家族旅行の最終日ということと、誕生日の御祝いをかねていたので、本当にゆったりとした滞在を愉しむことができました。ありがとうございました。
