호텔이지만 영어 되는 직원이 거의 없음

Had to walk very far to reach my room, it was not convenient, also bathroom condition wasnt good. Windows were also locked and there was no way to expeirne e the patio. What a shame, it was something i was looking forward to.

Had a great visit. The staff were excellent the rooms super nice and we truly had a lovely 4 days.

Palace in Moon Beach exceeded our expectations! The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. The hotel is located on a picturesque section of beach and the grounds are well laid out and appealing, with beautiful plants, trees, flowers and other foliage. The interior and common areas are clean and well maintained and the interior plants and fish ponds are amazing. The rooms are spacious and clean, though the style may be a bit dated. FYI: bed mattresses are quite firm and the beds are a little smaller than their American counterparts. The hotel location is convenient, with a Lawson's store near the property entrance, and dozens of shops and restaurants within a half mile walk from the hotel. The hotel has an excellent breakfast buffet with many, and varying food options and an excellent dinner buffet, as well. There are two other restaurants on the property (though we did not try them) and a bar overlooking the beach. Parking is ample and easy to get in and out. The hotel has several stores with toiletries, snacks, artwork, clothing, etc. and vending machines, too. There is also an outdoor smoking area, complete with a garden and water feature. The hotel has two pools and the beach has rentable lounge chairs and umbrellas and a number of water activities are available for a fee. We were traveling with a wheelchair and the hotel and grounds were accessible, with staff members who were happy to assist, if needed.

Restaurants around are expensive, everything else is awesome.

Beautiful property that's main focus is the private beach. You do have to cover up tattoos which was no issue for us. They sell tattoo cover stickers and we prepared in advance with an arm band because of some prior research. You've got to expect to respect the local traditions, it's not really a big deal. We're tourists from Canada and I can see how other tourist from all over are quite obnoxious. Hogging the water pads, loud, playing music on the beach. Although the locals and other Japanese ppl don't complain, I think it's out of respect more than anything. Just be cautious of your behavior and be polite towards the people of Japan are and their customs. Loved the hotel and the trip as a whole.

You have to pay for every little thing

We stayed here for 3 nights but I’ll only give an opinion based off the first night and a couple other details as a typhoon kind of ruined our stay which is not the fault of the hotel. The elevators smell SO musty, most of them are carpeted on the floor and walls which is insane given the humidity. I’d hold my breath for the duration of use, it was so bad. The room was great - very spacious, clean, nothing bad to say about it. The pools were lovely but the hours seem short - outdoor closes at 6pm and indoor closes at 8pm which isn’t awesome. The beach is very uncomfortable to walk on once you get closed to the water. Tons of corral all over the place, some is quite sharp. It also closed at 5pm so no more swimming after that. They charge you for every little thing here - extra towel in your room, ¥400; want to take a kayak out, ¥3000; use the on-site onsen, ¥1700. The map they give you during check in is also very outdated, half the restaurants in the area that are listed are closed. Wasn’t my favourite place

Fabulous place to stay but the traditional Japanese style room beds were not very comfortable

We had an amazing stay in this hotel. Its has an easy access to any marine activities we want. But unfortunately we didn’t have enough time to do all the activities. The hotel staffs wasn’t so friendly to us, its hard to catch smiles on their faces, i believe Okinawan people are warm and happy people. But the all experiences was worth it. We highly recommend the place!

Room is nice and clean and direct access to beach, with outdoor pool and indoor pool nearby. Both kids and adults alike will enjoy and relax. I wish we stayed a couple of more days instead of going on a city tour.

Overall, I enjoyed my stay here. My husband and I were here on a trip to Okinawa with another couple. We really enjoyed the pool, which is an infinity pool. The private beach was also quite nice. From our room, we had an ocean view and the balcony was nice. The room itself was good. Very modern and clean. The bathroom was quite small, though. The hotel itself was quite dated and some of the hotel areas were a bit rundown. There was also a lot of construction going on during our stay. Personally, it didn’t bother me since we didn’t hear noise from our side of the hotel, but our friends’ room was on the other side and they complained about noise. The hotel also has some nice shops and dining, although we mainly ate at restaurants nearby. There are many good restaurants near the hotel and within walking distance, so that was great. The hotel also offer activities, such as snorkeling, kayaking, jet ski, etc. My husband and I went on the snorkeling excursion to the hotel’s private island, and it was really fun. We saw some really pretty fish and coral reefs. The island is a 15-minute boat ride away. We had a lot of fun staying at this hotel.

Really nice facility, would definitely look to stay again. One note, the Palace in Moon Beach is IN the Moon Beach Hotel, a bit confusing, you have to go to 3rd floor to check in but you have full access to all Moon Beach Hotel facilities. Most of restaurants closed for COVID, but main buffet open. Easy to migrate from beach, to outdoor infinity pool, to shaded indoor/outdoor pool. Good locker rooms at the pool/beach. Room we were in was 2 single beds (pushed together) and two pallet beds for kids on totami (sp?) mat floor--worked for us. Nice balcony.

Staff was really friendly. They were attentive to us the minute we arrived. They gave kids treats when we checked in. The room was very clean and spacious for out family of 4. I would highly recommended this place.

Family hotel

Amazing swimming pool and beach. Ideal for family.

The hotel is clean and generally in good condition. However, they charge you for everything that normal hotels would not charge you for. They charge you for using the parasols and beach beds and also, they charge for beach towels. It is absurd that you are paying already a high price and they charge you for these facilities that should be provided to all guests.

Too many steps no flat floor No recommendations for senior

The room was spacious and very clean. There was plenty of space for my family of 6. The bathroom was very nice and appeared to be recently updated. The balcony had an ocean view and the ocean was a literally outside the hotel! We are keeping this in mind for a longer vacation in the future!

No regrets

This hotel was probably a 5 star in 1980... the decor is certainly dated... one lady gave me pretty crappy service in the gift shop (4 other ladys were amazing) BUT... everything else about this hotel was fantastic.

A pleasant stay, but very dated.

The room was very spacious, but also very dated with physical keys instead of keycards, balsa wood wardrobes that has seen much better days, and a lock-and-key safe that takes non-returnable yen coins. The bathroom was quite tight, but also very clean and modern with electric bidet/seat warmer. We ended up staying an extra night due to a typhoon delaying our flight back, and this is where we experienced a problem with the language barrier. We had to use a combination of Google Translate and hand gestures to negotiate an extra day's stay (and it seems they took advantage of the typhoon with their pricing). Overall, it was a pleasant stay and the location was excellent - by the sea and lots of local eateries nearby.

Okinawa's Fawlty Towers

Hotel is tired. Took me a while to get used to the hotel. But then it was ok. Room advertised as having 5 beds. It had 2. We had a wobbly start with the hotel. But then it was fine. As long as you don't expect too much. I had friends staying at the hotel as we were there for a wedding. The fit out of rooms were all different.

Since this hotel is divided into two separate hotels, the rooms are sharing which made me feeling something wrong on the management or any bad things happened before.

Inexpensive hotel, beachfront, close to nightlife

Check in was easy, and the hotel staff was soooo nice. Hotel is right on a private beach and a short walk to the restaraunts of Onna Village. great choice for inexpensive hotel stays. Would suggest this to a friend.

Not the usual for sure.

Arrived at the hotel lobby driveway, told to proceed to the carpark (after they had taken our details & issued us a carpark pass). No one attempted to offload our luggages for us nor informed us where the check in counter was. We had assumed it was near the carpark. We ended up waking all around the ground floor with our buggages trying to locate the check in counter and eventually with the very limited English of the staff, we found the check in counter. Turned out it was located at level 3 right next to the rooms we stayed in. We had previously requested for a queen bed instead of 2 single beds, the hotel however did not get back to us on this and when I requested for it on the day of check in, I was told that they do not have any rooms with queen beds from the start! We ended up joining our beds together. The room is equipped with a huge refrigerator, your usual coffee & tea (green tea), and a "living area". No mineral water was provided, the TV programmes had no other language apart from Japanese, and the toilet was small and cramp. It's not the usual hotel room you'll expect for sure. Upon checking out, we were charged for parking over the duration of our stay. Once again, not your usual hotel, most if not all hotels we've stayed at, provided free parking for it's guests. Extremely disappointing as we were not even being informed about this.

Enjoyable trip

Close by restaurants for great food (naha beef, naha dishes...). The hotel itself is in 80s deco but all are in good condition. The TV is large LCD is good. We are arriving in winter so cannot enjoy the beach a lot. We use this hotel as a connection point to Nago sightseeing. There are a lot of parking space, no need to worry in high season. They need more sign to guide guest to 3/F by elevator. As the hotel is very big and looks like a garden inside the hotel area. Very friendly hotel staffs! Free coffee machine and drinking water in receiption.

There's a water leak from the AC in the middle of night. Firstly we heard the loud squeezing sounds from the AC then felt the water dropping into bed, after that came a big rock ice falling on the bed sheet! The hotel staff just basically changed another room for us,no upgrade and without any compensation. when we came into the new room, we realized the original leaking one was the worst at the hotel. Was that because we made the booking from Hotel.com thus got the lousy room like this?

Location and transportation is convenient. The room is facing the sea-view but little bit old. Next time maybe choose moon beach hotel.

직원분들이 다들 친절하시고 객실 컨디션도 최상 조식보단 중식 강추 실내 실외 수영장 해변 모래놀이까지 시간가는줄 몰랐네요 해변가는 산호가 있어서 신발 필수 주변 식당 맛집도 많아서 좋았어요

Tolle Lage, nettes Personal. Schade, dass für die Mehrheit der Infrastruktur (Strandliegen, Gym, Bad, …) zusätzliche Gebühren verlangt werden. Das wird bei der Buchung nicht erwähnt & wäre zu erwarten, dass es im Preis inbegriffen ist.

昔からあるホテルで作りは古いですが、部屋ごとにリニューアルを進めています。 今回は、新しくリニューアルされた部屋でしたので快適に過ごせました。 温泉まB1に付いていますが、別料金で1600円掛かりました。 混んでいなかったので静かでゆっくり入れました。

リゾート滞在ができる

ホテルの雰囲気がとてもよく、リゾートを満喫できました。 リニューアル工事で日中は工事の音がうるさかったのが残念ですが、他は大満足です。

広過ぎないビーチと庭が素晴らしい。建物は開放的な造りで私好み。東シナ海の眺望もとても良い。深夜、空気清浄機の唸り音が唯一のマイナス点。原因は不明だった。 ホテル周辺は、食事や買い物の店が多彩で、便利です。

快適に過ごしましたが、洗面化粧台の水のでが悪かったのが気になりました。

12月初旬に家族３人、知人４人と２泊利用させて戴きました。フロントが３階にありますが、InstagramやYouTubeで確認してから行ったので問題ありませんでした。 コロナ後、初の飛行機での旅でしたが、南国の風が吹き抜ける緑溢れる素敵なホテルで、こちらを選んで良かったです。オーシャンビューのお部屋からはプライベートビーチに沈むサンセットが綺麗に見えました。ラナイからの眺めはハワイ島を彷彿させるものでした。 廊下や一部エレベーターは段差があったり、昭和を感じる箇所もありましたが、客室はフルリノベーションされており新しく、客室内のお風呂も大浴場もとても清潔で快適でした。 朝食ブュッフェも充実しています。 ホテル内にあるギフトショップもお洒落で良かったです。 ホテル周辺徒歩圏内に、FamilyMartや居酒屋さんもあり利便性が高いです。短い滞在でしたがフロントの方が親切に対応して下さり、何の不便を感じる事無く大変快適な旅行となりました。 沖縄には高級ホテルや利便性の高いホテルが沢山あり迷いますが、コストパフォーマンスが高いこちらを、次回もまた利用させて戴きたいと感じました。

ロケーション、立地、どれも最高でした。 古いホテルですが、とても雰囲気があり、洗練され過ぎたビーチとはまた違うバカンスが楽しめるホテルです。

フロントの方の接客はよかった お部屋のお風呂がユニットバスだったので 大浴場にいにました。 使用料が、1000円でタオルなどもあってよかったですが、シャンプーやコンディショナー、ボディーソープが、部屋にあるものより 質が悪い感じがして残念だった。

彼女と宿泊。ホテル自体の古さは感じるが、周辺にはレストラン街があり、東南アジアの島やグアム あたりにいる気分で非常に良い。部屋にアルコールがあり、コロナ対策もバッチリ。しかし、フロントの方はホテル内で案内があるツアーの事を知らないし、もうちょっと頑張って欲しかった。チェックイン時に入り口から荷物を預けて部屋まで届けてくれるが、買い物した物を何回も台車から落とされたのは気になる。難しいサービスならやらなければ良い。また、車がないと行けない立地でホテル代に上乗せすればいい話なのにと思うが、駐車料金は有料、ビーチのパラソルも沢山空いてるのに有料、なんでも有料でケチな経営体制を垣間見た時はかなり萎える。そういった判断を都度させる事自体がリゾート気分を台無しにさせる事を理解して欲しいし、側から見てどの客層を相手にしたいのかよくわからない。サービス面が建物に完全に負けており、一流ホテルとは言えないが、それを差し引いても立地、環境面でもっと長く泊まりたいと思うホテルではあった。

ダイエット台無しの朝食に注意

「青い海・青い空」の写真のような眺望を前にしての食べ放題ビュッフェスタイル。和洋とりまぜてのメニューで、不満がある方はいないのでは？その場でオーダーして作っていただけるオムレツも絶品です。サラダ・フルーツ・シリアルに至るまで、食べすぎ注意です。

ホテルムーンビーチとの違い

ムーンビーチパレスホテルは、ホテルムーンビーチの中の一部を別経営で運営しているホテルのようです。少しお得に泊まりたい方は、このパレスホテルがオススメかも。ホテル内で利用できる施設は全く同じで制限は無いようでした。プールやビーチは無料で、大浴場は有料でした。 建物のフロントとは別に、小さなフロントデスクが３階にあり、そこでのチェックインとなります。フロントは深夜12時以降は応対無しのようです。お部屋はリノベーションされていて新しです(Mar.2020)。モーニングコールは機械ではなく、フロントの人が電話をかけて来てくれます。 素晴らしいプライベートビーチを持つリゾートホテルにお得に泊まれて、お勧めできます。

キャンプにパレスでごろごろ

改装されてとてもきれいになっていました。白を貴重としたとても清潔感のあるお部屋で、広くてよかったです。アメニティに海用のバスタオルや、部屋着の浴衣があったのはとても安心できます。もう少し欲をいえばですが、コーヒー用のスプーンがあるとうれしかったです。

房間比較舊式，但非常整潔，服務也很好

吃饭方便，没有购物中心

酒店周围有很多食肆，琉球牛、88牛排，酒店门口有罗森，但没有购物中心，购物不方便。酒店的入住登记在三楼，使用游泳池都要收费。房间有个小厨房，厨具很齐全，还有微波炉、烤箱，很方便。阳台对着酒店的无边泳池，可以看到海，很漂亮。就是酒店一看有点年数，有点陈旧，但风景不错。

雰囲気にとても満足しました。 もう少しゆっくり楽しみたかったです。

沖縄旅行

フロントにコーヒー、水、パソコンが常備されていて快適に過ごすことが出来ました。

ゴキブリや害虫の対策がなっていません。あと何でも金くれを露骨に出しすぎ。

ムーンビーチもムーンビーチパレスも同じ建物で経営が違うだけ。 サービス体制もどこかちぐはぐ。同じお風呂に行くにも料金が違う。 こんなところは無いな。以前ムーンビーチにも泊まったけど。もう無い。 。近くに新しいホテルも沢山できてるし。

대체적으로 리모델링이 절실해보입니다

다다미방은 아기가 있는 집에 매력적이지만, 낡은 방과 냄새나는 욕실, 소리나는 현관문 등... 대체적으로 리모델링이 절실해보입니다. 두 번 선택하지는 않을 것 같습니다.

직원들 너무 친절하시고 비치도 너무 이쁘고 너무너무 좋았어요 오키나와 또온다면 꼭 여기로 다시 올꺼에요~

문비치와 문비치펠리스가 같은 건물 안에 있었는데 문비치펠리스는 호텔 내부는 깨끗하고 청결한데 복도 부분 시설이 낙후되어 있었다. 오후 5시경 해변에서 썬쎗이 매우 보기 좋았다.

프라이빗비치가 있고, 방이 넓고 다다미방이어서 좋았습니다. 금연방을 예약했는데 흡연방밖에 없어서 그점이 아쉬웠습니다.

很美的海灘，走出大街只是5分鐘，而且有很多餐廳，下次到沖繩還是會選擇這裏。

연식은 된거 같지만 여느 리조트 못지않은 시설을 갖추고 잇어서ㅠ매우 만족합니다.

낡았지만 너무 좋았음

기존에 문비치 팰리스가 아닌 문비치 호텔에 머무른 적이 있지만, 호텔 부대 시설은 매우 좋습니다. 이번에는 가족 여행이라 4인에 아기까지 5인이 머물렀지만, 방이 작지 않고 충분히 커서 좋았습니다. 다만 지난번과 마찬가지로 호텔 자체가 오래되어서 방 시설 자체는 좀 낡은 편입니다. 이러한 점만 제외하면 정말 좋은 호텔입니다. 다음에도 또 머물고 싶습니다.

Hotel mit wunderbarer Pool- und Strandanlage

Der Hotelkomplex, der von mehreren unterschiedlichen Hotelbetreibern genutzt wird, liegt an der Moon Beach. Das Hotel "Moon Beach Palace" scheint im Unterschied zu den anderen dort ansässigen Hotels etwas mehr in die Jahre gekommen zu sein. Trotz dessen war das Preisleistungsverhältnis völlig in Ordnung. Vom Balkon gab es einen schönen Ausblick aufs Meer und den Strand. Das Zimmer war zudem recht geräumig. Allerdings sind die Preise fürs Essen recht ordentlich. Ein Frühstück gab es hotelseits nicht. Die Angebote der im Hotel vorhandenen Restaurants waren zudem recht teuer. Allerdings kann man sich auch gut in den Lokalitäten in der Nähe des Hotels versorgen. Auch waren die Liegen am Strand für Hotelgäste nicht umsonst. Die Liegen am Pool konnten allerdings kostenlos benutzt werden.

ムーンビーチ「パレスホテル」がムーンビーチとは違う施設だとは！

辛口評価ですみません。 実は、パレスホテルがムーンビーチホテルと違うということに現地で気づきました。予約時に気づかなかった自分が悪いのですが、できればもっと明確に表示してほしいと思います。昨年利用したムーンビーチと比較すると部屋のメンテナンスや造作は雑でした。また、埃がまっていたりと、掃除が細かいところまで行き届いていない感じでした。後から確認すると確かにパレスホテルはムーンビーチよりも割安なようですが、現地で感じた質の差がつくほど安いわけでもありません。旅行自体は素晴らしかったので割り切って過ごせましたが、やはり残念感は残りました。Hotels.comにもお願いしたいのですが、冒頭でも述べた通り両者の違いがもっと明確に分かるような表示にして下さい。

문비치 호텔에 임대해서 숙박하는 임대업자 느낌 체크인, 숙박, 부대시설이용, 심지어 수영장 타월까지 차별을 제대로 받는 느낌 바다 뷰만 좋음

장점 전용비치,수영장,주변 먹을곳 아이들 데리고 오기는 괜찮은곳으로 판단,다다미방은 아이 재우기 매우 편했음. 단점 오래된 룸컨디션, 투숙객임에도 썬베드가 유료 (무려 2700엔) 리조트내에 1층 BBQ는 드시지 마세요. 더럽게 비싸고 맛없습니다.
