This is an absolutely magical idyllic island.

My partner and I have just returned from a 5 night stay at the Ozen Life Maadhoo resort. I can honestly say that the entire Ozen life team are super well trained as the service was excellent from start to finish. All the staff, no matter what their position were so welcoming and helpful. Unfortunately I didn't get everyone's names , however every waiter, waitress, barman, bar-women , butler , chef , room cleaners, boat staff, gym staff , spa staff etc were excellent. I want to particularly call out that as I'm the awkward one, being a vegan, the chefs picked up on this quickly and did everything to ensure that I was catered for. The head chef also ensured that no matter which restaurant I ate at , I would be looked after. The resort is super well catered for and is perfect for families with a lot to do to keep all family members entertained. We absolutely loved the underwater restaurant . The Indonesian restaurant was also superb . The buffet restaurant was also amazing every day. The service is honestly 5 star and surpassed most of the other 5 star hotels we stayed in on our 3 week December trip. The only one comment which is nothing to do with the staff / service is that the whole resort is a little tired ( after being open for years) and compared to other 5 star hotels, is behind on their interiors.

We had a fantastic holiday and the people made the stay.to be slightly critical it looks a little tired particular the bar area and rooms could be more modern. The resort itself was great but not amazing! They are adding a Seafood restaurant which will help

Ozen Mahdoo in the Maldives is the best resort we've ever visited. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with exceptional service, breathtaking views, and a sense of tranquility. The resort beautifully blends luxury with nature. Our overwater villa was impeccably clean and spacious, featuring a private plunge pool and direct lagoon access. The fully stocked bar offered an impressive selection of high-quality wines, champagnes, and liquors, setting it apart as the best all-inclusive resort we've experienced. What truly made our stay unforgettable was the incredible staff. Special thanks to Shuhad, our butler, who ensured every detail was perfect; Samrat, our bartender, who crafted delicious cocktails; and Naushad, our housekeeper, who kept our villa immaculate. Every staff member was friendly and went out of their way to make us feel at home. The dining experience was outstanding, with meals that could rival any NYC restaurant. The underwater restaurant was a highlight, offering magical views of sea life. Activities included thrilling snorkeling, a romantic sunset cruise, and a fun sunset fishing cruise. The world-class spa was the perfect way to unwind. Interestingly, we usually avoid returning to places, but Ozen Mahdoo is the first place we’re considering revisiting to see the friends we made. We’ll likely spend a few nights here and then explore elsewhere. Highly recommend this gem for anyone seeking the ultimate tropical escape!

This was the most beautiful place we have ever been to. The staff at ozen life made our honeymoon and unforgettable experience. We loved everything about this place. Awesome views and the attention to detail was beyond my expectations. We will definitely come back!!

Complete paradise. Well thought out design, beautifully appointed Earth Pool Pavilion, fantastic food options throughout the day, wonderful evening dinner in magical settings and all wrapped up with the most authentic and professional service. We had a brilliant week as a family of 4.

We spent a week here on our Anniversary trip and have nothing but high praises to give this resort. They meet you at the airport and whisk you away immediately to the private lounge which is air conditioned along with cold drinks, coffee, tea, and water. Once at the lounge our wait for speed boat transfer was very quick and taken care of by the resort completely. The boat ride was about 45 mins, again, refreshments were offered and away we went to paradise. Upon arrival to the resort a warm Maldivian welcome was provided, and we met our personal butler, Forty on the Jetty. Once to reception, a glass of champagne along with a foot and ankle rub was provided. We traveled from US so after 48 hours of flying and traveling these were perfect and hit the spot. We arrived early but luck would be on our side and a villa would be available. We were taken by buggy, given a tour of the island to begin before being taken to our over water villa with pool and absolutely amazed at the views, the amenities, the comfort, everything was perfect. The room has 2 controllable AC units, windows from wall to wall, mini bar, a wine cooler also restocked daily with up to 4 wines. The resort has multiple options for dining, the main being The Palms, it’s the center piece to the dining experience. Buffet options from around the world. 3 other specialty restaurants were available and booked through the butler. Big shout out to Forty, Bikesh, Danielle for providing stellar service through out our trip!

Dream come true. Ozen is Paradise Perfection We couldn't be happier with Ozen - this beautiful island team made our honeymoon a dream come true.  Ozen has it all: for those who just want to relax to people like us who want lots of activities from snorkeling trips and shark diving (once-in-a-lifetime experience - MUST DO).   The overwater villas are perfect for those who want to live on the water and the earth villas provide a private beach oasis. A huge debt of gratitude goes to our stellar butler, Marzhan, who went above and beyond to create the perfect daily itinerary for our honeymoon. She made us feel like a true part of the island, booking activities before we even had to ask. She did a great dining experience with a cuisine arch from Maldivian to Chinese and Indian across the various restaurants and even a beautiful honeymoon beach dinner.  
The lead marine biologist, Nuria, is such a special part of the island. She took the time to guide us to two new snorkeling spots a day - showing us every variety of fish, stingrays and sharks (harmless).  She's also building a coral reef at the hotel, which is incredible to see come alive. Her coral presentation was a brief on understanding the Maldivian ecosystem - fascinating for anyone interested in wildlife and preservation.  
Our housekeeper, Sheshkanta, provided us with great care, adding extra details to our room to make a great honeymoon.

Went here with my wife for our Honeymoon. We absolutely felt relaxed and welcomed with excellent service provided. Staff was on point and ready to assist right away. The variety of food was good, the underwater M6M restaurant was a unique experience, loved the ambiance of our honeymoon dinner on the beach. Again service was outstanding, rooms kept clean, and always restocked! Had an amazing time. Special shoutout to Simah and Naushad for making our stay incredible.

OZEN LIFE MAADHOO is definitely one of my most impressive and happiest stay throughout my travel experience. It's the stay of my honeymoon with my wife. The environment was full of romance with the room's decoration suiting for the theme not the traditional room decoration. Various dining restaurant were offered in the resort and the under sea restaurant was included. The honeymood dinner in the beach was included. Muti-national food was included. A bar with all days food & beverage was included. Those restaurants not only offer your the good atmosphere but extend to the high quality of the taste of the dishes. Wonderful resort offer you extensive need rather than the stay with warm consideration on satisfaction of your stomach. Apart from room & food, the staffs were extremely friendly and always proactively offers their help and ask our need. The warm attitude relief our pressure accumulated in my living city and can stay relaxing to have a small chat with the staffs only about my life in the island and fully escaping from my original pressure. It is the real meaning of the vacation. And there are so many positive experience in here and cannot be described by words like the provision of various activities, the shark, turtle & dolphin excursion tours, snorkelling tour, sunset excursion tour, etc. I'd say this is one of the most worthy choice available in the Maldives and I definitely will stay again in this resort.

Awesome hotel

Absolutely stunning property. Service levels and staff are exceptional. Very impressed with the main buffet and other dining options in the property. The M6M experience is unique and very special. The only negatives I would point out is the dining at the Indian / Ceylon restaurant and the snorkelling experience at another resort was much better. at their house reef. Our other experience with another resort for snorkelling was far superior. The service standards are exceptional at this resort whether it was at the time of arrival or departure. Cannot praise the service quality enough. As an added bonus, the reef has plenty of sharks and manta rays which you can enjoy viewing from your wind villas.

Simply amazing place, staff, service and food. Beautiful and well maintained. Chefs are awesome and they prepared custom and specific food for us everyday per our needs. Overall life time experience.

Great place to visit. Food was amazing. Snorkeling was awesome. The staff was excellent. This place is not cheap by any means, but well worth the extra. I recommend this resort to anyone want to get away for a little while.

Went here on our honeymoon. We have nothing negative to say about this place. They have so many restaurants to eat from and so many activities to choose from, you won’t get bored. Our room was an overwater villa. It was cleaned twice a day by Jashim. He really went out of his way to make our room look neat and organized. What stood out the most for us was the service and their attention to detail. Our butler Anu was great, Ayu one of the hosts at the restaurants was amazing as well, and Salaman one of the buggy drivers we encountered the most was so fun to converse with. This resort is so attentive to their guests and always making sure that we are comfortable. We even had an employee help us line up for our flight to Germany, when everyone else in line from other resorts were just there by themselves. I will recommend this place to everyone I know and will come back in the future.

We had an amazing stay at this place. The villas were super clean and the service was amazing. The food was also amazing and they have a lot of options. There were also some activities for us to do as part of the all inclusive package. Over all it was a great experience and would recommend this place to anyone.

It was HEAVEN!!!!!!! The place is a Dream. After months of planning we finally chose Ozen to be the place for our honeymoon/1st wedding anniversary. the details are must when you plan it out. The staff is very nice. The weather was beautiful. The food was amazing. we actually got to meet Ajay Devgan (Bollywood Actor) he was there with his son for his birthday.Maldives is pretty popular destination for bollywood stars since it's close by and very private. i mean i can just go on and on and on about this trip and it would still be hard to put it in words. we were blessed to be able to make this trip possible and hope everyone gets to go here as well.

This place was amazing. The food was delicious and the ambiance of the restaurant was something out of a magazine. Everybody was so pleasant especially our butler. This place was a slice of heaven on Earth. Definitely recommend this island 🏝

An excellent resort. They focus on the whole experience and appreciate you all the way. This started from the meet and greet at the airport in their private lounge. Then followed the comfortable and scenic boat trip to the resort. Then the private butler who attended to all your needs (thanks Vikas). They have a system to pay close attention to your concerns and thoughts. You feel like you’re being heard, which is priceless.

PERFECT VACATION

Our stay was perfect and truly first class. The Indulgence Package means put your worries behind and allow the wonderful staff take care of you at their amazing resort A swift and luxurious speed boat transfer from the airport begins the OZEN experience. We were the 2000th guests at OZEN following the COVID reopening, they prepared a special reception for us upon arrival (Google "Ozen 2000 guest" and check out the video). This was a sign of amazing things to come. The service provided by EVERY member of the staff, from housekeeping to management, was beyond exceptional. Staff was tirelessly going above and beyond to enhance our stay. This includes things like making sure our favorite wines were available for dinner (80 bottles to choose from!), custom menu offerings, private beachside candle-lit dinner and watersport activities.. Food quality and ingredients were top-notch, and could be enjoyed at 5 different restaurants (including an underwater restaurant with tasting menu). There is also a wonderful poolside bar that serves light snacks. The alcohol selection is top-shelf. Again all food and drinks are included in the Indulgence Package. A fantastic value. Facilities are impeccably maintained. Dive/snorkel shop is wonderful and accommodating. I cannot fault any aspect of our stay, a true rarity in my 30+ years of travel. We so enjoyed this trip that we plan to return again before the end of the year. Thank you OZEN and staff!!!!

Heaven like place!!

Moment we booked, the staff replied to my emails & provided information quickly. When we arrived at the airport, someone was there waiting to receive us and take us on the boat to the hotel. The boat was very nice too. When we arrived at the hotel, there were more staff members there who greeted us at the jetty & we sat on the buggy carts and Baari took us to our room. I am not sure if some of the procedures have changed a bit due to covid. But it was nice not to go to reservations office for check in but instead be taken directly to our room with all explanations about the resort given during our ride. When we got to our room, our luggage was already there. Our water villa with pool was soo amazing!! I think it’s worth getting a room with a pool. The pool size is so big compared to other hotels and the room also has a the overwater hammocks! The bathroom is massive with a nice tub & separate shower both with an amazing view, especially during sunset. Food at hotel was great! We had a set menu for the day with few options to pick from. Everyday there is a different menu, so you’re never going to get bored of the food. You’ll also get dessert during lunch and dinner. Who doesn’t love dessert! There are plenty of activities to do, to name a few: snorkeling, kayaking, fishing, jet ski, etc Overall this resort, has so much to offer compared to alot of other places we were looking at, and it check marked every aspect of what we were looking for. Highly recommend OZEN!

Wonderful time

Lovely property, good size and a few eating options per day. Hotel was partially opened and very quiet which was great for our party. Service in the main restaurant from Moosa was wonderful however some of the other staff were just plain patronising. Baari our room butler is just super attentive.

You MUST go here - Simply awesome!

An amazing venue. From the moment we were greeted by a dozen members of staff at the jetty, we were made to feel so special. Our personal butler, Shark, Introduced hinself to us and took us to sign in where we were offered a frink and welcomed personally by the GM. Room was amazing - a beachfront room with a neatiful secludede pool. The toom was fantastic and included a fully stocked bar. The outdoor showere had Asprey Amenities. Food is great, not amaxing but I am rather fuddy. Drinks selecetion including wine was awesome. There were many occasions when we were given amazing service and we were sad to leave. Thanks to everyone for an amazing holidat

unforgettable days in paradise

We have felt like a king and queen from the second we touched the island. The personnel was extremely friendly, always there for you, professional and also fun. The food is a dream, always fresh and tasty. The selection was big and switching every evening to a different restaurant was very exciting. The reservations have always worked, never we got disappointed. The massages were fantastic, we also had couple-massages, I can recommend this to any couple! The island was always very clean, other hotel guests were also nice, we didn't see any shocking situations with guests of different nationalities not knowing how to behave. We also did a few sports activities and the staff was always so friendly explaining us how to use it. Out water villa with pool was sensational, we were very surprised that the pool had sweet water and not salt water (what we personally prefer). Also the bath tub was very special, the tub has a heating inside, so when you sit inside it is warm and if you come home after a long night and the staff has again prepared a bath-tub-surprise for us, the water was still warm!!! They have always decorated our bedroom or bathroom with special flowers and made different animals out of the towels, so it was always an exciting moment to step into the villa again and see the new surprise. I would recommend this hotel to anyone I love and want to have a perfect vacation with no stress whatsoever. For us this hotel gets 10 out of 10 points.
