Just another OYO Seems like OYO buys rundown hotels and make profit off them without spending money on updating anything

An okay one to two star place. Cheap by Cabo standards in a poor old building. Minimal hot water but otherwise an okay crashpad far off the tourist area.

We only stayed one night because we did not want to drive back to our house in Los Barriles in the dark. The property could use some renovations but the room was clean and safe. We only spent $30 so we considered it a great deal. We had a tv and ac in the room. No wifi but the tv was a great alternative. They only gave us one towel but we made do with our beach towels we had in our car.

Employees are thieves

The morning front desk turd refused to give me my 500 peso deposit back, saying that the night clerk did not report it. He not only took it but I had to catch an Uber to go to a bank to get it. The only way to get it back would to have beat this little thief’s ass, but then I would likely have been arrest by his uncle or neighbor who was a cop…which is likely who taught him the art of corruption. This stuff is only supposed to happen in movies. What a joke…I wonder how many people they do this to.

Area around hotel was dirty with lots of trash. Safe, good service, great price. Good restaurants near.

Los cabos trip

The receptionist Mayra was great. Very attentive and helped me solve issues quickly

Do not stay in this hotel. The place was dirty, and the managers were rude and incompetent - it took about 2 hours to make a check-in. Do not take TV controls without cleaning them - very dirty. Do not use the towels, they wanted us to pay for using the towels.

In a line, DO NOT STAY HERE but if you need details, there are roaches, people drinking on the property, very dirty TV controls, plumbing issues, they have parking for 3 cars for the entire business, etc. When checking out, they reviewed all towels and sheets to find any type of dirt so they could keep the $25 deposit. They do not understand the towels are to be used. The have buckets collecting water from leaks. We needed to leave the bags at about 4 pm to come back after 6 pm and they did not allow us to leave the bags. Bizzzarrooooo

Afuera de mi habitación se encontraban personas consumiendo drogas, mi habitación no tenía aire acondicionado por lo que tuve que solicitar cambio de piso y me pidieron $600 pesos de depósito, querían que lo pagara en efectivo y al comentarles que tenía sólo tarjeta se portaron de forma grosera y me solicitaron que trajera efectivo y les pagara el depósito

I have stayed here twice, only because its 3 blocks from my ladies house.. The first time they assigned me a room with a 4 inch hole over the width of the front door, no toilet seat or shower curtain... I wasn't in the room 2 minutes and went down and had it changed.. The second time I stayed 10 days foolishly.. After 7 days they hadn't cleaned my room.. I went down and complained.. At the end of my 10 day stay the room still hadn't been cleaned, and they charged me 30 pesos because my sheet wasn't clean.. I said---you owe me 1000 pesos for not cleaning my room for 10 days... Never, ever again people.. I'll pay the extra money and walk a little further.. This place isn't worth $20 a night.. Take heed people..

CROOKS - do not deal with these low life people

Probaly one of the worst hotels in cabo. They scammed me twice ! One time by cancell8ng my reservation last minute and second by charging me double on my card for a 1 night stay

You need to leave a cash deposit upon check in. But when you check out, a staff member goes in the room and tries to find many things to charge you. You will not leave with your deposit. Also the heater did not work, there is no warm blanket (just a thin sheet), and there is no hot water for shower. Staff is dishonest. I will not come here again and I strong do NOT recommend this hotel.

It was the cheapest motel but when i got there i was over charged by a decent amount and the room had no blanket just a single sheet. Cant say it waz worth saving the money at all.

I was completely disappointed and not happy at all with my stay at this place. Room was a complete disaster. We paid for a room with a kitchenette but there was no kitchen at included the bathroom toilet did not flush, it was also a big crack in the seat so when you set down it pinched yourself. The grout work around the sink and bathroom was falling off and dilapidated the entire room was In shambles. When I opened the nightstand roaches scattered and I would like my money returned!

the staff were so nice but there was black mold in the bathroom and all over the box spring. i got a terrible cough from staying there

Equilibrado el precio con la habitacion.

Bien en promedio, solo faltaron pocos detalles para el uso del baño de mi habitacion. El personal fue amable incluso pude guardar mis cosas unas horas antes de ingresar. Muy bien lo demas.

Es buena por los accesos que tiene solo los detalles es que cobran una cuota de deposito por si causas daños a los blancos o a los controles de los cuales los blancos ya estanan manchados digo si se cobra algo asi es porque ya deberían haber comprado otros pero no, tambien falta de agua caliente hay un horario que es muy fresco en los cabos y no hay agua caliente para ser un hotel, tambien el aire acondicionado te piden cuidar los controles y el equipo no es de lo mas bueno le faltaban piezas

Ropa de cama y toallas en mal estado, olor a guardado en la habitación, mala decoración, y de noche estaba cerrado y l regresar tuvimos que tocar y l persona estaba dormida tardo en abrirnos no me volvería a quedar ahí definitivamente

Mal servicio

La encarga en turno no tiene. Buenos modales de atención y la verdad creo que estaría mejor que te pongan las fotos correctas de las habitaciones no solo la que muestra para poder propaganda en la página

Nada que ver con las fotos. NO RESERVEN Teníamos 1 toalla vieja y manchada, no había papel de baño, no había ventana en el baño, solo un hoyo 💀. Teníamos 2 únicas almohadas súper viejas y ni siquiera del mismo tamaño. Solo teníamos la sábana de la cama para taparnos; la habitación olía a humedad y la puerta tenía una simple chapa desgastada. La tele estaba a la altura del techo y teníamos que conectarla nosotros estorbando el abrir la puerta, corriendo el riesgo de jalarla y tirar la tele. De verdad si tienen duda en si reservar o no, esta es la señal para decirles NO RESERVEN AHÍ.

Hagan caso a los comentarios el lugar y el servicio pésimo y efectivamente nada de agua caliente aunque reportes, todo en mal estado

Falta capacitación a recepciónista

Lo peor, cucarachas en en los cuartos, todos los muebles dañados la puertas en mal estado, yo no se como expedia puede tener este hotel en su repertorio da lastima Este fue un regalo y ahora me caigo de verguenza. es el peor de las reservaciones que hago

La calidez del personal es inmejorable. Pero las instalaciones tienen lo mínimo para ser habitables dignamente.

Muy mal. Era un cuarto en azotea, sin señal de internet aunque decian que si habia. el televisor solo lo podias ver conectando con tu cuenta netfliz

Estuvimos solo una noche en este hotel, en general la habitación está bien, el personal fue amable, los únicos detalles que notamos fue que la ventana de la habitación la cual daba al pasillo no se podía cerrar con seguro, para nosotros no hubo inconveniente ya que íbamos de paso y también por la mañana temprano escuchamos ruido afuera de la habitación. En general el hotel está bien, pudimos ir caminando rumbo a la Delegación y encontramos varias opciones para cenar.

Nos gustó la amplitud de las habitaciones, no nos gustó que la puerta no servía y se atoraba a cada rato.

Las atenciones del personal fueron muy buenas pero eso no debe quitar el hecho de que la habitación estaba sucia en general, muebles muy viejos y pésimo servicio de internet

Muy mal, hice la reservación para mi esposa y al llegar a hacer el check in, se encontró con una escena de discusión muy incómoda entre la recepcionista y otro sujeto, se sintió muy insegura, ingreso a su habitación y salió, al regresar se percató de algunos cambios de su habitación y notó que el baño había sido utilizando por alguien más ya que estaba mojado, prefiero abandonar el lugar de en ese momento, ya que además de eso noto actividades lo que hace suponer de que se trata de un motel y no de un Hotel como lo tienen anunciado

La atención muy buena sin embargo la limpieza deja mucho que desear, había jabones usados en la regadera, falta mantenimiento en general a las instalaciones, sábanas manchadas, etc.
