Very Dirty property. I saw few other hotels in same cost range and choose OYO considering its a brand. I was travelling for 1 day. My plan was to use hotel to keep luggage & rest for 2-3 hours and spend most part of Ramazan day at Haram. However hotel was very dirty, very unpolite reception, accessibility to Haram was really bad....
Nothing at all
Bad hotel
Bad service, bad location
Bad experience
At first the location they have shared while booking is not correct. It is 3 to 4 kms far from the centre. When I reached tge correct place no body was there at reception to attend. I had to book another hotel.

One of the worse stays ever
We arrived at the hotel 2.30pm the receptionist said we had to wait till 4pm as that was the rule and that our room was getting cleaned so we waited. At 4pm we asked the key for the room only to be literally shouted at( what a rude person how on earth someone can employ someone like that I don't know) The lift is very small and compact once we got to the room it wasn't in the best state, the bathroom was very very small no glass around the cubicle or curtain no soap no shampoo and no towels. Also no coffee no tea What a poor poor state none of the staff were helpful and they couldn't speak English so if you don't know Arabic good luck as you going to need it. I didn't even ended up staying at the hotel the night and am glad I didn't Hotel.com need to reconsider even advertising this hotel I wish I had taken some photo
