RIP-OFF AND ROACHES
COMPLETE RIP-OFF!!! Do NOT stay here! Roaches everywhere and I was duped into paying double! We reserved and paid for a room on Hotels.com and the front desk said the reservation was cancelled and that we would have to pay out of pocket. I was given a supposed email from them saying as such. I later found it was NOT cancelled and Hotels.com would not refund me even with my email evidence. I have been using Hotels.com for over 15 years, but I will NEVER AGAIN. Poor customer service and poor vendor administration and coordination.
Accessible to the exam location of my niece; clean room & nice staff. Expecting 2 queen beds based on what was seen on the reservation website but was provided 1 twin bed & a double deck. Good thing it was just an overnight stay. Overall rating ‘very satisfactory’.😊 Thank you!
My booking was not found when I arrived. They said it was walk in bookings only! I needed to pay again to stay the night I need to ask Expedia for a full refund.
