Staff were very accommodating and helpful. The laundry service was well worth the cost. Amazing experience!

Hot but great location!

If it's the summer, make sure you ask if the air conditioner is broken. Spent three nights with abominable heat relieved by small fan that the clerk brought up to me. Wonderful location in Old Town and very pleasant Libby personnel.

Enjoyable stay in central location

I really enjoyed my stay at ours bland Wilson, the hotel is placed near the heart of the centre. Lots of restaurants nearby, there’s the famous market as well at only one minute! You can easily walk everywhere or take any bus or transport to reach any destination. I definitely recommend it, my room was quite spacious and very clean. It can be a bit loud at night as the building is located in the corner between restaurants but I personally didn’t mind. Staff is very nice and helpful! I would come back

Good hotel, great location and friendly staff

Very friendly and helpful staff. Hotel in a great location but quite old and everything very small - lobby, rooms and lift. Not much space in the bathroom. Good for a few nights only.

Small hotel in the busy area of the city

The room was normal size for Europe. So small but functional. The wifi worked well and there is a small drawer fridge with free refreshments they restock each day (nice touch). Very short walk to the metro; 1 minute. Overall for the price it was a nice place. The only con was they turned off the AC for the year, being November, and the room was a little warm and there's too much street noise to leave the window open.

Great for a city tour

The hotel is in the center of the city hence ideal for a city trip. The equipment is a bit dated and the beds were not very good. The rooms are very small. Our window was facing the fire ladder and a wall. It was very warm in the room even though the AC was on. The free minibar was nice, but also not really cold. That seemed to be a general thing on our trip, maybe related to safe energy in the EU. We did not have breakfast. The free coffee was alright.

Fantastic Price - Perfect location!

Fantastic little hotel for me and my friend on a visit to Toulouse. The room has a little mini bar with non alcoholic drinks free of charge! Much needed water after a night in bars of Toulouse. The room I had (44) was medium sized with a balcony. And as it was 4th floor very quiet. The receptionists on checkin and out were lovely and spoke good English! Will definitely stay again.

Disappointed

On positive side- friendly réception staff and clean bed . On negative side- depressing,dark,small bedroom with view of fire escape.escape.Claustrophobic.Would not recommend this hotel unless just looking for a clean bed .

It’s rated as 4 star-more like 2 star. But it was clean, friendly service and great location. As far as I recall, 4 star normally means all the trimmings and thrills-if that is so, then I would not rate as 4 star

Average but close to City Centre.

Uncomfortable pillows, and dirty stained carpet. The AC was excellent, and there was a free minibar.

Central location

Great central location. Close to many attractions if you are a tourist. Small but clean rooms. Decent breakfast too.

Central but quiet and good value

Good value excellent hotel. Quite small and not many facilities, but not needed for city break. In a beautiful spot and much more central than a lot of the other chains. Room clean and fresh, and serviced every day. Big bathroom and good shower. Breakfast was 10 euro's for a continental, but realised once paid for a coffee and breakfast on the first morning elsewhere, its actually good value! I'd definately recommend, and stay there again if go back to Toulouse.

Nice neighborhood, great value for the price, rooms are small though well planned out and comfortable. Convenient to transportation, restaurants, shopping, Cathedrals, and more.

Close to lots of cafes and city attractions

We felt very safe walking from our hotel into various areas of the city. we loved the fact that within a few minutes we could get to bakeries and cafes- excellent location

Friendly service from reception staff at all times. Room quite small but comfortable bed and more importantly the room was completely quiet. I liked the little touches like free soft drinks and water in the room fridge, and coffee in the lobby.

Romantic weekend getaway - good choice!

We stayed on a Friday and Saturday night, the hotel is perfect for anyone who likes to stay in a quiet hotel as there was no noise of traffic or other hotel guests. Our room was clean and spacious and had a small fridge and safe which both came in handy. We didn't watch TV as we were out but it was a good size flat screen TV. The ensuite bathroom had a bath and shower which had a decent pressure. I wouldn't say strong but okay. I loved the location of the hotel near Wilson square which has a great restaurant starting with and H, cant remember the name. We also enjoyed some mojitos at the brazillian cocktail bar around the corner.

Overrated

Hotel is very well located but room is extremely small. Breakfast is also clearly over rated and dissapointing. Staff is okay but compared to other hotels in the region were not as engaged. Only asked one thing to call a taxi for the next morning and it was not done. Luckily I was not late to the airport. I tried Hotel Riquet a few weeks before which was a 3 star instead of 4 yet was much better in every way.

Stayed for a short business trip and found the rooms to be well priced and clean with nice AC and quiet room. Great city center location.

Lovely hotel in a great location. Rooms was well equip. The only negative I have is that the room was quite small for a 4 star hotel.

Best value hotel experience in expensive Toulouse

Location is perfect. Very close to the Metro and some great restaurants. Staff super helpful and friendly. Good breakfast facility with Nespresso machine and pain au chocolat & croissants with jam. Clean room and well designed bathroom. Reliable good wi-fi. Didn't have any problems with noise and the room was nice and warm all night.

Nice basic hotel

This was a comfortable, simple hotel. The staff were helpful. They did not have coffee/tea facilities in the room and that was difficult for me--going down two floors for the lobby coffee was inconvenient when I was rushing to get ready for my meetings. The location was excellent, close to restaurants, shopping and the metro. I would stay again.

One night in Toulouse

The room was fine if quite small. The area around the hotel was extremely vibrant. We felt safe and comfortable walking around. Because of the bars and restaurants in the vicinity there was a lot of street noise all night long right until it was time to get up. All in all a comfortable room at a reasonable price in a part of the city with a great vibe.

A small, two star hotel. Great location downtown with an amicable breakfast. Close to the metro and city centre. Rooms don't include many amenities. Thin walls let the noise of other guests carry through to other rooms.

Reliable, friendly centrally located hotel

This unpretentious, reasonably priced hotel has been a favorite for many years. My friends and I have always found it a reliable and friendly place to stay. Its location is a major advantage--easy parking, a few minutes' walk to sights and sites of the heart of the city.

just an over night stay but were put in a very very tight room.Very difficult to move around even it was only one person staying.

L'emplacement est parfait, tout est accessible à pied. Après la chambre est un peu petite mais fonctionnelle. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir

Bien situé au centre ville, très petite chambre

Chambre très petite et sombre, vue sur un escalier de secours. Très petit bureau et peu de place pour bouger. Literie et autres équipement de bonne qualité.

Pour un 4 Etoiles en sur-classement le lit était petit en longueur. Pas de machine à café dans la chambre et une baignoire étroite.

La chambre n'est pas en bon état, je sais que certaines chambre sont en bon et joliment decorée.

2 nuits à Toulouse

Excellent emplacement en plein centre de Toulouse, chambre correcte, grande salle d'eau mais petite douche, petit déjeuner correct mais servi dans une salle aveugle au S/Sol... moins bien !

Agréable séjour passer la vue ne correspondez pas à nos attentes mais hormis cela rien a dire .

Great

A great hotel in the very center, close to the major sights, restaurants, shops etc. The windows isolate noises quite well. The parking is located 5 min walk away and I had to use gps to get there. It it was great with discount. A quite small elevator.

Hôtel agréable mais surprise que ce soit un 4 étoiles. La nuit était agréable, mais les oreillers pas à mon goût. Le service de petit-déjeuner en chambre est efficace quoique 10 minutes en retard (pas top quand on est pressée) . Ma tasse était à moitié remplie et ils ont oublié mes couverts. De plus, l'hôtel est mal insonorisé.

Hôtel très bien placé en centre ville de Toulouse juste à côté du marché Victor Hugo où il est agréable de bruncher le dimanche - Personnel très sympathique et serviable - 2 petites remarques toutefois : les lits ne sont pas en 160 comme j'avais cru pourtant le comprendre lors de mon appel téléphonique et le plateau d'accueil avec boulloire, thé, café ne m'a pas été proposé lorsque j'ai demandé une boisson chaude. C'est dommage

Bon Hotel au centre ville

Bon Hotel bien situé. Nous avons juste eu un petit problème sur les taxes de séjour : A la réservation Expedia nous indique qu'ils sont inclus dans le prix, mais sur place l'Hotel nous demande de les payer en sus. Nous n'avons pas pu déterminer d'où venait l'erreur. Expedia ou l'Hotel ? Au final nous avons du les ajouter à notre note.
