The room was spacious and wonderful. The staff with very friendly and helpful.

When we arrived the AC in the room was not working. We changed rooms next day but the room was inferior for what we had. The bed in the room was old and noise. I will not stay in this hotel anymore.

This hotel came recommended as a 5 star stay during our time in Belo Horizonte. However I did find the amenities and service to be lacking. No bell boy to bring luggage to room on arrival. Sub par air conditioning in Brazils summer heat. Extremely outdated rooms and elevator that were often broken. The workers were friendly but this place needs a complete overhaul.

This is a very good hotel. It has great amenities and service

The hotel is the perfect location, with a ton of things to do around the area. Food and amenities were great. The only issue was the check in process, they had told us they gave our room to someone else so we had to wait 30 minutes which was frustrating after our long day of travels, but they were very kind and accommodating.

I love this hotel I go there all the time recommend it

Começando dos Atendentes no check in, Housekeeping, Bartender, waiters, Securitys ,etc ..... Hotel ouro Minas fazem de Tudo para que você se sinta em casa. Só Deve uma pequena coisa que Dessa vez me incômodou um pouco ,mas sei que se tivesse Reclamando com eles teriam resolvido. Foi o Quarto em cima do meu que fazendo Barulho as 3 am .(como se tivesse arrastando carteira) mas no mais foi Perfeito ! Meu Muito obrigada Damares Dias

I have stayed at this hotel many times over the years. The staff is always helpful, it is always clean and the food is always good. I highly recommend it !!!

It’s a nice, comfortable hotel.. however, it is old, and the facilities are really bad. On the positive side, the staff is very friendly and the breakfast buffet is good.

The hotel is well known in the area for being the best hotel in the city. I thought the hotel was fine - it was relatively clean, the front desk staff spoke English which was a huge plus at check in and check out, the room itself was spacious although during both stays the couch was stained and during our second stay the wall was stained. The TV was very confusing and difficult to operate. There were multiple options for watching TV but no instructions for how to get to each area. Instructions for the multiple remotes would have been very helpful. We didn't get the opportunity to use the various facilities that the hotel offers but we did walk by them and apart from the pool being incredibly crowded they all looked good. Pulling into the hotel could be tricky depending on what time of day you were arriving. The entry/drop off/pick up area is very small for the size of the hotel and it's conference center and was often very crowded.

Nice hotel conveniently located. Staff were very helpful. Breakfast is excellent.

I love this hotel atmosphere

Air conditioning wasn’t cooling properly, besides it was making noise, told the management about it and they took for ever to fix it. The safe in the room didn’t work either. The everyday room cleaning was skipped in two occasions. A group of football players arrived at the hotel and the management closed all access to enter the hotel, so I had to wait hours before I was given access to my room. I would rate this hotel a 3 star hotel

I have problem with the AC was dropping water and stop work

The pics are clearly not very accurate. Very old rooms and with a loads of faulty points (AC, doors, bathtubs… fire water sprinkler covered - safety hazard) Very dirty. Found loads of hair and dust. Some of the staff at the lobby did try to help, but overall the service and the room did not deliver. I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone. There are better hotels with better prices in Belo Horizonte.

Old and very unprepared staff. Food is average and service very poor. Should be a 4-star hotel at most. Water dirty for showers and sink and too hot then cold. Very uncomfortable.

Whenever I come to Belo Horizonte I always stay at Ouro Minas Hotel. The staff is friendly and bilingual (my Portuguese isn’t great so I really appreciate that) breakfast is good, and the prices aren’t bad for the long stays that I’m usually there for.

Very disappointing stay. Terrible service, the room wasn't clean, the sheets were stained. The restaurant service was horrible.

O hotel é ótimo, mas carece de uma renovação para se manter no nível de outros hotéis de categoria semelhante. Um pequeno detalhe que senti que poderia melhorar é nos banheiros, que contam com dispenser para papel higiênico que são extremamente inconvenientes para uso. Tenho certeza que economizam algum custo para o hotel, mas sacrificam a conveniência do hóspede. No geral, um ótimo hotel. Recomendo a todos que forem a Belo Horizonte e precisam estar próximos ao estado de futebol.

Good stay

Location is not the best but room was very quiet and comfortable, in particular after a local football team won the championship. Bed was super comfortable

No covid respect!

It was terrible! They didn’t respect any COVID rules, people were walking without masks and during one of my six days there they had a 300 people event inside the breakfast area! Absurd! Also, the furniture was completely old!

The hotel is excellent.. the staff is friendly, professional and knowledgeable.. the location is great, near train station, bus stop that takes you anywhere in the city, right across there is a mall, and a great steakhouse... the hotel breakfast buffet is the best I’ve ever seen, and the hotel restaurant is refined, the food is great and the service is top of the line.. I highly recommend this property.. will definitely come back .

The pool and jacuzzi was 24 hours, the at the piano restaurant was excellent, the drinks were very well made, Leonardo helped me when we were checking in and was very friendly, knowledgeable and spoke fluent English. Anytime I needed something Leonardo or the staff were there to assist. An excellent experience

Nice hotel, conveniently located to the north of Belo Horizonte, with good valet parking and close to the local shopping center. Rooms were very dated and could do with refurbishment. Food and drink choices were limited, with the quality not that great.

The room was spacious and clean. The water pressure and shower was excellent. The common areas with restaurant was convenient and classy.

The hotel is fine but the procedures about the rules is not good because when my friends fallow me até my room the hotel security is flow us like criminal person but my friend is a lower, I can’t believe the expensive hotel have that condition, I am very obsessed about I am not stay on this hotel again, also the food that I am eating is very expensive and poor quality

When in Belo Horizonte, I always stay at the Ouro Minas Palace, mostly because of the incredibly ftiendly and aytentive staff
