Pissed from america

First of all we was supposed to have a early check in since our flight arrived at 5 am but once we got to the hotel they never let us check in till 2 pm so after traveling for 20 hours I got to sit next to the pool in the sun for 6 hours then once we got the rooms we was supposed to have 2 rooms close to each other one was on the 7 the floor the other was on the 10 th I was told they would change it the following morning but even after I asked several times that never happened the TV in one of the rooms didn't work the manger said she would fix it and that also never happened in my 3 day stay in my opinion they seriously need to work on there customer service the young lady that was the manger seemed to be on a serious power trip I wouldn't recommend staying at this location to anyone

convenient and value for money.

its a convenient location for a short trip there are foods restaurant shop all around the neighborhood. a short walk to naia 3 . only negative about the stay was not helpful concierge,wont allow to leave things on the front desk. they have to address this problem.

There were a few issues like access to the gym but the condo owner did a workaround so that was nice. The place was smaller than one might be used to but they did have a washer and dryer. It was average and if there was a deal or promotion, I would stay there again.

The staff are very friendly and accommodating Room is nice and clean.

Walking distance.

Photo looked nothing like the photo at booking “ oh you ordered the standard room “ no sound on the tv, rundown, fridge never cooled down . Best thing was location to the airport. Walking distance.

This place was horrible, the television didn't work, bed was so uncomfortable, my back still hurts. They should close this place down. I had ro book another room for my last days.

Studio in the City

I enjoyed staying in this facility. Location is close to everything including the airport. It is a gated facility with Security and CCTV everywhere. The Staff are very nice and responds immediately to all my needs. Communication with the caretaker is great. I will definitely come back. Room has a small kitchen equipped with utensils/rice cooker/hot water pot. With microwave and fridge. Hot shower is a plus (in and out though 😁). All in all I am very satisfied with my stay.

I was overall happy with my stay. I had couple issues but hotel was very quick to respond and make things good.. i felt comfortable and safe there also.. All staff was supportive and responsive to my questions and needs. I'll definitely book there again in future and do recommend staying there.

It was okay n staff friendly. Except that they are very stiff about late check out as my flight was at night n have to checknout by 12noon.

Excellent stay & will definitely return to One Palm Tree Villas on future stays in Pasay City Manila

Overall is was a pleasant stay the shower was bit dangerous as the door swings into the shower and very low to the floor so im squashed in the corner trying to open the door after a shower only to nearly cut my toe off ,good view from the balcony and close to airport ,staff was nice and helpfull no problem checking in despite other reviews we saw just remember to call in advance if you get a late flight like we did. Would happily stay again

I didn't like that there's no front desk or a direct contact person to ask about our reservation. We were moved from one building to another. I like, because it felt safer and very convenient to the airport. Best place to stay, but lack of communication.

Paid almost double then I normally pay in condos b,c,d , because it was advertized as more luxurious.Was ground level beside busy main road, so very noisy, and exhaust fumes went straight through air conditioning.Moved the next day to the cheaper suite with no discount.

had a little hiccup on check-in. waited for a while for the caretaker to drop by. Room was exactly as advertised. Internet speed was surprisingly fast. Love the location.

Condo with a lot of potential.

This little space is very homey. The decorations and quilted bedding make it super cute and cozy. The apartment has a fridge, AC unit, and kitchenette. The biggest problem was cleanliness. There were many cockroaches, ants, and beetles throughout the space. The sheets weren't very clean either. The AC unit seems old as it would turn off every 20 minutes or so (I think due to overheating). This could be a really great place to stay with just some basic updates and improvements.

I did not stay at One Palm Tree Villas

I booked a room at One Palm Tree Villas but after a very long wait for our contact to meet us with the key, we were taken across the road to the Sarasota and shown to our room. It was a dump and we both didn’t even want to sit down so we left. The owner did say we would get a refund though,
