Very friendly staff. Received a bottle of champagne which was wonderful. Big rooms and very quiet a private.

I had a wonderful time staying at One Ibiza Suites. The property was immaculate with stunning views from my balcony. One Ibiza Suites will be my go to every time I go Ibiza.

Great location, super comfortable

Amazing Autumn break

We had a lovely stay in this relaxing and shic hotel in mid October, its very well located right in the middle of the nicest sweep of the southern beaches. The staff are extrmely friendly and helpful and the overall vibe is one of relaxed easy luxury

Excellent hotel!

Amazing hotel, very clean, incredible staff, very attentive to details. The sea front apartment was absolutely lovely. Excellent location, in front of a beautiful beach, walking distance to the old town and great restaurants. The only point was that we were not informed that the parking had a cost, which I got to know in the check out, so I think a clearer communication when checking in would avoid misunderstandings in this sense in the future.

Amazing hotel with fantastic staff

I stayed here with my 15 Yr old daughter for just one night in October. This hotel really is amazing. It is modern, trendy, clean, friendly and very pink! We were offered a complimentary drink in the roof top bar on arrival, which was very nice. The infinity rooftop pool is just lovely, as are the beds. Towels are in abundance. The rooms are spotless, and we were lucky enough to get an upgrade from courtyard view to sea view. The wine, robes and slippers were an added treat. I didn't eat breakfast there, but it did look very nice, not your average breakfast, but at $35 a head I guess it must be good. We had snacks and drinks in the rooftop bar at sunset, just beautiful! The hotel offer a very courteous bag storage, and they offer changing facilities with showers which is so handy if you have a late flight home. The reception staff / concierge really cannot do enough for you. We'll be back for sure, and next time for longer.

Spacious room with kitchen amazing view wonderful stuff

Closer to an Aparthotel than a full-fledge hotel. Interesting concept. Shower and lavabos were all clogged, was the same a few years back when i stayed there. Maybe a structural plumbing issue? Overall expect a solid 4-star equivalent rather than a 5-star, even if it is priced like one.

Wonderful hotel, friendly staff and great rooftop infinity pool & bar

Excellent experience

Great location, buffet has many options including cook to order eggs benedict. Some issues included our balcony lock did not work. Also it took multiple requests as well as a 10min conversation for them to honor the my gold status in order to provide the complimentary bottle of sparkling wine.

My husband and I had a fabulous stay. The location is perfect, nearby plenty of walkable restaurants (with exceptional food!), shops, and beaches. The service was very responsive and amenities (laundry, pool, gym) were all great. Highly recommend and we will be returning!

Overall, our stay here was incredible. Not a bad thing to say. The food, the amenities, the property, and the staff.. all amazing. I will most definitely stay here again my next trip to the Island.

Ok property. Can be enough for your stay in visa. Was expensive for the value I got. Room is big but equipments are a bit on the older side and look low quality. Location is close from the old city and shopping area but you still need to walk 12-15 mins In retrospect, I would find a hotel in one of the Main Street shops f i am to focus on old city shopping and dining

The room was spacious and clean We had ocean view. It wasn’t the nicest beach but it was nice to be so close and convenient to everything in walking distance We also had the port for the boat to take us to Formentera which was amazing Also the hotel added a Champagne bottle for our anniversary which was really appreciated

The property was very nice, conveniently located near many good restaurants and bars. Very close to the airport, would absolutely return to this property! All the staff were also very informative and friendly.

I love this place!

This hotel was magnificent. From the moment we checked in, we felt like family. It is as much an apartment as hotel but with the amenities of a hotel. The staff are helpful, kind, friendly and child friendly also. They do their best to assist with any request. The views were captivating and soothing and the beach is easily accessible- the hotel provides soft towels for beach versus pool also. I will never stay anywhere else on Ibiza.

This was very fantastic experience for us staying at Ibiza One Suites - we were pampered by stuff like we were staying at Four Seasons! They strived to all our needs and went above and beyond - we defintely recommend it, very clean, modern, right next to down town, has ferry boat right next to it, and roof top pool/bar/ kitchen is definitely something to experience during your visit!

Lovely hotel, wonderful staff!

Hotel was beautifully decorated. Every staff were very friendly and all greeted you every time they saw you. I feel they go out your way to make your stay comfortable. We stayed in the grand suite. We got really good toiletries and the hotel picked us up and dropped us off at the airport since we stayed in the grand suite. You also get welcome drink on arrival too. Beach was right infront of us. Old town and the port took us around 20 mins to walk there. Plenty of god restaurants and bars close by. Definitely recommend this hotel based on my experience. 10/10!

Really uncomfortable stay due to rude and aggressive staff. Really bizarre experience. Worst hotel I've stayed at due to being made so uncomfortable by staff and everything being made so difficult.

Just the most spectacular place to stay in Ibiza!!

My clients had a 2 bedroom family suite and the loved everything about this hotel.

Not good enough for the cost.

The location and hotel facilities are first class. However the rooms are not designed for multiple occupancy. We paid £475 per night for 3 adults in one room but not enough wardrobe space and 3rd bed is virtually in kitchen area! You pay all this money and they don’t offer breakfast. Madness

One Ibiza Suites is in a great location. Convenient walk or water Taxi to Dalt Vila restaurants and shopping. I ate at the hotel one night and it was one of the best meals I had during my visit. The hotel itself was modern, clean and the staff was amazing. I would recommend this hotel to any of my friends and family.

At the front desk is a blonde argentinan guy that was very rude and unprofessional!, the rest of the staff was very nice above all the rooftop guys

Beautiful, modern property with excellent, flawless service

Me and my sisters had been looking forward to our yearly trip to Ibiza We started our time with lovely days around the pool enjoying cocktails in the sun as it’s once a year we get away together The staff in the pool area were 10/10 they couldn’t have done enough unfortunately I cannot remember a male member of staff who worked behind the bar but he was exceptional The hotel was spotless and the hotel itself is beautiful One night my sister experienced a traumatic night where she stayed in due to stomach cramps and her boyfriend came to visit her to make sure she was okay in the hotel she rang for room service and a member of staff around 12/1am answered the phone to tell her she was in a lot of trouble she went down to reception to be greeted by the member of staff behind the front desk screaming in her face and pointing in her face in front of other guests whilst she was hysterically crying as someone who has worked in customer service and also now runs a company where customer service is the main point I am disgusted a 5* hotel has a member of staff talking to a 22 year old girl the way she experienced they had threatened the police for absolutely no reason and continued to say she was going to be “kicked out of the hotel” at 1am in the morning she was completely on her own feeling vunerable not safe scared in the room scared if a member of staff would break into the room whilst she was sleeping My sister after that night left the hotel to stay elsewhere

Well located property, access to the beach walking didtance 5 min, restaurants around, great amenities and room are well equipped and nice. Clean and all services are good

Amazing stay at One Ibiza Suites! Went with two girlfriends, and loved our room with a sea view, the rooftop pool and bar, the breakfast, and proximity to the promenade with lots of restaurants and cafes. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. We rented a car and could easily get the car in and out through valet. Parking was 20 Euro per day. The food at both the rooftop restaurant and breakfast was delicious. This hotel has a nice chill vibe for relaxing by the pool/sea and the staff is very attentive. It is about 10 minutes from the party scene at Pacha, Ushuaia, etc so easy to get to the fun too. We absolutely loved our stay there. I would love to go back!

Spectacular beach front hotel

Wonderful, clean, large suite with an o San view was our home for a few days. Spectacular!! From check in to a surprise welcome drink. Lunch on the roof, the pool, the beach. Everything was perfect!!!

Outstanding Hotel!!!

Excellent hotel!! Staff was wonderful! Very nice and professional. The hotel location was perfect! Many restaurants options walking distance, it is beachfront but you rather go to other beaches ( Calas) way more pretties but to have the view was very nice. We rented a car and the valet parking service of the hotel was excellent, they even had beach towels inside the car for us every morning. Natalia at the bar was very friendly and the guys at the front desk always willing to help!!! We will definitely recommend!!

We had a great stay at One Ibiza Suites. The hotel was very clean and we thoroughly enjoyed the rooftop pool and bar area. The staff was extremely welcoming and helpful. We would stay here again. The area around the hotel had a nice boardwalk with lots of restaurants. FYI - This side of the island (Ibiza Town) is much quieter than San Antonio, where most of the clubs and bars are, so it makes for a relaxing stay. It was about 25-30 euros each way to get to the San Antonio side if you do want to go to the clubs.

Fab hotel! Breakfast was amazing, staff were friendly and helpful, beds were super comfy. Loved the rooftop pool. If I'm being picky the furniture in the rooms is naff and should be better....faux leather cushions are a definite no! That aside I would definitely stay again.

As soon as you arrive the property. You don't want to leave it. everything you need to make your stay enjoyable is there. The management and staff are exceptionally friendly, helpful and go above and beyond to make sure you're needs are statisfied. I loved it and can't wait to return asap.

Beautiful hotel and amazing views

This hotel was beautiful and the staff were so attentive. They were friendly and helpful always. The accomodation was spacious, airy and bright with comfy beds and an amazing bathroom. The views from our suite were amazing.

Great value.

This boutique hotel was a gem! Excellent location and view. Directly on a great broadwalk full of views and great shops and cafes. Our first appointed room was lacking balcony privacy with direct exposure to the restaurant, which the managers quickly resolved. The staff make this property extra special. The breakfast buffet was absolutely delicious, offering a full spectrum of Europe’s delicacies. My biggest Recommendations would be to resealed the shower doors to avoid water flowing into the rest of the bathroom which makes it quite slippery. I also recommend keeping such great staff :))

Wonderful beachfront hotel and beautiful beach. Two pools including a rooftop pool with bar for adults only. Good location 15-20 minute walk from Old Town. Restaurants and shops all within walking distance. Great service

Perfect for a couple's weekend

One Ibiza Suites takes customer service to a new level! Everything from check in, to asking for them to call a taxi, and any other interaction they exceeded my expectations. The location is central and close to everything, and the beach just outside the hotel is so beautiful!

This was a wonderful getaway for our family (with our adult son). Superb presentation and service. Impeccable cleanliness. Beautiful location. Wish we had booked soon enough to get the view of the sea from our room. We came only for one night but had a late flight the second day and the staff gave us full use of the resort after we had checked out, well into the night. A very memorable stay.

The rooms are very modern and great use of space! Limited hours for use of adult pool and sauna…felt restricted. THE STAFF IS VERY HELPFUL AND THEY GO OUT OF THEIR WAY TO MAKE FOR A PLEASURABLE STAY.

Great place to stay in Ibiza

The hotel is in a good location, just by the beach and 20min walk away from Ibiza old town. Our room was amazing and offered a great view. Bed very comfortable. Only downside is that the pillows are very hard and not very comfortable Great breakfast with made to order eggs and a large choice of cold items at the buffet

Good location, nice pool and food was pretty decent. Loved the sweets at the front desk. The room was rather small for 3 people though.

Great staff and location

Staff are lovely and attentive. Roof pool is a great space with comfy sun beds. Breakfast was very good quality and location was great as a central base, with the ferry to Formentera leaving just outside. I’d say the only downside was that for 3 people the room is on the small side with the bathroom area very much in the room.

It's clean and nice. Staff are helpful. Not amazing place, gym is small, room is not as big as the pics suggest. Rooftop is amazing tho. There was a cockroach in the gym sauna, which freaked me out. It's clean just those occasional nasty surprises.

Everything Perfect

Everything was perfect from the location, to the amenities, to the service and staff. Modern property with everything you could ask for. I was super sad to have to leave. The rooftop pool and bar is spectacular.
