TravellerThis hotel is exceptional. I'm so glad I stayed here. I only wish I'd upgraded to the sea view room. The courtyard room I had was lovely- but the view on the otherside was sensational. Luckily I was able to enjoy it over breakfast. The staff were so kind and helpful. They organized a taxi to the airport for me. But most importantly I have to give them a huge shoutout for being the only place in the neighborhood with a generator as there was an unexpected blackout which happened the evening I stayed. But the hotel was still fully functional. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and the coffee excellent. Wish I'd stayed for longer. No complaints at all.

The hotel was beautiful and the stuff really helpful. We had a standard room which was very elegant and the space was adequate. Excellent location very close to the city centre and magnificent views of the bay. The roof top bar was great and I had one the best martinis ever. The hotel restaurant is worth a try serving fine dining version of local specialties or using local ingredients. Breakfast buffet was very good and also options for cooked breakfast. Lovely stay and would definitely go back.

The best location and friendliest staff. Ocean Habor front. We stayed at room 103 with a balcony looking out to Habor and street. Breakfast was stellar. The staff so friendly and accommodating. Can’t hear the noise from the busiest street in Saloniki. A must stay place. Minutes to restaurants and shoppings.

The ON Residence is exactly where you want to stay in Thessaloniki, right by the water and near to everything. The ride from the airport in a taxi costs about 40 Euros and takes less than 30 minutes to get to this beautifully clean spacious and modern hotel. No, they are not paying me to write this, but the ON Residence is the nicest hotel I stayed in during my recent trip to Greece. Everything about it was well designed and done better than anywhere else, and the price was very reasonable. Walking into your room is just one of those experiences where you say "Ah" and all the stress of traveling there seems to drain away. In Greece, every hotel has a fantastic breakfast, yet the ON Residence takes it to a whole new level and the staff all seemed very well trained, fluent in English and eager to please. The area around the hotel has lots of restaurants and bars. The only thing I'd say is that if you want a more traditional eating experience, you are probably best off going a couple of streets back from the road that follows the coast, where trendy fare tends to dominate, and you will find the real thing. Your tastebuds will thank you for finding it! There may be other great hotels in Thessaloniki, but it would be very hard to beat the location, comfort, service and affordability of the ON Residence. If I'm ever in Thessaloniki again, I know where I'm staying, and I'm not going to bother trying to find something better. I don't think it exists.
