The staff was amazing! From the valet, front desk man, and housekeeper everyone was polite and very helpful. Room was super clean, gym was nice to use and the valet was rapid and awesome. 10/10 recommend.

Exceptional Experience at the Omni San Francisco Our recent stay at the Omni San Francisco was nothing short of amazing! It was our first time at this hotel, as we were in town for a business meeting with a little personal time mixed in. I brought my two older kids along, and we all had a fantastic experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff at every level was incredibly welcoming, kind, and helpful. Their attention to detail and dedication to hospitality truly set the tone for our stay. The 24-hour maid service was a wonderful touch, ensuring that our room remained comfortable and well-stocked throughout. Omni truly prioritizes guest comfort, from refreshing snacks to the thoughtful turn-down service, where they even prepared the sofa bed for us. Unlike many hotels, they are generous with linens and high-quality bathroom products, making the stay even more enjoyable. One of the standout features of our trip was the dining experience. We had breakfast at the hotel each morning, and while the venue may be on the smaller side, the menu offered an excellent variety. Every dish was so well-prepared that they could easily earn Michelin recognition! Omni has set the bar high, and this stay has definitely made me a fan of their brand. I’m already looking forward to my next visit, as this could be the start of a wonderful tradition!

Great location

Loved our stay. Rooms and staff great. Valet service needs a lot of work. At 78 dollars a night plus taxes it should be much better and our cars taken better care of.

I think they should install grab bars beside their bathtubs, because even healthy young people can slip on the smooth surface of tubs during a shower.

This is a beautiful hotel. Loved my large room, the ease of check-in and them so easily accommodating a late check-out. I will definitely be back.

Beautiful hotel in a great location. Easy 5 minute walk from BART station, easy access to busses, and cable car right in front of the hotel. Good clean neighborhood. Hotel staff is very helpful and the rooms are beautiful. Will definitely be returning.

We went to a Warrior’s game and stayed the night. Everyone was friendly and helpful from the valet, check in and the bartender! Rooms were nice, clean and quiet. It was in a great area and we felt safe to walk around to nearby restaurants and bars. We have an Electric vehicle and they even charged it for us. We will definitely stay here again!

Beautiful hotel!

This is a beautiful hotel with very friendly staff. The room was super clean as was the entire place. Just stayed overnight for a Warriors game at Chase center.

Great location and the staff were friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable and our room was ready even though we arrived a bit early. Love the Apple cider in the afternoon!

Absolutely loved our stay in this beautiful hotel

This is a great prooerty. Cable car right out the door and short walk to all transit. 2 blocks from china town. Area felt safe. Staff was amazingly helpful and friendly. Ive never has service this good. Especially at an affordable property. Beds were comfy and rooms big for SF. The few drawbacks. 1. I dont like the $30/night resort fee which was for internet and a fitness center. Total price was still fair though. 2. The resort fee is especially irritating because the wifi was super slow for 3 days. They fixed the "hotel wide problem" right after I inquired and even sent a nice note and snack tray. But hard to believe nobody else complained for 3 days about dial up speed. 3. In exchange for the $30/night resort fee you get a one time $25 food/drink credit. Most places who gouge you with a resort fee make the credit per night. Maybe i should have done 7 single nights instead of 1 week.

Always a great stay!

I have been staying at this Omni for many years for both business and personal trips and each time has been wonderful. The service is excellent and the rooms are comfortable, clean and very quiet. The location is in a very safe area of the financial district. Ask the front desk for a microwave and/or mini fridge if you need them. They are by request. Note that some of the Financial District shops are not open during the weekend.

Most everything was excellent here. The staff was very friendly and the hotel well appointed. My only complaint is that the walls are very thin, so we heard our neighbors talking in the room next door for hours on end. We called the front desk and asked them to intervene so we could sleep, but sadly did not do anything to help.

Used to be nice

No upgrades and at 2am we had to request to change rooms because the people next to us were having a huge fight and the police were called.

Walk to union square and the embarcadero

The hotel stay was very pleasant. All the Staff was very helpful. They were a call away for all our requests and promptly helped us.Restaurant was good.

My wife hates hotels and she loved the Omni. Super clean rooms. Staff was outstanding and super helpful for a family unfamiliar with San Francisco.

I have stayed at this hotel for many years and it never disappoints. The staff is top notch, especially Ricco and the two gentleman serving in the restaurant. Absolutely fabulous as always.

Lovely staff! Warm and helpful. It felt like genuine hospitality in every way. Quick walk to Market Street for most public transportation options.

My wife and I are vegans and we were completely surprised and thankful for the tofu quiche in the hotel restaurant! It was absolutely delicious!

We love this hotel! The staff is so kind, attentive, and personal. They understand the challenges of traveling with kids, and they are patient and helpful. We love that the cable car stops right out front, and that they have apples in the lobby every day. They even left cookies in the room for our kids! This was our second stay, and we will be back!

Great place to stay in the city. The staff go above and beyond every single day. My room was great and my in-room dining was excellent. I stay at the Omni whenever I can!

Nice property, but overpriced in my opinion.

Great location, clean rooms, friendly and efficient staff! The parking is bit of high $$$, about $90 per night if you have a rental car.

If you are looking for a more calm, upscale feeling and intimate experience this is your place. Excellent services!

It was nice very quiet

The hotel is nice and the staff was great too. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The location was quiet and safe. The only thing about the area is that there weren't that many places to eat in the immediate area. Also, public transportation options are not super close to the hotel, except for the cable car which passes right in front but the cable car is not really that convenient since it is more expensive, passes less frequently and sometimes it's full and you can't get on.

Gone downhill after 20 years

This was my favorite hotel in SF but unfortunately has gone downhill. To be in the center of the SF Financial and Business district and not to have adequate WiFi is not acceptable. I was told the owners refuse to update the system. I will not be staying there anymore. I called a front desk clerk to tell them that my friend will be joining me and I had to repeat and spell my name 4 times. In the end the person shut the phone on me ...

What a lovely place to stay! Quiet, immaculate comfortable rooms. Great restaurant/bar. Room service was a delight!!! Each and every staff member were extraordinary! Consummate professionals-every single one of them. The Omni should be proud to have such fine employees representing the hotel. The best part was having a working radio in the room. Love having the ability to listen to the classical station. I keep it on all the time. Thank you for a beautiful experience!!!

They really do an exceptional job at making you feel welcome and well cared for. Their level of service was beyond what I have experienced from similar facilities. I would stay there again for that reason alone.

Very friendly and helpful staff

Huge disappointment

What a disappointment. We chose the Omni to spend our anniversary and nothing was done to make our time feel special. The front desk told us they “upgraded us” but we were given the exact room we paid for. There are zero amenities - no body lotion, nothing to make you feel at home - and we spent the same as a room at the Ritz. Should have stayed there but we stupidly believed the reviews. The waiter in Monte’s was incredibly rude and dismissive, and we expected so much more from a hotel of this price point. Don’t waste your money - go to a better hotel.

Nice hotel and safe area

The hotel is in really great condition, well positioned and walking distance to everything. The area is very clean and homeless free which made me feel safe - highly recommend. Check in was easy. I initially had a one bed room booked but plans have changed and I asked for a two bed room which was easily accommodated. We asked for amenities (slippers) and that was delivered to our room in 5 minutes. The hotel has free coffee and water in the lobby as well in the room, which is so nice if you don't have breakfast or you're a coffee first thing in the morning person. The bar is also really nice and offers food. This is my go to hotel in San Francisco.

Not only was this hotel beautiful, but the staff was so friendly! Gerardo at the bar, the front desk gave us a mini fridge and microwave, the cleaners folded our clothes and put them away!! Bell hop was extremely friendly. We really enjoyed this hotel. The bed was beyond comfortable. Water pressure was so strong and the room was so clean…
