Very clean very good breakfast and very helpful staff not too far from the downtown

The Staff at Olive Hotel is the most genuine, caring and helpful you ever can get. Nothing is too much to help. Truly wonderful people

The hotel is clean and the staff friendly. There is a small grocery and a pharmacy across tge street and a lot of restaurants nearby.

Amazing Hotel!

Perfect clean room, great respectful staff, and the location is incredible and near everything! Breakfast food was amazing and the view of the restaurant is also amazing! My wife is American, and this was her first time in Jordan. She told me everyday how much she loved this hotel. Very comfortable. Recommend this hotel for any one who plan to visit Amman.

Tamer the manager on duty while I was there was incredible. Was helpful with everything I needed! The staff were the best no complaints! I would stay there again for sure.

Great place for the price.

The room was spacious and the staff very helpful. It is a very reliable hotel if you’re traveling as a group of friends. They let us check in the same room without any questions or asking for any extra papers other than passports.

The staff very nice and amazing

Location is near to the centre. However, needs transportation to go down town. Hotel is very good, clearness and staffs are very helpful as well as The only down side is you have to ask for drinking water. Abu Noor took us for sightseeing in Amman and other historical places. Really enjoyed it and happy with the services provided. We would go again next time .

Good location next to main bridge and good area, good service, i requested a service and was given it immediately, however i did not like the bathrooms because its old, they just need renovation, but although they were very clean.

A bit tired, and not really walking distance to anything , but decent value.

Friendly staff

The staff were so amazinly attentive that it made our stay worth while. You can't walk anywhere from the hotel but the Ubers and taxis were so reasonable that the lication was not a problem.

Friendly budget hotel with comfortable beds.

Friendly staff and very comfortable beds and good AC. Breakfast buffet was a little limited but considering it's included in the price it's really difficult to ask for more at the price which was very reasonable. Would stay again if visiting Amman.

Place was great, buffet everday was great too, changes three times for three days, STAFF-WELL THEY ARE THE BEST, go spend sometime there!!!

We had a pleasant stay in this hotel,all the staff are very friendly and accomodating,from the receptionist,cleaning staff,luggage and also in their dining staff for breakfast.Every day they add some new menu in their breakfast.And another thing is their rooms are big and spacious..We recommend this hotel,the price is also good.

It's a very clean family oriented hotel with a good selection for breakfast and very friendly staff. The area is not very busy so there's no congestion or traffic but you're only a few minutes away from everything and major highways.

The hotel is very cozy , comfy , and a great value over what you pay , and the location is very good , makes it easier to go around.

Room was large enough. Cold food breakfast was sufficient. Good value for money.

Pro: Quiet location away from night live. Friendly and helpful staff. Ordinary breakfast similar to what locals eat every day Many medical treatments centers close by. Con: No public transit or shopping within walking distance considering the fact that, Amman’s terrain is one of least pedestrian-friendly in the world. Tiny stand up shower with no tub, an overweight person may not be able to close the glass-door

Nice stay

It was a good stay over for 2 nights. The staff ( receptionists) were very helpful & nice. I was a bit unhappy when I told the cleaners that my room didn't need to be cleaned on the 2nd day but I just needed water: I wasn't given any and was told to go & ask at the reception desk! Otherwise my room was a bit too noisy because it was at the highway side. The hotel offered me a box of nice breakfast food, free of charge,to take away to the airport as I left very early at 4.30am. Also the shuttle service is great, thanks Emad.

The room was lovely, though a little dated. The guy manning the reception was super helpful when we asked for dinner suggestions. Breakfast was super tasty and varied.

It was clean , facilities were modern. Room size was big this hotel almoat feels more like a mini apt which was good Everyone working here was also professional and nice. Especially Ahmed in reception he was attentive and helpful. Meal times had so many options. I would highly recommend I would highly recommend

Very helpful staff at the hotel, looked after our bags without charge after we checked out. Sorted out a bathroom problem within minutes of us reporting it. Very friendly and nice place to stay, good value.

You get way less than what you pay for

For the price, there are far better choices. Pictures are "touched up" and the hotel does not look like them in real person. Old and stained towels, stained pillow cases that seemed not to have been changed after the previous guest left, bathroom water pressure was non existant.. Breakfast was decently good albeit the overall experience was terrible...

Most importantly,; it has its own parking space......
