Great location and within walking distance to all main attractions. Nice and quiet. Enjoyed my stay. The only two things that was slightly disappointing- not a big deal tho, were- the hallway was too dark and it would be great if the hotel could light it up. It was like walking in a dungeon. The bathroom was too small.

Quiet neighbourhood , no lift for 3-storey, no AC

It is a 3 storey building without any lift. We have been arranged on the top floor. Building & surrounding were rather quiet & peaceful. Public Road outside the building is rather broken, so pushing your luggage along will be challenging. No vending machine but one can purchase basic beverages & spirits from the receptionist. There’s also a coffee machine beside the receptionist. The location to old town is walkable. Few eateries are within reach. Nearby big market for fruits, vege, etc. A pharmacy is just around the corner. Overall, the hotel is considerable with the rate it offers, as the room is spacious enough with refurbishment & amenities but without AC facility. A table fan was provided, which was good enough for ventilation. A quiet & peaceful neighbourhood for good rest. Recommend it if you travel light & request a lower floor room & don’t need an AC.

Good value. Excellent location

The property condition is not very good. Carpet was dirty and I was bitten by some kind of bugs.

This is very easy to get to from the train station, and very convenient to Old Town. A Georgian restaurant, Chapacuri Sodu, is nearby and a must-go-to.

Clean and good rooms in a quiet area, with short distance to the busstation/trainstation and short distance to the old town. Very helpful a pleasant staff.

A good stay

This was a return trip and I would certainly return again. The location is excellent: an easy bus ride from the airport, a modest walk to the bus station, and an easy walk to the old city. The room and hotel are comfortable with one notable exception: no in-room air-conditioning. During my stay the night-time temperatures declined nicely so an open window was enough. But in the midst of another European heat wave, this could be a problem.

Decent stay

A very good choice. Modern and well appointed, with one notable exception: no air conditioning in the room! At night the temperatures dropped enough to be comfortable to sleep, but if we were in the midst of a heat wave, it wouldn't work. The location is excellent. Easy to reach by public transport from the airport. Short walk to the bus station and into the old town. Decent choice of restaurants within walking distance.

OK location, but there is nothing good about this hotel. - rooms are consistently not cleaned properly - even after multiple complaints - there was no air conditioning in our room. When it's 27c outside, it is even hotter inside our room. And that means no good sleep for a week - noisy. There is always a TV blaring in reception, and people talking loudly smooking outside room windows. Do not stay here, we will never come back.

Nice hotel. Very well located to access Old Town area.

Very little attention to guests, the receptionist would not even say hi in the morning. It had a very bad smell.like people were smoking inside...The room was not cleaned well, they wouldn't even fix your bed nicely . The hotel is new but cheaply made. The beddings and towels seemed to be clean.

The room was spacious and modern. It was quiet so I slept really well. The location is also walkable to good restaurants, coffee shops and the Old Town.

Loved this motel only thing that made it a bit difficult was the lack of an elevator so you had to cart you bags up flights of stairs, apart from that it was a lovely quiet clean with very friendly staff for a affordable price. Thank you

The Old Town Trio is quietly situated just off Kauno Gatve and is just a few minutes walk from Vilnius bus and train stations. I stayed there for two nights with my son and we both thought that the hotel, rooms and situation were very quiet. The rooms were extremely comfortable and the breakfast choice was varied and one of the best that I've seen. We'd absolutely stay again when in Vilnius.

No lift for a start, very disappointing having to carry luggage upstairs. Car parking cost extra. one good thing is it was a short walk to the Old town centre, a beautiful place to visit. Breakfast absolutely rubbish. I would not go back to this hotel.

Good location very near to both the station and old town. Facilities are standard but clean and comfortable and offer everything you need. The wifi was good. Breakfast included the standard fare of bread, cheeses and cold meats, but also surprise additions each day such as aubergine salad, chinese rice, roast potatoes, crepes. There are two very good bars nearby, Snekutis and Bar aziliskas.

An OK hotel for a one night stay. Comfortable and efficient, but with a good breakfast. The service leaves something to be desired. Staff were curt and often rude, but maybe this is a local style of hospitality?

Clean and comfortable room, a little bit cold but not too bad and expected from most hotels, room was small but not cramped; we had enough space. Quiet area with shops within a 10 min walk. Breakfast had good variety. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

A Good Time in the Old Town

Arrived late at night to a very friendly reception. My reservation was confirmed with a minimum of fuss. Was given my key and directions to my room.

Vilnius

The hotel is around a 10 minute walk from the Old Town and close to the main station. It’s clean and fairly modern with a decent breakfast.

the air conditioning is not good in the room. there is no elevator. we had a room on the 2nd floor and had to carry our suitcases . when we asked for a room on the lower floor, she said that there is a room but without air conditioning.

It was easy to get there to and from the airport and close to the old town. They hotel did not have any information about the re in th rooms or reception area. This would have been useful to have.

Cozy hotel close to the heart of Old town

Even there's no elevator in hotel, we asked and got room on ground floor, so it was very convinient with heavy luggage. Double room is no so spacious. Hotel is new and well maintained. Breakfast was good. Hotel is close to one of main squares in Old town and has good connections with public transport

The hotel is in a quiet street close to the bus and train station about 10 minutes to walk and it is very close to the old town about 10 minutes to walk. If I visit Vilnius again I would stay in the same hotel. Very clean, good bed, very good breakfast.

Good but small

This hotel is well located between the coach station and the old town. The immediate area is not particularly clean, but we didn’t feel at all unsafe. The hotel is very clean, breakfast is excellent, staff were exceptionally nice. The only complaint is the room size, which is very small, with barely enough room to move. Fine for one person, a little cramped for two. But we made it work for a couple nights.

Front desk very helpful in giving you whatever you ask for e.g. kettle, heater. Even sent off my dry cleaning. Hotel is modern and clean. Close to old town. Will stay again

Very pleasant hotel

I stayed there 5 nights. It was altogether very pleasant. Very nice breakfast, good location. 5 stars for the service at the reception, always willing to help find the places, opening hours, booking a taxi, finding a program..... The only discomfort was the noise from the street in the morning, since I like to sleep with an opened window, which I had to keep closed during sleeping time . I would recommend this place and would most likely go back there if I were to travel to Vilnius again.

The hotel is excellent value with polite and friendly staff. Limited on facilities but you know this when booking. Breakfast is included which was fresh and in a clean setting. Hotel a little out the way but nothing too far out even in the cold and ice.

Great city hotel in old town.

On weekend break. Hotel in good location 10 minute walk to centre. near bus station so trip from airport was easy and 1 euro. hotel staff excellent. Hotel spotless. Even in town hotel was quite. Would stay here again. WiFi’s was best I have every seen.

I really liked this hotel. It was a great base for me as a solo traveller as it was very near the bus/train station and right next to the old town for doing touristy stuff! The room was simple but that's all needed, it had a nice shower and comfortable bed. Breakfast was good, it was your typical European buffet type breakfast but it had scrambled eggs so I was happy. The staff who I spoke to were nice and helpful. The area surrounding this hotel was a little run down but I didn't mind so much. Would stay again if I ever return to Vilnius.

Clean and modern hotel, very large room. Shirt walk into main tourist areas, surrounding area appeared run down but felt safe when out. Would stay here again. Very good value for money. Efficient staff. Only had one pillow but on request a second was provided within minutes. Toiletries provided were basic but adequate. Room clean and comfortable

Easy to recommend this place

Don't let the dull exterior scare you. The rooms, condition of interior and location all makes this a comfortable and good value option. Free breakfast a nice bonus. Not smack in the middle of the tourist old town, but easy and quick to walk everywhere.

Modern clinical tourist hotel without a lift

We thought that this hotel was quite expensive for what it is. The room was quite large, well furnished with modern furniture and the bathroom was modern and clean. However there was a kettle and coffee machine in the room but you had to buy coffee/tea at reception or a shop. If you used the cups they were not cleaned or replaced during room service. We got the impression that room service consisted of making your bed and replacing the towels if needed, we could be wrong but the carpet seemed to have the same marks and items on it when we left as when we arrived. The road outside can be very noisy at night both with vehicles and people, then you had early morning deliveries so difficult to sleep. Breakfast was okay. There is no bar/lounge to sit in at night so you have to go out, but there are some local style bars nearby. Its a ten/fifteen minute walk to nearby attractions so that is good.. When you check out you will have to pay tourist tax and remember there is no lift you have to carry your own cases up stars. We honestly cannot say what it was but this hotel just was not for us, maybe we viewed it as just another typical modern clinical tourist hotel.

The hotel is centrally located. The staff are friendly and welcoming and the breakfast was really nice. The rooms are also quite nice but the sound proofing is non-existent. I could hear conversations on the street and the rain following all night long. Apart from that, I would recommend it.

Great value, great location late night maybe iffy

I would give it a 4.5. Let's start with the few negatives. This might just be Balkics thing the soap they give you is small very small and it does not seem to lather up much. Also the neighborhood could be better at night. Nothing dangerous just sorta desolate and there could be better lighting on the street the hotel is on. Now for the good. My room was real inexpensive and it was a great value. The free breakfast had a good variety of both local items and stuff you would expect back home. Even though I talked about the neighborhood it was a great location with it being less than a 10 minute walk to the bus station and a 2 minute walk to one of the entrances of the old town. Lastly with how little I paid I was surprised at how modern both the room and the hotel was on the inside.

Not too far from the train station and the city center, the hotel is clean stuff is nice but the fact that doesn't have an elevator it`s not comfortable for travellers with heavy luggage. Breakfast ok but could have helped to have a toaster to warm up the cold bread.

Clean rooms n comfort stay

Hotel is new and rooms are very clean especially the bathroom. Breakfast is provided every morning. We like the feel of the hotel except it is further from the old town.

Loved it...needs AC in summer

It was a great stay and close to old town...I had a great time...it was hot and there waa no AC so that sucked...but the windows opened all the way.

Good location, but fair room condition

The hotel was reasonably priced, but there was no air con for this hot summer. The mattresses were bad and I was like sleeping in the hollow.

Close to cathedral square 2in walk

Hotel newly refurbished room was very nice bathroom/shower excellent. Breakfast very good dining room light airy & clean. On the morning we left at 3am they gave us a breakfast box which was very much appreciated. Very good location for market/tourist attractions/shopping.only negative was that they did not have an elevator and our cases were heavy!! We were on 2nd floor!! Advise you to use Uber taxi service as it is a lot cheaper than the regular cabbies. Overall we had a nice stay in Vilnius

Unpleasant Check-in

We had a pretty looking but rude front desk for our check-in. When we got the hotel she told us the check-in time was 12pm. It was 11:40, and we had no problem for 20 minutes' wait. At 12:20 we were told our room was ready and we carried our luggage to the 3rd floor (no elevator). I almost fell down as soon as I entered the room not noticing there was a step inside the door. The next my head hit the wall to find it was an attic. It was not the room we reserved at all. I wen t down to ask the front desk to change room for us. She requested us to bring our luggage down for re-assigning us room. I had to ague with her that we could take the luggage to the new room directly, there was no reason for us to carry the luggage up and down. It is the worst check-in we have ever had. The rest of our three-day's stay was OK and the hotel location is pretty convenient.

Very Pleased

We wanted a reasonably priced hotel near the old town with a nice Lithuanian cuisine restaurant nearby. Old Town Trio fit the bill. Good location, Good service, clean.
