Great stay. Friendly staff. Breakfast buffet was great. Lounge was perfect to unwind. Great location. Tucked away but right in the middle of everywhere I needed to be. Bed, couch and chair were pretty hard but I was able to sleep just fine.

Friendly and helpful staffs. Our room was very clean. This hotel was located in an inconvenient area without cars. There were no other restaurants or shopping within a walking distance. We had a beautiful ocean/town view but we had to close the curtains during a day to keep the room cool . A/C control had a few choices to adjust the room temperature off/low/mid/high.... it didn't bother us because we were out almost all day.

Value for money.

The beds and pillows were terrible. The outside of the property definitely needed maintenance. The inside was retro and in need of renovation. The TV did not have child programming and no smart features to cast or plug up our own device. The room temp was not adjustable. Overall, we all slept awful and checked out a night early to go and get actual sleep at the house an hour away.

Sound proofing was not great. As the hotel was on a small hill, dining options were limited. The room did not seem to be weather proofed as we felt very cold even with the ac turned off.

Nice hotel in good location for us. It’s a bit dated, the beds are not very comfortable, the linens are thin and you cannot control the temperature in the room. Ours was always too warm.

The hotel needs major renovations to be 4starts.

Our stay was very nice. The staff was helpful and the room was nice.. It was great having a pool. We enjoyed the breakfasts with a wide assortment of choices. The location was convenient .

From the moment we drove up to the time that we drove away, the staff went above and beyond all expectations. They made our stay feel extraordinary. We could not have asked for a better experience.

The property need and urgent update and specially, the pool. The staff is pretty friendly but some of them are forgetting to greed you when they see you.

Ver nice hotel, clean, excellent customer service, view of the city and partial ocean. There are no nearby restaurants, but hotel has good one inside, AEON mall is the closest for variety food and shopping options. My room was large and can sleep 4 people easily. Bed is medium hard. If visitor wants a softer mattress, better request it. It was not an issue to me. Streets are narrow in this area of the city and I believe it might be the same in Okinawa, Kadena area.

I enjoyed my time at the resort. My room was super clean, comfortable, and spacious. The downstairs restaurant had a variety of good food and the staff was very helpful. Also, some of the staff new how to speak English.

Very clean room, the pool was warm but the walls and ceiling has mold all over the pool area.... so there is a smell from that. The room and hotel otherwise was very clean and staff there are very friendly!

Pro: Room was HUGE when compared to other hotels. Reserved a double bed, turns out there were two more beds underneath. The couch doubles as a bed too. Could easily fit five adults in the room. The toilet and bath are separate, and it makes sense, though not at first. The tub is deep and great for soaking. Pool was nice. Food variety was good. Very polite staff. Con: Bit difficult to find, even with GPS. Food was a bit expensive compared to other hotel restaurants.workout room was under repairs, but the equipment looked good. Two small elevators, so it took a few trips to get a lot of luggage to and from the room. Overall: Recommend, and will stay again.

Good conditions, well recommended

1. Staff are friendly. We forgot something in our room. The staff has helped us to locate the item such that we can collect it from front desk on our way back to Naha area. 2. Breakfast area was quite warm (uncomfortably warm). More variety of food is preferred.

The twin room is quite big , it actually fits 3 single beds !! Room is clean and tidy ! One suggestion tho. need a bigger hotel sign on 国道329号 .. i always miss to turn left and ride uphill =p

Everyone was really cordial, polite and helpful. The hotel itself was basic, plain. The room had curtains missing on a window, the air conditioning is programmed for the entire hotel in the office so you couldn't adjust it in the room. It was hot in the room both during the day and night The minifridge in the room didn't cool either. I bought some sodas and ice cream and the next morning the ice cream had melted and the sodas were warm.

Pillow is too soft for comfort; was expecting the traditional Jap version for breakfast, but end up in a hybrid international version

It’s on a hill top. There were a few staff waiting to help out when we arrived, seems very helpful. Parking was free. Breakfast was buffet and it was delicious with variety of western and Japanese. There were an indoor swimming pool. Room was spacious unlike budget hotel where you jump into the bed right after you open the doors. Downsides - Room renovation was a bit old and balcony railings were rusty so we didn’t go out. Ocean was far away and there is no beaches around. However Aeon was close by. So generally it was good.

Great hotel for value. Most hotels in Okinawa are dated and this is no exception. However, they have maintained the property well. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Unless you’re planning on staying at a 5+ star hotel in Okinawa, they are all around the same. This one is great for the price.

Upgrade the infrastructure and happy to have gift

Should use digital door lock rather than traditional key, very inconvenient to keep the key and feel unsafe if someone copy the key. Very good to have the gift for no clean policy.

The hotel location is a bit far away from Main streets It will be fine if you drive (well, most of the travellers in Oki would drive), otherwise hotel location will be one of the concerns General conditions of hotel is good, quite valuable if take in account the cost My room is spacious and good enough for my two boys to run around in the room, great room.

Room was spacious, carpet was little old but clean. Lots of counter space. Bathroom was new and nice. Good size indoor pool. Location was little hard to find. Staff was very polite, it was pretty good stay : )

This hotel is located on the high ground which is higher than the sea level, resulted in a very nice sea view. The hotel staffs and very thoughtful, helpful and friendly. It’s convenient to rent a car from this hotel and return the car on the last day of your trip. The hotel is also able to provide many unique items like technological gel pillow, detergent, waist pillow, jar to name a few out of the 59 or 70 items (can’t recall). The only thing that need improvement is the air conditioner was not chill enough. There is not setting for adjusting temperature. Only has fan speed.

Nice place, good environment, good service, clean and tidy

There’s nothing to find fault in. The warm and friendly counter staff speak proficient English so there is no problem in communication. The rooms are spacious and clean. The only issue could be location for non-driving tourists. And that is not anything the hotel can change but they can provide transport service, which they already do.

Bad location and limited accommodations

Wanted to stay here for a weekend with my child, use the indoor pool, see the zoo, etc. the neighborhood around this hotel has nothing to do unless you are interested in love motels. Decided to find dinner in the hotel’s three restaurants and only the first floor restaurant was open. Didn’t eat there because I didn’t want to wait in a long line of tourists and I didn’t have a reservation. During my stay of two nights only one restaurant was open that weekend. I was left with no choice except for room service. Room service was good and have no issues. The stay was ok except for loud obnoxious people and kids all night and morning in the hallways. Worst part of all was the lack of WiFi in the room. Only one bar and was unable to connect. Probably wouldn’t stay here unless there’s nothing else available. Not recommended at all.

Nice service

Location was up on the hill, luckily they offered priority parking as we are travelling with two babies, and even offered valet parking during our check in. 6 mins drive to Aeon mall and 10 mins drive to park for the kids.

The hotel is conveniently located near to the huge Aeon Rycom mall . Hotel staff at the driveway and reception were all very welcoming. The room itself was very big. However the property is very old, and it became even more evident when we stepped into the room. The wallpaper was yellowish and stained. The carpet smelt bad. The balcony was in disrepair.

Sofa bed is pretty old. There are holes in the mattress, you can actually feel it poking at you.

we chose traditional Japanese room on high floor very spacious and toiletries were excellent tatami flooring is good, however, aircon vent is very dusty and cobwebs at corner of ceiling. astonishing to see such at a Japanese 4*hotel. we hv to put up our own futons. balcony is old and dusty, we did not step outside. very nice view though. toilet and bath is ok. Like the heated indoor pool during the winter we visited, washing machine and dryer on everywhere

Location was a bit out of the way. Futon beds were comfortable but room smelled a bit musty. Great for families - you can even rent toys for free from the hotel and they will send it to your room. However there are probably better hotel options closer to the main areas of attraction in that locality ie American Village

An Oasis Midst a City

I stayed in Japanese Tatami Room. It is a great option if you have small kids like myself with 3 & 1 year olds. Overall, the Hotel was charming. Staffs were friendly and supportive. Having an indoor pool was great feature. Having an ocean view from the room? Priceless ^^ Be aware that building is old. Still they did a good job maintaining. Location was convenient. I will definitely come back here for my next Okinawa trip.

Wonderful surprise and gift received from this hotel for being an Expedia Gold member. Hotel is accessible by car, all the way up to the top, so you have a view inside the room. Location is quite good, you can drive to American Village within 30 minutes and drive to Uruma town (whereby the shopping malls are all there) within minutes. There are staff who can speak English, room is huge for Japan standard.

Great stay but can be better if coffee is provided

Generally the room is much bigger compared to those in the cities but then you have to drive (else it'll be inconvenient). Otherwise, the breakfast is also good and they provide shuttle service, coupons plus discount tickets during the stay. Hence I would said it quite comprehensive. However, if you are a coffee drinker, do note that they only have 2 packets of instant coffee during check in and will not replenish during the stay.

The hotel staff are very friendly and courteous. The environment is good but not many good views. As we do not drive, public transport is inconvenient. It is a good hotel for relaxation.

Good location for shopper

Very close to the biggest shopping mall in Okinawa which is a plus, overall nice environment. Encountered a typhoon there so power was out, but hotel's emergency generator kept the air condition and elevator running (also very nice).

Disappointing experience

Horrible experience. First assigned at 9th floor- smelly corridor due to drainage system problem at room nearby and later the smell entered my room as well. Requested for change of room but staff response was slow. Had to chase for reply and then wait again for assigning next room. More than 30 minutes spent to deal with this. Actually the overall cleanliness was unsatisfactory. Stains on carpet and walls. Facilities were old. Restaurant to buffet breakfast was smelly near kitchen corner. Floor was sticky. Food was not good. Staff service was not good. Only the location with good view was good provided you are with group tour / self driving

Good hotel service

The location is near AEON mall (about 5-10 mins by self-driving). The hotel offers free parking. Guests drop off the passengers at the entrance of hotel. A leading vehicle will guide you the way to parking place and convey the driver back to hotel. There are a few parking areas. The parking place is near hotel (less than 1 mins driving distance). Hotel staff are nice. Room is big and clean. If no tidy-up service is required, a small complimentary gift will be offered. It is a recommended choice in Okinawa.

Location is in Okinawa City which pretty central to the island. It is about half hour drive from Naha airport. Staff was excellent. Stored our luggage until checkin time and was taken to our room so we didn't need to bring it up ourselves. We paid for the breakfast which was a buffet of continental and local foods such as soba, natto, and miso soup. No shower curtain. Just a half door so floor gets wet if you are not careful when taking a shower. That was the only inconvenience. Unlike the many hotels I visited on mainland Japan, this hotel offers ice machines as well as coin laundry facilities. Excellent.

Hotel was clean in good condition but older. Staff was very freindly most spoke very good English. Restaurants and lounge were excellent. Parking was spead out with multiple lots some a little far from hotel. Shuttle to and from parking was fast and efficient so parking not an issue. Overall an excellent experience I would stay again.
