TravellerThe suite is in a beautiful heritage building. Check in instructions were clear and easy to follow. The suite was lovely, very comfortable and clean on the ground floor. Bed super comfortable. The bathroom layout wasn’t the best and the shower over the bath was quite slippery. The suite is situated in a quiet and peaceful part of the building. The location is really convenient with a great little bar at the entrance of the hotel. The only downside was a lack of a manual in the room which when queried wasn’t remedied. Also for the price I would expect daily servicing of the suite. I realise this was in the small print which I didn’t read (my fault). Otherwise a lovely stay.
TravellerThis particular suite was shabby and tired. Of the 4 sets of curtains two sets had rails that were hanging off the walls. Carpet was stained and grubby. Stair carpet was worn and becoming threadbare. Oil heater had a timer that could be pushed all the way into the body. Safety tag was dated 28/7/2017.
TravellerGreat location and lovely apartment with lots of character. Management definitely went the extra mile as we had a cake delivered before our arrival and they happily signed and placed it in our apartment fridge.

TravellerThere is a presence about the OGB that makes you feel like you are embraced. The wide corridors, the well appointed suites, the history of the building added to a great welcome and and wonderful stay. OGB is run with a level and professionalism on par with top European hotels.

Great location and having access to the gym was a nice bonus. The directions were helpful and made checking in easy. Nice to have a parking spot. Apartment was nice. Only issue was with cleanliness. Some of kitchen drawers were not clean and some of the pots and pans were a bit greasy.

The place was clean and comfortable. Location was amazing, right in the heart of it all. For families with young children, the best playground ever built is two blocks away. Communication was amazing. Highly recommend.
