Best boutique hotel ever! 6* service. Friendly, and attentive staff, especially Anna. Will definitely stay again next time we come back to Ha Noi

Shopping and restaurant are walking distant. Close to most attractions. But the room lighting are too dark. Staffs are friendly.

Great staff. Wish the room could be brighter and the bathrooms cleaner. The balcony is really really tiny though.

The staff was amazing

The staff was very attentive. Went out of their way to make my stay pleasant. I arrived at 6am. They assisted me to get my laundry booked, offered me a complimentary breakfast and I was able to go and do my day's excursion quite comfortably.

A truly splendid hotel

The rooms are spotless and very comfortable. Everything works as it should. The location is perfect. Good variety of things on offer at breakfast though chef perhaps needs some coaching in the difference between scrambled eggs and an omelette and the correct way to poach an egg! But what really makes this hotel is its staff. They went out of their way to.make my complex schedule work out, and I was so touched when they all came out to wave me off. Highly recommended.

Great location and property. Tracy is a great host. Very helpful. Always smiling. The location is convenient for walking ro many locations including lake, night market and train street shopping and food.

Everything you need in a 4-star hotel, conveniently located in the old quarter.

Staff very attentive to our requests. Had mould in our shower was cleaned spotless within an hour. And a big thank you in rose petals was left on our bed for our return.

The hotel was very centric. Breakfast was very good, the manager at the restaurant was awesome. They treat you like a queen/king. All the staff was absolutely friendly

We requested a crib and it was provided. The breakfast buffet was good. They provided an A La cart menu and buffet. I definitely will recommend this stay for anyone

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. I felt they went out of their way to remember my name and give me Togo coffee daily. The room was spacious ,comfy bed, and great breakfast. Also a great walkable location to everything.

Beautiful Hotel with great staff. Location was excellent for walking to most places (restaurants, coffee shops at train street, convenience store, lake)

One of our rooms was extremely noisy from 6:30 am until 7 pm every day because of construction. Management knew about and did nothing. We requested a room change but they could not accommodate our request. When we were leaving the manager offered US$50 as compensation for the inconvenience which was adding insult to injury. We were there for 4 night and except for one morning were disturbed from early morning until late evening because of drilling and banging. Never experienced anything like this in all my years of travel.

The staff were very friendly and attentive to our concerns and questions.

Great location and cleanliness

Good location and service

Comfortable hotel that is located not too far from the tourist attractions in Old Quarters but far enough from the hustle and bustle. The rooms I had were well insulated from the street noise. Unfortunately the last evening was marred by very early morning renovation works (knocking and drilling from building next door). Nothing that the hotel could do. Staff were very friendly and helpful plus conversant in English. Breakfast we very good with both buffet and ala carte choices.

the service is exceptional

When we checked in, they told us to sit down and grabbed drinks for us which was nice. However, we were waiting to pay and they never mentioned anything and just escorted us to our rooms. So we thought it was to be paid at the end. The next day, when we came into the hotel, the hotel clerk stopped us and rudely said that we need to pay for our stay. We were a bit taken aback and said that no on took the initiative for us to pay at check in so we thought it was to be paid at the end. She was still being rude and said we were supposed to do it during check in. Other than the rude encounter, the hotel was nice and a good location.

Very good Hotel

Everyone was so friendly qnd helpful.

I didn't like the room didn't have windows but I think it's common in Hanoi. Also sound proof is not good. Staffs were nice overall.

Wonderful stay! Beautiful boutique hotel! Friendly and attentive staff! Breakfast buffet was delicious! Spa was a good experience as well! Just outside the main old quarter but walking distance to a lot of great sites, restaurants and amenities.

The hotel had a great relaxed atmosphere, the bed was extremely comfortable, the breakfast was great and the staff so friendly and helpful. The location was very busy and hectic but very interesting and it was only a five minute walk from the famous train street.

Extreamly friendly staff, in fact while we were enjoying our welcome drink & checking in, another couple entered just after us, but were actually staying in a hotel several doors down. The staff carried their bags to the other hotel for them. A typical example of the Delightfully friendly people of Vietnam. Perfect location, we will be back next time we’re in town. Thank you🙏

I am not one to leave a review but gosh, the staff (Mr Thomas especially) at O’Gallery really took care of me during my stay. From the welcome drink to their sending me off to my next leg of the trip, I felt really spoiled by the staff there. They remembered my name after only interacting with me once and welcomed me back every time I retuned to the hotel. I had to extend my stay by another night due to the typhoon and they accommodated my request with no issue. The room is small but seems to be on par with the other hotels in the area. However, the hotel looks new and very well taken care of. Breakfast was great and had a lot of varieties. Location of the hotel was within walking distance to all the main touristy sites in the Old Quarter. Thank you, O’Gallery Premier! I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hanoi.

1st class service from the staff, especially Thomas the manager. Lovely hotel, really comfy beds, excellent food. Very busy street, but noise not a problem. Great location for exploring Hanoi. We’d love to come back

My wife and I recently stayed at this hotel for four nights (September 2024), and had a wonderful experience. They upgraded us to beautiful room on the 8th floor. It was very spacious, modern, clean, and quiet. Overall, the hotel is immaculately clean and in great shape. The buffet breakfast is really good, with many options to choose from. There are not enough words to describe how wonderful the staff at this hotel are, they make feel like royalty, always attentive and ready to serve you. If I could, I would give this hotel 10 stars.

Our stay was 11 days due to the typhoon. But the hotel staff was excellent. Especially Tomas manager. The girls at the front desk Tracy, Bora, Nina. The supervisor at the breakfast Ana who prepared a tea for my wife who had a cold. Thank you all. We will come back again

Amazing!

We had a lovely time at O’Gallery. The staff were all so welcoming and accommodating and always greeted us by our names, which only added to our stay. A special thank you to Tracy, Roy and the gentleman at the reception in the evenings!

Loved the hotel. Fantastic staff that always aim to please. Thomas was our go to person and had great communication before and throughout our stay. Fourth visiting to Hanoi and I’ve never returned to one of my previous hotels - this will certainly not be the case for future trips as hands down would return here. What a great find - thanks for welcoming me and my family 😊

Lovely hotel with fantastic staff. The manager, Thomas, is a class act who will go out of his way to help. The reception team is friendly and helpful and the hotel is in a very good location. Can't fault the place really!

The service was excellent the location is the mai reason I stayed there and is very walkable to the train street and lots of restaurants and coffee shops I loved Tanka I Dian food just across the street . Rosie Nguyen helped me so much with my visa letter and things lime that be aide if her this hotel I rated 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ Is not nigh is small property mot a modern as I usually liked but is nice and decent

Awesome hotel in a great location

We arrived late last night and the staff instantly made us feel welcome. They opened the doors and provided welcome drinks. They were so friendly and welcoming and nothing was too much trouble.

Great first experience in vietnam

The staff was friendly and really helpful, helped book airport transfer and assisted with transfer to activities. Breakfast was great, lots of choices and the room was comfortable. Would stay there again!

Our family had an unforgettable stay at O’Gallery Premier Hotel & Spa. The hotel’s classic and traditional look immediately caught our eyes, but what truly brought us into a state of relaxation was the delightful jasmine scent that greeted us as we walked into the lobby. We stayed 1 night in the premium connecting room, which was spacious, clean, and perfect for our family. The staffs were exceptionally welcoming and friendly, always ready with a smile. They provided excellent recommendations and tips about the local attractions and nearby restaurants, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The highlight of our morning was the breakfast buffet. The food was delicious, with a wide variety to choose from, and it set the perfect tone for the day. We only wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy more of the wonderful hospitality and charm of this hotel. We highly recommend O’Gallery Premier Hotel & Spa for anyone looking to experience comfort, relaxation, and a touch of traditional elegance in Ha Noi.

Amazing Staff

This was our first visit to Vietnam and our first Hotel and we were very impressed by the whole experience. From the moment we stepped in the reception, being greeted with a welcoming drink, to the advice regarding local eateries, the staff were truly amazing and attentive.... The rooms were large, clean and airy and the beds very comfortable, offering us a great nights sleep. The breakfast was delicious and the option to select how you wanted your eggs, was a lovely touch. First class service and a great location to explore an amazing city...

I stayed at this hotel because of the great reviews and they were all right! The hotel itself is just great, it’s quiet, the rooms are comfortable and clean, the buffet breakfast lived up to what others raved about (we would look forward to breakfast every morning, the freshly made juices, pho, passion fruit yogurt, seasoned fruits and so much more) hats off to the chef! The staff is amazing, they welcome us with a smile every time we walked in by name and we loved the cold passion fruit juice. I asked where I could buy a converter to charge my phone and they left me borrow one for our stay. If all of that wasn’t enough, Thomas contacted me asking if I needed pick up service the moment I made my reservation (very much appreciated), once we settled in he asked if we needed help with trips and I brought my book with all the places I wanted to visit. He sat with me, and helped me plan it out. Give me 40 minutes he said, and he took care of everything! Pickups to destinations, local guides who spoke Englísh, hotel reservations, meals, I was so impressed by how easy he made our trip. It’s my first time traveling internationally with my daughter and I was nervous, but Thomas put all those worries to rest. Thank you, I hope to return one day and will stay here again. 😀 the hotel is great, the staff amazing and the location is close to everything. We discovered we were a block from train street and walking distance to many must dos in Ha Noi. Thank you.

The service was excellent

The location was convenient, central and close to the lake. The room was clean and comfortable. There was a variety of food available for breakfast. The staff were amazing- helpful and were all ready to assist any time of the day.

Really nice staff, remembered our names every time we asked a question or just said hello. Would definitely come again. Only thing that could be improved is the room aircon, as I think it was a bit broken.

The hotel is in a great location. The staff were courtesy, honest, and professional. The room and beds were comfortable. We had the breakfast in oir package. There was a bid selection to choose from. I like the bottle water in the room. I would stay here again when back in Hanoi

Great location for night market, friendly and helpful staff, breakfast buffet was decent! FYI--there are two elevators connected to one set of up/down buttons, but then the third one has its own set of up/down buttons!

I had a great experience at O’gallery. Before arrival they reached out to offer transportation services from the airport. They also communicated that their hotel rooms are smaller in size. I messaged them regarding dropping off my luggage earlier than check in time. Their response was quick and I was able to drop off my luggage in the lobby. The rooms were nice and I like that the shower is separated from the toilet by a glass shower stall. I’m not sure if they having laundry machines but they do offer laundry services weighed by the Kg. The breakfast buffet in the morning is good. Has a good variety of foods like Mien ga, Croque monsieur, eggs Benedict, porridge, & pho etc. Location wise this is located in old quarter Ha Noi. I like that the hotel is located in the middle of a street rather at the end/corner of a street making it easier for Grab/taxi to park and pick you up. The rooms are a bit small but that is expected. The hallways do not have A/C and can get a bit hot and stuffy, however your room will have A/C. Staff was really friendly and attentive.

My wife and I were greeted at the door, the customer service only increased from there. We were both pleasantly surprised with the hotel, the best place we stayed at by FAR! Would recommend to anyone that would listen, this hotel is great the property is well kept, the service is absolutely amazing, this hotel will do anything to meet and exceed your requests! 5 stars, 10/10, would definitely stay here again!

From the moment we walked in the door the staff swept us off our feet and went to any length to accommodate any need or request we had. Could not recommend this hotel enough. Everyone stay with this hotel you will not be let down. 10/10 and then some!!

Most professional crew & clean hotel in Hanoi, VN

The entire crew from arrival to your departure at this hotel go far beyond what’s normally expected. They are all professionals, friendly, respectful and most importantly, customer service oriented! You’re the King here. I’ve stayed with this hotel numerous times over the past few years and without a doubt anticipate on returning the next visit to Hanoi, VN? This hotel rates five + stars!!!

The room I booked did not match what I received and the rooms without windows are very smelly and humid. It is not recommended.

This was a great hotel. Staff was super. Made an effort to greet us by name. It is a small hotel, but well located. The breakfast buffet was very good.

The staffs are very friendly and helpful when asking to search for other services outside the hotel

A beautiful boutique hotel that is clean and beautifully decorated. Unfortunately, we didn’t have time to use its spa and massage. Will try next time.

Clean, delightful service in Old Quarter, Hanoi.

This was one of the outstanding hotels in our two week trip through Vietnam. Located in the heart of Old Quarter Hanoi, it is close (walking distance) to a number of good restaurants (casual and family-oriented). A currency exchange is nearby and you can start your stroll through the Old Quarter from the hotel front door. Ask the front desk for any info you need. We had the best customer service here and would definitely return to O'Gallery Premier Hotel & Spa. Cleanliness was superb!

I’ve stayed in multiple high end hotels in both the U.S, South America, and Europe and this was the best overall experience. This was mainly due to the amazing staff who catered to us like no one else ever has. In addition, the included breakfast buffet is amazing and features both traditional Vietnamese dishes & those commonly found in the West. When visiting Hanoi; this is the place to stay & the best bang for your buck hotel in the world imo.

O’Gallery staff are excellent they accommodated our every need. The hotel is clean and safe within walking distance of old quarter sites. We had two different rooms some don’t have external windows which meant a little dark we much preferred the window to look out of and have fresh air. Buffet was busy and nice enough but charge extra for coffee.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. They organized take away breakfast for us when we had an early flight and helped us organize drivers and taxis for our various activities. I can’t recommend them enough.

Staff were super accommodating and kind. They were attentive to all guests and ensured we were taken care of. The location is central making walking to places easy and getting a grab quick. The staff were able to provide amazing recommendations and breakfast was also included. Room was spacious and exactly as pictured. The mini balcony to the front was a plus. Thank you so much for making my family’s stay memorable. I look to come back to Hanoi and stay at this hotel again!
