Absolutely amazing hotel in an ideal location, close to beach and the main strip with lots of things going on . Lovely and clean and the staff work really really hard to may your stay as comfortable as possible . Will definitely go back again . 5 star rating from me .

Excellent food and service in dining room. Bathroom poor, no shower tray, everything got wet.

Housekeeping at this hotel is awful. Dirty cups left for days, no clean bedding for over a week and bed not even made. Food is standard AI as expected but drinks are terrible. Sweet syrup juices and wine like vinegar.

We went to odessa last year and it was perfect! This year, the hotel is low staffed, the pool area was not clean. The rooms was ok!

The hotel was well located between sea promenade and shopping street. Room had good size, bed was comfortable. Regarding room maybe a bigger TV would be nice. I would reccomend a better variety of vegetarian option for restaurant and snacks. Also would be good to describe what is not included in the "all-inclusive", was quite strange that wine and many cocktails with alcohol were incl. but not ice tea e.g. Also I didn't like too much that people were leaving their towel all day/night long on the swimmingpool lounger, this was annoying in order to get a place and also to get fresh towels in the morning. I reccomend also to put a water dispenser in the gym area and maybe same sanitiser products/towels. Furthermore for us was not really clear why men could not enter in restaurant in sleeveless shirts and women could enter the restaurant in sleeveless or bare-belly clothes since the place was on the beach and the restaurant was any gourmet style one. I would think is a more resonable rule to say "not with beach/wet clothes & not bear chest".

5-night stay Aug'24

Odessa Hotel's location is very good (3 mins walk to the beach in one direction, 3 mins walk to Protaras main strip of shops restaurants and bars to the other) - that's the positive. The hotel is generally outdated - needs serious renovation work in terms of most things (bathrooms, hallways, lifts, swimming pool) that matter to holiday guests. Most clients are families with young kids, so if you are looking for a more adult environment you better keep away. We were on half board basis - far too much (quantity), good breakfast, but similar repetitive buffet dinner menu. Ok, but within 2-3 days bored with it. Better go for B&B only. Wine, draft soft drinks etc. are terrible. We though we got a very good deal - overall, cost seems fair for what you get.

Needs more attention

Hotel ok needs more to be done entertainment acts and definitely for children animation in day and night. Food outstanding.rooms need more cleanliness

Needs a complete refurbishment

Simon, the night shift receptionist, was super helpful one night when we had an issue with the buggy rented next to the hotel. He was calm and understanding of our situation and handled it perfectly! The next day, everything was sorted out as planned.

Everything was great except at the time of checkout they charged us the drinks we ordered at dinner time (even though we had chosen half board,so be careful)

We loved our stay here. Front desk staff was amazing. Room was great, breakfast lunch and dinner top notch. Close to everything in protaras. Would definitely stay here again

We asked the reception desk a few queries, booking dinner in the alternative restaurants etc. Everything was too much effort, we just walked away in the end. Will not be coming back here.

The hotel was clean. We asked for another pillow and the fridge wasn’t cold however this was sorted. The food was ok. The lady at the spa was lovely. Very professional and friendly. The massage was very good. The lifts were very small. You had to get up very early to get a sun chair.

Wonderful stay and would definitely recommend.

Not a 4 star hotel

The hotel needs renovation! The pool area was not so good! The room was supposed to be renovated however this was not fully renovated! The only good thing was the view! Anyway i will never book again.

Okay hotel that was advertised as beachfront. Old photos not updated as now three hotels have been built i front of Odessa obscuring the beach view. Another is currently under co structuon and this will block out last ocean view. Some slits of ocean view remain between each hotel but this may go when last one is completed. Porter actually apologised to us for the lack of ocean view. Wifi is charged at €10 per day so we wandered to local cafe and they were happy for us to use wifi. Hotel seems to cater for Russian/Ukraine families I suppose these are their largest clientele. Electrics turned off every time the balcony door was opened. Further€2 charge for fridge and further daily euro charge to use room safe. I've travelled a lot and haven't come across a room safe charge before or a charge to use the room mini fridge. Easy walk to local restaurants and shops. The room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was substantial but I wouldn't rebook here

Just OK, definately not a 4* hotel

Hotel needs a lot of improvement and renovation. Rooms are aged and bathroom also. We were on BB basis and asked to buy something (snacks) near the pool and the reply was: we don't sell anything, the buffet will open for the all inclusive guests only. Also, i find it unacceptable in 2018 to have to pay for WiFi in a 4* hotel.

Great Location

Fresh looking reception, modern feel. Quick check-in but no night porter to help with bags. Bright, spacious room with a comfy bed. Some of the bed linen was a bit tatty though. Outside was a lovely terraced area, although sea-view was blocked by a new build. There was a strange smell by the ground floor lifts and outside on the grassy area where people sunbathe (possibly from the recycle bins nearby or the drainage from the sprinklers). Pools were very busy and often there were not any sun longers free, especially when guests claimed them with their towels! So we would use the grassy area outside our room or go to the beach 5 mins away. Buffet style breakfast with lots of choice and a good selection at lunch. Ate out in the evening as the hotel is minutes away from the main strip, where there are lots of restaurants, bars and shops; the majority of them were family friendly. Overall, a pleasant stay.

Don't go there for the food !!!!

This hotel is not 4 star - probably the worse buffet I have ever tasted and looks very unappetising .They seem to want to make money out of you anyway they can with out giving customer satisfaction

Nice hotel close to beach and facilities

Nice enough hotel with lovely pool and sun loungers. very grand entrance lobby and public areas but this did not continue to the room corridors. The rooms and corridors are a little tried and certainly the linens and towels were clean but old or well used. The hotel was excellent at accommodating all inclusive customers. Our stay was on a bed and breakfast basis, there was a huge choice available for breakfast. The hotel is in a great location as it close to the main avenue but without any noise or disturbance from the night life, close to the beach, which also has a selection of eateries for day or evening dinning.

Very small rooms for a family of 4 like us location very good but rest of hotel just very standard. Food was ok bar price was expensive

We went there and they told us that they didn't have a room for us.......they send us to other hotel.....very dissapointed

Tsokkis the chain that likes to bump you

We arrived at 11:30 on the Wednesday night only to find we had been moved to a different hotel a 15 minute taxi ride away. This is despite the fact we had booked the room in November over 6 months earlier. If it weren't for the fact that we were there for a family wedding and the father of the bride went ape with the hotel management we would have spent all our time on a hotel we didn't book. While wd were sorting all of this out we came across several families who were also being bumped from one hotel in the chain to another so this was clearly common practice for this chain

Good location(not far seaside, centr of city, supermarkets and restaurants) Minuses are: FiWi was for extra payment 10 euro/per day and all beverages for dinner for extra payment as well.(possible to ask a glass of water for free)

Great experience, better than i actually expected. Good food and lots of vegetables. Loved the Halloumi in the mornings. The only thing missing was more healthy and newly baked bread in the mornings:) Overall good!

Rauhallinen hotelli

Hyvin rauhallinen ja siisti hotelli. Sängyt olivat liian kovia meille ja ruoka oli mautonta ja lihat kuivaa.

Fantastiskt mat/ dåliga rum

Jätte slitna rum med usel städning. Lysrörs belysning på rummen som orsakar ett hemskt sken. Toasitsen passade inte toan så man ramlade ner i toan varje gång man satte sig. Trasiga lampor på rummen. Störande musik från närliggande hotell. Dyrt att köpa kaffe på hotellet. Två små pappmuggar 8 euro. Restaurangen och lobbyn är renoverad i toppskick. Inte rummen så det är svårt att sätta ett betyg. Maten och frukosten är fantastisk!! Mycket gott och välordnat. Super service i restaurangen ! Betyget dras ner pga de dåliga rummen.

Très bon séjour, chambre confortable avec une très bonne literie. Manque prise, juste deux prises de disponible dans toute la chambre. Très bon all inclusive avec beaucoup de choix et de très bon cocktail, les serveurs et barmans sont tous adorables et à l’écoute. Pour la plage, location de transat à 2,5 le transat et parasol 2,5 par jour très raisonnable . Si je dois faire une ou deux remarques je dirais manque snack après 22h rien pour les petites faims et manque vraiment d’animation (2 animateurs qui font de leurs mieux du matin jusqu’a 22h) les animations du soirs sont inexistantes de 21h30 à 22h, pas de club enfants ou ado ça serait vraiment un plus.

We came back to this hotel because of the Dinner Restaurant (which still was amazing). The breakfast Restaurant is not the best, but you can survive. The worst is the coffee! please do something about that, it tastes like pond water. Other than that, great place but of course with space for improvement ...
