I Would stay here again no complaints

The facilities, the modern touches, the breakfast layout, the pools, the gym and the room size/layout are all top notch at this resort. The one drawback is that this resort sits across a busy street from the ocean. There is no beach to speak of. This resort overlooks a beautiful ocean view across a major thoroughfare. If you are okay with being 15-30 minutes away (traffic pending) from Bangla Road by motorbike, then this is the resort for you. The resort offers a free shuttle (baht bus) service to get to Patong. It’s slow, not on time and the service ends at 8 pm I believe. Renting a motorbike, or utilizing Grab/Bolt ride share services are essential at this location. Again, the resort is very modern and well maintained. Just plan to be away from most beach entrances and fun if you stay here.

Found the hotel to be really great, easy to get around as there was a shuttle bus leave hourly. The staff were really friendly and very helpful, food was very good and not over priced. The pool area was fantastic and very relaxing specially round the pool bar. Patty was great organising our phi phi Island trip she was so friendly and what she said she'll do she did. For our first trip to phuket we couldn't of asked for more I fully recommend Ocean front resort. Oh also the room was great very clean and the view from the balcony of the ocean and pool area was great.

The staff at this hotel are all incredible, and did everything to make our stay enjoyable. The buffet breakfast was kept clean and organised, and the food was delicious every day. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again

Everything about our stay was perfect! Check in process was easy, the hotel was beautiful inside and out always. The hotel grounds and rooms were Very modern and up to date. Staff always provided assistance quickly and the breakfast Buffett had a good variety of food for breakfast or lunch. I really loved the location, it was not in the hustle bustle of Kamala or patong beach but a quick 5 min drive away if needed.

Poor room service

Found some, not all staff around pool where a little lazy, one person in particular on their phone always & not helping other staff. Lady with the glasses was exceptionally good every single time she saw us she went out of her way to help (sorry I can't rememberher name). Pool surrounds had rubbish around alot, not tidied up. Food at breakfast was fantastic but could have changed a bit more frequently as after 9 mornings it got a bit boring. Room - shower blocked unless we took blue cap out & mould in shower. Refrigerated air conditioning (not evaporated) would be more suitable in your climate as the room was always damp.

It is a lovely hotel and I had a beautiful room with a stunning sea view. However, when I walked into the room I was overwhelmed with the smell of cleaning products. The floor was also very slippery! Glad the room is clean of course, but it was very strong and did not clear at all after two days. The pool was very nice, but after a day of trekking through the heat I was very disappointed that the swim up bar was closed at 2:30 in the afternoon. Very nice staff. Location was okay, short walk to Patong, but there is not much sidewalk and part of the walk you are pretty much in the street.

The hotel is fairly decent and well kept. The staff were helpful, but my ordeal began from the onset. The moment the clerk took a look at me, she immediately grabbed the book in form and scratched a new room number on it. We ended up on the sixth floor the furthest room from anywhere in the hotel. The pictures are totally deceitful, there are two buildings and the main highway separating the hotel from the water. There's a water view, but not an oceanfront hotel. A very slick play on words. If you get one of those so called oceanfront rooms, be prepared to stay up all night because of the road noise or OD on melatonin like we almost did.

The place was amazing but so hard to find anything it was a maze to get anywhere. Got lost a lot. Beautiful view while lying on your bed. Fantastic gym.

The property is clean, seems to be new with a modern design. Staff are polite and very helpful.

Th hotel was Beautiful, very big rooms and bathrooms. Great breakfast. If you are happy to stay in the hotel it would be great. The only disadvantage was the area. Not much around, as in shops and restaurants. A very busy road to cross to a not very nice beach. It’s a 15 minute tuktuk ride into the main part of Patong.

Absolutely Fabulous. Had a great time.Much happiness to be found here. Parking next to foyer excellent for anyone with mobility ißues. Outstanding staff with a great senses of humour. Close to all that Patong has to offer. Cuisines from around the world.

Nice property great room good value, but is well far from the beach across the street. There’s a rock 10 foot deep actually you have to take cab. Limited dining and the area but once again take a cab

Phuket and Patong

Excellent 4 night stay on the outskirts of Patong. Lovely room overlooking the sea. Shame about the road and the telephone posts and wires. Good breakfast with plenty of choice. As gluten-free the restaurant staff acknowledged this every morning with toast without asking. Pool area was good with infinity pool looking out to sea. Yes we would stay there again.

Great hotel, quick room service. Friendly staff. Lovely pools, very quiet. Amazing aircon.

Staff need to be more attentive in the lobby, breakfast staff need to tidy more frequent and ensure cutlery is already on table instead of having to ask. Overal a pleasant stay would I stay again probably not

Amazing rooms and outrageous pool area

Big rooms,has hot tub and shower, amazing size bathroom. Good breakfast, very beautiful view from room. Its 5 minutes from patong, has free daytime shuttle to Patong. Extremely good swimming pool area, comfortable beds, swimming pool on edge, you can see seaview when swimming.

Rooms are clean, great breakfast, fantastic services overall The spa is closed which is a bit weird. The kids club is closed as well. I just wished that the hotel shared these information with us earlier

Nice hotel, room with nice ocean view. It is not very fancy so I would not say it is a 5 star. Breakfast selection was ok. There is a shuttle to take to patong beach. It is hard to walk to Patong from the hotel because there is no side walk around the hotel. There is a very good and safe food stand Aisha Halal that I highly recommend, and a tour Kiosk next to her that sells tours for very good prices.

Pleasant and helpful staff, great location just away from the hustle and bustle of Patong itself, but easy to get too

We stayed 5 nights in a premier comfy room. The room was palatial at around 50sqm, good wifi strength from, very quiet. Breakfast buffet was truly excellent with something for everyone, we especially loved the smoothie bar. Only minor complaint was aircon was a little loud even on lowest setting and mini fridge didn’t work, but nothing you can’t get over. Staff were polite and helpful, room service options were abundant. It is a little outside of Patong beach (but one is aware of this trade off when booking) which means getting home at night is always a hassle with the traffic. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

The room smelled of mildew. Everything was clean though. The pool bar was limited and most amenities were empty. It seemed like a goat town. The property is organized oddly and it is hard to find things. Staff had poor communication skills and we received different answers for the same question.

Loved this resort especially the pool area … gardens need a bit more attention. No welcome drink was offered or fancy details or towels on the bed as this is what most places do. Great buffet breakfast and staff very helpful. We absolutely loved VIVI and MALI that helped with the smoothies etc and later on at the pool bar! Two beautiful girls that work so hard and always have a smile on their face. Always polite to everyone even where people are rude and Will miss them so much. Overall we had a fantastic time in this newish resort with a free shuttle service to Patong every 1/2 hour.

The pictures will never do this hotel justice. The staff are incredible and the entire hotel is amazingly clean! Definitely a must stay resort!
