TravellerTravellerDisappointing experience staying at this property. 10 mins prior to our 2pm check-in we received a call to advise that our room wasn’t ready due to a shortage in cleaners. The individual was unable to provide an approximate check-in time. I phoned back at 3:30pm and the room was still not ready. We were able to check-in at 4pm. This wasn’t ideal after a 8hr day of driving, and only a one night stay before continuing our travel. There was no discount offered on the fee for the night when asked. funny, I’m sure they would have managed to charge a late checkout fee had we decided to check-out at 12pm.
TravellerThe location was ideal, in close proximity to restaurants, grocery store, the beach, the port for excursions.
Travellerproperty was lovely,but and even though it is up 4 flights of stairs, you need to tell people that there is a very steep hill to walk up and down if you want to go to shop or restaurants,which are only 10 minutes walk, but hill is extremely steep and I am quite fit.
