Perfect hotel. Very clean and comfortable. I felt like home

I really enjoted my stay here!! The room was super nice and i loved how big my balcony was! The staff was all super friendly and made me feel welcome! The food was delicious, although, they werent able to do a bit of the menu which was a little sad, but great nevertheless! The only reason I gave 4 stars for cleanliness is because my feet got pretty dirty if i walked around my room barefoot :(

Lovely hotel/Aparthotel room great staff very polite and friendly

My reservation was for room with king bed but it is actually two small beds placed together and they move apart when sleeping on them The towels in bathroom are old and terrible condition.

The apartment hotel is super nice. They were the only hotel that I was in that had a functional pool. My stay was nice, but I would say this place is great to stay at for relaxation. You definitely need a car because it is very far away from all the tourist attractions. The closest restaurant is a 15 minute walk away. It’s also located very deep into the Ain Diab so there aren’t many taxis around. Also, there is not much around. I was trying to find a place to buy water, and there were no stores around. It’s very much a residential area. I did feel safe walking around on my own though. Their breakfast was basic. If you have a lot of allergies, it might not be the best for you. The stuff on the menu was a bit pricey, but good. It’s not very soundproof, as I could hear a child crying next door and there was a fight that ensued in the dining area and I could hear it from across my room. Also, they say they have blackout curtains, but the curtains were still a bit see through so at times I felt uncomfortable getting changed as my room was right in front of the dining area, which was nice because I had a view of the pool, but still made me feel a bit uncomfortable. Overall, the staff are really nice and attentive, most of them spoke English, and the place was very well-kept. On the outside, it doesn’t look like much, but on the inside all of the rooms are very well renovated. I would stay here again to chill/relax.

Very esthetically pleasing hotel, but it's need some work. Mold in the shower and shower knobs falling off.

Excellent stay at Ocean park hotel. The rooms are exceptionally clean and comfortable, very spacious! The pool is nice and intimate. The balcony view of the ocean was breath taking! Close to many attraction Definitely one of our favorite stays in Casablanca.

Hot Water Issues-But nice

This is a nice place to stay , friendly staff, however for Over a year this Hotel has consistently had Hot water issues in many rooms. The Hotel is aware of it, yet foe somw reason they have not fixed it.

Very nice Very clean Nice staff

It was very clean and everything new! Staff were very nice and humble. Great breakfast was included with our stay. 7 minute walk to the beach and 30 minute walk to the Malls. Great location. My son and I really loved how large the room was. Great location.

Good but....

Nice place- but had breakfast found mold on the bread- stayed 5 days- the last 2 days house keeping was not good. Forgetting to refill soap- toilet paper ect. Ladt night there hot water stopped working. Other that that it was good

Hotel pick-up service is terrible,we sent some mails to hotel about packing us up from airport and the staff did not confirm and reply the mail after we showed them my flight info.After we arrived at airport and i was looking for the driver almost 1 hour and we could not find the driver then i thought hotel did not send the driver to pick us up because we did not receive the confirmed mail so we took taxi to the hotel but when we arrived at hotel the reception told us driver is in the airport and waiting for us so that finally they still charge us 400MAD. The location is also not very good,there is no restaurant and have to walk about 20 mins to the KFC. Also be careful when you ask the reception to call the taxi because sometimes they will forget it.

Ultra poor service

We tried to book transfers from the airport to the hotel. Sent 3 emails and finally a response. I replied with confirmation but they said they did not get the email. On arrival, I called and they said to get a taxi. They say they offer a shuttle to the local shops. I tried to book, but told the driver was on holiday. The location is distant to cafes and restaurants. Definitely not convenient. The room was comfortable but I know now it was overpriced. We did not enjoy our time here.

Great place!

The aparta hotel is great, and staff is very friendly and helpful. The walk to the beach is not very nice, but overall a great experience!

Nice accomodation

A very nice place to stay clean, comfortable with good service but I hoped they invested in soundproofing since most of the ambient noise is very noticeable in the rooms.

Zachary was very attentive and professional. Absolutely beautiful accomodations.

A hidden gem in Casablanca

I don't know how I missed this place all the times I have been to Casablanca, I am will sure return there.

Nice Apart Hotel

It is a good apart hotel, a bit far from center, next to corniche. I had a huge balcony which was really nice to have. As it is an apart hotel so don't expect a good lobby area. There is decent coffee and ok breakfast. The most important item, it is a dry hotel so if you prefer to have some drinks after a long day, you need to have it somewhere else..

The property is fairly new and well kept. The breakfast service was very good and the staff was so polite and helpful. Housekeeping did an excellent job. The location is a bit out of the way but still only a 5 min walk to a small grocery, electric train to the CBD, a lovely French crepe restaurant and a chemist. I walked to the Moroccan Mall from this location and it was a nice 1.5 mile walk one way. One problem and this isn't the hotel fault, dogs in the neighborhood bark almost every night. This woke me up at least 2 to 3 times each night. Ear plugs would have helped. I would stay here again.

Nice hotel but bad service

Hot water in shower only last 5 mins. Changed 2 rooms but still the same.Male Employee directly use door card to come in my room with his room card when I was alone in the room in the middle of the night without knocking the door. Although the employee explained it was a mistake but it was very scary. No shuttle bus as they promised to local mall.

Modern and Comfortable

This hotel was a welcome modern comfort after several days on the road and staying in more rustic accommodations. We needed a place with laundry, WiFi, and a service desk. They did a great job overall. The transfer we thought we had arranged to the airport didn’t get booked and the elevator did not work a few times, but the staff and property were great. The cab driver had to stop and ask locals for directions a few times, I’m assuming because it is a relatively new property.

Recommended for Casablanca

The property itself is very nice and modern. They were prompt getting us to check in and flexible around our timings.

Extra clean and very unique design at decent price. Not too far from the ocean and the area is nice with nice houses.

A quiet place away from downtown

It was a nice and modern suite. We did not get a room with the sea view, but we had a garden to enjoy. The hotel is very close to the beach, but there is a long wall between the beach and the hotel. I had to walk around the wall to the beach. It is about 10 minutes for us. The neighborhood was a mixed of rich people living in the beautiful villas and a few poor people living in slums. Even we didn't feel unsafe, but we didn't take a walk around the neighborhood at night. That is what we usually do when we travel.

I wouldn't do it again

To be fair to this place, this is a very unique type of establishment for lodging. it's neither a 5 stares hotel nor a boutique one..As a heavy traveler, I am in constant needs of full services establishments.

heerlijk hotel, midden in een woonwijk. Het is schoon en mooi opgezet. Voor de prijs die je betaalt, had ik wel wat beter ontbijt verwacht. Bevroren brood en andere deegproducten die je eerst moet opwarmen bv. Maar voor de rest prima hotel.
