Nice clean rooms, walking distance from boardwalk and beach

Property is low key and walking distance to everything.

Had to pay extra for parking, then didn’t get a parking place, didn’t get room service. Was told oh well..

They charge extra for parking space

It was very clean and cozy. Only a very short walk to beach and boardwalk. Nice pub about a block away. Very reasonible rate and excellent customer service..

Checking in was a nightmare there were fees for everything including parking per night and a child fee per night. There was a cash deposit of 200 dollars on top of the money already paid for the room. Also my vehicle was tampered with in their parking lot I had to pay to park in and the antitheft device was activated, so my vehicle had to be reset by unplugging the battery terminals for 15 minutes. I personal would never stay there again.

Excellent place, Good price,2 blocks from the boardwalk, close enough to the inlet to walk, was a great spot for the Air Show, thank you very much

There was a limited number of electrical plugs. The one on the bedside table did not work. Two people have lots of chargers, CPAP, that are needed close to bed. Also I fell down the last step on staircase. There was a change of height without warning. Need fluorescent paint to warn of difference. The room was very nice, clean great beds convenient to boardwalk and shops, but I got hurt and would not recommend elderly stay there . No elevator

Everything was great. Only thing is the sofa bed was broken. Staff was great and the room Was clean.

This little motel was a lovely experience to stay at, and I would gladly stay here again.

Just couple blocks from the beach and the boardwalk .. clean and rooms looks very nice very quiet and safe also and very easy parking also eva was amazing we will go back next time going to MD ocean city

Broken bad, bathroom was not clean, dirty walls.

We stayed here as a family with two children and we absolutely enjoyed our time. The front desk was helpful and polite. The room is pretty new, I believe the building is newly constructed, but the price is affordable. The rooms are on the 2nd and 3rd floor and you have to walk up which wasn’t a problem for us. The AC kept us cool, there were enough towels in the room. The bed and pillows were so comfortable. If I have a criticism it would be that there was no closet and no iron/iron board. The beach and boardwalk is two blocks away. There’s a convenience store right across the street. You have to pay $10/day for parking. Overall, we loved it.

Walking distance from the beach, reasonably price, the staff is very helpful and friendly. Will definitely be staying here next time we visit OC.

This hotel was great and a great location. Easy to walk to boardwalk and beach. Easy parking with parking pass included. Very clean and new. Could see the ocean in front and the bay behind us from the stairs.

No front desk service at night

I was out of the room for 3 hours after I arrived and had the a/c on the entire time. The air conditioning in my "new" room did not cool the room at all. When I tried to report the issue to the front desk, no one answered the phone. I went to the front office and it was closed at the time (11:45pm). I left before the office reopened and was unable to report the issue after spending the night in a hot motel room. I would like a credit since I did not get what I paid for.

Two blocks away from the board walk. Nice and simple bathroom. The TV in the room seems new. Beds and pillows are a bit firm but good enough for a night sleep. The receptionists are nice and helpful.

Upon arrival we were told that Expedia cancelled our reservation .. upon further investigation we found this to be untrue. Hotel manager said we could have the room, however would have to pay a lot more than we had originally booked for, we had traveled a distance so just decided to stay .. staff continued to be rude . On the second night of stay we used the pull out couch which had dirty sheets and food on it .. this property is disgusting and the staff is worse

We made a last-minute reservation and were charmed by the hospitality of the office staff (in the middle of a major thunderstorm that made us leave our campsite). Thanks!

When I arrived they claimed my reservation was “cancelled by Expedia”, then offered me the room for $30/night above the Expedia rate. Expedia’s help desk offered no assistance other than I should trust the motel operator to cancel my reservation. Terrible service all around. Why use Expedia to book a room if the motel can renege on it upon arrival? lame…

Stay away and if you do stay watch out for double billing. Dealing with the manager was so disrespectful. Zero amenities, fuzzy TV, blankets thinner than tissue and towels just slightly thicker. Get ready for parking lot Tetris and if you have an SUV or oversized expect some dings in the lot.

The room and bathroom were very clean. Both were also nice in size. Just a short walk to the beach. Conveniently located. Will definitely stay there again.

The floor was not mopped, urine on toilet, unwashed sheets, and trash left in room. However, it was spacious enough for 3 adults.

I really enjoyed staying at this property, it was very clean, the property grounds, the rooms etc. the property manager was very nice I would stay here again

Nice and safe

The front desk clerk would not let me in my room. I had prepaid, but had lost my credit card. I had ID, offered cash as collateral, but she told me that I should read the stipulations on my reservation. Then she said she was really tired and wanted to go home, and she didn't have time for this. She wouldn't let me in my room and would not give me a refund.

Pros: Building and most furnishings were fairly new. The photos look amazing. The desk lady was nice and friendly and helpful. Cons: I stayed in room 201. Not sure what was happening in 301 but it sounded like a soccer game was happening with tons of people. Next door to my room was something labeled “laundry” which was very loud. On the other side was the busy main drag of ocean city that seems to never rest. I got zero sleep the first night as noise was constant from every side of my room till at least 3-4am. Although stuff looked and seemed new, the workmanship was very poor. Bathroom missing silicone seal, the toilet paper roll was holding on by prayer, the shower shell had hole and other damage that seemed like poor contractor type damage. The sheets and towels were in the condition that most people would throw away. The room wasn’t “filthy” but the towels, sheets, etc had tons of lint like stuff on it. The laminate floors had foot prints when I first arrived all over the bathroom. The closet had random store hangers half broken.. Upon check-in I had to initial so many fee acknowledgement for a dozen things. No pet fee, no extra guest fee, no damage to the room fee, etc etc. I’d stay here again if it was much cheaper than other places, but I have no clue how it has such high reviews by other guests. Not sure they were staying in the same room as me….

Amazing hotel, new building, close to the beach

Extremely clean and close to the boardwalk and beach. However, the towels were terrible and the sheets were cheap and rough feeling. Not much amenities, no closet in our room, no iron or iron board, no vending machines. No elevator. Parking lot is small and tight. Hard to reach anyone at the front desk. Area is loud and guests are loud, doors slamming etc.

The room was clean, staff very nice. There was no place to hang your clothes and no hand towels to wash hands at sink.

Room darkening curtains would be really helpful. They may even deaden some of the car and bus traffic from outside.

Property is very clean and new. Staff was excellent. Parking is a little tough with larger vehicles and not many amenities. Would stay again for short stay.
