Restless sleep, Too Noisy

Everything was fine but they was not enough bath towels.

First room the electricity kept tripping out. Second room had no security latch and the water in the hand basin did not work. When the water did work a terrible smell emanated. Third room was fine the a nice view. However to sit on the toilet one bumped into the toilet roll at eye level. Amazing view of Gordon’s bay though

We stayed at the Ocean Breeze Hotel for a week. During our stay we stayed in both the 2 bedroom suite and a one bedroom suite. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing us with a toaster and hairdryer upon request. Although the view was incredible and the rooms looked acceptable on the surface, it became clear upon closer inspection that they were poorly finished and generally left much to be desired. There were no towel rails or towel hangers in the bathrooms at all. The amount of light in the bedrooms was so minimal that it was impossible to read by the light. In the kitchen some of the crockery was cracked. It also seemed to be made up of a mish-mash of crockery from a variety of different sets. The cutlery was minimal, and definitely not adequate for cooking- even though the suite was advertised as being self-catering. We also encountered fleas in the bed, which made staying there difficult and uncomfortable. For all these reasons we checked-out early and returned home. I could definitely not recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Hotel has a nice view of ocean. But door lock is low quality, shower door was not working properly. No air-condition, room floor was sticky. But reception people was very helpful. No telephone facilities. You have to come down to the receiption to make any call locally. Overall i will rate 5 out of 10.

Stay at Ocean Breeze Hotel

The hotelroom has beautiful ocean views , and everything is neat and tidy on the surface.Bedquality ,linen , furniture etc. shabby and feeling that the hotel needs a make-over. Some lights did not work , none of the crockery supplied matched. Reception moved us to another room when we complained.

Nice location & nice infrastructure, badly managed

We spent two nights in a room not facing the beach as per our booking. After lots of back and forth exchanges they put us in a small room without a chair, bedside lamp... and tried to blame Expedia for all the mishaps. Apparently because Expedia does not coordinate with them... We felt kind of underdogs because of our association with Expedia. Not so good for Expedia. The breakfast was a shock in the worst negative sense. We could not eat there...

Great views

The hotel rooms were clean and adequately furnished. Very comfortable. The outside areas need upgrading which the hotel appears to be in the process of doing. Service was great. Thank you to the staff. Great view

Sono rimasto deluso da un albergo che avrebbe potuto offire sicuramente di più. Discreta l'offerta economica ma assenti o a pagamento tutti i servizi: pulizia, internet, breakfast ecc. Di sicuro non ci torno
