Stunning

The whole holiday was amazing from being met at the airport to being dropped off for our flight home. We have stayed on another island previously but Helengeli was stunning. We took advantage of the excursions on offer, the sunset cruise became a dolphin spotting trip and the traditional fishing was a great morning out. The guys on the boat were fantastic. The food at Raga Route was some of the nicest we have had and hopefully we will be back to visit again. Congratulations to the chef and his team 💕 Special thanks must go to Wita and Arsim.

Ok

We booked and canceled several resorts before choosing OBLU Helengeli. Many advertised snorkeling, but it turned out they didn’t have a reef. We went to OBLU for the reef and were not disappointed. We had a great encounter with a ray and 2 turtles. Plenty of other fish, too. Our overwater sunset villa was beautiful, with a very large pool on the deck. The island plan all inclusive made everything

Absolutely fantastic resorting. The staff, the food, the, villas, I could not fault.Manas, Varun, Rittu,Usham, Zamma, Abdulla, Shed,Aziz,Rishi, amd many other staff members, who were extremely welcoming. The resort had everything you need to relax. The food was 7 *, spoilt for choices. A really good place for snorkeling. I would definitely recommend......

Property settings is unique for its tropical forests theme, the water villas are very nice. Transport from airport n back included at no extra charge. Rooms were beautiful n clean. Staff courteous n helpful. Prices were reasonable. Excellent family setting if u bringing kids. And there is also an adult only pool as well. Food was good. I did not like the mosquitos in the villa, the rocks in the beach, the drinks at bar were water down. Had to ask bartender to hit them hard. Only live music and no dj.

It’s beauty

Absolutely everything about this place is beautifully. The staff work as one team to meet your comfort through your stay. No one person during our stay in this place was rude, or no friendly at any time. The staff make this place feels safe, like home, relax, and want to go back as soon as possible. Keep the wonderful work up team at Oblu Nature. Because you make the customers feel safe, and therefore, you are number one!

Overall a good stay

Overall a good stay. Reef is very good. Limited drinks on all inclusive and wine undrinkable. Food was plentiful and very good. Spa area and treatment were very good. Water villa is looking a little tited and in need of some TLC, for example the window leaks when it rains, tiles missing on the pool. Room cleaning was hit and miss, had to ask for water on more than one occasion as running out. The island is very eco friendly with its own desalination plant for water which is excellent. Staff friendly and welcoming.

We had good experience at this resort. Food is very good. Staff is friendly and helpful.

The resort itself is great, staff (except doctors) are great. I would put 5 stars if it wasn’t for unprofessional doctors on the island. The result - I lost hearing in one ear due to inflammation (temporarily I hope). I got water stuck in my ear, when trying to clean wax fully blocked ear canal. I talked to TWO doctors on the island in two days, one said ear is clear, other one refused to give me hydrogen peroxide that was on his shelf saying it’s dangerous, though I’ve used it before many times by doctor’s recommendation to soften wax before washing it out with pressure! He gave me waxolve which didn’t help. Eventually in my home country doctor told me to use HYDROGEN PEROXIDE to soften wax, then she washed the wax out. But after 7 days of having water stuck in it, it got inflamed and I still can’t hear on that ear. The island doctors didn’t care, were not attentive, just wanted to get rid of me. Bring your own medicine to islands or insist on your requests!

Perfect location for snorkeling, staff is very friendly and welcoming. Villas are pretty basic and the shore is full of dead corals so buy some water shoes before coming here, otherwise it can be a painful experience.

The beach and water is divine

We had an amazing stay. The beach and water is divine and the sea life plentiful. We spent most of our time snorkelling as we just couldn’t get enough. We booked an all-inclusive package in a Deluxe beach villa –super comfortable beds, spacious rooms and amazing bathroom! It is squeaky clean and the attention to detail is amazing. Tip: All the rooms are on the beach with a sea view. The deluxe villas, however, are closer to the sea with bigger windows for more light, a massive bathroom and an outside daybed. There is an extensive collection of drinks on the all-inclusive package and Lahero and his team at Helen bar will make you feel right at home. The restaurant and kitchen provided an extensive menu with very tasty food. Great service by Vikas and team. They also went over and about for my husband’s birthday and made it so special. The shop has souvenirs, necessities and a good selection of sunblock and after sun. The shop lady was also very attentive and knowledgeable. Ask for Chamini or Putu at Elena spa as we had a relaxing couples massage and enjoyed it tremendously. Try the Scuba discovery lesson, it will open a whole new world. Louigi is a great instructor and very patient. They have a registered medical doctor on the premises taking temperatures every morning at breakfast. They will schedule a PCR test for you with the doctor two days before your flight. She takes a nasal and mouth swab, prepares the paperwork and email it to you ready for your flight.

Great place - but reception staff needs training

Everything was perfect about Oblu sangeli - except maybe the guys working at reception. Couldn’t fault anything else about the place .

Housereef without Breakwaters

It's a shame we cannot access the housereef during bad weather. If there is breakwaters beyond the housereef people can snorkel in all conditions. There's also construction going on OBLU as well as offshore. Feels like a lot of people moving around.

Mixed Feelings

Got off on the wrong foot as the meet up guy wasn't at the arranged place. Took us 10mins to find him and was brought to wait outside coffee outlet while he get 2 more guests inside. The boat ride and check in was alright. They could have seated us according to rooms on the buggy to avoid having us to get on and off in the heavy rain. They have a good spread for their buffet meals but the meat is mostly overcooked and tough. The cocktails and mock tails were good. Just Grill is worth Waiting for as the reception forgot to pass our reservation on. The medium rare beef tend to be over done but the apertizers, soup, prawn and desserts are good. The Deluxe Villas are much nicer with open beach view. They are well kept during our stay - many thanks to Ahmed! It'd be good to add lines for drying our towels and swimwear. The spa has 3 good and 2 inexperienced Therapists. The ambience and cleanliness was good. The jetty is a haven to watch for dolphins and fish hunt (by bigger fish and birds). It's also a good jump off point for snorkeling back to the beach via the channels. We saw reef sharks and sting rays Swimming at the beach. We experienced both pros and cons at OBLU but overall it's a good resort for the price we paid for.

Really great and friendly staff. The island is very beautiful and very clean. Snorkeling was super, although it was our first time and we cannot compare. Vine selection in all inclusive was very good. If you want more advanced cocktails, they are not so expensive, from 6 usd. Food was good and when it was sea food theme, it was excellent. We were in beach villa 108 and it was very good location.

Great honeymoon!

We had a great time for our honeymoon. The staff is very attentive. The island is very small but beautiful! Good snorkelling spots.

Incredible Service Level of all employees. Exceptional service and food quality especially in your restaurant “Just Grill”. Mohit the chef is amazing! The reef accessibility and the variety of coral and fish is better than most of the surrounding reefs.

Wunderschöne Insel mit sauberer, gut gelegenen Unterkunft mit allen Annehmlichkeiten, die Inklusive sind. Das Essen war spitze, wir haben noch nie in einem AI Resort so gut gegessen. Das eigene Hausriff zum Schnorcheln war traumhaft schön. Alles in allen ein wunderschöner erholsamer Urlaub im Paradies. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Poorest resort in the world

I have a poorest experience in OBLU Helengeli resort. This is my fifth times to Maldives but the experience in the resort destroy my whole holiday with family. All the staffs and managers on the island are not helpful and friendly, they can not give helps when I have problems in doing the reservation or on board. 1. I do reservation on June, and I have tell the resorts I will come with a five years old child for several times already, they didn’t tell there is an extra charge until the full payment is made and non-refundable. I ask helps from the hotel.com and resort, they don’t think it is their business. 2. Once I get on the island, the staffs didn’t offer us any transport to the villa, and ask my family walk to the villa by ourselves. In the villa, no instruction how to contact the front desk. I walk to the front desk by myself and ask for 2 bottles of water, and no water after waited for 2 hours. If you want to ask for help in using the apps of the resorts, the staffs will show you a black face. The staffs played cell phone on duty. I feel strong race discrimination among the stuffs, I strongly recommend think twice if you are in yellow skin tone and want to go to the resort to have holiday. It can’t give you a normal resort services. 3. My family finally leave the island one days earlier than our reservation. Even it is non-refund, we give up our stay, go to another resort, leave the hell. The staffs are rubbish again, they fail to manage my speedboat time correctly

Gran experiencia para acabar la luna de miel, todo el empleados eran muy amables y atentos, la comida era buena y variada y la isla es perfecta para hacer snorkel por todo el arrecife de coral que la rodea.

남편과 딸 우리 3명은 이곳의 아름다움과 섬세함 ,, 배려에 잊지못할 추억을 가지고 왔어요.. 몇몇 신혼부부를 멀리서 봤는데 한국인인지는 알수가 없었구요.. 호텔 1분거리의 바다를 하루에도 몇번씩 다녀왔네요.... 해뜰때.. 해질때와 낮에도 휴식하다가 잠깐.. 몰디브의 바다는 꼭 봐야한다는 ㅋㅋ 하와이 칸쿤 여행후 몰디브 가족여행이었는데 이곳이 낙원이 맞네요!! 음료와 맥주등 언제나 채워주어서 번거러움이 없었구요.. 부페 음식도 매일 바뀌어서 만족스러운 리조트 입니다. 담에 다시 가려고 합니다.

Alle Mitarbeiter (Empfang, Housekeeping, Köche am Buffet, Service im Restaurant und Bar, Boat Crew, Tauch Guides, Gärtner, SPA, etc.) waren ausnahmslos engagiert, freundlich, hilfsbereit und viele haben täglich gute Laune versprüht. Schade fanden wir nur, dass es die Sitzsäcke auf der Veranda der Rezeption nicht mehr gab, wo wir früher täglich bei kalten Getränken und Fingerfood den Sonnenuntergang als noch ruhigere Alternative zur Poolbar genießen konnten.

部屋、バスルーム、プールすべて清潔で快適にすごせました。 オールインクルーシブは楽で良かったですが、だいたい毎日同じ感じの食事内容なので3日目からは飽きてきました。

デラックスビーチヴィラに泊まりました。 島全体の清掃が行き届いており、とても綺麗です。

ダブルブッキングする、代替対応も最悪なホテルです。

１年前に代金決済完了で予約し、空港からの送迎のスピードボートについて、直接ホテルとメール予約を１ヶ月前にやりとりしたのに、当日空港に着いたらダブルブッキングで宿泊できないと言われました。代替のホテルは用意してくれたのですが、行ってみると同等クラスかそれ以下のホテルと部屋でした。翌朝納得いかないので、ホテルズドットコムさんのLINEでトラブル対応を依頼し交渉してもらいましたが、交渉が長引いて折角の休暇の前半３泊は不本意な代替ホテルに宿泊になりました。残り４泊は5つ星ホテルでしたが、始めからこちらが代替ホテルなら当初からまだ納得したのに、記念日休暇で１年前から楽しみにしていたのに、非常に腹立たしいです。予約サイトでもトラブル対応ぎ非常に悪い有名予約サイトがあることを今回知りましたが、ホテルズドットコムさんのLINE対応は、英語があまりできない我々には非常に助かりました。 このホテルが我々が受けたような対応をすることを知っていたら予約はしていなかったので、注意としてみなさんの参考になれば幸いです。

It was a wonderful experience and the fact the coral reef with its amazing sea life was right in front of our beach villa was spectacular! Food was excellent amd service was best of our travels to many many destinations over the last 30 years!

+ schöne und saubere Zimmer + leckeres Essen und Getränke + saubere Anlagen und Pools + nettes und engagiertes Personal - das Riff ist leider nicht mehr voll gesund, wobei man sagen muss das die Korallenbleiche leider schon in vielen Teilen der Malediven zu finden ist. - man kann leider keinen langen Spaziergang am Strand machen, da es keinen 'öffentlichen' Strandabschnitt auf der Insel gibt.

Der perfekte Honeymoon im Oblu - wir kommen wieder :)

オールインクルーシブ（ミニバーはそれほど充実していないけど、こちらも含め）。ハウスリーフにはサメ、エイ、亀などがいて面白い。

三拍子も四拍子もそろったリゾート

モルジブは１０回以上訪れていますが、ここは海よしごはんよしお部屋よしと非常にバランスのとれたリゾートでした。まず海がいい。気軽にビーチエントリーできてドロップオフまで行けます。透明度も高くお魚がいっぱい、ウミガメさんとも泳げます！ごはんもおいしくオールインクルージブなのでお財布の心配なし。お部屋のミニバーも無料でした。お部屋も水コテでしたが、広さも十分で清潔で使いやすかったです。あと、心配した蚊がいなかったのもポイント高かったです。帰国日は満室でレイトチェックアウトできませんでしたが、１７時に船がでるまで飲み物もラウンジで飲めるし、プールサイドのシャワーも使えるし、まったく困りませんでした。とてもおすすめのリゾートですよ。

리조트전반전으로 청결했던거 같네요 객실도 깨끗하고 좋았어요~ 수중환경도 최고! 스노쿨링나갈때마다 거북이 봤어요~ 멀리나가지 않아도 거북이를 볼수있어요~ 직원분들도 친절하시고 다만 음식이 조금 입에 안맞았어요ㅜㅜ 외국에서 한식을찾거나 하는스타일은 아닌데 유난히 잘안맞더라구요 그래도 식사중간에 핑거푸드는 맛있었어요~~

美しい海と美味しい食事

モルディブは今回で6回目です。ここはオールインクルーシブが基本ですが、食事はバラエティーが豊富で概ね美味しく、食事の時間はいつも楽しみでした。アルコールのチョイスも豊富で気軽に飲めるのはありがたかったです。海は綺麗でハウスリーフもまずまず魚影が濃く、コテージの前の海にはいつも小型のサメとエイがいて、時々魚の群れが通り過ぎます。ダイビングのインストラクターに日本人はいませんでしたが、特に問題なく楽しめました。また来年もここにしようと思います。

Das Hotel und die Insel ist ein Traum und ein Paradies auf Erden. Wir können es nur wärmsetens empfehlen. Wir hatten eine Lagoon Villa. Das war super mit dem eigenen Pool.

最高のホスピタリティ

最高の時間を過ごせた島でした。ホテルのレセプション、部屋、レストランやバーなど全て綺麗で清潔感があります。もちろん海もきれいで、インフィニティプールからコロナを飲みながら見るモルディブの海は最高でした。またアクティビティも充実しており、時間をもてあますこともありません。宿泊客にはバトラーがつきますが丁寧に対応してくれますし、レストランスタッフもフレンドリーで非常に満足できました。
