The triple room (premium) looks like a hospital room with no view of the city. We asked for a different room but the staf was not accommodating at all. It took them 20 min and a lot of attitude to downgrade my reservation and provided with room looking closer to what’s on the offer pictures. No refund was provided for the difference in room prices.

Very beautiful modern hotel with a perfect location, breakfast buffet was amazing. The only thing that I did not enjoy was my visit to the bar on the first floor. The staff was not nice, two girls at the bar with a very bad attitude.. and the drinks were too sugary and way overpriced. But I loved the staff at the front desk, I think it was Shawn who assisted me. He was the best!

Loved the hotel, we have stayed at another NYX before. Couldn’t quite get the AC to work for us at the start so if you must open the window, note that it is very load outside.

Excellent location Well kept and clean

Very modern and beautifully finished hotel, with a fancy rooftop bar. Great location, right by the central station. The lifts are little confusing though. During busy periods there was a long wait for the lift with many guests unable to work out how the lifts work. The reception didn’t provide any guidance at the check in.

This hotel was great. The breakfast was good. It was in a good location, close to the shopping mall and central train station. I loved my stay overall.

NYX Hotel in Warsaw was a good discovery. The location is very convenient - walking distance from the train station and mall. The room is very spacious. The best part of my stay in NYX hotel is the breakfast spread. The food choices is quite extensive. And on Sundays - free champagne!!

Amazing stay!

It's a nice hotel with really polite and friendly staff. The rooms are not soundproof, I heard the guests from the next room talking, jumping etc. kids running on the hallway and screaming in the restaurant during breakfast. Great location.

Exceptional service! We were there for the Taylor Swift concert and the hotel made the experience so much fun! From the champagne and ‘Taylor’ cookies waiting in the room for us, down to the cool Photo Booth set up, we had the best time! And gorgeous rooftop bar! 💗

It was a 4 night stay. NYX Hotel is located in a very nice area and only a few minutes walk from Warsaw Central Station. It is very new building, clean and comfortable. Over and above that, there always were 2 cold soft drinks and large bowl of apples available in the lobby area. My family loved it every time when we came back to the hotel after a sweating outing.

Smart hotel in the business district

Lovely hotel, friendly staff and an amazing breakfast. My room on a high floor provided and amazing view. A little bit of a walk to the old town (couple of miles) but super safe and in the new business district. Lovely staff and exceptionally clean and tastefully decorated.

I thought the check in process was too casual. Hard to get the attention of the front desk staff since they all chat away with each other. They don’t look like reception staff, with worn out t-shirts and jeans. Our check in with Alicja was not pleasant - I don’t want to blame her if it’s the system but she asked for my passport twice once when I arrived and then 5 min later when she was checking me in. I’m guessing first time was to confirm the booking was mine but I offered another form of identification and she made me go through all my stuff to get her the passport so that could do nothing useful with it and had to ask for it again. Usually even when the room is not ready guests can be checked in and their profiles updated with the passports etc. I understand passport is needed but don’t understand reception staff making you feel like choosing Leonardo hotels on your stay in Warsaw was a wrong choice. Definitely not staying there again. Also the place in general feels disorganised.

Very nice, clean and modern hotel just in the middle of the Warsaw city center. However 200 PLN for a bottle of Resling wine (with the twisted cup! 😵‍💫) is too much even for an foreigners. Same for breakfast, overpriced...

Loved the stay, beautiful hotel and decor! The only thing which wasn’t good was the 1st person we met at reception! The guy was rude, gave us the wrong information for breakfast, wrong room as had to go back down as card not working and no apology!! Besides that the place and other staff were lovely! Would return! Ps would be nice to have still water in rooms as only sparkling water provided

Wintry weekend in Warsaw

Easy to find, great location. Lovely, clean, modern hotel. Great breakfast selection. Two small cons, we found the bed very hard and our shower drain made a constant noise however would stay again.

WOW. Had everything I wanted at a great price

This is a new modern hotel with spacious rooms, many large elevators, and very comfortable beds. AC worked great and it had a mini fridge. Very close to trains, metro, and busses. Staff was friendly and helpful. I would stay here again.

I have been to many 4/5 stars hotels and this hotel went beyond my expectations. It’s beautiful, clean, new and the staff is friendly. The breakfast is AMAZING. It has so much food options and a variety of different things. Most importantly everything was fresh. And the restaurant is wonderful too. It had such good food, and desserts. They definitely have a great chef. The rooms are spacious and have a coffee machine. I will be coming back for sure and highly recommend.

It was good to find a hotel that does a 5-star experience without the cost! Excellent location, local restaurants and tram stops.

I booked a single bed for two, but got two separate beds instead. Beds were uncomfortable and unstable. My bed was literally moving each time as I turned around at night. I could not get a proper sleep because of that. The TV was not working and all efforts to switch it on were not successful. There were some cracks on the ceiling close to ventilation and overall the room temperature was rather unpleasant. Positive things: location is great and staff is very friendly.

Only supposed to be a convenient stop over for an early train trip but oh my goodness they blew me out of the water! Excellent service and the breakfast is fab!

One of the best hotels in Warsaw I ever stayed in. The hotel is 1 year old, everything is new and stylish, fast service, friendly staff, great view from the room, huge bar area with pool table, good selection of drinks, tasty breakfast. I would definitely stay here next time.

The hotel nice and well-kept, very modern and clean. There is very stylish room also large bathroom.From the hotel close to the Palace of Culture. Some renovation was in progress in the area so there was noise from morning until late evening hours. The service is not nice and downright vulgar. During my stay they were helping people from Ukraine instead of the guest who normally paid for the hotel. I waited almost 30 minutes to check in also the language spoken by the lady at the reception was very poorly understood by the guests. Upon checking out, it turned out that I left my watch in the room and the service didn’t let me go back to the room and take it. I had to wait for the cleaning lady to clean the room first… of course, after cleaning, it turned out that the watch wasn’t there. I would just like to say that the price of the watch is around 5000 zl .

Really nice hotel in a city centre within walkable distance from old town and new town shopping places. We only stayed for one night as we were traveling by and did quick stop, but hotel we were impressed by hotel for the price. We got room on the 18th floor and it was very nice. Breakfast was very nice and had a lot of variety, so anyone will find their taste and something to eat. Overall it's a great hotel and if we'll be traveling by, definitely will stay there again 😁

Top Class Hotel

Our first time in Warsaw and the NYX Hotel definitely helped to make the trip memorable. The hotel is full of tech to make your stay so easy. The lift even knows what floor you need! The room was great. It has everything you need, including coffee maker, safe and great walk-in shower. I’d definitely recommend.
