Really lovely property with good facilities and nice staff. In a really good location for accessing activities on the island.

The staff is so inviting and helpful. Close to a main fast boat ferry back to Bali. Please feed the kitten that lives on the roof!

Close to the beach. Restaurant was very good but there are a lot of restaurants near by too.

This Homestay/Hostel was a great deal and a wonderful way to meet other travelers. I loved the friendliness of the staff and their desire to help with anything. They obviously have a great time at work and it shows. Their cooking was so darned good I could have eaten all my meals there. I even stole a recipe for my own Airbnb. So glad I booked here.

Great stay at Nyuh Gading! My bf and I stayed for 2 nights and wished we could’ve stayed longer! Less than a min walk to the beach and plenty of restaurants/shops nearby. We were able to organize a snorkel trip and transportation through the staff there. Also very easy to rent a motorbike (they were all out for the day but recommended next door which worked out perfectly). Lovely pool there also and a foot washing station at the entrance which is great. Very cute cat on property Would absolutely recommend and stay here again!

Incredible location and friendly staff.

surrounded by dive centre,so if you are joining one of them, it is very convenient to wake up and walk down. I think there is a yoga centre as well , as I saw many ppl stay here are for yoga classes. I haven't use the pool, as I had dive all day. it is very clean. a plus : if you take later boat to go back Bali, they let you use the public toilet to have a shower, which is very nice if you want to do water activity in the very late day. I can walk to the boat port,so it is up to you to take taxi or not. p.s.but the entry is very narrow to find

My second time staying at Nyuh Gading, and I absolutely love it here. Everyone is lovely and nice, they have a great laundry service, good food and the best location on Lembongan. Thanks again for having me and I hope to see you soon again.

Great place for the price.

loved it here! warm welcome, beautiful pool, just a 20 second walk to the beach, and a beautiful comfortable room! (you can hear a hindu call to prayer at 6 am and the staff start cleaning and using their loud rake thing pretty early.) other than that i had a lovely stay here and my bed was so cozy and loved my balcony with a view of the sea/sunset.

Nice place, great value!

We stayed for 3 nights in one of the rooms upstairs. We loved staying at Nyuh Gading. Most of all because of the very nice family that runs this place. But also because of the location on the beach, the nice lounge and the room. A bit funny though to walk through the bathroom to get in to the bedroom! :-)

Really humble beautiful cozy place to stay. I was in lembongan for 4 days and it was awesome. the smoothie bowls were delicious and he people were so kind and accommodating. I’d stay here again. sure also close to a lot of restaurants and scuba diving center too!

Best homestay on the island

Clean, comfy, and run by the nicest people on the island. Was blown away by the quality of the room and service from a homestay that operated more like a professional hotel. The location was central to everything on the island. You are 20 steps from the beach and 5 minutes from the main road for everything else. They even had deals posted for activities and rentals to enhance your stay. If you are reading this review, pick this place to stay on the island. Everywhere else, unless it's actually a 4 star hotel, will not be as clean or comfortable. We were on Lembongan for couple weeks, and we stayed at couple different places...we will always come back to this homestay now.

OK for really budget minded people

Probably a great place for young college kids, but very basic accommodations. The “toiletries” provided consisted of soap and shampoo only. No conditioner or anything else, so a but misleading. Food not great. A sandwich was so covered in some kind of sauce it was soggy and there were ants crawling all over the paper towel that was meant to be a napkin. The family was super nice and tried to be helpful. The bathroom was open to the hallway, so not very private.

This home stay has a realy nice atmosphere for meeting people and still quiet at night. The beach is literally 2 seconds away out the back tand the family who run it are lovely and helpful. I stayed in the dorm room and its the best dorm room ive ever stayed in. Huge lockers, loads of bathrooms and curtains that separate the beds so it feels very private. Would highly recommend

It was an ok budgetary choice. Basic and clean. There were two cats, we absolutely love the grey one, super cute. But she meows loudly and constantly throughout the night, so might be a problem for some people. But for us cat lover we can deal with that. She actually stayed with us in our room for some time.

Good deal

The beds were really comfortable and they did a good job allowing for privacy considering the amount of people in the room. I also liked the location, there were a lot of yoga studios and good places to eat around the area.

Beautiful stay with perfect location

I just loved my stay at this hostel. Perfect location, 2 minutes walk to go at the beach. Nice lobby to hang out with beautiful pool, a lot of vegetation and we can also see the ocean from our balcony. The room was clean and confortable with good A/C. A friendly balinese owns this homestay so if you want to encourage the local economy thats the place to go :) They were simply amazing. Chanel

Great stay with amazing service

Owned by a super nice family. I hadn’t riden a motor bike before and the owner gave me a quick private lesson. Located close to the beach. Food was better than expected.

Clean & friendly

Very close to the beach but no view from the bottom rooms. A very basic but adequate room. The toilet lid and wardrobe door were broken but as they were not used it didn't really matter. My door would not lock properly and Wayan the manager got straight on to it and fixed it. They provided scooters at $7 a day including petrol which was very handy. They also gave me cash and put it onto my bill at the end which I paid with visa so that was very helpful too. They also organised my snorkelling for $15 a day for a 3 hour trip. All in all the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Friendly, comfy stay close to the beach

Hi, this is our 4th visit to the island and we simply love it. The homestay is in a great central location, close to the beach. Rooms are simply and clean, with great air-conditioning, strong wi-fi and very comfortable beds. The hot water was a bit tempermental the first day but sorted itself out. Lovely little pool to cool off in. The stand out of this accommodation is the staff, Tutu is so helpful and available to make your stay on the island the best. Home away from home.

Hidden gem!

We loved our stay here! We'd booked for 4 nights and ended up staying 5!. The room was so big and comfortable , clean and the best we've had!!! The pool area was such a bonus!! We spent a few days relaxing by the pool as the beach was to busy. The family here are wonderful and so helpful! There are dive shops all around the area you just have to pick one!!! Also a few good restaurants around here!! The little back walk to the beach to watch the sunset was nice! We were very sad to leave this place and wish we could take it with us!!! Such good value for money! Stay here!

The nicest people in a nice hotel!

I will say, that the married couple that runs this hotel are potentially the nicest, most friendly and helpful hotel owners that I have ever had the opportunity to stay with during my many years of traveling. They were consistently available for any questions or concerns, and were genuinely happy and lovely people to interact with. The room itself is as expected, and described accurately in the posting. We stayed there for multiple nights and were always quite comfortable. In general the only complaints one could have are not the hotel fault but high population of roosters on the island which start crowing early in the morning  Other than that, it is located very close to the ocean, as well as many of the dive shops (our main reason for visiting). I can only hope everyone else who stays there has a pleasurable visit as mine!

The couple that owns this hotel are absolutely wonderful. They are incredibly accommodating, helpful, and kind. The rooms were beautiful and a very short distance from the beach. Rooms were cleaned everyday and fresh towels provided. The hotel is a short distance from many delicious restaurants and popular dive shops so it is very easy to stay here and basically roll out of bed in the morning and sleepwalk to the early dive appointments. I definitely recommend staying here!

Great staff, very comfortable.

All you need in a cheap hotel. Good staff, good advice, air conditioning and a firm bed. Hasn't got a tv but if your too busy doing stuff who cares.

Great value

A super-priced, clean, spacious room and bathroom. It's tucked back from the beach. Not a 5 star neighborhood, but okay if you are comfy with SE Asian island life. Super friendly family. I worked from my room a lot - clean, quiet, air con and wifi. Was great. Beach is 2 min walk.

Nice family run homestay

Stayed here for 3 days. The family that runs it is extremely kind and welcoming. Run by a couple and their kids-always smiling and making nice conversations. Room is located near the pier (about 7 min walk) and 1 min to the beach. Rig near 3 dive companies as well. There is some construction going on next door but not terribly loud. Rooms are simple. No tv or fridge but large and big outdoor bathroom with hot water. Bed is a bit springy but large.

Very basic stay

I guess you get what you pay for here, it is very very basic. The bed is not comfy and lots of ants, as well as being woken up by the local farm animals at about 4am in the morning. However it is a good base to rent a scooter and explore the island, and it is close to the harbour. The staff were lovely although struggled to understand much English.

Overall this home stay was satisfactory, given such an insanely low price. Staff were very helpful and always smiled. There were many restaurants nearby. The most obvious disliking was that there were tooooo many ants (in the room, in the hotel, in the area, in the entire Lembongan island). And also many mosquitos and flies. Not a very good choice for honeymoon. But the price was extremely cheap, so basically nothing to complain.

Amazing experience

Owners were amazing, I would highly recommend this homestay. Felt that owners went the extra mile to make our stay wonderful. Bathroom and room was clean and up to date. They came in to make our beds every morning. close to the beach. A/c worked great. We rented motor bikes for 60.000 and toured the island.

Amazing Home Stay - Great Bargain

Nyuh Gading Home Stay on Lembongan was perfect for our family of 3. Wayan, Tuta, Ima, and Kenzie were very helpful and friendly. The room was spacious and had a fantastic balcony. The A/C worked great and helped with the heat. The beach is a 2 minute walk away. Everything was in great shape and kept very clean. Our hosts were super responsive to all of our requests. They provided an extra mattress for our daughter (for a small fee). They also made arrangements for scooter rentals, a snorkeling trip, and laundry. Tuta also helped me book an elephant tour for our return to Sanur. Ima prepares a great breakfast in the morning. Nyuh Gading Home Stay is a great place to stay on Lembongan and a great bargain as well. Definitely the place we'd stay at if we go back to Lembongan.

It was a very lovely and relaxing stay. I would highly reccomend to anyone looking for a friendly, laid back, comfortable stay.

Schönes Homestay, nur wenige Gehminuten vom Hafen am Jungutbatu Beach entfernt. Sehr nettes Personal und sauberes Zimmer. Wir haben über die Unterkunft einen Roller gemietet und konnten von dort aus sehr gut die Insel erkunden.

凄く素敵な宿でした。スタッフさん達は優しくて、働いている時も笑顔でしたので、泊まっている側も楽しく過ごせました。ご飯も美味しいし、プールも綺麗だし、綺麗な海が近くにあるのも最高でした。部屋も綺麗だし快適に過ごせました。動物もいっぱいいて、木などいろいろな自然があって安らげました。最高でした😆！

Sympathique et bien situé

Très bon homestay à 2 minutes à pied de la plage. (Plage difficilement baignable, car beaucoup de bateaux et de culture d’algues). Très propre et très bon accueil

Superb

What a great place! The staff was very kind, helpful and professional helping me with anything that I needed. The room is really large with a large open-air bathroom and a large terrace facing the pool and the ocean. This is so worth the price and if I ever go back to Lembongan I will book this place without even blinking twice!
