Wonderful property. Our apartment was spacious and immaculate - a great retreat from the hustle and bustle of Milan. Proximity to transport connections was very helpful.

This was the perfect location to stay near the Milan Central Station. The apartment was clean and it was ample space for my family to spread out

The apartment itself was fantastic. Bedrooms were roomy and comfortable. Kitchen and bath and common area were also roomy with a phone mirroring/ castable TV. We were able to wash laundry and dry a load on the towel heater in the bathroom. However, the apartment was located adjacent to Milano Cental train station (which we needed) that lends itself to many homeless people. Maybe not the safest situation for families with small children.

We loved our stay here. The apartment was lovely and perfectly appointed. The location is very convenient to the train station. I would definitely stay here again.

Good room condition, but front desk not exist

The room was clean and comfortable, but check-in was very difficult. It was a completely digital system with no front desk, and if you had a request, you had to first convey your opinion through a chatbot and wait. The elevator was broken, but I was assigned the 4th floor, so it was difficult during the long business schedule. A receipt was not issued even after check-out, so I had to request it again through the chatbot several times, and the only staff member who did connect me was to tell me to wait. I will not use it again for a business trip.

Very inconvenient to gain access to the property. It took us a long time to get in and we was on a time limit eventually when we got to speak to somebody it was a robot and took us awhile to get through to a human to resolve our problem, but then we were stuck in the middle of the street outside the door taking photos of of our identification for each of the guests. This caused a lot of stress.

Nice apartment near Milan Central Station, spacious and well decorated, there is no check in counter, all is done via chat and email, they offer another location to leave luggage. Apartment is good, no breakfast included but lots of restaurants and cafes nearby, also supermarket for your own groceries and meals. Comfortable bed, washing machine and all appliances available. It was a pleasant stay.

They accommodated to our early check-in request. Loved how close it was to everything - train station, food, shopping and plenty of parking. 10 out of 10.

Check in process was very easy, location was easy to find, and the apartment couldn’t have been more comfortable for my family stay. I’d be more than happy to book with numa in the future.

Beautiful property - 100% worth it! It takes a lot for my family to rave about a place - all loved it. Ensure they have email. Ours didn’t port over from hotels.com so we had to call, which impacted getting into the room by 20 min.

We were allowed early check in and the communication between the property and us were spot on. The room was clean, and had a washing machine so it fit my family needs. The only headache that we faced was a constant machine noise from the unit above. It sounded like they were perpetually using their washing machine.

We like this property about convenien and safety. We have a litte miss direction for self- checkin.

Close to everything

Great location in Milan. Close to everything and train station about 7 minutes on foot. Multiple beds that can accomodate a family.

People were noisy after midnight

Property was very nice and comfortable, has everything including washer and dryer! Host even provided many bottles of water which was really helpful. I thought that I had booked a 1 bedroom apt and was a little worried cos we have 5 people but turns out there were two bedrooms and a sofa bed which fits 5 of us very nicely. It's not too big and not that small, just the right size to make me feel cozy enough. It's close to Milano Centrale too. Too bad it was our last night so we only stayed there for less than 8 hours, can't comment much on the surrounding etc. Price is very fair as well, will recommend! Thanks!

Very convenient location, near train station and subway station. Easy check in and out. However, received a link after checked out the unit said we still owe the city taxes. WhatsApp them and no answer.

The property was much smaller than expected, not suitable for 4 people. The worst part was that there was absolutely no hot water at all the entire time and when I reached out, they said that I didn’t reach out to them about it. I didn’t know I had to tell them that they needed to have HOT water in an apartment for people to live in. Barely any places to eat and the door was so hard to open.

Great accommodations & location

The apartment and property are well maintained. We stayed in four different cities in Italy and the beds and bedding in this apartment are beyond fabulous. It’s better bedding than the finest American hotels. The apartment is well equipped with everything. The neighborhood isn’t very nice but it’s safe. If your from a city you’ll understand but it’s a great location.

Need to provide light on the electronic panel to see numbers when logging in at night from street Washer but no drier and no place to hang up washi once done.

Great location near train station. Easy walk to train and get to different attractions via subway. Property is perfect for a short stay. Modern, spacious and great with washer and dryer!

I like the fact that it is clean and is equipped with all necessary items. I also like the fact that everything is simple.

The area is a bit run down but was close to central station and metro links which made our stay very easy to navigate.

It was a very nice apartment with a spacious kitchen and nice bathroom and amenities. We were a family of 4 adults and it was quite enough space! We recommend it to others!!!

Dusty and annoying but still ok

Property is convenient located. Entry was a bit challenge by the safety door lock. Apartment was pre-arranged. The floor wasn’t cleaned, as after shower you’ve got black feet when walking around. The shower got no water pressure at all. It’s more like a light rain … Also the hot and cold water was almost impossible to control. Either skin burn or heart attack cold. Maybe your can advertise it as Leary alternating shower for rejuvenating shower. aircondition worked well, but generated low frequency bass noise by the generator being mounted into a hollow compartment. Which is annoying to fall asleep. A bottle of complimentary water, beer and soft drink as well some coffee capsules were provided. Parking is along the street side or elsewhere, wherever you’re lucky! Enjoy your stay, I may think about it to stay again or not. I feel overpriced and not fair.

Well written signs around the house were a bonus touch.

Great but no AC.

Good: Close to train station, LIN airport and walking to city center. Bad: No working AC. Which might not be a problem apart from its 35c or 92f. Would come and fix it but only when we were out or the day we left. Neither option was great.

Very nice and spacious apartment near milano train station. Loved the attention to details and the availability of hotel-like amenities.

The apartment was clean and comfortable. The location was convenient. The small kitchen was very adequate for our needs.

I liked how clean, spacious, and comfortable the place was. Our room was facing the courtyard and could not hear outside traffic except for some sirens. Soaps and detergent were provided for dishwasher and laundry. Instructions were communicated in operating laundry and when cooking to open windows to avoid false alarms on smoke detector. I also love the espresso machine capsule they use, since the pods are compostable. Close to the Central and Lima stations. There were also a couple of mini grocery stores nearby. A bakery called Pave Milano is about an eight minute walk- a must visit. Overall, very pleased with our stay. Will stay again, if ever in Milan!

This is great place to stay. About 3 blocks away from Central Station. Very convenient check in and check out. The place is very clean. Furniture modern, Kitchen and bathroom both upgraded. Shower pressure perfect, liquid soap readily available and organized, wifi great, sheets clean and soft luxury feel, towels provided soft and comfy, bed comfortable, things in apartment has instructions how to use in english and italian, lastly, some free extras like snacks, beer and fritz beverage in fridge as well. Very easy to communicate with team and instant reply. I am not easily impress but had pleasant stay here with wife and two kids. Overall, I will give 9 /10 great value.

Great selection near Central Station

Very nice, clean apartment, just a short walk from Central Station. The kitchen was fully equipped and the sitting and sleeping accommodations were all very comfortable. The keyless access also worked very well. I will stay here again on future visits.

Milan with family

Good location for use of public transportation. Apartments were very nicely designed, all amenities needed, very clean, comfortable beds, plenty of storage. Everything was handled via WhatsApp communication. Entry with code makes it very easy. The water, juices beer and snacks left for us were a nice touch.
