This hotel is a truck stop, rooms basic but clean.Lucky to have a room at the back otherwise would have been looking at alot of trucks.Truckers left early and the shower was cold,we imagine all the hot water had been taken(7am)Went for breakfast, 8am there was no staff and it looked like we were left with what the truckers did not want.Passed and purchased breakfast on route

Terrible hotel

We arrived at the hotel the out door area was full of people we thought must be staying in the hotel but come 7pm they all left. Room had no window. Hotel restaurant was over priced, bland and tiny portions. It also stank in the evening of rancid sewage. Will never stay here again

Basic stopover so rate this as okay but lacked a lot.

Room with no view

The hotel was in a good location for the road to Bilbao ferry terminal. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the restaurant food was good. However, the room had no views and was quite outdated.

Hotel located on the outskirts of Calahorra,nothi.

We waited about 15 minutes to check in, because there was no receptionist,and the girl serving at the cafe had to do it. We freshened up and went down to the lounge area to have a drink and unwind after driving 350 miles only to find there was a children's party going on in the children's playroom, but the children thought it would be more fun jumping on the sofas taking photos of themselves on the information machine. We were going to have an evening meal in the restaurant,then found that it didn't open until 9 pm. The receptionist came over to us and said there was going to be a noisy wedding party for 130 people and suggested we go to another hotel at their expense, which we did,but then had to pay €10 for a taxi to get back in the morning!

Great 'motel' type hotel - highly recommend it

We stopped over on a long road trip home from the Costa Blanca via Calais with our two border collie girls. The first consideration was for a dog friendly hotel and the second was that it needed to be not far off the main roads - this hotel fit both of those criteria very well. The staff were lovely, friendly and helpful and the room was clean and comfortable, with enough floor space to put down dog mats and still be able to walk past them. The 'tapas bar' was 24/7 - which was great as we arrived around midnight - and the food was great. The only issue for us was the lack of somewhere for our dogs to have a toilet break. There was a lot of 'rubbish' around the waste ground at the edge of the car park and it was not a good place for them to sniff out somewhere to do their business (btw we always pick up after our dogs).

Welcome rest

Very friendly staff, easy to find. Truck drivers stay there but noise is not a problem. Rooms clean and functional. Very reasonable price for an overnight stop.

Good transit stop

Popular with Truckers. Convenient for a stop travelling from Santander or Bilbao if heading east on the motorway. Restaurant does not open until 2100hrs but offers an excellent, good value meal. Off Road parking. There is also a bar with Tapas and snacks during the day.

perfect stopover

we stayed in this hotel en-route from Peniscola to Bilbao & found it perfect.We travelled on the N232 & this hotel is on the roadside, very easy to find. We had dinner in the evening, very good value for money, 3 courses & bottle of wine 35 euros for 2 ( well used by truckers )Fuel pumps right the hotel, so filled up & away after breakfast. This hotel is a perfect stopover, would definately recommend

Desilusionada

La nevera estuvo sin funcionar durante toda la estancia pq no la arreglaron. El jabón de la ducha no llego ya que no se molestaron en revisarlo. Las toallas no las cambiaban.

Para hacer una parada de emergencia

Hotel a pie de carretera, que a pesar de tener el nombre como "nuevo" no esta muy modernizado. No tiene ascensor para acceder a las habitaciones y tampoco tiene cortina oscura para las ventanas. En el baño no habia jabon de manos. La televisión no sintonizaba ningun canal Desayuno buffet bastante triste.

Hotel de carretera espectacular no lo siguiente😉

Hotel espectacular en plan de paso y cerca de la autovía AP68. Bonito, buenas instalaciones, moderno, parking, piscina, fácil acceso, restaurante con buena comida y precios asequibles.

Es un hotel de carretera reformado recientemente, con un menú tanto de cenas como de comidas excelente , tiene carta informal también en el bar. Suele ser silencioso y tienen bastantes habitaciones individuales con una cama grande. Ponen buen horario la calefacción por lo que aunque llegues tarde la habitación está caliente.

Todo correcto excepto estado del canapé de la cama que estaba todo deshilachado y roto a la vista y daba mal aspecto . El resto calidad precio correcto para hotel de paso

Había efectuado una reserva y pagada la estancia, habitación doble. Al llegar al hotel, encima de no tener reservada la habitación doble y con la suerte de que les uedaban habitaciones individuales, nos pusieron un plegatín, estando muy justos y con el mismo coste. Pido que sea reconpensada por las molestias que me ocasionaron

Necesita una renovacion de verdad no pintura.

La renovacion es pintarlo todo de gris. La piscina pese a estar pintada de aquella manera no estaba mal. Correcto para una noche.

No pensamos volver

Publican que están a 3 km de Calahorra, pero el sentido de la carretera te obliga a hacer más km. Son 12 kilómetros en coche a Calahorra.Llegamos a las 22:00 h. Nos indicaron que la habitación estaba en la primera planta, no hay ascensor ni rampa de acceso, sólo escalera. Al entrar en la habitación olía mal, como si hubieran fumado. Íbamos a pedir otra habitación pero era tarde, estábamos cansados y tal vez olía a cerrado o a humedad. Abrimos la ventana para ventilar y que saliera ese olor... Y vaya sorpresa cuando vimos un pequeño patio, a nivel del suelo de la habitación, del que cuando abrías la ventana, entraban moscas en el dormitorio. Después vimos algún insecto aplastado contra la pared y algunos pelillos en el baño. El dormitorio era pequeño y el cuarto de baño, muy pequeño. Si se te caía una toalla, lo hacía directamente al inodoro. Y era incluso difícil entrar en la pequeña bañera para ducharte, dada la estrechez de la mampara y del habitáculo que constituía el cuarto de baño. Todo esto lo dijimos al salir en Recepción, para su propia mejora, donde nos atendieron muy amablemente y también lo dijimos al director, muy atento. Nos pidió disculpas y nos dijo que él era nuevo allí.‌ No entendemos cómo este hotel pertenece a la cadena Zenit, de la que tenemos un buen concepto. Tampoco entendemos que tenga 3 estrellas, cuando es más bien un bar de carretera al que han añadido habitaciones en la planta superior. Eso sí, tiene una piscina en la que puedes darte un chapuzón

Hab, continuas ruido y mal mantenimiento

Estuvimos alojados una noche, el mantenimiento de dicho hotel no es el adecuado, por la noche se oía a las personas que estaban alojadas a nuestro lado, así como el agua de lavabo, etc .… esperemos que esto sirva para que se corrijan los defectos del hotel.

Buena opción si estás de paso por Calahorra

La estancia en el hotel fue confortable. El personal amable y atento. Hubo recomendaciones para visitar en Calahorra. A destacar que la habitación era pequeña y que el hotel no es muy moderno. Se encuentra fuera del casco urbano por lo que es necesario el coche para ir a la Calahorra, por otro lado, tiene la comodidad del parking en la puerta. Las habitaciones están en la primera planta (sin ascensor). El desayuno ofrece fardelejos (dulces típicos) sin haber demasiada variedad, es correcto. El personal muy amable y destacar que el restaurante-bar está abierto 24h.

Dans l'ensemble c'est un établissement correcte, la wi-fi est de médiocre qualité et l’accès n'est pas pratique pour retourner sur Calahorra

Een middelmatig hotel aan de snelweg

Het hotel ligt aan de snelweg en dat is iets waar je via de presentatie geen weet van hebt. De kamers zijn klein en niet schoon . Het " kingsize " bed had de breedte van een twijfelaar. Het zwembad lag er onverzorgd bij en het hotel vond ik ontdaan van enig confort.

Hotel cerca de la carretera.

Hotel muy cercano a la carretera, pero muy silencioso y tranquilo, perfecto para viajeros de paso para no tener que entrar en la ciudad y tener problemas de aparcamiento. Personal muy amable y eficiente.
